@youbroadband since last 10 days my internet is not working and the reason is "from where the line is coming that location is under renovation and power line is not functional" I fail to understand does it take 10 days for you to plug it somewhere else?

@youbroadband I made full payment for a 6 months plan on 25th Jan. Since 27th Jan the technical team have been promising installation but find new excuses each day and the same is still not complete. When ******** is the WiFi going to be installed?

@youbroadband This is an idiotic service by YOU Broadband. The service executive doesn't even answer my call after recharge. They're not adding extra days for installing power box at my home, and stopped the internet.
