  But your customer care support is telling your data should be rolled over to your extension period which is actually given by @youbroadband on the purchase of 1 year plan. I do have call recording of local @youbroadband and also I've call recording of @youbroadband customer care.

  @youbroadband From Vadodara very poor service from you broadband from last 3 days internet service not working complaint registered but no action taken, this happens 3-4 times every month, you broadband disappointing customers. Very poor customer service.

  I have @youbroadband at my in-laws place in Pune. They were said to recieve 100 mbps, which is not even 20 mbps & from past 2-3 days the internet has stopped. Such a poor service @worstbroadbandever. They are not receiving calls no response to email complain. @notforyoubroadband.

  @youbroadband I got your BB service recently, it’s pathetic. I can’t even get 10mbps speed on my 75mbps plan and now I’m stuck for 6 months plan. Utterly disappointed. Not even your router is working. No installation done.

  I have raised multiple internet issues request but your team has not fixed it yet. Please stop fooling customers by asking them to pay for 3 month and let them suffer 1 month with multiple issues. @youbroadband @youbroadband1
