@youbroadband very disappointed by your service in Aurangabad username - patil1111 when complain is raised technician calls after 3 days and repeatedly asks to send the code received via SMS (feedback) Sandeep patil +91 73503 86686 .kindly look into it.

@VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

@youbroadband Sir, I've observed that the frequent disconnection problem happened because of voltage fluctuation, now electricity department rectified that problem and after that I didn't got any problem, I will let you know if this problem continues.

@youbroadband extremely disappointed with your service. I get an abrupt interruption in the wifi service approx every 12 hours for 10 minutes!, paid extra for a “Frame IP” 3 weeks ago! The problem still persists every single day! #noonecares

@youbroadband I have been facing internet issues since a week and though I tried to contact your customer care number but it was of no help. I have tried to get technical support through your app who told that the support will arrive but never showed up. I want it fixed.
