@youbroadband Our area has a connection of 150+ customers facing issue everyday but no one responds or no one cares- Area manager Uday -+91 90632 69598 area incharge - Anil - +91 81259 75859?? Why don’t you pick up customer calls? You call us for monthly recharge but why not now?

@youbroadband I need to post a complaint on both of these irresponsible persons. Youbroadband we work from home and are soley based/ dependant on Your network? But what are we getting in return? trust? customer obsession? Nothing except recharge call!!

@youbroadband have stopped using connection on 29th apr. Technician came and collected router promising refund of 750 security deposit theough cheque within 15 days. Today is 14 oct, still no refund received. Conplaint no: 2022101410170 Require immediate resolution #fraud

@youbroadband Don't get you connection, because it drops everyday and complains everyday, and the speed is so low that 2g network is remembered. Repenting by giving 3 years money advance.

@youbroadband My complaint no is 2022101314870. Our entire area doesn’t have net since 4 days and no one responds when we call them. Mainly our area manager and Area incharge - No matter you call them 10000000 times. Are you really concerned of your constomers?

@youbroadband Pathetic service. The technician Mangesh Chavhan informs in the morning that he will be attending the call around 17.00 Hrs and after calling him he reports saying he is busy and will come in the morning. No curtsey to call back.
