@youbroadband So none of technician answered the call nor called back…. AND EVEN TONIGHT INTERNET GONNA BE DEAD. You Broadband Internet is working in opposite building. INTERNET WAS DEAD FOR 3 DAYS LAST WEEK. AND AGAIN TODAY ITS DEAD SINCE MORNING. KINDLY GIVE PERMANENT SOLUTION

Opening complaint, 24 working hours (3days) for engineer, engineer closing ticket on 2nd or 3rd day without visiting, calling, or solving. Again complaint, 24hr...cont. Nice deadlock. Not going to renew next month. TY for this experience.

@youbroadband you guys are having worst technical staff in Vrundavan, Vadodara . I have applied for the new connection on 8th july and have paid the recharge fees but still you guys haven't installed the wifi connection. No one is answering the call from YOU.

@youbroadband This tweet is regarding un-installation and submission of my wifi modem and to initiate the refund process, it's been 5 days since I have been trying to communicate to the customer support, no helped me out on this yet.
