  There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

  A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

  @youbroadband your service team is pathetic and terrible. Is it the responsibility of the customer to keep continuously following up with the service team who keeps relaying the work to other personnel as if it is not their job? The worst ever I had.
