    @youbroadband im experiencing worst internet service , continuously i've been registering complaints from the last couple of days from the app and I'm getting a message after sometime saying issue has been fixed but it isn't . and the local employees of u aren't even responding.

    @youbroadband i have opted for 125 mpbs and previous plan is 75 mbps and still the same and reached customer care many times still the same and no1 is responding yet.I'm still getting the old speed instead of new speed i.e. 125 mbpswaste broadband waste... #Telangana @DoT_India

    @youbroadband I am hearing your fiber cut story from day 1. And it still not repaired..! If you can't repair one fiber cut in 3 days then close my connection and give me refund as I can not tolerate such bull **** and waste of time all the year

    @youbroadband @youbroadband On the time of getting a new cnction, your mrkting guy kept on saying that any cmplaint will b resolved in 24 hours, I have filed a complaint since 8 Feb and there's still no resolution, I have my office work and my sister has exams to attend to, do smthng.

    @youbroadband Worst service never had. from 5 days no internet.i am calling daily to customer care. No proper response and no update. I don't know why these people are this much lazy.

    @youbroadband Service request shows closed in app w/o attending. connection not working since 6th Feb..No proper answer from call center..Spoke to floor manager twice of call center but in vain..child unable to attend virtual classes,hope issue resolves at the earliest..A/c 29486

    @youbroadband The worst possible internet service provider , since the last two months , my 100 mbps line has been down and it seems no-one in this company cares.. Finally decided to take a setback of the annual subscription and go for other vendor.... #shitservice

    @youbroadband more than 36 hours, Internet still out of service and no help provided by technicians. If @youbroadband unable to provide service then let know, I would happy to search for another stable service provider. Thank you!
