If I raise a complaint I am told that the complaint has to be closed as the issue is resolved. But its not resolved. Please stop forcing your engineers to wrongly close complaints just to meet SLAs.

No one from your came to look at the issue & it has been automatically closed, even though your team was clearly mentioned to address the issue and not close it. This is 2nd time of this behavior
