    @youbroadband very disappointed by your service in Aurangabad username - patil1111 when complain is raised technician calls after 3 days and repeatedly asks to send the code received via SMS (feedback) Sandeep patil +91 73503 86686 .kindly look into it.

    Dear @youbroadband I am Customer with below mentioned ac no:1880362 I have requested for a plan Upgrade. I haven't been helped out for same. I am told to do the process manually. The services which itself exists for boosting digital platform asks to get it done manually ? @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

    have raise shifting request for 1 week back and still no one has came for it.. taking daily follow ups with customer care but no use.. very very careless attitude... stuck with @youbroadband. Didn't expect this kind of careless behavior from your side.

    @youbroadband finally decided to discontinue internet service from you guys. Thanks to your horrible and pathetic service. Customer care knows nothing. They have a similar line to tell that request updated and escalated on priority but no solution at all.

    @youbroadband ur service is pathetic.. ur on ground engineers r just so lazy even to pick our calls wen we open any request.. I don't have internet from yesterday and have called the engineer multiple times and still not bothered to resolve my issue

    @youbroadband @DoC_GoI @DoT_India having speed problem during day time 8am to 8pm only 2mpbs. Have complained several times. Night 8pm to 8am Speed get reset to 50mpbs on daily basis. Unfair business practice. Call me on 99259-20000.

    @youbroadband your services are always affected. You BB is the most pathetic and unreliable BB in India. Entire world is Working from home and your Internet is never working.
