    @youbroadband @AshJ13 Veena9470. The box i guess is switched off again. Every week i have to raise request. Every week for atleast 3 days my internet is disconnected. Horrible experience.

    @youbroadband your services has been worst than govt services in last 1 year i was assured last time on call with customer care that everthing will be resolved in 3 working but its been more than 3 months and no one has visited yet to replace decade old modem of yours.

    @AshJ13 @youbroadband pls take jio. i have been sitting with no internet since 4 days in hyderabad. the ticket is raised since 4 days. labor strike i guess. someone assigned himself then again unassigned himself from the ticket. pathetic service. you broadband doesnt care.

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

    @youbroadband always has speed issue and disconnects itself. Right now too your services are down i had raised ticket yesterday no action taken. You have become worst broadband service provider from best.
