Their customer service doesnt allow you to raise complaint during outage. After it is up they close the complaint saying its resolved. However we are losing our money. Pathetic.

Hiren Patel (@HirenPoskar) reported@youbroadband Ping to public DNS takes average time 1226ms. Either internet completely shut or very poor speed in prime location. Technical person checks weather I have used 1mb of data last 24 hours, then I request closed w/o visiting or contacting customer.

Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

I created an issue ticket on the 15th, but the assigned engineer has not been responding, and their phone has been switched off. I am unsure of how to escalate the issue, and it is impacting my office work.
