@youbroadband hey YouBB, why do you charge for 100+Mbps plans when your DO NOT HAVE Infrastructure to support it? Nearly 1 month of 200mbps plan wasted with 10 days of NO Internet and rest of the days with 60-70mbps connection. I am paying for 200mbps.

@youbroadband .....The most pathetic customer service hv ever seen.. Internet not working for the last 15 days. Multiple complaints raised but no resolution...the engineer has no clue what to do...just giving excuses.. even wrote to ur nodal officer but no response even frm them
