Lohit (@Lohit_95) reported@youbroadband worst internet provider. Internet down daily for atleast 6 hrs daily in evening affecting our work. Raised multiple issues but ticket gets closed. Fix the issue for godsake.

Alex Daniel (@alex_daniel81) reported@youbroadband my broadband connection has not been working since the 17th of March. Despite multiple calls and complaints registered at your help centre there has not been any response or resolution. Your call centre team can only give me assurances.
