    @milind1248 @youbroadband Waiting for it since 11 March 2020. It's one and a half yar and the customer care only make a fool of you. I think all the customers facing this issue should make a petition together to expose how company is doing fraud. @youbroadband never does anything but "escalate"

    @youbroadband I swear that if you don't respond today, I will take it to other platforms too and I have my payment screenshot, Refind request Id and call recordings where your customer care representatives are not telling the truth

    @youbroadband I am going to say this is the worst service anyone can provide. 2 weeks back I had taken a connection and paid full amount. Their technician said it won't be installed and I had to request for a refund. It has been 8 days and they even haven't initiated my refund
