    @gurukishans How speed matters if @youbroadband doesn't fix issue and restore. Zero response from everywhere either it at local office, call center. Even I mailed to nodal officer of Gujarat. Still no response. I stuck by recharging for a year. Now they don't need me.

    @youbroadband number of low class service worst customer care support I never recommend to my relatives and friends, number one bekar service in India. Still my request is in pending status no one are coming for the installation. If there is no feasibility y your people are collecting money.

    Hi @youbroadband, your customer care guys are not able to send me the invoice of my plan subscription with duration mentioned on it. Have been following-up with them since a week and everytime they send me same useless invoice. Is it that hard for you guys to provide it?
