    @youbroadband Worst service and experience ever.. Down time is almost 1 hour daily and Servies is not available at all.. local support never ever receive calls and the app suck big time !! @Aurangabad_Page

    @youbroadband I surrender my connection, The modem was collected in February 22 by representative. Till date not received deposite amount, Contacted many time to customer service no response from them my account no is 928971. Really frustrating

    Them to refund my new connection money and Mitesh gohil of Vadodara Gujarat section said that they will refund my money in 20 working days, its been around 45 days amount has never refundes. Mitest Gohil has done fraud with me. @jagograhakjago @youbroadband

    @youbroadband i am taken new connection CC624631 but this account is rejected by local technician till now my amount is not refunded my account, whatever sales executive, TL, atleast zonal manager also not responded my calls I was taken worst choice first you broadband

    @youbroadband within 3 hours of installation you internet connectivity is down. Are you sure of providing continuous connectivity because every other provider gives that service.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband faulty modem is replaced today almost after a month and technician assured me that problem will be resolved in couple of hours. now its almost more than 10 hours no internet. i regrate about opting ur service
