Dear @youbroadband while some are offering Broadband via Satellite, You are still struggling to fix the Fiber. If the vacations are over can you get someone to Fix Fiber Cut problem in Baner Road, Pune pending since last 2 days? Care about 2 dozen connections which are affected?

Yo @youbroadband I have to re-boot your modem every 3-4 hrs. almost daily. There's not a single day when this doesn't happen ! No smoothly running connection at all. The 100mbps plan is useless if it gets disconnected so often. Whats the issue, mate ?

@youbroadband I have taken youbroadband connection on 21st and opted for a 50MBPS plan. However I am not getting speed as expected. Current speed is 20mbps. I have raised multiple complaints on the App,however, service engineers are resolving the ticket without resolving my issue

@youbroadband Sorry for bad english If you are not providing service all over surat,gujart please close your company...i bought your conection for a year there is six months remaining i changed my house in other area surat city but your employ said conection not available
