    @youbroadband I had requested permanent disconnection of my broadband connection on 25th February 2026.However, the connection is still not disconnected. Further, I escalated the issue to the Nodal Officer, who assured on 11th March 2026 that the issue would be resolved within24

    @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve

    @youbroadband Even after sending cancellation emails, we are still receiving renewal messages from You Broadband. Relationship No. 1742494 Project ‘Life’, Rajkot Poor service, over 50 days of service loss with no proper support. Request immediate refund/adjustment for downtime.

    @youbroadband If a technician is not assigned within the next 2 days, I will be proceeding with legal action with all supporting evidence of repeated service failures and unresolved complaints. Kindly treat this as urgent. Again not working!
