    @youbroadband very disappointed by your service in Aurangabad username - patil1111 when complain is raised technician calls after 3 days and repeatedly asks to send the code received via SMS (feedback) Sandeep patil +91 73503 86686 .kindly look into it.

    Dear @youbroadband I am Customer with below mentioned ac no:1880362 I have requested for a plan Upgrade. I haven't been helped out for same. I am told to do the process manually. The services which itself exists for boosting digital platform asks to get it done manually ? @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

    @youbroadband pathetic service at help desk. Net down since 4 days and no one cares..Follow up only at the time of payment ...Ticket marked resolved thrice before solving the issue..

    @youbroadband following up with ur customer care since 2 weeks for the poor internet speed..I got a 200mpbs line and I’m just getting less than 50mpbs..Why r u charging me for 200mpbs line??how many more times u want to me raise a ticket? Pls help @rsprasad @DoT_India #harassment

    Hey @youbroadband I wanted to get a new connection. I spoke to your exec's registered on your website. Still Nothing. Even after 3 weeks Then I came here and saw many people are also complaining about your service. Now I am wondering if the past 3 weeks were worth it.

    @youbroadband why it take more than 24 hrs to resolve the complaint? Why no credible engineers are posred in Thane city? I really regreat of taking subscription.

    @youbroadband hello if any one available please let me know who are responsible for connectivity issue. If you have one month plan and your internet close upto 20 days. So you use 10 day internet service so what about 20 days internet service.

    @youbroadband it is the most pathetic service provider in visakhapatnam. I have taken a plan of 40mbps but the speed is always less than 10. Even the customer service is pathetic. Being paying such hefty amount for services & not getting is very disappointing
