    @youbroadband it's been 10 days for me without internet.i have finally out a service request on 22nd December.. still no response.. the engineer is hardly bothered.. I can't register new request since the previous one is pending. Pls help.. so many days without internet is just

    Here are my some advantages of using youbroadband: 1. Their customer care reps read from a script so you couldn't be emotionally harmed, they also will repeat steps as they don't give a ****. 2. They will work as your psychologist as all they say is they 'understand'. (8/n)

    @youbroadband Hi, I have taken new connection, you have taken advance payment for a year & now saying the speed will be 8th time of availed plan, after objecting sales person have threatened me for life. Please cancel my connection & provide me refund immediately. Acc 2080788

    Another worst experience, we paid for the subscription however didn't get the same till date despite of repeated follow-ups (complaint no. 2020122704897). Hopeless technical & customer care service. @youbroadband pls sensitize your team to give good support to customers. @TRAI
