    @youbroadband Request fr my 11days service credit in the month of July, 2020 n till nw I hv nt got the service credit. Following up frm July to till date n nw got the update tht I'm nt eligible for it coz it's now more than 3 months. Wt logic is this... Wt u guys doing frm July.

    @youbroadband my user I’d is tbhadresh and my connection did from last three day even I complaint so many time service man Vinod pal don’t pick a phone third class service ever never suggest any one 😡

    @youbroadband I got a new connection with below details Name - Amit Kumar A/c No - 2079772 TAX Invoice printed is wrong as "MS AMIT KUMAR" and when raised a request and given ID proof customer care is making run from pillar to post. Also 45 days extra promised on plan not given

    I had applied for @youbroadband connection but due to some technical issue it got cancelled. When I talked regarding the refund they promised to send in a week but 3 months has passed I didn't receive any response from there end. @vodafone @EvsChakravarty
