tushar (@wankhde_tushar) reported@youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

Rahul Pathak (@Rahulpathak_31) reported@YouBroadband Every 2–3 weeks, my internet is down for 2–3 days due to poor service and delayed engineers. I’m now the only user in my society—everyone else has switched to JioFiber. Please improve before you lose me too.

sc0utOP (@scouttanmay) reportedVapi–Daman deserves better internet. We're paying Mumbai/Delhi-level broadband prices, yet service quality is nowhere close. With only two major providers Quest Internet and @youbroadband effectively controlling the market, consumers are left with frequent outages, inconsistent speeds, and poor reliability which hurt creators, esports athletes, businesses and students alike. Personally, poor connectivity has cost me during national level esports tournaments. What's frustrating is that whenever giant reliable providers like Airtel Xstream Fiber and JioFiber look to expand into the region, there always seem to be roadblocks from the government officials preventing real competition. The people of Vapi–Daman deserve better choices and better internet.

Vikram | Prop Firm Rules Explained (@VK1980VK) reported@youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

Rahul Pathak (@Rahulpathak_31) reported@youbroadband Your issue was resolved just 3 days ago, and now the same network problem is back again! How many times are customers expected to suffer due to repeated poor service? This is becoming extremely frustrating. Please provide a permanent solution.
