@youbroadband Thanks for your fabulous customer service. No network from 2 days. Customer support says with utmost compassion that issue will be fixed The person to whom the request is assigned isn't responding to calls. Had a great 2 months journey. Moving on to @fiber_jio .

@youbroadband I have been complaining about your frequent disruption in service at my home and area but no one cares. I have been using your service for last 3 -4 yrs and your treatment to a existing customer is pathetic. Complaints are closed without attending.

@youbroadband my internet is not working. Every 3 day internet is shutdown. Your customers resolution system is useles. Stop making fake promises ,Now i decided i need my money back. Because if i continue witj your services i will definitely face financial loss

Worst service ever experienced by a broadband company. @youbroadband. Engineer was not able to establish connection and said that my laptop has an issue. walked away from house and even after repeatedly calling his name "Mohit" was not listening.

@youbroadband Worst services ever. Often you guys have connectivity issue. Your toll free guys alws gives wrong Commitments. Your area Engineer do not want to help customer. Just resolving the complaim after 24 hours without resolutions.

@youbroadband @TRAI Dear telephone regulatory of India. Kindly, I am totally surprised how they get permission for internet service provider. They don't have sufficient staff propper complaint disposal system.
