    @youbroadband Are you going bankrupt? Are you stutting down the service? My internet has been down for 36+ hours. There is no response on your WhatsApp interactive complaint booking. None on web interface. What is one's recourse? Nobody answersthe phone either. #vi_sucks

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍
