    @youbroadband please nobody ever take youbroadband services they don’t refund the money. I just renewed their service in March and my net is down for 5 days they refusing to refund

    @youbroadband @imlto It's a very pathetic service.Each week once there is connectivity issue.Each time it's taking 2 days to resolve.

    I am writing this after being so disappointed with the network provider #youbroadband There are constant issue with this network every now and then. I have been raising issues with the area manager from the networking company for more than twice a week now. Kindly fix the issue.

    @youbroadband Its been 5 days with no internet. My broadband issue has not been resolved yet. This very bad! I have been calling your customer care, they say they will do something about it, but nothing has happened yet. How long do I have to wait? Till my plan expires?

    @youbroadband powered by @VodafoneGroup is the second worst internet service provider in Hyderabad I have ever seen. First is @ACTFibernet.. After giving complaint for 3 days still not resolved.. Disgusting.. I got contact no of Mr. Suresh who never answers the call.
