    @youbroadband @TRAI Escalation at whatever level is not working as per assurance given by call centre representative today is Friday do you work on Saturday and Sunday for providing and supporting internet services?

    @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

    @youbroadband Internet works for some time and then stops for many hours. lights are also not blinking properly, we are told it is “normal.” From your side it may show connected, but here internet is not working properly. Please resolve the main issue permanently instead of temporary fixes.

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    @ViCustomerCare Inhave alrady done everything which I can do with the youbroadband folks. I have reached youbas myblast hope, if you too. Ant help then I have to stop using this poor and pathetic service.
