    @youbroadband Worst service ever. It's like scam. I have paid on 14th feb and payment received there and executive is not picking up call and not getting proper response. This is my complaint id : 2022030112548. Last try to reach at you. I will file legal fraud complaint.

    @youbroadband Again today we have same problem. Since morning no Internet and customer care people again said that it will not be there until tomorrow morning

    @youbroadband It's been 10 days my issue of slow connection not getting solved I am using another temporary modem for internet. Will you please address my issue and get solved. You are giving very bad service I must say. Despointed

    @youbroadband can u explain ur refund policy. In your website its clearly written upon cancellation of connection after activation will be refunded after deducting charges until disconnection. But your customer care executive says its non refundable. How can that be possible?
