@VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

@youbroadband very disappointed by your service in Aurangabad username - patil1111 when complain is raised technician calls after 3 days and repeatedly asks to send the code received via SMS (feedback) Sandeep patil +91 73503 86686 .kindly look into it.

@youbroadband givin WORST services in Ahmdbd fake promises are dne by yur sales persons. Once money are paid you are installin your bradbnd services aftr 7-8 days Look into your sales team & train thm properly for nt jst completely targets but giving proper CX satisfactionn🙏🏻

@ViCustomerCare Hi Laxmikant, do you feel since August 20 I have not visited the website and done the needful. Have done each and every aspect about the same. Hope you understand things. Have sent approx 30 plus mails to @youbroadband but they don't have time to read and provide proper solution

@youbroadband Sorry I am writing this I belong to Nagpur chassing for my broadband connection from past 4 days still not done ....no resolution nd complaint closed in app neither the customer service is taking it seriously asking to wait no for 24 hours . This is worst service

@youbroadband You have very third grade service since i hv already disconnected the connection 4 months back due to bad service but despite of giving multiple complaints my security deposit is not been refunded also these people are not responding to my complaints.

@youbroadband no Internet since morning and there’s no way to get in touch with your customer care. This outage has happened twice in a week. Shittiest ISP ever seen.
