    Dear @youbroadband if you can't provide good service to customers and timely solution to your frequent outrage please stop taking new connections and renewals. no connectivity since last 2 days and customer care gives only one fixed answer "there is an outrage in your area"

    @Airtel_Presence a customer moved from @youbroadband hoping your fiber will not drop connections won’t drop frequently, and that’s so true .. It does not drop because it does not even connect at the first place & your installation engineer is not honest , so does your support

    @youbroadband Very bad experience. I applied for shifting of connection and paid shifting charges before 7 days. Still no engineer has contact me. During inquiry at local office, no proper answer or commitment was given. Once I become customer they avoid me giving priority.

    @ViCustomerCare I have even talked to person name Mr. Chirag(Sr. Manager) from Ahmedabad office. He disconnect my call when I asked for solution. You are providing mental stress since 15 days. Took my money in advance and now no proper response only Mental Stress provided.Pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband #Youbroadband is down for the whole day today at both of my locations. It's probably game over folks You demonstrated how a service entity could run for years without a dedicated customer care! No helpline,No email. Perhaps you're waiting for #JioFiber to take over

    @youbroadband my 3m subscription got stopped in 20 days. When I made complaint. No response till it solved my subscription got expired but no refund made till today. Beg for adjust also got wasted.@JagoGrahakJago_

    @youbroadband dear all citizens of India, this you broadband internet connection not working properly and this people are not responsible for our money and time which we are paying for the service. Finally this people are cheating the customers,call centerpeoplealso won't respond

    @iPranav7 @youbroadband Have no connectivity since 3 p.m. yesterday.. they are not sure when it would be restored. And as there is frequent outage I've asked for immediate termination and refund of balance. I get to hear that plan charges can't be refunded (for the days I have not taken service).

    @ViCustomerCare Your so called Tech Team is not capable of solving issue since 15 days. They are still counting the starts. I have called thousands of time and done mail also but none of your authority is looking into this matter and you are loosing your valuable clients. @youbroadband
