I placed my complain on @youbroadband App, also sent e-mail to customercare of You Briadband. But no answer, no update. Most useless service. I am now planning to go to consumer forum if I don't receive any response by today.

It's causing issues. Kindly respond ASAP. Need it urgently rectified. Am most dissapointed.

Technician came to the house 2 days ago and he said it's a connection problem on your end all the connection at our house is fine. It's still not restore despite calling y'all again today.
