@youbroadband Super pissed with the service provided. Frequent outage on weekends and they only resolve it on Tuesday claiming company holiday on weekends. Losing about 3 days (Sat,Sun&Mon) of internet connectivity and no speedy actions even after multiple complaints.

Be aware with frauds #youbroadband company takes a deposit from customers for a internet and take deposit amount for modem and says we refund when service will be discard when customer discard service and want to refund that time do not paid to customer #internet
