    @youbroadband sorry to state after disconnection of account modem collected by executive on 7/8/2021 still refund cheque not received. Customer care helpline is clueless of status... This is our support system. For new connection people come within 15 minutes to collect cheque

    @youbroadband @youbroadband your services have been stopped in my area due to technical issues, the service is stopped after a week from the day the paid my bill amount. I need a refund, as you can't provide the service (Tech team confirm). I spoke to Customer care I couldn't get any response!
