    @youbroadband My Internet services have been stopped in my area due to maintenance, the service is stopped from when I recharged my plan. I need a refund, as you can't provide the service. I spoke to Customer care and they only say we will get back to you! Why u want free money??

    @youbroadband is the worst ever internet service providers in vizag.They come begging to you for renewals despite their failure to respond in time. But when their support is really needed, their executives switch off their phones conveniently. 18 hours go without response?Really?

    @youbroadband this company is telling some issue for last 1 month. And still not giving any solution fir internet disturbation .. i have compalin for many times but still they are seeming like an unknown reason.. why they dont have man powers for solution helling such issue.

    @youbroadband it's nearing a year and yet haven't had the landline connection activated with my Internet connection that's working fine, only thing I hear from the local team is we have no indication and can't help. Is this the way You Broadband takes things forward?
