@youbroadband I registered a complaint on May 2nd, You guys cleared it without resolving the issue. I again resistered a complain on May 3rd, again you cleared it without resolving the issue. Why is that? I know why.. bcoz u guys dont have to reimburse me for the days there was no network

@youbroadband it is the most pathetic service provider in visakhapatnam. I have taken a plan of 40mbps but the speed is always less than 10. Even the customer service is pathetic. Being paying such hefty amount for services & not getting is very disappointing

@youbroadband i have got installed my broadband 4 day ago and still i can't use it as it is not working since it installed and also done 2-3 complaints for the same but no response from anyone from you broadband. If this happens then how i can trust you broadband for future plans

Pathetic service by @youbroadband in Vadodara. Have not received the router yet even after two months of payment. Multiple complaints closed without attending by technicians. It's like selling a car 🚙 without wheels. Shame on you! #cheat #ShameOnYou #refundamount
