    @youbroadband Hey! Do you guys plan to give proper unhindered and uninterrupted broadband service? Does it have to be off 2-3 times a week? Sometimes it on and off 2-3 times a day! Seriously bad service!

    @youbroadband I made a payment against a new connection in Mumbai & I'm yet to know if my area is serviceable. How long should one wait to know if you would provide them a connection or not. Already not happy with the cust service, how do you wish to build a long term relation.

    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare. I'm from Pune, and there is no consistent internet connection. It has been 4 hours since no Internet Connection. Please solve this issue ASAP. It has been like this for the past week. It is really frustrating! Thank you! 🙏

    @youbroadband I have connection at 102,Amesty Society apposite: Anjor society Ganraj chwok Baner When I enquired about the new connection I was promised 24x7 your internet will work now since yesterday the net is not working I am calling the mechanic everytime no response

    @youbroadband one of the worst experience i had with your broadband, i have renewed my connection and paid money in full for modem and internet charges. And now when i call your executives they are making silly excuses. Its is the way you treat the customers
