    on my shop there is Broadband connection of @youbroadband plan of 200 MBPS but from 2 to 3 days the connection is not working and from start date internet speed is only 12 to 16 MBPS so my Download speed is only 1 to 2 MBPS and I feel regret on it

    @youbroadband @DurgaNeha1 @youbroadband while installing I was told I will get refund to my source account once I return my wifi router. It’s been more than 2 months and n no. Emails now they are telling me they will issue a cheque. This nonsense has to stop #cheating customers give me my money back asap

    Very poor service by @youbroadband There is always outrage in our area and internet is down for few hours every day. On filling complaint, no engineer are around to solve the issue. last Sunday internet was down so i had to wait till monday to solve the issue.@VodafoneIdeaIN #VI

    hey @youbroadband I've raised the disconnection request on 15th, but your Customer care is saying that it will take 4-5 days to collect them modem. I am moving my stuff on 17th, and there won't be anyone to collect the modem. Can you expedite the collection visit by tomorrow?
