  @youbroadband what is going !!?? From last 2 months internet has been down for at least 2 hours daily in the name of maintenance. I have been complaining about the same but no one attended and ticket gets resolved by itself and same vicious cycle continues.

  @youbroadband Registered request to terminate my connection on 26th April through app and after that 8-9 times through toll free number also. It's been more than 2 months but no body has collected my modem. Worst internet service provider. Going to consumer forum very soon.

  @youbroadband The engineer said that problem will b resolved today… but no luck. Internet not working since last night. And today full day it was dead. N so even tonight it’s not gonna work. DOES IT TAKE 3 DAYS TO FIX THE PROBLEM??

  @youbroadband Already shared the details on the DM. Still no response. It's already 20 days since the internet connection is hampered. Pathetic service from @youbroadband. Looking forward to alternative @airtelindia kindly provide service in Rajkot 360002 as soon as possible.

  Since morning I'm not getting wifi , even though I have complained many times. No one is responding to the calls . You broadband service ppl are so irresponsible. I have gave them many chances to resolve the issue. @youbroadband @consaff

  @youbroadband pathetic service you have. Net down since 10 days. Raised multiple complaints, sent emails, tried numerous calls. The calls have a dead end with no option to speak with CC. Complaints are closed without working, emails are answered. Please fix issues. @TraiIndia

  Dear @youbroadband , my internet connection is not working since yesterday. I raised a complaint yesterday but no body visited until now. Please can you look into it urgently as I have to work from home.
