Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

Your technician visited, checked the terrace, said there is a cable issue from your side and that he would return after checking the adjacent building —but he never came back.

There has been no resolution till now. The local representative is not responding properly, customer care number is not connecting.
