    @youbroadband My internet is down from Sunday. There is a wire breakage which I can see from my window from where my wire comes down. There has been no resolution till now. The local representative is not responding properly, customer care number is not connecting.

    @youbroadband Seriously? Main toh pichhle 2 mahine se aapki wajah se hi stress mein hoon. Constant downtime, poor service, and no proper resolution. This is not what you promise in your ads. Please fix your service ASAP or be ready for escalation.

    @youbroadband Internet is not been working at my place since 6th April. Have raised request and followed up multiple times. Still, the issue has not been resolved. Is this kind of service quality you have? #pathetic #youbroadband.

    Hello, @youbroadband Broadband connection not working since 2 days. Complaint multiple times but no solution. Your executive Israr Kazi visited home but refused to do any thing, say they will work after 24hr only as ticket resolution time is 24 working hours. ..

    @youbroadband @youbroadband Looks like you donโ€™t want new connections. I have been trying to reach for a connection in Pune for last 2 days, already made payment from the website but no one has reached out for setting up the connection. The customer care service is a joke!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @youbroadband Again Airtel Wi-Fi is down since 6 am this morning. What are you guys upto? Every other weekend you guys go down. I have found another ISP, and going to switch now
