Dear @youbroadband your service is at the worst from last 15 days. I am calling customer care every day, they send some gentleman who just see the modem and go back with kind words "it should work fine". No resolution, nothing. Please refund my money of remaining subscription.

VOIP light is not on. So no Internet... Blinking Internet means no Internet... I learnt from airtel now... I think i made a mistake to dump @youbroadband The service here also is equally bad

@youbroadband : worst service. Complaint is getting closed without resolved. Raised 3 requests and all closed without resolving. Sent mail to appellate , spoke to second level care. Still not resolved. Account id : 1526789

@youbroadband Hi team, I have raised a complaint on dec 23, 2020. still not received any resolution. Followed up 3 times after raising complaint Complaint number 2020122318827. Everytime i call, I only get one answer issue is escalated and they will get back to me. No one will call me

Sir you call yourself India's largest Internet service provider and yet it is the worst service I have ever received. We have registered a complaint on the 3rd, have made numerous phone calls and even emails to your customer care but no response and no resolution. @youbroadband
