    @youbroadband Fast internet sounds great in theory, but in reality with your service it’s constant downtime and zero accountability. No connectivity, router showing orange light, technician giving false promises and still “no delays”?fix the basics first before talking about business advantage

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband you have a third class and disappointing service , shame on you as your app is not on iOS nor your phone lines works. Struggling for last 2 days as no internet . Is this company alive or dead? No one bothers for the customers. Get up and help the customers

    @youbroadband U’ve been “noting the concern” for days now, but there is still no proper resolution. Your technician visited, checked the terrace, said there is a cable issue from your side and that he would return after checking the adjacent building —but he never came back.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband Looks like you don’t want new connections. I have been trying to reach for a connection in Pune for last 2 days, already made payment from the website but no one has reached out for setting up the connection. The customer care service is a joke!

    @youbroadband @jagograhakjago My internet has been completely down since 6 June 2026. I've raised multiple complaints, and each time it works for 5 minutes before failing again. Technicians have visited multiple times but no permanent fix. Please resolve this today 2026061804648

    @youbroadband If a technician is not assigned within the next 2 days, I will be proceeding with legal action with all supporting evidence of repeated service failures and unresolved complaints. Kindly treat this as urgent. Again not working!
