    @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

    @youbroadband My internet is down from Sunday. There is a wire breakage which I can see from my window from where my wire comes down. There has been no resolution till now. The local representative is not responding properly, customer care number is not connecting.

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making
