    @youbroadband In between this I called more than 100 times for services and out of frustration then after talking to local head i closed my connection it's been 2 months since I closed my connection i have not received refund yet . I am calling customer care daily but no proper response.

    @rosh_shetty84 @Oza_Akash @screener_in Hi Roshan, the problem was on YouBroadband and Vodafone. Their networks were not reaching our CDN servers. Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making
