  Ported my wife’s number from Vodafone to Airtel, converted my personal secondary Vodafone to prepaid, mom’s Vodafone number to prepaid & now I’ll have to change my ISP from @youbroadband to another if they don’t improve. Horrible service. From Hutch/Orange/Voda to Vi, gone worse.

  @youbroadband This is perhaps the worst broadband that I've ever come across in India. Especially in Visakhapatnam, where I stay, the internet is always either slow or not working. Want to switch to something else. On top of everything pathetic customer service.
