    @youbroadband your services are very bad. my internet is out of service for the last 3 days, have been complaining daily and have called 25+ times still no resolution... #worstserviceever

    @youbroadband Fix your billing system which forces customers to take 12 months of Frame-IP if they have already subscribed for 12 months of Internet. Alternately, put up an FAQ page which explain what the Frame-IP does not offer, compared to a static IP, no answer from support.

    @youbroadband Worst ever service provider in my region. In every month service was interrupted for minimum of 2-3 days and in this month continuously from last 5 days....What kind of maintenance you guys are doing? No compensation for loss days without connectivity???
