    @youbroadband We are Facing Connectivity issue since last 5 days since broadband network shifted to another location and you broadband supposed to arrange engineer since last Friday, Engineer not came.We didn't got solution since 5 days passed. Complain number : 2020070701299.

    @youbroadband I have renewed 50 Mbps unlimited plan on 3rd May 2020, but my router is old so I didn't get max speed. so I complain about this issue on 11th May 2020, with complaint num: 2020051102610.

    This @youbroadband has the most chutiya support system..do din se net bandh hai..unka engineer sake bolta hai Sam Tak thik ho jayega par hota to nahi hai..every month 2-3 days net is not working.. After 3 months I am leaving this chutiya broadband service

    @youbroadband Broadband A/C no: 2026878, installed on 16-6-2020. Since today morning (Dtd: 30-6-2020) my internet connection got disrupted. Lodged complaint on app, through phone call but no resolution as yet, even no reply regarding my issue. expedite revival of connectivity.
