    @youbroadband Have 2 a/c s with you broadband 686928 & 230247 Both down since 2days repeated complaints no response yet Out of 365 175 days service down & worst customer service Even local cable operators are better Went for corporate expecting better service but it's pathetic

    @youbroadband very pathetic customer service. No internet connectivity from last 3 days....no response from your agents. I have paid for 6 month in advance and suffering now.

    @youbroadband Has the worst Internet Service. Internet is down since yesterday morning. Gives a fake time of resolution and doesn't resolve. Already made more than 10 calls today. No one fixes it. The customer care is like a goat in the wilderness. Completely lost.

    After relentless calls and sales push I accepted @youbroadband as a service in Visakhapatnam . After 65 days and more with multiple complaints / visits it’s been a horrible horrible experience. Still not sorted. Please look into the matter . Regret it .

    @vodafonein1 @youbroadband No internet from 3 days in Bandra no response from the company was assured of uninterrupted service as parent company is vodafone!!
