  @youbroadband Sir My account number is 1108834 . Location:- Visakhapatnam district . From last 5 days Internet is not working.several complaints on app and call centre but still no response.Please look in to it .

  @youbroadband @HDFC_Bank Made a payment to you broadband of 4170 rupees and by mistake I did it two times due to some net banking errors from third class hdfc bank, now you broadband is not looking into this matter and ignoring. How we trust you broadband anymore...

  Hi @youbroadband I applied for youbroadband Wi-Fi connection on 14.08.2022, paid an amount of Rs. 4144. It’s been 16 days and I haven’t received the connection and I am deceived again. I am asking for a full refund and a compensation for this nonsense service and harassment

  We actually thought jio would be better than other broad bands but sadly @youbroadband were far better and this turns to be out horrible mistake. I will never refer or suggest anyone this jio.

  @youbroadband i have six month plan with 40mbps speed but i never receive that speed and net connection is Contniously fluctuating #worstservice #poornetconnection #poorteam
