  Pathetic service @youbroadband my internet is not working since yesterday afternoon. Already complained on the you broadband app yesterday, but no action has been taken to resolve the issue. The app shows "ticket has been already registered". #youbroadband

  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

  @youbroadband i have contacted customer care today also and they are telling that i will get refund after 45 days...and talking rudely..totally unsatisfied with this poor company..just refund my money..
