    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    Will you stop spamming and calling me 2 daily ? I do not want to renew your internet.. I haven't asked your customer care to cancel it... It is the worst ISP in vadodara... STOP CALLING ME TO RENEW @youbroadband

    @youbroadband You Broadband service is not reliable. For the last 10+ days, the internet service down in the Gondal area, Rajkot. Not receiving any response or support YOU team. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund me ID: 2103745

    @youbroadband you guys are here just to scam people. I've been facing internet issues since last 10 days but still not one engineer has cared to visit and address the issue. @Vadcitypolice I am tired to coordinating with them because they don't care to resolve customer complaints
