I'm having connection problems since 3 weeks from my ISP & also daily raising tickets for the same but the problem seems to persist. I get dropped off from important meetings & calls due to this. Is this @youbroadband showing me door to take my business elsewhere?

@youbroadband Please dont fix anything...if you were capable of doing it it would have not taken 8-10 days to simply install and reactivate a connection....Refund my full money immediately...I dont belive any fake comitments any more...

@youbroadband Issue still unresolved....only given fake timelines of closures since last 5 days...5 days of my monthly subscription payment wasted by you without installing the connection
