    @youbroadband You have very third grade service since i hv already disconnected the connection 4 months back due to bad service but despite of giving multiple complaints my security deposit is not been refunded also these people are not responding to my complaints.

    @youbroadband crappy speed and no internet connection 25% of time, 75 Mbps plan get me max 30 Mbps if internet is there, Registered complains numerous times from app and call, no one came to service at location Its time to break customer loyalty of 10 yrs for better players.

    @youbroadband One of the worst internet providers I’ve experienced so far. On top of it, there’s no customer complain resolution. Engineers are so rude and manner less, won’t even feel like talking to them. I’m stuck with no internet and no refund..!!

    @youbroadband your service is down since 3 days..Just getting update saying service affected...Would be restored by so and so date... It's not 3 days...How do you address this?
