    @youbroadband It's been 4 months since I returned the broadband equipment, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've contacted customer support 10–20 times, but status is always in process. Is anyone actually working on this? Please process my refund immediately. #CustomerService

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍
