    Worst Service provided by #YOUBROADBAND. Don't buy service from #YOUBROADBAND Internet connection frequently disconnects & No one to resolve your issue after 5:30pm. Customer care is available, but NO Internet, No Service executive to resolve your complaint!

    Beyond frustrated with the lack of internet service in our area for the past week. To make matters worse, customer service is unacceptable with workers unable to properly assist or communicate. @youbroadband needs to step up and fix this issue ASAP. #internetoutage #frustrated
