  @youbroadband Your surat branch is one of the worst in service. It's been 3 days complaint has been raised but all the time they clear the complain.

  @ViCustomerCare Hi Laxmikant, do you feel since August 20 I have not visited the website and done the needful. Have done each and every aspect about the same. Hope you understand things. Have sent approx 30 plus mails to @youbroadband but they don't have time to read and provide proper solution

  @youbroadband I have a net outage for half the day since last 10 days. If I raise a complaint I am told that the complaint has to be closed as the issue is resolved. But its not resolved. Please stop forcing your engineers to wrongly close complaints just to meet SLAs.

  @youbroadband what do you guys expect from customer..now you have removed 1 month recharge option and converted it to 3/6/12 month option plans.can you pls provide 1 month plans on immediate basis
