@youbroadband I requested for only return of router and today my account got suspended from your team instead of collecting old router. Raised support ticket and got response that your technical team doesn’t work on Sundays How am I suppose to continue my work now for the day?

@youbroadband I have requested for a new connection on January 16th 2023, Payment was asked to be done upfront which i did, but the connection is still not setup. I’d like to initiate a refund. Let me know the process as the customer care representatives are not responding

Beyond frustrated with the lack of internet service in our area for the past week. To make matters worse, customer service is unacceptable with workers unable to properly assist or communicate. @youbroadband needs to step up and fix this issue ASAP. #internetoutage #frustrated
