@youbroadband I have You Broad band connection in our office. Since 11th June there is no internet. I have given complaint on App, on toll free number many times. Mr. Deepak More visited and said that modem needs to be changed. Next day he changed the modem.

@youbroadband Since morning No Internet in the whole society. Dozen of connections suffering and in WhatsApp Group created by you is also silent. Frequently and routinely down and NO Reliability. Vadodara- Dumad area. Large numbers are frustrated and exploring changes.

@youbroadband Since 1900 hrs there is no internet at Santacruz West, Mumbai till now. Complain lodge in the app at 1915 hrs, your technician does not respond. How long you want your customer to suffer?

@youbroadband This is second day in running with out internet service in large part of our Vadodara area. Multiple users raising issues but NO Response or Feedback from your side. On Twitter also since yesterday still no answer. Pathetic.
