  @gnr9712 @youbroadband @youbroadband our tickets are being resolved automatically without even visiting the site. Engineers ask for pictures and videos on whatsapp, ask which light is blinking and which not, and brings solution over a phone. Please see the screenshot - I raised ticket almost everyday.

  @youbroadband sucks. I was promised a connection and took the initial payment and then denied. Now there is no status of my refund. This is miss selling and cheating both put together #Hopelessinternetprovider

  @youbroadband Yesterday Installed New Connection in Aundh, Pune : 411007. Worst experience, Vendor took SD for Modem & installed used Modem. Speed commited as per plan 100 Mbps & at actual 21 Mbps. Kindly cancel the connection & refund my Amount.

  @youbroadband i have disconnect service 5month ago. Modem is return still my deposit not return. I called 1st time they said its under process, 2nd time they said check is ready to dispatch . Today they are saying its not ready and asking for modem return date.

  @youbroadband .....The most pathetic customer service and ever seen.. Internet not working for the last 15 days. Multiple complaints raised but no resolution...the engineer has no clue what to do...just giving excuses.. even wrote to ur nodal officer but no response even frm them
