    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    @youbroadband internet down in the area (Chembur East) again. 2 times in a week, with no notification on the impact nor on the ETA. This severely affects Work From Home customers, what kind of reliability & customer service is being provided? Customers left helpless...
