But @youbroadband team, but this is wrong, because of this I'm not going to renew, nor I'll recommend your services to anyone. On sold me on fake commitment, but only once, what about renewal?

@VenkatBharathy @youbroadband @jagograhakjago Yeah! Unfortunately, I paid very recently (around July first week). And now it hurts to pay hefty amounts, get zero service, nil customer service satisfaction and false policies to neglect their issues.

@youbroadband I was trying to reach technical person since 1 month, internet was mostly down & not working properly. one more thing that in the application without any solution my request was automatically solved so many times. how? I am not happy with this type of service. 😠
