    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve

    @youbroadband What kind of customer care is this? Every complaints raised through mobile app are closed within 30 minutes without resolving or contacting customer. Even contact number of the technical person attached with complaint is wrong.

    @youbroadband U’ve been “noting the concern” for days now, but there is still no proper resolution. Your technician visited, checked the terrace, said there is a cable issue from your side and that he would return after checking the adjacent building —but he never came back.

    @youbroadband This is not the 1st time the service is disturbed. It happens nearly everyday & you are least bothered about customer's inconvenience. Regret my decision to pay you for yearly plan. Every time the engineers say "this issue is beyond our control"

    @youbroadband your services has been worst than govt services in last 1 year i was assured last time on call with customer care that everthing will be resolved in 3 working but its been more than 3 months and no one has visited yet to replace decade old modem of yours.
