    @youbroadband , when I lodge a service request, your app assigns an engineer. When I call that engineer, he says there is another engineer for my area. Number of another engineer is busy since 1.5 hours. What is to be done!?

    @youbroadband Have 2 a/c s with you broadband 686928 & 230247 Both down since 2days repeated complaints no response yet Out of 365 175 days service down & worst customer service Even local cable operators are better Went for corporate expecting better service but it's pathetic

    @youbroadband, Customer care is not taking any complaint for not starting internet, for why delay, pass the senior Customer representatives but they are not given proper answer. They are only update feedback and not registered complaint.

    @youbroadband I have opened a service request on Monday and still it's unresolved. Called the customer care twice but still there is no solution and no one from you broadband has reached out to us. Very bad experience and pathetic customer service.
