    @youbroadband for last 3 days internet is down and the mobile numbers of all the responsible officer is switched off. Is the right time to switch off to other provider. Seems to be WHO CARES attitude.

    @youbroadband Hi all, This is regarding my complaint no. 2021010611289 & 2021011616152 still it is not resolved.The issue is persists since 6th January. Request to all of you please don't take youbroadband connection.

    @ravibshah84 @youbroadband @VodafoneIN The worst service ever. We have no internet since one week. Complain registered online and also called ti customer care and local service engineer. No actions and no response. Also they are not refunding money

    @youbroadband duniya ka sabse tatti internet provider hai. The cables are broken since 5 days and I have been calling and reminding them twice everyday but the ******* technicians are not free.. God knows what they are doing since 5 days.

    @youbroadband This is perhaps the worst broadband that I've ever come across in India. Especially in Visakhapatnam, where I stay, the internet is always either slow or not working. Want to switch to something else. On top of everything pathetic customer service.
