    @youbroadband what a disgusting service you guys are providing to your customer, it's been 5 days of payment for new connection and till now it is not processed none of your Engineer is receiving call or the agent of your company, guys skill person to bluff to customer.

    @youbroadband started showing true colours after a few months of regular service. Every evening it goes down after technical team off the working hours ang get resolved in morning. New strategy to save users from using data. Not even registering complaints. Not going to renew

    @youbroadband internet not working at all, have ur broadband connection since feb'21 since the beginning there is net issue. Every alternate 2-3 days I have to call cx care to log complaint of net not working, it get resolved in next 2 days and again in next 2-3 days it Stop work

    (1) This is the worst service I have ever experienced, it's been 15days since I have proper internet, upon contacting Customer support I have been assured to get local support each time- that too after calling twice a day,& yet no one has showed up @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup
