@youbroadband in the past 3 months I’ve tried complaining so many times regarding poor connectivity and speed, yet it’s never resolved. Every week I’m complaining atleast once. Even your employees seem to want customers to switch to other providers.

@youbroadband Pre-Payment made. Connection never happened. Requested refund 14 days ago. And when I call the executive who made me do the payment, says he is not getting response from higher authorities for the same. Check this on priority or I'll be heading to consumer court

@youbroadband Very Horrible experience ever had. Firstly your engineer gave me second hand router and due to this connection is not working properly .if connection doesn't work then I recharge add on data pack in mobile.I dint buy your service to lodging complaint 2-3 tm in week

@youbroadband I recharged with 6 months plan recently, but the connectivity is poor and internet is unstable. Please refund my money fully I will opt out of the network. After Paying 6 Months payment in one go I am pushed to using mobile Hotspot for my WFH Username: msselva
