@youbroadband is the worst internet service provider i ever saw.. low speed internet, highest rate of disconnections, irresponsible technicians, zero customer satisfaction/care. I do not understand how the requests will be closed without problem solving.

@youbroadband You have the worst customer service! My internet is out for 5 days every month right after paying the bill. This has been going on for a year now. The customer service reps say the same bs every month! Anyone planning on buying this ****** service please don't.

Very bad experience with @youbroadband also service is very bad. I have registered the complain regarding internet on toll free number before 4 days, and after so many reminders, still they are not able to solve my problem.
