    @youbroadband You just spoke to our Customer Service Executive, if satisfied kindly type "YES 2021062205453" else "NO 2021062205453" and send to 7065111146 YOU Broadband….. very poor service, 4 days No Internet in our hospital….SMS done No, no response yet

    @youbroadband will get their money first but won’t provide you service after that. It’s been 10 days since I did the payment. When I try to call the executive for update on installation, he straight away declines my phone call. Is this how you treat your new customers?

    @ViCustomerCare Most pathetic service by @youbroadband . New connection request paid for 10 days back, no call yet for installation despite numerous follow ups. 2.5 days since raised cancellation request and no call yet for the same either. Didn't expect this from VI!! #CC559145
