    @youbroadban,I was taken a plan 3month 2100.00 for youbroadband internet last night 25.04.22 I was paid the money through you broadband app but my internet connection was not working I was called customer care one engineer was visited my door step he didn't do any work leave half

    Is it just me or is everyone seem facing issues with poor quality @youbroadband #CustomerService? Ignorant, incompetent customer service executives! Just for a small change, it has been a nightmarish experience

    @youbroadband my internet is not working from the past 2 days, i've been complaining about the issue to the concerned people but they r not ready to resolve it, i've been struggling all the time when I faced the issues like this.try to resolve it ASAP. Or else I look for choices
