    @VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

    Dear @youbroadband I am Customer with below mentioned ac no:1880362 I have requested for a plan Upgrade. I haven't been helped out for same. I am told to do the process manually. The services which itself exists for boosting digital platform asks to get it done manually ? @TRAI

    @youbroadband worst service. I'd request everyone to go for proper established internet service provider. YouBroadband will pick your boots while giving connection but after that you will keep calling and no one will respond. I'm gonna close my account. Don't got trapped.

    @youbroadband Yes, It's installed but after 16 days. What type of services are you provided? I am not satisfied. What if i have service issue in future? Who is the responsible for this late installation? Can you explain this?

    @priyankathiru @youbroadband BSNL broadband is not working for past 2 months in our area (near Tambaram) & they still not able to resolve it @BSNL_CHTD Everytime they say, we will fix it in a week 😤

    @youbroadband Yours is low quality internet service. Its been 10 hours since outage. 5time this month. 3rd Class service. Looks like i have to get supplementry connection. Shame on you. #vodafoneindia
