    @youbroadband Fast internet sounds great in theory, but in reality with your service it’s constant downtime and zero accountability. No connectivity, router showing orange light, technician giving false promises and still “no delays”?fix the basics first before talking about business advantage

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @godbole_shilpa @youbroadband When I used to live in Viman Nagar I had You Broadband Customer Care on my speed dial. Can't believe things are still the same nearly 10 years later.
