@youbroadband Internet connectivity is interrupted for more than 10 hours now in Shanti nagar area Vadodara. The in-app notification still mentioning that issue would be resolved by 5:55PM. Pls resolve the connectivity asap and update the app with correct ETA for resolution

@youbroadband I have restored my sevice with YouBB a month back but since then everyday I have faced connectivity issues link drops multiple times almost 3-4 time in 1 hour. Complained so many times but ticket gets automatically closed stating it is resolved. But problem persist.

@youbroadband kindly resolve my issue i paid for 40 Mbps and greeting o less then 10 MBPS I COMPLAINT FREQUENTLY ON YOU APP..BUT COMPLAIN RESLOVED ON APP NOT ON GROUND BASED .... MY ID IS khd66a .. If this happens continue. Customer can option for jio fiber....

@youbroadband Your service is becoming pathetic day by day especially around Baner area in Pune. Your call center people are clueless and your service engineers couldn't care less. 24 working hours is just a sham excuse to waste 3 days of the customers. Complaint No 2022080703605
