    .@youbroadband it's been two months my internet is not working. Three days back technician told modem needs to be replaced. Already two days that I placed a complaint still no response. Your service agent is not picking up the call. Pathetic service.

    @youbroadband We are working from home and finding very difficult to attend it via mobile data. If you are really good service provider pls compensate my 5 days by adding to 90 days.

    @youbroadband your executive do not have any timeframe for resolution.Also they cut the call shamelessly in name of transferring to senior. Dont give that vodafone link response . Have already reported there. And first of all RESPOND

    @youbroadband @VodafoneIN This is the worst customer care response I have experienced today. I have just asked for the service extension request for the days when your internet wasn’t working and when your speed was at 1-2 MBPS against 40 MBPS plan, but you guys aren’t listening.
