    @youbroadband my Internet services are giving issues since last week…but this service provider has not been able to resolve the issue. Their customer service also sucks. Their online and offline services are awful. Please don’t go for YOU Boradband @youbroadband

    @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

    @youbroadband pathetic service by @youbroadband in Nagpur. Network down since 3 days. Amazing follow up while renewing plan but absolutely **** service when network is down. Service worthy of @consumercourtin (consumer court’s) attention

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband Are you going bankrupt? Are you stutting down the service? My internet has been down for 36+ hours. There is no response on your WhatsApp interactive complaint booking. None on web interface. What is one's recourse? Nobody answersthe phone either. #vi_sucks

    @ViCustomerCare even after one of your executive noted my case, @youbroadband has not assigned a technician yet and the case is still open. Is this the customer service quality you provide?

    @youbroadband Worst Customer Care Support in Vapi, No Responsible person 100 mbps plan - speed we get 10-20 mbps no solution Many times disconnecting

    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband
