    @youbroadband getting 5-8 mbps speeds from last 2 months, with plan of 75 mbps. 2 complains registered but still issue is not solved yet.

    @DoT_India A necessary action will be taken against you broadband services after where they collect the yearly charges then just to keep monthly billing options, as its work place we have broadband and getting huge loss of work while getting such service repeated every week @youbroadband

    Many companies have poor customer service. But thankfully that doesn't happen with @youbroadband Because they don't have poor service at all, they don't have customer service at all so no issue of being poor/ good

    I registered request at 6:26 PM, someone accepted. I wanted to make sure, there is no internal issues so cancelled it and checked all wires and plug ins. @youbroadband

    Very bad service @youbroadband I used Your Connection since 2016 but last 3-4 Months Every day night after 11 PM wifi Is slow and Suddenly Off , Speed is Very pathetic ... I given Many time complain but not provide solution what can i do ? Can u Help me ? Or I closed my conn
