Unfortunately, This is the only option in my locality so I had to take this, but after that their customer sevice team and technicians made me do dancing around them to resolve the issue as they take money in prepaid. So they dont care.

    @youbroadband hello worst broadband service provider in India, showing interest in you broadband is my regretable mistak. Firstly my A/c suspend after that my wire cut without informing me, ok that all acceptable.

    @youbroadband offcourse, people have lots of idea and we indians are very creative and innovative, but to share those idea, we must need active and working internet service, which is not possible with you broadband. I am personally facing this issue. #youbroadbanddoesnotcare
