    @youbroadband highly upset by local team, staff is closing the ticket without even attending the issue. 3rd time in this quarter. Kindly higher management look into this

    @youbroadband The Issue is resolved now but very poor customer experience. My CR# 1606550. Every week there is something or the other problem going on. Please see if there can be in interrupted services all the time. Thanks.

    3 months back we installed @youbroadband in vizag. they gave an offer of 3+1 but after 3 months they said your plan has expired and to recharge again.every two days in a week facing network issue. Experiencing bad service and never recommend anyone. #youbroadband plz resolve.
