  @reliancejio , @TataSkyBinge @HathwayBrdband and futureusers of broadband services in India: i used #youbroadband for over a decade despite terrible service simply because there were no better options. now there are. the ybb service has gone down from pathetic to hell. so ybbye!

  @youbroadband Such a worst service.From two days we are not having internet and your engineer is saying the server is down.The rules are to be changed for the service provider if they are unable to rectify the problems

  Hey @youbroadband I have applied for new connection yesterday and as expected the customer service is very bad,agent is even responding to my messages and if pickup the call then he doesn't have manners to talk with customers.this is what your customer expect@youbroadband ?

  @youbroadband after last tweet they simply close my complaint without even resolving query and installing connection. Go for other broadband connection avoid it.

  @youbroadband @vodafonein1 @consumerforum_ Account no. 1292646 Facing net connectivity issue since 8-Dec-21. Since then NO PROPER RESOLUTION. Still facing the same issue. Request closed without my approval & action taken.
