@VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

Dear @youbroadband I am Customer with below mentioned ac no:1880362 I have requested for a plan Upgrade. I haven't been helped out for same. I am told to do the process manually. The services which itself exists for boosting digital platform asks to get it done manually ? @TRAI

@youbroadband I am from Vadodra. I am user of YOU BROADBAND since last 2 years and I am not getting services properly.The employees of YOU BROADBAND are not at all trained and in descepline,they are using foul language. From last 24 hours the wi-fi service is not working.

@youbroadband the issue is simple and can be resolved in a couple of minutes, now i have to wait (standard response) for 24 hour. Why is this such a challenge esp when it is not an outage. Now your engineers will call me like crazy people before midday tomorrow to ask... #2
