No action. Just renewed on Friday. Even last month net not working for over 5 days. Pathetic response and service

pratik virda (@PratikVirda) reported@youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.
