Have all the email conversation for above account requesting the refund of security deposit. Not a single action been taken. Worst

@youbroadband Customer service is gone silent for last 6 months. None of my queries answered and same case with others in my vicinity. We are thinking of moving to Act or Airtel in our apartment where there 30+ connections. Committe will initiate the process.
