    @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

    @youbroadband You Broadband service is not reliable. For the last 10+ days, the internet service down in the Gondal area, Rajkot. Not receiving any response or support YOU team. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund me ID: 2103745

    Please do not go for @youbroadband Worst service, worst experience. It has been down for more than 24 hrs in Kothrud area Pune. And this has happened twice is last couple of weeks. @youbroadband is useless and they don't care
