@VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

@youbroadband very disappointed by your service in Aurangabad username - patil1111 when complain is raised technician calls after 3 days and repeatedly asks to send the code received via SMS (feedback) Sandeep patil +91 73503 86686 .kindly look into it.

All this incompetencies of Vodafone/Idea/Youbroadband workers and failure of their app for problem resolutions justifies what they are going through in India financially and gives reasons why they are not able to compete with the likes of @reliancejio and @airtelindia (7/n)

It's been 3 days since I paid to renew my @youbroadband internet connection. I am still not getting any internet. But in the app, they are counting down the days. Today, on the third day, an "engineer" finally came but left within 10 minutes without solving my problem.
