My WiFi is down from 02 June evening onwards. I placed my complain on @youbroadband App, also sent e-mail to customercare of You Briadband. But no answer, no update. Most useless service. I am now planning to go to consumer forum if I don't receive any response by today.

@VodafoneIN iam a Customer of Youbroadband my rel. no. 1697538, online complaints made on 23-07-2020, 29-07-2020, 05-08-2020 only received complaint Nos, but my internet is still not working, youbroadband is powered by vodafone, this is worst service, Kindly resolve immediately

@youbroadband Due 2 “No Internet” 23.7.20 complaint made & request id 20072316629 issued & due 2 no response, another complaint made on 29-7-20 & 5-8-20 request id 2020072815611. Still as on today No response, Internet 👎not working, worst service provider. Kindly response😡

@youbroadband your nets been down since 5AM today. Have raised a complaint. Called you guys twice. No resolution as yet. And u have the cheeks to send me offer to recharge 11 days in advance to your scheme to avail 20% more data. Get your act together first.

@youbroadband i have complained since a week that my WiFi is not working. Technician came to the house 2 days ago and he said it's a connection problem on your end all the connection at our house is fine. It's still not restore despite calling y'all again today.

It’s now been 6 days since the friendly customer exec from @youbroadband promised a resolution in 24 hours. The best part - no one even cared to call or address the complaint! That’s how ‘customer focused’ these guys are!

@youbroadband Please get your technician to respond, despite many calls, he is not responding, the speed of my new broadband connection in Bandra is less than half of my package. It's causing issues. Kindly respond ASAP. Need it urgently rectified. Am most dissapointed.

@youbroadband My Internet connection 177809 is not working since Saturday 29.8.20. Cable is cut. Have logged in numerous complaints. No action. Just renewed on Friday. Even last month net not working for over 5 days. Pathetic response and service

@youbroadband my complaint got "automatically" resolved today without any confirmation from my end. That's upsetting considering my net issues are not resolved at all. 250Mbps plan and I get sub-100Mbps download and .5-1Mbps upload speeds. I didn't pay for **** like this, guys.
