    Update : Ironiy the connection is back after a mind boggling tussle with the QoS of @youbroadband customer cares and local techs. Techs did not receive the call though. Funny.

    @rohitkhilnani @youbroadband That is very unfair @youbroadband if your employee committed something then you must as a company stick to that. This senior journalist is saying that YOU employee not availabe on phone or email. What kind of service is this? #ConsumerRights
