    @youbroadband One of the worst service internet providers I have been opted for. No replies, ignorance, avoidance and no resolution for issue for 15 days. Very bad experience .

    Hey @youbroadband, I have been experiencing really low upload speeds. Whenever I register a complaint, the engineer fixes the issue temporarily. Every 2 days I need to register a complaint about this issue on mobile app. It's time to permanently fix this issue ASAP.

    @youbroadband Hi My you broadband connection is down since yesterday morning Lodged a complaint 2022092408847 ,but your customer service is pathetic no one from youbroadband bothers to even call back. Internet is still down 12.30pm
