  @youbroadband There is outage of internet everyday. Even after raising complaint the issue is never resolved immediately. From morning there has been no network at all..severely affecting our lives and work in this lockdown

  @youbroadband Your service is too bad. I made lot of technical report to your customers care they told me problem will resolve within 48 hours. I am facing problem since 5 days but it can't resolve till now. I think you have to looking this matter. #YOUBrodband #TRAI @TRAI @youbroadband

  Youbroadband one of the worst internet service provider, closing complaints without rectifying it and modem goes off and on every other minute. Don't waste your money on such unprofessional and cheap provider.

  @youbroadband @DoC_GoI @DoT_India having speed problem during day time 8am to 8pm only 2mpbs. Have complained several times. Night 8pm to 8am Speed get reset to 50mpbs on daily basis. Unfair business practice. Call me on 99259-20000.

  @youbroadband I had a Complaint with speed related 3-4 days ago, but nothing happened then called 2nd time nothing happened and now after my 3rd call an a engineer has been assigned to my complaint. YOU Broadband service was bad earlier, it has worst now. ticket no. 2021040518610
