Hiren Patel (@HirenPoskar) reported@youbroadband Ping to public DNS takes average time 1226ms. Either internet completely shut or very poor speed in prime location. Technical person checks weather I have used 1mb of data last 24 hours, then I request closed w/o visiting or contacting customer.

I have been trying to reach for a connection in Pune for last 2 days, already made payment from the website but no one has reached out for setting up the connection. The customer care service is a joke!
