    @youbroadband your Nagpur team is third class, they do not know what customer support is. I booked connection day before yesterday, the executive who to visit, has asked to pay via UPI which we did, but your office says payment not received.

    @youbroadband broadband speed has been erratic for sometime - frequent speed fades and connection issues. For a 100mbps connection, getting 2mbps download speed. That's ridiculous frankly. Please look into these issues.

    how can a customer trust that it would be added after paying the renewal amount, as I see no action from your end inspite of chasing regularly from past 2 weeks. Does @youbroadband want to fool customers by just taking money from them and not providing the benefits on time?

    @youbroadband Then ..,, After you make the payment , there behaviour will change drastically.. First they will show some stupid issue .. And starts playing with you... We want do contact, but we can't do anything due to "they will show really nonsense excuses"

    Hi @youbroadband My sister @DeolikarSayali is struggling to solve the wifi issue from past 15days,it's an old setup.We did painting and it's not working, they r just giving different excuses,she paid ₹1000 for a month and not getting service.Complaint no.202202170134.
