  @youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service

  @youbroadband In between this I called more than 100 times for services and out of frustration then after talking to local head i closed my connection it's been 2 months since I closed my connection i have not received refund yet . I am calling customer care daily but no proper response.

  @youbroadband Internet is not been working at my place since 6th April. Have raised request and followed up multiple times. Still, the issue has not been resolved. Is this kind of service quality you have? #pathetic #youbroadband.

  @youbroadband i formally express my dissatisfaction with my YOU Broadband service. I am experiencing frequent disconnections and consistently slow speeds. Despite lodging multiple complaints, I have received no resolution or follow-up. Furthermore, local management has been entir
