    @youbroadband no you don’t care!! Since one week my internet is not working. Calling customer care and complaining daily for 4-5times and no response from your end. No technician is attending the problem. Is this the way to treat your customers??? Pathetic! @PMOIndia

    @youbroadband Your email bounces off. your internet service is not working well. your mobile phones are switched off your app too isn't working. Have you astopped functioning and closed shop? or is it just terrible #CustomerService @asiaconverge

    @youbroadband. @VodafoneIdeaIN 2/2I still have 161 days validity in my account please give my money back.If I call customer care it is always routed to Hindi or some other language except English or Tamil.There is no days credited for the days lost due to your fault #PoorService

    @youbroadband I have taken youbroadband connection on 21st and opted for a 50MBPS plan. However I am not getting speed as expected. Current speed is 20mbps. I have raised multiple complaints on the App,however, service engineers are resolving the ticket without resolving my issue
