    Hello, friends never buy @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare Home broadband internet connection because My internet is closed for 3 days and I don't get the same answer when I call customer care. Your complaint has been sent to a higher level. Your complaint has been forwarded.

    @youbroadband I have come across the most rowdy and foul language from your service provider in Pune. Only because I didn’t recharge online from the link he sent to me and I recharged directly. Name -Shrikant Mob no. +91 97658 07716 I am truly shocked with his behaviour

    @youbroadband It's been more than 72 hours, complained more than 3-4 times simply saying it will be addressed in 24 hours. Internet not working, we have 3 people who are working from home. All the associates are dumb who don't understand what issues customer are having

    @youbroadband the issue is simple and can be resolved in a couple of minutes, now i have to wait (standard response) for 24 hour. Why is this such a challenge esp when it is not an outage. Now your engineers will call me like crazy people before midday tomorrow to ask... #2

    @youbroadband to ask for an OTP where they will behave like they did the entire world a favor. I don't know whether this tweet makes sense to you guys at all.. but it's highly disappointing after 6 years using your service nothing has changed. Close down customer service ....#3

    @youbroadband are a bunch of robbers, who just know how to rob their customers. Firstly by giving them a **** service and internet and secondly by not providing Internet by saying that its an outage issue and by not compensating for the same and robbing them of their days.

    @youbroadband Your service engineers and customer support executives simply register complaints. They don't solve issues on permanent basis. They close service requests as they wish without knowing whether the problem is resolved or not from customer end.

    @youbroadband I am from Vadodra. I am user of YOU BROADBAND since last 2 years and I am not getting services properly.The employees of YOU BROADBAND are not at all trained and in descepline,they are using foul language. From last 24 hours the wi-fi service is not working.
