    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband agreed due to rain in surat internet was not working. But its been 5 days since everyones net is working but not mine After complaining for so many days ur engineers started it today but still no speed , non stop on-off net Please help and clear the matter

    Stay away from YouBroadband from VI in pune. Been without internet for several days and service requests are unattended. Customers are taken for granted. #youbroadband #Vodafone
