@youbroadband Worst customer service , worst internet connection . Don't ever use this connection they don't support at all. It's been 7days i have requested to shift my connection no response. I would definitely not recommend this connection to anyone.

@youbroadband This is Lakshmi vara prasad from visakhapatnam location regarding my network connection not working past 4days onwards raised complaint on 3rd may but still now my problem was not solved. Technicians also not responding.!

@youbroadband Don't use this broadband service , especially in Visakhapatnam , continue network drops, if you call for support , they just running entire business in Visakhapatnam with only one service man . If he is on leave , your work stops If it's rainy..they won't put feet out side office
