    @youbroadband my internet is not working for 21 days and according to your policies I am not eligible. You not able to provide solutions on time then sometime you put blame on the customer. When I request to credit 21 days in my account then I am not eligible #fraudster

    @youbroadband I cancelled my connection in mid of Feb-21 still refund not initiated. Sales / Customer care person told in within 45 days you will get your refund. Approx. 6 month now. I am just followup with the team but nothing happed. 2082180 is my cancelled account.

    @youbroadband @rupahasit @youbroadband He told me it would be feasible and I told him my classes start from July 1st and need it connected , I paid through upi method and m not able to understand why can't u repay in upi method as soon as u know its not possible to provide service .

    @youbroadband After close acount router is given to employee himensinh parmar from vadodara and promise us you will get the refund. Then when we call customer care they said we didnt got the receipt. employee not given me any receipt. Not they said no receipt then no refund.

    @Malkani_AI @youbroadband Even I'm facing same issue. Using mobile hotspot over Youbroaband. In random intervals keeps on disconnecting within minutes.

    @youbroadband @rupahasit he then told me he would repay only in cheque 10 days , and I can call the customer service if I wanted in priority . I called them , it been 12 days and nothing has been done regarding this , I missed my 12 days class straight I can't afford to miss more

    Is this how you treat your loyal customers? Your service engineer always say please dont reopen the complaint i will do it but in the end i get is excuses. @youbroadband @VodafoneIN pathetic pathetic service
