    @youbroadband A/C2187413 worst service paid for installation on 24Aug installation completed on 27Aug but the modem and router provided is not functional it worked for few hours post tht connectivity issue raised complaint no solution yet why should I pay without services.

    @youbroadband I tried to request disconnection from your app, repeatedly without success, was not able to upload cancelled cheque. Your customer service was not able help.

    @youbroadband @VodafoneIdeaIN Broadband is down in the area (Aundh, Pune) for more than 36 hours & no ETA, update whatsoever. Customer service sucks.

    Pathetic service from @youbroadband .. have been calling customer care for a week and no resolution. The cable has been chopped off and nobody has come since a week.
