@consaff Internet has been down from 1 October 2022. Calling @youbroadband everyday, but no response from their team in Pune. They don't answer calls nor do they reply to WhatsApp messages sent on the grp they have created for complaint redressal.

@youbroadband @VeekayF Worst folks to have a connection with. Masters in using unethical methods - stealing power from private home user meters, fixing things temporarily to close the ticket and what not !

@youbroadband has most pathetic service in the Nasik, Maharashtra region. Your staff don’t even follow up with customers about their issues and don’t answer calls even after more than 5 attempts. I am switching to Airtel today just because of the unethical behavior.

I am not able to understand, to whom I will contact to get the solution. @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup Internet is not working from September 29. I have complaint more then 20 times in last 7 days. Your costomer service department is just fooling me every day. Release my refund.
