    @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband @TRAI Escalation at whatever level is not working as per assurance given by call centre representative today is Friday do you work on Saturday and Sunday for providing and supporting internet services?

    No wifi in vanasthalipuram area from morning 6am,already sent a email but no response.even yesterday it was not coming properly,resolve the issue asap @youbroadband

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have your Broadband connection since 3+ years now. Since few months, every other week your services go off abruptly. Today is Sunday and your network has conked. Enough is enough. I am switching over to other ISPs in my area. @youbroadband
