    @youbroadband worst customer service ever. Since 3 PM my wifi was not working. I called their engineer to complain about the issue. He's not responding to my calls. I called their customer service they told the problem will be resolved in 30 minutes. No update from them (1/2)

    @youbroadband has worst service in Surat. I am facing slow speed issue since 1 month but no response from You broadband Surat team. Some of the employee only sends renewal messeges but not take any responsibilities.

    Since last 20mins I’m on a call with @youbroadband SN RM Khusbu Tanden says she doesn’t have authority to escalate my issue to higher team, my internet is down & RM comforts me by saying wait for 24 working hrs so we can arrange a Tech guy. Such a lame support @VodafoneGroup

    Then I called your customer care center and talked with the customer supervisor (Name: Ramayan Chaturvedi) Surat Gujarat office he told me we will look into this in the next 24 working hours. This is not a satisfactory answer. @youbroadband (5/7)

    @youbroadband we r using u broadband more than 3 yrs. in our area …. Garkheda Aurangabad … Maharashtra…the service provider doesn’t have the power back up … whenever there is electricity failure we have to face internet shutdown ….
