  @youbroadband I am facing routing issues when playing Escape From Tarkov on Singapore servers. I used to get 50-60ms ping just a month ago and now it is 200+ms since the 14th of August. I know this is your routing issue since I can use a paid VPN to get 60ms ping. Please fix it.

  @youbroadband why doesn’t your company proactively fix connectivity issues when users are offline, who were online prior to your scheduled downtime? Why do I have to call you? You proactively ask customers to recharge their plan right? #badcustomerservice

  @youbroadband @scouttanmay I'm getting this type of replies since a year.. in SURAT after every 2-3 day your connection/services gets affected by some bullshit reasons and thn we have to wait untill you fix it. It looks like u r doing favour to us. N y you'd care after all we already paid for yearly plan😒

  @youbroadband I had called up customer care last night for internet not working. He said that technician working on it and will start soon. I informed them that no technician working. Internet will start in morning after 8am. And my prediction was right. Is this gonna continue ?

  @youbroadband pathetic service and speed on unlimited plans you should shut your whole thing. Waste of my money and time to convince you guys. Gone through lot of stuff bcoz of your **** internet service. @consumerforum_ please guide us and i want full refund of my money.
