@youbroadband Very poor service. Informed FE then also no one is looking into this. We are paying the bills of whole month then too we are not getting proper service. From two days internet is not working. Shame on your service..!!!

@youbroadband worst service in Hyderabad, when we complaint any issues they will take minimum 24 hours to resolve, proper service engineer is not present... Weekly twice no internet type of issues happening... To resolve it it take one to two days time...

@youbroadband @vntkhandelwal @youbroadband As m shifting to new location so i have asked local youbroadband network provider to shift the connection but your service is not present at that location so i have asked them deactivate the service and initiate for refund on 20th sept but still i didnt get reply

Complain Number: 2021092903297 I've tried to call customer care but they said will be solved in 24 hrs but still no status. I've technician number and called them and he said the problem will be fixed in 1-2 hr every time from yesterday. @youbroadband @consumerforum_

as new customer we dnt expect these type of third class service. before that i used to use @youbroadband network nd they had installed within 4 days of payment. @GTPLHathwayLtd has not even started the process. And service executives are making useless excuses everyday.
