@youbroadband The services of youbroadband are affected in NIBN, KONDHWA area of Pune for the last THREE DAYS. What the customers are getting is repeated extensions of date and time about when the service will be restored and remorseless apologies.

@SmartPune janhit mein jari. Don't ever ever ever opt for @youbroadband. It is the most useless service, hopeless technicians. In 5 days, internet was down for 2 days, worked fine intermittently for 2 days and down again today. Don't waste ur money here.

@youbroadband Worst Service. I have been asking for Refund of Rs.750 since Many days several times over official mail id of @youbroadband & social media platforms. However, the company has no time to respond on this. Worst Experience with Service of @youbroadband.

@aparanjape For Pune it is still 90s. Internet sucks and we probably have the worst internet for an "IT hub". Take @youbroadband for example. Horrible service.

@youbroadband Are we doing anything about this, every ticket that is being raised is being closed without any resolution. The issue stated is clear, the internet is intermittent throughout the day and constant disconnections every 5 mins. I have already provided details in DM.
