@youbroadband My internet has been shut off since Monday. First we were told it is area outage and after that got fixed, our internet still didn't work. We noted a complaint and yet no one has as yet sent a technician.

@youbroadband A customer for 7 years, my nets down from Monday (probably cyclone) in Bandra, have registered multiple complaints and You has the worst customer service experience. Not sure if this is the lack of funding from Voda Idea or simply that You doesn’t care

@youbroadband I have paid money to install the WiFi network. But there still no one has contact me after payment done. What type of service you are providing. Verry bad service. @DoT_India please take action against him. They are just taking money and then don't provide any service

By far, the worst ISP in the history of the internet hands down has to be @youbroadband Internet down since Monday & no restoration in sight. Earlier too was shut from 9-12th May before the cyclone, so they can’t give that for an excuse. Sheer incompetence. @consumerforum_
