    @godbole_shilpa @youbroadband When I used to live in Viman Nagar I had You Broadband Customer Care on my speed dial. Can't believe things are still the same nearly 10 years later.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband My internet has been completely down since 6 June 2026. I've raised multiple complaints, and each time it works for 5 minutes before failing again. Technicians have visited multiple times but no permanent fix. Please resolve this today 2026061804648

    @youbroadband i think you should close down your service in hyderabad since all customers would have moved to other providers. i think i am the only one left.

    @youbroadband your services has been worst than govt services in last 1 year i was assured last time on call with customer care that everthing will be resolved in 3 working but its been more than 3 months and no one has visited yet to replace decade old modem of yours.
