    Today is 6th day but still my Internet issue is not solved by Jio i have already complaint against consumer court and building manager for remove all Jio Fiber connection because Jio Fiber useless for business i recommend use Youbroadband. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    With all your respect @youbroadband i Don't want to comment negative but here is my problem. from past 10 -12 days my internet is not working properly. customer care person replies but work didn't happen Hope you will check it and try to help us in every way. 📍SURAT (Day 1/365)

    @youbroadband .... I'm facing Internet Connectivity issues for the last 2 days "Indiranagar Nashik"..Even contacted the local Nashik Team but no response from them , no action at all. No updates from the Customer Care Team as well for TAT . I'm fed-up with YBB service.

    @youbroadband Absolutely bad service. Complaints are not answered. Just changed our connection with the fibre Optic cable for speed. Since then we have launched a lot of complaints with no response at all. Will be filing a complaint with the consumer court soon.

    @youbroadband From 1-2 days connection is continuously getting worst. Speed is slow and connectivity is also intrupting somtimes connecting sometimes not. Please do the needful ASAP.

    @youbroadband One of the worst internet service provider I ever faced. It's been two days.. now the person who has provided the connection and took the money.. he is saying only you are the person who is calling to solve the issue and other person who has issue is waiting 2-3days

    @youbroadband , pathetic service. Applied for new connection for my 2nd home but terrible service. Need to close my connection of 1st home as well. No need to be associated with such poor company.
