@youbroadband very disappointed by your service in Aurangabad username - patil1111 when complain is raised technician calls after 3 days and repeatedly asks to send the code received via SMS (feedback) Sandeep patil +91 73503 86686 .kindly look into it.

@VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

@youbroadband You are the leader in providing third-class service. If somebody will ask me to grade your services then I will ask if any negative number available in terms of hundreds then and then only I will grade your service with a huge negative number.

@Andy0686 @youbroadband yea this is pathetic .. apparently emailing their appellate authority also isnt much use .. they emailed me that the issue is fixed by replacing my modem .. i emailed them a pic showing 46 MBPS on my 200 MBPS connection .. no reply since @TRAI pls help

@youbroadband Is this the way you treat Customers. In a week, our area faces outages of network for almost 3 days. Is this the way, you provide service. Than you should also Clearly mention in the website that we will only provide internet service for 4 days a week Worst service.

@TRAI I have purchased 1 year internet plan from @youbroadband and I am working form home but internet is not working since 4-5 days. I have been calling them 2-3 times a day but there is no any positive response by customer service.

@youbroadband The worst internet service provider. Company should mention in website that internet is available only 4 days a week as other days are out of service as there is some problem in the area. Even the company's Employees are not attending calls.
