    @youbroadband Could you please help us to get refund amount. I have purchased plan on 9th April, later they said it would not be possible and you will get your money back. I contacted customer care many times but it didn't work out. Please help. , @TRAI , #fraud

    @youbroadband its 2nd year starts of facing bad services from you broadband. After paying advance money they are king and customers become fools for expectng good services. @PMO_NaMo @SMRT

    @youbroadband Worst customer service , worst internet connection . Don't ever use this connection they don't support at all. It's been 7days i have requested to shift my connection no response. I would definitely not recommend this connection to anyone.
