@youbroadband internet is down since 18th May. Customer support took 5 days to respond, they figured out the fiber optic cable is broken. Haven't fixed it yet and not evening picking up the call. req. id: 2021052007267

@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband being user of both this since more than 10+ years. While one has been merged and the other one got acquired by vodafone but the service I am now getting is the most pathetic ever. Unable to use internet.

@youbroadband Since 22nd May internet not working 5 complains calls on toll free 4 complains on app but no response ...advance payment done till 30th May.. worst services thinking of changing the network

@youbroadband , I need contact number of responsible person who can solved my issue. from 18th may 2021, my broadband connection is not working and i register complained on same day. Till today i did not get resolution. daily twice i called in customer care and raised my concern.

@youbroadband @VodafoneGroup it is now 8 days that I have no service. Your call center is probably just an answering machine and is good for nothing. Are you trying to see how far you can push your customers before legal action is initiated?

@youbroadband Worst ever service in Surat their supervisor still accusing cyclone for non availability of internet in our area really pathetic As per trai you broadband may be sixth largest but it is possible that there may be only six service provider
