    @youbroadband is definitely one of the pathetic internet service providers I have came across. Literally every two days, God knows why, the internet just randomly stops working. No one is there to attend the queries or complaints. Kindly look into the matter @youbroadband

    @youbroadband the worst customer service ever. Have been calling up the customer care but nobody answers. There is a connectivity issue since a week but no response even after requesting for a technician on the App. #WasteofMoney

    Them to refund my new connection money and Mitesh gohil of Vadodara Gujarat section said that they will refund my money in 20 working days, its been around 45 days amount has never refundes. Mitest Gohil has done fraud with me. @jagograhakjago @youbroadband

    @youbroadband I surrender my connection, The modem was collected in February 22 by representative. Till date not received deposite amount, Contacted many time to customer service no response from them my account no is 928971. Really frustrating

    @youbroadband Don't use this broadband service , especially in Visakhapatnam , continue network drops, if you call for support , they just running entire business in Visakhapatnam with only one service man . If he is on leave , your work stops If it's rainy..they won't put feet out side office

    @youbroadband Still i didn't get any update from your team.. it's been almost 7 day's from my network disconnected... Every youbroadband staff are not responding on priority they are careless behaviour with customer's.. I am loosing my plan day's also.! Please followup with your team..!

    Dear, @TRAI @youbroadband Truly doing scam in the name of being ISP .. Most of the time I am facing no Internet connection... ,And i have raised complain multiple times still there are not able to fix issue and also not providing refund also, Please take the necessary action..
