Internet stopped working since monday morning. I have open a service request ticket on 18th May but since then there’s no response from your end. Technician is not responding to my calls or messages. Bad customer service @youbroadband

@youbroadband1 @youbroadband I have taken a new internet connection in Surat city on the 6th of this month. For the first 10 days, I faced no issues & was happy with your services But on the 15th of May, I started facing issues disconnections and no internet.

@youbroadband internet has been down since 3 days. Helpline execs promise a call from the technician but it never happens. The execs promise to escalate the matter but nothing happens. Got a faster callback to change Internet plans than to rectify the problem. Pathetic service!
