    @youbroadband my user I’d is tbhadresh and my connection did from last three day even I complaint so many time service man Vinod pal don’t pick a phone third class service ever never suggest any one 😡

    All this incompetencies of Vodafone/Idea/Youbroadband workers and failure of their app for problem resolutions justifies what they are going through in India financially and gives reasons why they are not able to compete with the likes of @reliancejio and @airtelindia (7/n)

    After sometime I called @youbroadband 's consumer 'grievance' centre, they 'escalated' my issue and I held onto line for 1 hour to see if someone was assigned my problem, surprisingly no one was assigned a complaint that was 'escalated' (4/n)

    @youbroadband , @TRAI TRAI team please take action against youbroadband service provider.almost 10 days in month connection going down and don't have proper technical support. Now also connection down request raised on 20th req no 2020122000096.pls intervene
