    @iPranav7 @youbroadband Have no connectivity since 3 p.m. yesterday.. they are not sure when it would be restored. And as there is frequent outage I've asked for immediate termination and refund of balance. I get to hear that plan charges can't be refunded (for the days I have not taken service).

    @youbroadband Very bad experience. I applied for shifting of connection and paid shifting charges before 7 days. Still no engineer has contact me. During inquiry at local office, no proper answer or commitment was given. Once I become customer they avoid me giving priority.

    @iPranav7 @youbroadband It took them 15+ days to come to my home for cabling nd till then I took another service provider who installed nd started my connection in less than 24 hours nd since 6 months m chasing these you broadband guys for refund of my deposit which won't come.. Faced it twice with them

    @youbroadband I had terminated my internet connection from your company almost 5 months ago. I was promised to get the deposit amount back in 15 days I still haven't received any amount even after writing 10 e-mails and almost every week calling the customer service.

    @youbroadband @VodaIdea_NEWS We are using you telecom internet services since last 8-10 years but we have never faced such kind of problems with regard to connectivity and total negligence on the part of #youbroadband. Dispite of no of complains, no action has been taken by you

    @TikonaTIL Don't buy Tikonna . Go for @youbroadband or any other good company. I paid for their services. Now their engineer took 5 hours but is still unable to complete installation successfully. Their salesman is worst. Don't buy from this spam company.
