@youbroadband Working from home demands internet connectivity which is not there for me currently. When new connection is request you guys do on same day but for shifting so much of ball game to delay customer’s requirement.

@youbroadband @TRAI You broadband collected deposit from me 6 years back. Now refusing to return. Issue raised to you appellate and he also refuses saying no deposit with them. I shared original signed receipt mentioning deposit clearly to them.Even payment done by cheque.

@youbroadband my WiFi isn’t working since yesterday(28 feb) I have called almost every customer care phone no in Mumbai. No one had got back to me. I have filed multiple complaints but still nothing. Absolutely no care for customers. Extremely expensive. Pathetic service.

Many companies have poor customer service. But thankfully that doesn't happen with @youbroadband Because they don't have poor service at all, they don't have customer service at all so no issue of being poor/ good

@youbroadband Despite of several phone calls and getting complaint registered with customer care , I haven’t been provided the solution . It’s more than 12 hours #they just say they have registered the complaint but nothing has happened Pathetic Service you .!
