Have you seen internet service providers working in shifts? This can happen only in 🇮🇳 (becoz either we don’t do anything or even if we try, law doesnt punish them) Since 3 days Internet of @youbroadband stops around 2pm 😐

@youbroadband no satisfying service. I registered for new connection before diwali, also gave regarding check to agent then he denied then connection can't be given as all spaces are full. Then told to return check after it he stop picking up call, customer care also didn't gave,

@youbroadband @DoT_India. My net down since Sat. Raised complaint via App, Phone and called local service person. No rspns yet. #WFH Not possible due to this. It has become a routine of not having internet now. 3 days no service, but still charging. Cst #1898962. #vodafoneidea

On the other @youbroadband has been hopeless they removed the backup power box about 6 months ago... so wherever power goes internet goes down.... Reaching there support is a nightmare.... looks like they don't care about users in our building.
