    @ACTFibernet I understand ur internet service is pathetic but your customer care team and service is super pathetic, low quality & super busy dat dey don't have time to respond back or solve my query. Learn from @airtelindia or @youbroadband #slowinternetspeed #pathetic #service

    @youbroadband i was customer of you broadband, it has been more than 2 years my plan is not active. i returned modem/router 2 years ago but still havent got refund of modem/router. i have been to you broadband office, multiple calls to customer care but no refund. dont buy. fraud??

    Everytime I call to your executive they will say, Sir it is in transit or talk to my supervisor. How irresponsible service you guys are giving and at the time of new connection your all the executive and engineers were responding properly and saying sir any issue @youbroadband
