@youbroadband your frequency and duration of network outages for FRIVOLOUS reasons are extremely high. today again, the net was out since 3PM and the app showed a RANDOM time to come up as 6PM and then now 9 PM. will you do something about it?

We upgraded to 60mpbs plan with @youbroadband1 for WFH. Each time we have a disconnection, it takes minimum 5 days to resolve. Since Cyclone on 17th May we have no internet. We have made repeated requests for service which have gone unaddressed. @youbroadband @jagograhakjago

Calling @youbroadband s customer care is pointless because they fraudulently resolve complaints without even fixing the issue. My internet speeds are so unstable and customer service is terrible. Huge regrets for trusting this internet company.. @VodafoneGroup @vodafonein1

@youbroadband Connectivity issues since morning created a ticket at 9 in the morning no one called your customer support sucks even they don't know what's happening i got a notification that service affected will resume at 13:55 way past that time still did not get resolved.

@youbroadband I have paid for 6 months and now no network !!! @Airtel_Presence can you please share Pune Xtreme fiber contact so I can have better connectivity! I have lots to do and youbroadband is way too lethargic to get it's work done. Their ETA 24Hr mean 3 days!
