    @youbroadband technician saying Internet won’t start today. When internet is working next building…. Does it take 2 days to fix it?? If someone asks for new connection…. They do it very next day.

    @youbroadband Once again today internet is down today. I had two numbers of different technician. HIMESH AND BHAVESH None of them answer the call. ITS BEEN A HABIT. Internet is down frequently. This month it’s 5th time internet is down. Earlier it was down for 3 days continuously

    @youbroadband You guys are working since 5 days and still cannot figure out the problem i am facing also providing me with ****** second hand modems which shut down every 45 minutes. Very pathetic service here in Surat Account number:-2165796 @ReheSamay apne sahi bola tha🤧

    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare Lol @youbroadband I am stuck in loop. Opening complaint, 24 working hours (3days) for engineer, engineer closing ticket on 2nd or 3rd day without visiting, calling, or solving. Again complaint, 24hr...cont. Nice deadlock. Not going to renew next month. TY for this experience.

    @youbroadband I have mailed, messaged, called, complaint on app, with regard to breakdown in broadband service since 12th July but to date it's down. Is this company capable of providing proper service ? AC 1375019. Not sure if any responsible persons are available in this co.

    @youbroadband So none of technician answered the call nor called back…. AND EVEN TONIGHT INTERNET GONNA BE DEAD. You Broadband Internet is working in opposite building. INTERNET WAS DEAD FOR 3 DAYS LAST WEEK. AND AGAIN TODAY ITS DEAD SINCE MORNING. KINDLY GIVE PERMANENT SOLUTION
