    hey @youbroadband I've raised the disconnection request on 15th, but your Customer care is saying that it will take 4-5 days to collect them modem. I am moving my stuff on 17th, and there won't be anyone to collect the modem. Can you expedite the collection visit by tomorrow?

    @youbroadband I have been trying to reach your area incharge Rakesh & engineer Ganesh More since morning today to get help regarding Internet outage but they isn't responding. Kindly get in touch to fix the Internet connection.
