@youbroadband in last 15 days this is the 3rd time I am facing downtime.. Pathetic service by your local technical team...No response from your local office... 3rd class network and 3rd class team. I want to cancel my connection and want a refund of the remaining amount.

@rosh_shetty84 @Oza_Akash @screener_in Hi Roshan, the problem was on YouBroadband and Vodafone. Their networks were not reaching our CDN servers. Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.

@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Made payment on 11 May. Salesman promised 1–2 day installation, mail said 7 days. Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.

@youbroadband @DoT_India Since months You Broadband has had very frequent and prolonged downtime. Their customer service doesnt allow you to raise complaint during outage. After it is up they close the complaint saying its resolved. However we are losing our money. Pathetic.

@youbroadband Very bad experience with you broadband services, installation was done just as formality and not bothered to check its connection at all area of house. after complaint also not bothered to solve and asking me to resolve by myself. Too insensitive towards customer.

@youbroadband internet down in the area (Chembur East) again. 2 times in a week, with no notification on the impact nor on the ETA. This severely affects Work From Home customers, what kind of reliability & customer service is being provided? Customers left helpless...
