    Please do not go for @youbroadband Worst service, worst experience. It has been down for more than 24 hrs in Kothrud area Pune. And this has happened twice is last couple of weeks. @youbroadband is useless and they don't care

What about this loss?? How will you undo this?? Why should I suffer for negligence/mistake from your end???

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband If a technician is not assigned within the next 2 days, I will be proceeding with legal action with all supporting evidence of repeated service failures and unresolved complaints. Kindly treat this as urgent. Again not working!
