@youbroadband DO NOT GET A WIFI CONNECTION BY YOU BROADBAND. They took the money from us, have been 15 days, and did not provide the connection. We cancelled their service but they are not refunding our money. Their executive said "ghar mai ghus k wifi lagayege".

@youbroadband @DoC_GoI @DoT_India having speed problem during day time 8am to 8pm only 2mpbs. Have complained several times. Night 8pm to 8am Speed get reset to 50mpbs on daily basis. Unfair business practice. Call me on 99259-20000.

@youbroadband What a horrible service guys. Your sells guy call me commit installation within 2 days. Its almost a week and no one came for inspection. Now he told me raise complaint and still no update. If I ask for refund, its 45 days. Why can't you say no to refund. Bullshit.
