  @youbroadband,my internet connection has been down since 1:40 pm today.I am unable to lodge a complaint since my earlier complaint is still not closed.I called customer care and also emailed your nodal officer, but they just gave a generic reply. Pathetic service @BandBajaateRaho

  @youbroadband Seriously? Main toh pichhle 2 mahine se aapki wajah se hi stress mein hoon. Constant downtime, poor service, and no proper resolution. This is not what you promise in your ads. Please fix your service ASAP or be ready for escalation.

  @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

  @youbroadband always has speed issue and disconnects itself. Right now too your services are down i had raised ticket yesterday no action taken. You have become worst broadband service provider from best.

  @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making
