@youbroadband @ViCustomerCare Its been a week that my internet is down. Lodged complaints on the app and on email too, but your team doesn't have any courtesy to even try to respond and resolve. Team only makes sure that we pay our bills on time, but are not present when needed.

@youbroadband Hey! Do you guys plan to give proper unhindered and uninterrupted broadband service? Does it have to be off 2-3 times a week? Sometimes it on and off 2-3 times a day! Seriously bad service!

@youbroadband I made a payment against a new connection in Mumbai & I'm yet to know if my area is serviceable. How long should one wait to know if you would provide them a connection or not. Already not happy with the cust service, how do you wish to build a long term relation.

@youbroadband Ac no 1910735, Name. N Charitha Sai, Issue not resolved,complaint registered with reg mobile 7702461910. No proper response from customer care or local engineer. When trying to lodge issue through app it always shows there is no service engineer. Plz resolve.

Three months ago, I have contacted @youbroadband using a customer care number and requested a refund of the installation amount and take my router back as I was not using their service but till now no one came to pick up the router..... @ViCustomerCare (1/n)
