@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband anybody manage the YB handle ? These guys don't seem to 'care' about customer complaints. Its been > than 16 hr and still no information on resolution and pathetic YB app still showing 8 PM 4 Aug resolution time, not allowing to register complaint.

I hv faced series of connectivity issues in June 30 -July 15,Nd raised multiple complains to restart my internet which was not working, every time they say, it will take 24 working hr, means 3 days,Give me 15 days credit on my losses. Complain no : - 2022073001629 @youbroadband

@ACTFibernet is your technician are alive to resolve a technical issue of my SR10765534856474. I am a new customer who paid the bill for 3 months and after 2 days my internet was disconnected stating the bill was due. @youbroadband they resolve issue is 2hours.

@youbroadband Network is gone form last 4 days, Not a single person giving a proper answer by your engineeres, They are not receiving phone calls, registered complaint 2 time and still no response, WORST SERVICE, HAD A MISTAKE BY RENEWAL OF PLAN AGAIN.
