Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.

Their customer service doesnt allow you to raise complaint during outage. After it is up they close the complaint saying its resolved. However we are losing our money. Pathetic.
