    @siddhrsa81 Reply from TSP- The customer was concerned about a data speed issue in his youbroadband. We have out-called the number at 08:35 PM on 05.05.2022, and we informed him that we were able to resolve the customer’s concern. The customer is now facing no issue related to data (1/2)

    @youbroadband I surrender my connection, The modem was collected in February 22 by representative. Till date not received deposite amount, Contacted many time to customer service no response from them my account no is 928971. Really frustrating

    @youbroadband logged multiple requests to collect back router and closure of service. You reach us immediately when there’s a new connection, why such behaviour when closing and returning deposits? @jagograhakjago

    @youbroadband Still i didn't get any update from your team.. it's been almost 7 day's from my network disconnected... Every youbroadband staff are not responding on priority they are careless behaviour with customer's.. I am loosing my plan day's also.! Please followup with your team..!
