@youbroadband I lost my mobile number 9676171643 and tried to update 9929921229... connected with the branch and connected with the customer team simply they suggest no option to update....here the only option is to disconnect the Youbrodbrand services right.

@youbroadband does not provide service. Just keeps on promising! & if you’ve paid for 1 year they will not refund any money in case of cancellation of connection! So, preferably don’t subscribe to #YouBroadband OR don’t take annual plans! #Servicetweet #horribleservice

Having very bad experience with @youbroadband I have renewed my plan on 25 September and paid 2134 rs for a plan which was valid for 5 months as told by their technical guy after payment no message was send to me nor the mail of successful transaction just money was deducted.

@youbroadband IN MY BUILDING ONLY MY INTERNET IS NOT WORKING SINCE 29 SEP. OTHERS PEOPLE'S YOU BROADBAND IS WORKING FINE. I HAVE COMPLAINED AND EMAILED AND TWEETED STILL NOONE IS SOLVING THE ISSUE. KINDLY DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION & REFUND ME THE AMOUNT ASAP
