    The services are still not resumed. It has been since 3 days that the Estimated Up Time is deviating. There not at all any solution. Upon escalation of complaint, there's no contact or information by @youbroadband Kindly suggest some contact information for Cousumer forum.

    @youbroadband I want to upgrade my plan 10mbps to 75mbps on a monthly basis. I have called your helpline no. They take a call back request by the backend team, backend asking me to opt for a 6 or 12 months plan. But I want monthly plan So can you please help me to change the plan

    @youbroadband In this day and age your service is disrupted for more than 5 days. Is this how the service is provided ? Anyone responsible who can work out the issue with broadband ?

    Very bad experience with @youbroadband also service is very bad. I have registered the complain regarding internet on toll free number before 4 days, and after so many reminders, still they are not able to solve my problem.

    Never use @youbroadband they provide the worst service ever in a city like Ahmedabad. My internet connection is disturbed for the last 15 days. Mostly my work is done online. I have already raised complaints many times but not any single executive took any action upon it.

    @youbroadband The worst customer service..Out of 30 days ,20 days the wifi doesn't work.The customer service and employees are soo lazy and get irritated while responding to us.Why do you even hire people and what's with the speed..Worst broadband everm
