Although they are super incompetent, we are definitely more stupider thinking this fraudulent broadband service even knows what they are doing or employees competent employees. Never fixate to the scam that is #youbroadband. I already got my apartment to rid of this **** service.

@youbroadband Very bad connection every time I choose a plan of 1 year the last 1 month very BAD in a week 3-4 days alway problem with connection network fluctuations start everytime I am facing this problem from last 2 years. GTPL better than the YOUBROADBAND. 😡

@youbroadband love how you guys send me payment reminders despite my internet not working for weeks on end. Apparently I can't get in touch with even a single service agent to report my problem. Your automated voice call asks me to press 1 for connectivity related issses.

Dear @youbroadband my username is sarav3 last Sunday my internet connectivity was not working so I registered a complaint , technicians visited and said connecting wire Between my wifi router and broadband modem was damaged and assured me it will be replaced by Monday and closed.

@youbroadband Waiting for customer service to resolve connection issue. No connection for 4 days, no one answers company customer care numbers & no service techs have come to resolve registered complaint/issue. Horrible customer service & internet service.

Anyone who has any common sense please never ever use @youbroadband. This is the worst isp ever to exist, this gives 50-60 ms ping to Mumbai from Chennai on a 200 ms plan and gives 40ms to Singapore. Mixed with various stutter and utter **** variant speeds.

@youbroadband just got new you broadband connection 2 hours ago. It worked fine for first hour. And for last one hour it shows no internet connection. Tried calling customer service number but no one answered. What a pathetic service. Just Don’t make me switch after plan expiry.
