    @youbroadband worst service. In the last 2 months the internet connection has not worked often and your customer executive didn't Respond well. And those internet loss days didn't add in my ongoing pack. Worst service!!! No sign of improvement. @TRAI

    @youbroadband Pl check frequency of Breakdown in Vadodara ( Dumad- Sama savli Rd Area). You must be having software to check service disruption and how fast it is being attended. Very poor service. Very frequent disruptions & long period. Affecting all & WhatsApp complaints in Gr to your team

    @youbroadband Internet connection not working in my building since 11AM, 28th June. A working day lost. No help provided by customer care even after multiple follow ups. No field engineer assigned to my ticket.
