    @youbroadband is definitely one of the pathetic internet service providers I have came across. Literally every two days, God knows why, the internet just randomly stops working. No one is there to attend the queries or complaints. Kindly look into the matter @youbroadband

    @youbroadband is the most pathetic customer service you can ever experience. Their call center openly denies service refuses to connect to the manager. No escalation matrix and they tell you to disconnect your line if needed. No refunds. This entity is heading for closure.
