    @youbroadband Worst service and worst support. It's been a week I have online renewal issue in which I paid amount twice for one activation and still there is no refund for which I have raised concerned 10 days ago. No response from the support. I want this resolved today.

    @MRna93 @youbroadband Absolutely correct. Their services are going down day by day and engineer close grievance without visit or call, on their own and without actual resolution

    @youbroadband From last 2 days your service is not working nun vapi Gujarat,and no one is responding of of the wrost service in @Vapi area Kindly resolve this issue and give update . Don't use @youbroadband service wrost service experience.

    @MRna93 @youbroadband In fact they promise free period with each plan but as soon as this period starts, speed and connectivity goes down

    @youbroadband Detail is already given to your support. Tell your management to change organization culture. They don't bother to respond and that is worse form of service.

    I am based out of Pune location and have been using @youbroadband . Since today morning wifi is not working. I have raised request but there is no response. Tried calling people but no response. Very pathetic service.
