    @youbroadband The connection in has been down for 2 days now, the technicians in my area promised to fix it but there is no result. I have not been able to attend my lectures and study properly. I need help as soon as possible.

    Internet stopped working since monday morning. I have open a service request ticket on 18th May but since then there’s no response from your end. Technician is not responding to my calls or messages. Bad customer service @youbroadband
