    @do you actually cares the customer? It been 11 working days of shutdown. And i am not sure when will this resume? No one has any clue for this. I called customer care everyday. No one picks up my calls. Worst internet service provide by @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup

    @youbroadband Me along with 20 other connections in my apartment are facing connectivity problem frm past 2 days. Today is the 3rd day n all i get to hear frm ur customer care is “we are working on it” Do you value your customers with service like this?

    Dear @youbroadband , your service is very very bad. A third class service provided by you. Dear Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare , you must have to wind up your business from Broadband . This is not your cup of tea.

    @youbroadband senior agent stated I have been using bb which is intermittently but he denying ...ihv sent several emails to care but no action taken ....if you cannot resolve my issue refund monthly rechargeable amount which I did recently ...I will swich to another service

    @RiteshC92852200 @youbroadband The service is very bad.... I faced similar issue in pune few years back. Would never recommend @youbroadband to any one.

    Service provided by @youbroadband Is really horrible... During office timing no network srevice .. Every second day the service is down.. Improve your service...

    @youbroadband very pathetic service. Internet service since many days. Trying to raise service request through app, but no response. Tried getting in touch with responsible officials but they are just ignoring without any response. Seems like company is not interested.
