    @youbroadband Worst service of all time. I have renewed my validity today but still it did not get renewed. Paid the amount and it reached destination account. Still no one responds. 😡😡

    @youbroadband Very very disappointed with the service. Doing some important work on the Internet and all of sudden connection disconnected and takes hours time to restore. This is happening since yesterday. Please look into immediately id; kasa8125

    @youbroadband It is 5 th day my service is interrupted, very bad service experience from company staff. There is no decision makers to look after please kindly respond as soon as possible or I need to take a strict action.

    @youbroadband you seriously need to look into customer service. My internet is down since last evening. If there is an issue due to rains or any other reasons, I will appreciate an update. Have been following up with call centre since morning with no resolution till now.
