    @youbroadband Your service engineers and customer support executives simply register complaints. They don't solve issues on permanent basis. They close service requests as they wish without knowing whether the problem is resolved or not from customer end.

    @youbroadband I suggest replacing ur customer care executives with robots..coz they have same answer to all questions, "We will look into it, we will get back to you, please trust us, we cannot give you further information"

    @youbroadband is providing very worst service in Visakhapatnam when work from home is present none of the technicians resolved internet issue for more than 24 hours.
