Technician came to the house 2 days ago and he said it's a connection problem on your end all the connection at our house is fine. It's still not restore despite calling y'all again today.

Raise a complaint and 15 people call you, fix issue for 15 mins and say “Sir ho gaya solve. Ticket close kiya hai code de do”. Now they say power backup switch is broken

We are loyal with VIL brand & hence here.. need to focus on the customer engagement & front end. No resolution yet?
