    @youbroadband @TRAI Escalation at whatever level is not working as per assurance given by call centre representative today is Friday do you work on Saturday and Sunday for providing and supporting internet services?

    @ViCustomerCare even after one of your executive noted my case, @youbroadband has not assigned a technician yet and the case is still open. Is this the customer service quality you provide?

    Stay away from YouBroadband from VI in pune. Been without internet for several days and service requests are unattended. Customers are taken for granted. #youbroadband #Vodafone

    @youbroadband Internet works for some time and then stops for many hours. lights are also not blinking properly, we are told it is “normal.” From your side it may show connected, but here internet is not working properly. Please resolve the main issue permanently instead of temporary fixes.
