    @youbroadband Even after sending cancellation emails, we are still receiving renewal messages from You Broadband. Relationship No. 1742494 Project ‘Life’, Rajkot Poor service, over 50 days of service loss with no proper support. Request immediate refund/adjustment for downtime.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!
