@youbroadband My broadband connection in Rajkot with you has been non operational from 26th June to 2nd July and from 5th July till today. No update yet. Local service representatives don't respond. And now I am getting reminders for renewal. Kindly resolve.

@youbroadband Worst service and worst support. It's been a week I have online renewal issue in which I paid amount twice for one activation and still there is no refund for which I have raised concerned 10 days ago. No response from the support. I want this resolved today.

@youbroadband and icing on a cake is that your tech support helpline gives me same update everyday that it will get actioned in 24 hrs. Almost 8 times these 24 hrs have gone. I mean seriously? Is this how you operate?
