@youbroadband your service is very poor 👎🏼 it’s been 4 days my wifi is not working because of the damage of Cable. I did many complaints on customer care many times and i did not get any satisfied reply. What are you doing guys, you don’t even imagine my situation😡 yuck service

@Andy0686 @youbroadband yea this is pathetic .. apparently emailing their appellate authority also isnt much use .. they emailed me that the issue is fixed by replacing my modem .. i emailed them a pic showing 46 MBPS on my 200 MBPS connection .. no reply since @TRAI pls help

@youbroadband Then complaint number is # 2021051905548. Customer told me the technical Team will call you n update but they didn't call me, and when I'm trying to call them they were not answering at all. What **** is going on. I'll be waiting till Tuesday. Then I'm going sue you

@youbroadband wifi not working since 2 days registered complaint it got cancelled again registered it today called technician first doesn’t receives and then tells he is out he will call but doesn’t call. Service keeps on degrading.
