    @youbroadband Yours is the worst service possible. Have been your customer for 10 years now. The service has given ne bad to worst. My let is not working since 2 days tried each and everything from raising a complaint on the app to calling the call centre so many times. No resolution yet

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    @youbroadband I bought internet recently but everyday I am facing low speed issue Raised tickets multiple time but no solution If this remains then i need a full refund

    @youbroadband @youbroadband Looks like you don’t want new connections. I have been trying to reach for a connection in Pune for last 2 days, already made payment from the website but no one has reached out for setting up the connection. The customer care service is a joke!

    @youbroadband Internet works for some time and then stops for many hours. lights are also not blinking properly, we are told it is “normal.” From your side it may show connected, but here internet is not working properly. Please resolve the main issue permanently instead of temporary fixes.

    @youbroadband why dont your "engineers," ever follow up on a request? Why does someone have to call them even after a complaint is registered?
