    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

    @youbroadband Yours is the worst service possible. Have been your customer for 10 years now. The service has given ne bad to worst. My let is not working since 2 days tried each and everything from raising a complaint on the app to calling the call centre so many times. No resolution yet
