I wonder if reducing the broadband speed in half every month is their new business model @youbroadband Got 200mbps plan and every few days time, hardly receive 100mbps😨 Have to complain each and every month to get the service we paid for!!

@youbroadband Sir, I've observed that the frequent disconnection problem happened because of voltage fluctuation, now electricity department rectified that problem and after that I didn't got any problem, I will let you know if this problem continues.

@shadez @youbroadband They have had some issues but for me that's barely any over 21 years now l. By and large their service and support team have been really great.

@youbroadband The Issue is resolved now but very poor customer experience. My CR# 1606550. Every week there is something or the other problem going on. Please see if there can be in interrupted services all the time. Thanks.
