@VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

Dear @youbroadband I am Customer with below mentioned ac no:1880362 I have requested for a plan Upgrade. I haven't been helped out for same. I am told to do the process manually. The services which itself exists for boosting digital platform asks to get it done manually ? @TRAI

@youbroadband @DoT_India No internet for almost 5 days now. Been complaining continuously, no resolution! I was only able to use internet for 2 days since my connection. When asked for cancellation and refund, they said its not in our policy. I paid 3 months advance! #fraud

@youbroadband Worst services provided by you broadband...Everyday internet downtime for at least 1-2 hours...Cable faults taking 4-5 days to get resolved..even after taking unlimited plans lose of days not compensated...disgusting Ac no. 1888897
