@VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

@ViCustomerCare Your so called Tech Team is not capable of solving issue since 15 days. They are still counting the starts. I have called thousands of time and done mail also but none of your authority is looking into this matter and you are loosing your valuable clients. @youbroadband

@youbroadband Ridiculous support. Support does not exist. Total nonsense. App is of no use wrt support. Have to scavenge through all you broadband numbers on the internet including installation people to get some service support. If your broadband stops for some reason, good luck

@mohanrajana @youbroadband They had an amazing app where we could put the plan for hold when we are not using it and had gops service to couple of years back, so I had preferred it, did mistake. I will have to go back to ACT.

@ivnsraju65 @youbroadband No connectivity since 3 p.m. yesterday.. they are not sure when it would be restored. And as there is frequent outage I've asked for immediate termination and refund of balance. I get to hear that plan charges can't be refunded (for the days I have not taken service). Hyderabad

@Airtel_Presence a customer moved from @youbroadband hoping your fiber will not drop connections won’t drop frequently, and that’s so true .. It does not drop because it does not even connect at the first place & your installation engineer is not honest , so does your support

@youbroadband Very bad experience. I applied for shifting of connection and paid shifting charges before 7 days. Still no engineer has contact me. During inquiry at local office, no proper answer or commitment was given. Once I become customer they avoid me giving priority.

I'm really fu*king tired by complaining about internet speed.I will never recharge again and also will change to another broad band next time. I suggest to everyone not buy internet connection of you broadband. #YouBroadband #lowSpeed @youbroadband
