    @youbroadband my internet connection isn't working from last two days. I am continuously calling customer service and they are saying that there is some outage in my area but no proper eta. There is one more connection is there in my apartment and it's working. Can u please help?

    [2/2] @DoT_India this is pure loot by @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband they charge on number of days, but don't provide service. Request your kind attention to this matter as on a National level it is a big scam, and real pain to customers. We don't even get proper reply from team
