  @youbroadband its been 3 days youbroadband network is down, ticket has been raised but no progress. Airtel was also down but they were very prompt and already restored there’s connectivity.

  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

  @youbroadband Your issue was resolved just 3 days ago, and now the same network problem is back again! How many times are customers expected to suffer due to repeated poor service? This is becoming extremely frustrating. Please provide a permanent solution.

  @youbroadband Internet works for some time and then stops for many hours. lights are also not blinking properly, we are told it is “normal.” From your side it may show connected, but here internet is not working properly. Please resolve the main issue permanently instead of temporary fixes.
