@__TheSatyam__ @scouttanmay @youbroadband Yes I have jio fiber too..both Upload and download speed are good and customer service is good as well but in jio fiber if you will take 100mbps plain it'll give u 95-98 mbps max...but in airtel it will give u 100+ mbps but I'm not sure about customer support

@scouttanmay @youbroadband I have used Youbroadband for 6 years , at first their regional executives were so resnsposive to our calls, slowly they became money centric & their customer care turend pathetic. They started neglecting the mails , calls & even no staff are there at their office to talk

I’ve been complaining about @youbroadband and it’s service for over a year. I’ve issued 3 plans - and for some reason all of them have been unstable . The customer care does not care about the problems I’m facing , they take it lightly giving me no permanent fix!

@scouttanmay @youbroadband Agreed, this is shittiest internet provider, I have complained them 45 days back but till date no one cared to call or attend complaint. Happy that I have chosen airtel broadband after three days of complaint. They have policy of not returning of money in case you surrender.
