@VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

Dear @youbroadband I am Customer with below mentioned ac no:1880362 I have requested for a plan Upgrade. I haven't been helped out for same. I am told to do the process manually. The services which itself exists for boosting digital platform asks to get it done manually ? @TRAI

Every time I have to explain same KATHA to new Executive, all give one answer, in PROCESS. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider. additionally they are spamming daily with their offers. @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare

Worst customer care experience i had with @youbroadband, for last 5 days i ternet is not working every time i raised a request they say, in 24hr they will get in touch after 24hr it is cleared but issue still persist. Done with this company worst in the market.
