@ACTFibernet and Bala Malladi is your technician are alive to resolve a technical issue of my SR10765534856474. I am a new customer who paid the bill for 3 months and after 2 days my internet was disconnected stating the bill was due. @youbroadband they resolve issue is 2hours.

@youbroadband I’ve been facing issues with internet connectivity, it goes in and out every few mins, I’m working from home. Whenever I raised a request, it gets auto-closed without any resolution, I’m fed up now, ssly pathetic services!! Help me!!

I hv faced series of connectivity issues in June 30 -July 15,Nd raised multiple complains to restart my internet which was not working, every time they say, it will take 24 working hr, means 3 days,Give me 15 days credit on my losses. Complain no : - 2022073001629 @youbroadband

@youbroadband I reqest to authority please give well sarvice to us as a customer we paid in advance for good Internet but still network r not working i suffer for it because one connection at my home and other one my factory 🙏
