Dear @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I took YOU UNLTD 200 Mbps 12 Months n there is no internet since 10-15 Days. It shows internet connectivity on my router but NO internet. There must be alerts at your end for high-end customer to ensure it works always.

@youbroadband does not provide service. Just keeps on promising! & if you’ve paid for 1 year they will not refund any money in case of cancellation of connection! So, preferably don’t subscribe to #YouBroadband OR don’t take annual plans! #Servicetweet #horribleservice

@youbroadband this is the worst service i am experiencing, even on regular basis i am facing difficulty with internet speed since last 4-5 months, and the worst part is the customer care doesn't care about it.
