    Having very bad experience with @youbroadband I have renewed my plan on 25 September and paid 2134 rs for a plan which was valid for 5 months as told by their technical guy after payment no message was send to me nor the mail of successful transaction just money was deducted.

    This has cost me not just the internet but one company's job interview and two companies online assessment test for their job openings worst internet service provider of all time @youbroadband if you still have any sympathy for your customers just please refund my money.

    @youbroadband the first service I have ever seen, where one has to chase after the company to avail their services. Trust me guys never go for this ISP! Worst one in the market! It's a shame you are associated with @vodafoneIN_Fdtn. Completely pathetic!
