    @youbroadband Gaurav Parmar my contact number 8141665776 please check I have more than 10 time complain but nothing response your customer care daily giving me same answer 24 hour working day solve your problem but last 15 days no one can solve issue

    @KashyapSagaram @youbroadband Speaking in Hindi with customer in care is a big menace. Hindi speaking people working in call centers are like those illegal immigrants recruited based on language.

    @youbroadband Still no one has contacted to resolve the concern, my broadband is due for a renewal so stop sending me emails and notofications and first fix the problems👎👎👎 never have seen such a horrible service provider. Been almost a week now.. and counting..

    @youbroadband most pathetic service. In last 10 days net has been down in Pune Kothrud area more than 30 times. Sudden downtime impacts our office work badly. Customer service doesn't take complaints at all, they just say 'there is technical issue' and then ignore.
