    @youbroadband Your update is incorrect — service is still not working at my location. Send a technician by tomorrow, or I will proceed with a Consumer Court complaint. Kindly take this seriously.

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
