    @youbroadband @rupahasit @youbroadband He told me it would be feasible and I told him my classes start from July 1st and need it connected , I paid through upi method and m not able to understand why can't u repay in upi method as soon as u know its not possible to provide service .

    @youbroadband everyday it's the same story your internet connection is always disconnecting tired of complaining. Hopeless service, pathetic customer service, i want my refund now enough is enough. I am going to cut each and every connection wires in my entire area now. 😡😡😡

    @youbroadband @rupahasit he then told me he would repay only in cheque 10 days , and I can call the customer service if I wanted in priority . I called them , it been 12 days and nothing has been done regarding this , I missed my 12 days class straight I can't afford to miss more

    @youbroadband Ac. No. 1997040. I've faced a lot of speed issues currently there is no major problem but I'm hesitating to renew to you broadband. Previously whenever i registered a complaint they used to just update it to resolve it and i used to face issues for more than 7 days on an average.

    @youbroadband i by mistake took a yearly subscription. Amount paid and suffering due to bad connectivity. Very very poor service.

    @youbroadband I cancelled my connection in mid of Feb-21 still refund not initiated. Sales / Customer care person told in within 45 days you will get your refund. Approx. 6 month now. I am just followup with the team but nothing happed. 2082180 is my cancelled account.

    @nirajvasavada @reliancejio I faced worst experience frm vapi office of @youbroadband.They told connection is feasible, took money for entire year plan, after a week when we inquired they informed opp. Society is not giving permission & will gv refund after 45 days.

    @youbroadband facing frequent Internet disruptions. Request raised and standard solution given is “sir router restart kar lo”. This cannot be a solution when there is a connectivity drop issue 5-7 times a day daily ! Can u have someone fix this for good ? Req id ending 6931
