    Dear @youbroadband I am Customer with below mentioned ac no:1880362 I have requested for a plan Upgrade. I haven't been helped out for same. I am told to do the process manually. The services which itself exists for boosting digital platform asks to get it done manually ? @TRAI

    @youbroadband I registered a complaint related to slow internet connection few days ago, but I haven't heard back from anyone yet. Your internet and customer service both are pathetic. I am extremely disappointed with your service. 1/2

    @youbroadband my 3m subscription got stopped in 20 days. When I made complaint. No response till it solved my subscription got expired but no refund made till today. Beg for adjust also got wasted.@JagoGrahakJago_

    @youbroadband They are fraud. They take your money and do not even install their setup and also they don't return your money. This is how they make money. Their customer support staff is also unprofessional and not cooperative.
