@youbroadband what bullshit service you guys have!! Every single day I the internet service is affected & down for atleast 4 hours....evry single day! Pls check for service in area 395009 (Surat-Adajan).People are losing trust in your service & it won't be long before they quit.

@youbroadband No Authority helping connecting with me and not even backend team. This is how you manage your service? I even shared all details 2 days back on DM but even twitter customer care is not giving reply. What's the point of long term plan?

Another request created from your @youbroadband TT No 2021010711566. I recieved the call from Maharashtra Youbroadband appellate. He admitted that RBS queue for 1 month got activated by Automated script and it's a mistake from there end. I am expecting resolution sooner.
