    @youbroadband I have contacted to customer care service Vadodra,but they are not giving satisying answers. They are not giving exect time when wi-fi service will be available !! Please improve service and give wi-fi connection soon to us.

    @youbroadband It's been more than 72 hours, complained more than 3-4 times simply saying it will be addressed in 24 hours. Internet not working, we have 3 people who are working from home. All the associates are dumb who don't understand what issues customer are having

    @youbroadband it's sad to know such a big services have such limited technical expertise. Your team is unable to solve small issue like frequent disconnections of wifi. Can anyone give direction here?
