    @youbroadband Internet down frequently. No proper response by technical team. It's a everyday problem now. Hopeless infrastructure.

    @youbroadband broadband speed has been erratic for sometime - frequent speed fades and connection issues. For a 100mbps connection, getting 2mbps download speed. That's ridiculous frankly. Please look into these issues.

    @youbroadband your Nagpur team is third class, they do not know what customer support is. I booked connection day before yesterday, the executive who to visit, has asked to pay via UPI which we did, but your office says payment not received.
