    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband your service is pathetic from last 6-7 days as soon as my plan is over never coming back to You Broadband have been your customer from last 15 years but from last 1year your service is hell never coming back.

    @youbroadband Your update is incorrect — service is still not working at my location. Send a technician by tomorrow, or I will proceed with a Consumer Court complaint. Kindly take this seriously.

    @youbroadband If a technician is not assigned within the next 2 days, I will be proceeding with legal action with all supporting evidence of repeated service failures and unresolved complaints. Kindly treat this as urgent. Again not working!
