@youbroadband Your Broadband Services are very poor. I have Your Broadband installed; despite repeated complaints noone care for servicing. You charge for whole 6 months, and we are derived of usage for the last 7 days, what about the charges you take for not providing services.

@Satya_0108 @youbroadband Seriously..if they agree to refund just 40-50%, i will switchover to @fiber_jio immediately. (i subscribed annual plan 2-3 months ago) We had 15 connections in society some years ago which has gone down to just 2-3.

@youbroadband I have paid money to install the WiFi network. But there still no one has contact me after payment done. What type of service you are providing. Verry bad service. @DoT_India please take action against him. They are just taking money and then don't provide any service

The name says all. You have to manage your account, resolve the problems by own. You have to suffer for selecting You broadband. You have to learn software and hardware for services. Multiple complains, mail, calls, still issue not resolved. #CustomerService @youbroadband

@youbroadband it’s 6 days and no one is even coming back on when your service is going to be up. I have messaged, lodged a service request on the app, called the service team and they don’t have the courtesy to respond back. It’s appalling for a service business!
