@youbroadband @abhi_5646 The worst company for past 10 months they have given power benefit n enjoying free benefit from customer power supply. If you don’t recharge in next one hr they will suspend your Internet. Nodal office is least bothered never seen such chor company

@youbroadband is the worst Internet service provider in surat Gujarat. Don't use their service even if they provide it to you for FREE as well. They gets out of service for 23 hrs out of 24hrs. None of the customer executives tries to solve your problem. Think 100 times.

Everytime I call to your executive they will say, Sir it is in transit or talk to my supervisor. How irresponsible service you guys are giving and at the time of new connection your all the executive and engineers were responding properly and saying sir any issue @youbroadband

@youbroadband Dear Team. My no:9059755760. I have been using your service from last two years. However every month at least one to two days there will be a connectivity issue. App also won't work in this period. I fade up with your service so can you please check and for refund.
