@youbroadband These guys don't deserve any customer. The worst service. I have requested for a refund and it's been a month that neither the wifi is installed nor my money has come back. Stay away. Please stay away from @youbroadband

I've technician number and called them and he said the problem will be fixed in 1-2 hr every time from yesterday. But still nothing resolved. Now I'm trying to call customer care and they're not redirecting my call to a customer care representative. @youbroadband @consumerforum_

@youbroadband pathetic service from youbroadband. I have not received refund against deposit of router in March despite of regular follow ups and filing complaint, even youbroadband tweeted that they will resolve issue. However it has not been done

@youbroadband 'YOU' are the worst ISP I have ever encountered.Having network outage for 2 days straight and CustService does not know when the outage is going to get over.We are just sitting when will the network will be up again and we can work so we can pay your charges

@youbroadband As m shifting to new location so i have asked local youbroadband network provider to shift the connection but your service is not present at that location so i have asked them deactivate the service and initiate for refund on 20th sept but still i didnt get reply

@youbroadband when you gonna fix your service. Its been 6 days. 3 tickets closed without solving the issue. You cant even fix a problem.
