    @youbroadband VERY BAD service. Disconnected 1 month ago. No refund received, no communication. I had been a customer for 15 years. No wonder poor service takes companies out of business

    @youbroadband Your internet issues are increasing day by day and despite requesting many times no steps have been taken. Your Engineer closed the complaint without even visiting the place .I also have a pathetic experience, No support from branch and customer service.

    @youbroadband user name for my account is :rtarun8 Despite making numerous calls to the customer support.the problem wasn't solved yet..the customer support team always asks for 24hrs time but it's almost 10 days I've taken the connection but it's still the same way as before.2/3

    @youbroadband I've also requested for the cancellation of my connection but they won't give the refund and they don't even solve the problem either...it's a true harrasment for the customers. 3/3

    @youbroadband Facing low bandwidth issues from many days in Navsari. Earlier engineer said it'll get fixed, still issue persists Complaint filed again today 9:42 AM request sent, still no one came Request Id: 2021070601593. Turn "Youbroadband cares" into "Youbroadband sucks."
