    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Internet was on n off since last week. But last 2 days it's off . Worked 2 hours in noon today n again off . Complaint through app, voice with cc . Nothing done till now . Solve asap .

    Why they don’t declare 5 days/month paid leave for downtime. I almost face downtime every month. Also, I pay for 100 Mbps, but I get 18 Mbps when I actually need to work. Selling a service you can't deliver isn’t just bad business-it’s a total scam. But @youbroadband don’t care

    @youbroadband internet down in the area (Chembur East) again. 2 times in a week, with no notification on the impact nor on the ETA. This severely affects Work From Home customers, what kind of reliability & customer service is being provided? Customers left helpless...

    @ViCustomerCare Inhave alrady done everything which I can do with the youbroadband folks. I have reached youbas myblast hope, if you too. Ant help then I have to stop using this poor and pathetic service.

    @youbroadband @TRAI Escalation at whatever level is not working as per assurance given by call centre representative today is Friday do you work on Saturday and Sunday for providing and supporting internet services?
