    @youbroadband Please get your technician to respond, despite many calls, he is not responding, the speed of my new broadband connection in Bandra is less than half of my package. It's causing issues. Kindly respond ASAP. Need it urgently rectified. Am most dissapointed.

    It’s now been 6 days since the friendly customer exec from @youbroadband promised a resolution in 24 hours. The best part - no one even cared to call or address the complaint! That’s how ‘customer focused’ these guys are!

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband pathetic service. Not able to resolve issues since 6 July!!!! Have taken money for 100mbps plan and not able to deliver even 5 mbps. This is theft of money/fraud!!!

    My WiFi is down from 02 June evening onwards. I placed my complain on @youbroadband App, also sent e-mail to customercare of You Briadband. But no answer, no update. Most useless service. I am now planning to go to consumer forum if I don't receive any response by today.

    @youbroadband i have complained since a week that my WiFi is not working. Technician came to the house 2 days ago and he said it's a connection problem on your end all the connection at our house is fine. It's still not restore despite calling y'all again today.

    @NehaLad12 @ankit45u @youbroadband @HathwayBrdband I use hathway,and trust me i just tweeted about worst speed given by hathway! Just don’t go for it save your money and try Airtel or Tata sky. :(

    @youbroadband your nets been down since 5AM today. Have raised a complaint. Called you guys twice. No resolution as yet. And u have the cheeks to send me offer to recharge 11 days in advance to your scheme to avail 20% more data. Get your act together first.

    Poor service of @youbroadband. They'd don't care about their customer. My friend's problem is not resolved and still no response form them.

    @DiwamGosai @youbroadband @VodafoneIdeaIN Their service is always worst since many years. I had to switch to gtpl because of worstservice. Once the service was down for 5 days, when I complained and asked for service credit, they denied and said it was not a technical fault. They are cheaters

    I’m trying to contact @youbroadband since past 3 days. No body is responding and they are cutting my calls. There’s no connectivity from the past 3 days. Beautiful customer care is being provide by Youbroadband. Thank you so much for the CARE.

Emails now they are telling me they will issue a cheque. This nonsense has to stop #cheating customers give me my money back asap
