Suman (@Msuman916) reported@youbroadband I had requested permanent disconnection of my broadband connection on 25th February 2026.However, the connection is still not disconnected. Further, I escalated the issue to the Nodal Officer, who assured on 11th March 2026 that the issue would be resolved within24
