    @youbroadband can u explain ur refund policy. In your website its clearly written upon cancellation of connection after activation will be refunded after deducting charges until disconnection. But your customer care executive says its non refundable. How can that be possible?

    @youbroadband @TRAI Comp # 2022031604408 last couple of days facing the Buffering & latency issues. followed below step but still no satisfactory resolution. -Change of entire cable -New Router -Tesyed with dial up connection -Replacement of Hub device. Other troubleshooting

    @youbroadband one of the worst experience i had with your broadband, i have renewed my connection and paid money in full for modem and internet charges. And now when i call your executives they are making silly excuses. Its is the way you treat the customers

    @youbroadband Since Oct Month 2021 I have given my Router and Modem Back to Compay. To get the Deposit Refund, the Policy is of 45 Working Days. Till now March 2022 I haven't received My Deposit Refund. Very Very Bad Experience.Pathethic Services. Never Use Youbroadband

    Very very disappointed with the @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup When I call customer care they said refund check will be ready in 2-3 working days, but after one month again I call they said it’s not 45 days yet so you will get refund after 45 days.I went Branch still disappointed.
