@VodafoneIN ,@youbroadband worst and pathetic internet service and moreover no customer centric response of complaints,mails and calls. And still there is no resolution for restoring the services. @TRAI Really need to look into this. Disappointed completely.😠

@youbroadband very disappointed by your service in Aurangabad username - patil1111 when complain is raised technician calls after 3 days and repeatedly asks to send the code received via SMS (feedback) Sandeep patil +91 73503 86686 .kindly look into it.

@youbroadband @DoT_India modem hangs frequently. After restart internet resumes. When call backoffice on nunber 9104923909 for problem reason, guy said they came out for lunch call after 30min.

@youbroadband CRF: 568258 refund not processed yet! The representative didn't disclose all the details for new connection hence opted to cancel service. Please call me n provide further updates on refund

@youbroadband worst service experience.Your regional engineers need to fix the issues and then close the tickets. How many days does it take to fix one dist. box replacement. Unsatisfied with the total service. Count me out from next month,should move to better service provider.
