Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

pratik virda (@PratikVirda) reported@youbroadband In between this I called more than 100 times for services and out of frustration then after talking to local head i closed my connection it's been 2 months since I closed my connection i have not received refund yet . I am calling customer care daily but no proper response.

But its been 5 days since everyones net is working but not mine After complaining for so many days ur engineers started it today but still no speed , non stop on-off net Please help and clear the matter
