    @youbroadband (1) This is the worst service I have ever experienced, it's been 4 days days since I have proper interest, upon contacting Customer support I have been assured to get local support each time- that too after calling twice a day, and yet no one has showed up.

    @youbroadband whn I did nt wnt to recharge, you guys called incessantly. Now tht I have recharged, you guys dnt give a damn to renew connection. Pathetic serive. Plz close the business, if u cnt run it well.#pathetic

    @youbroadband WORST SERVICE AND THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IN THIS COUNTRY, GOVT. SHOULD BAN THIS TYPE OF COMPANIES BECAUSE THEY TAKE MONEY AND DON'T PROVIDE SERVICE AT ALL

    @youbroadband it's been over a year now and I still haven't been refunded the deposit amount... Your services are worst. I have tried calling multiple times.

    @youbroadband It's been 3 hours since my internet connection is not working. I tried to lodge a complaint in your app multiple times regarding this issue but everytime it shows the same message 'Error creating complaint'. I also rebooted my router multiple times.

    @youbroadband Any update on this?? still not able to open this website. This is very serious issue as customers have to switch to their mobile data to just check IPO allotment status.

    @consumerforum_ i am writting this tweet after the worst service @youbroadband they have provided my internet is down since 3 days now i need it for wfh but yet they are just scamming and fooling the customer there is no resolution at all
