    Dear @youbroadband Can you please do a minimum help. I made a payment on Sunday for new connection, bit still nobody came for installation of the new connection. If you can not provide service, why you are making people fool.

    @youbroadband Ac. No. 1997040. I've faced a lot of speed issues currently there is no major problem but I'm hesitating to renew to you broadband. Previously whenever i registered a complaint they used to just update it to resolve it and i used to face issues for more than 7 days on an average.

    @youbroadband i by mistake took a subscription. Amount paid and suffering due to bad connectivity. Very very poor service. Customer care person also not respond and no respect worst service that person name rithish @youbroadband

    @youbroadband - Dear Team, I am facing lot of speed issues since last 2/3 weeks and everytime raise a request they reboot the router. I think this requires an Upgrade in the speednow, as my plan have got upgraded. My Account: 1708196 and request ID: 2021071900045. Kindly help.

    @youbroadband After calling customer care and pressing 4 for marathi language, the Customer Care Executive tells me to speak in hindi.Why is You Broadband not providing service in Marathi.

    @Malkani_AI @youbroadband Even I'm facing same issue. Using mobile hotspot over Youbroaband. In random intervals keeps on disconnecting within minutes.

    @youbroadband I’ve been complaining since yesterday for my wifi not working. It’s been 24 hours now and there’s no technical help I’ve received. Your customer care is hopeless. All that they say is that it is on priority and will be fixed soon.
