    @youbroadband The name says all. You have to manage your account, resolve the problems by own. You have to suffer for selecting You broadband. You have to learn software and hardware for services. Multiple complains, mail, calls, still issue not resolved. #CustomerService

    Dear @youbroadband, we've had no service for 4-5 days. Several calls to call centre give us a message saying there's a problem in our area and it will be fixed by a certain time; well after that time it's not fixed and the message gives us a new time. Please restore ASAP. Thanks.
