    @youbroadband You Broadband service is not reliable. For the last 10+ days, the internet service down in the Gondal area, Rajkot. Not receiving any response or support YOU team. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund me ID: 2103745

    @youbroadband Your update is incorrect — service is still not working at my location. Send a technician by tomorrow, or I will proceed with a Consumer Court complaint. Kindly take this seriously.

    @youbroadband worst internet provider. Internet down daily for atleast 6 hrs daily in evening affecting our work. Raised multiple issues but ticket gets closed. Fix the issue for godsake.

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍
