    Hey @youbroadband I wanted to get a new connection. I spoke to your exec's registered on your website. Still Nothing. Even after 3 weeks Then I came here and saw many people are also complaining about your service. Now I am wondering if the past 3 weeks were worth it.

    @youbroadband Hello in our area you broadband give us the horrible service. They charge us 30 day but give us only 20 day. Bcoz rest 10 day their service going to shut or fail. Very bed service. And they have very rude behave engineer and customer executive.

    @youbroadband worst service. I paid on 16th april for my new connection and they assuring for connection within 7 days but still no one came for connection. Is it your best service??

    @youbroadband why it take more than 24 hrs to resolve the complaint? Why no credible engineers are posred in Thane city? I really regreat of taking subscription.

    @youbroadband I am very much disappointed with your service. My services request is 2021042409983. I am facing the issue since a month. If you can't provide service then close my connection and return my money. But I was never this much disappointed
