    @youbroadband I am facing network problems from last 2 months. But from past 4 days the network is completely off and now from yesterday no one is picking up the call or answering the service request. Totally fed up and want a refund and close the connection.

    @1453gowthamkitt @youbroadband Get used to it brother, They tricked me into buying their service saying its Fiber. Now I use Hathway, it is reliable. Hope this helps

    Hey @youbroadband, I have been experiencing really low upload speeds. Whenever I register a complaint, the engineer fixes the issue temporarily. Every 2 days I need to register a complaint about this issue on mobile app. It's time to permanently fix this issue ASAP.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 Accnt no: 2003801, Hyd Now a days ur services r getting pathetic, Our internet connection is not working since 3 days, Unable 2 raise d request nd der is no proper customercare no, if we dial customer it automatically say ur service is effected 🙏
