@youbroadband after the last tweet, they simply close my complaint without even resolving the query and installing a connection. Go for another broadband connection to avoid such pathetic service and frustration by @youbroadband.

@youbroadband Lots of appreciation for the courage @youbroadband has! After cancelling the service 6 months ago and waiting for a refund, they have the guts to call up and ask for more money as my renewal is due tomorrow. Absolute thieves!

worst services from @youbroadband. Every week atleast 2 days my internet connection was stopped working. The customer care support is to worst. They are saying if u dont like our services go and cancel the plan, we are not going to provide any refund.
