    @youbroadband Why it takes more than 36 hours to fix such minor issue ? For first 35 hours your team dint even come to our area to fix issue for multiple societies and after they came it was fixed in less than 1 hour. So what took 35 hours for them to reach ?

    @youbroadband This is second day in running with out internet service in large part of our Vadodara area. Multiple users raising issues but NO Response or Feedback from your side. On Twitter also since yesterday still no answer. Pathetic.

    Our Internet service has been down for the last three days. Therefore, office work is closed. We made a phone call. But there was no response. We have already registered complaint and followed up several times, but in vain. Nobody showed up. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Since 1900hrs there is no internet at Santacruz West, Mumbai. Complain lodged in the app at 1915 hrs. Your technician is not responding. How long more you want your customer to suffer?
