@youbroadband will go out of business at the rate they’re going. To the owner, pay attention to your customer service and btw, actually caring about your customers will go a long way. What a shame.

Any complaint registered, falls onto deaf ears. If you call to follow up, the employees put you on the block list. And when you call the customer care, the only reply you get is that the technician will come to sort the problem. @youbroadband
