@youbroadband I have connection issues every friday and it gets fixed monday evening. 1 month and 3 times connection issues. Poor service. Doesn't surprise why people leave Vodafone! No qualified engineer, just hiring part gime employees!

Please never have a @youbroadband connection bcz it's such a pathetic broadband which can't provide a proper internet and range always have on off my modem but it always show check your internet connection. In Surat they don't have proper connection instead have @reliancejio WiFi

@youbroadband I canceled #broadband my Ac on 1st Jan 2021, submitted modem on 21st Jan 2021, its 2 month i m yet to get my refund, submitted, i called many times to you customer care, same response all times "escalating to dept", Return my deposit money.

@youbroadband if it's a non working day of @youbroadband you can assume that it is your also. Never opt you broadband. Many other Internet service providers provide services on your working day.

After relentless calls and sales push I accepted @youbroadband as a service in Pune. After 45 days and more with multiple complaints / visits it’s been a horrible horrible experience. Still not sorted. Please look into the matter . Regret it .

@youbroadband #worst #ISP in #vizag most of the timing ping is more than min150ms and max 900+ms. TTL Is between 300 to 500. Every day there is a packet loss of 10 to 25%. There is a request time out every 5 to 10 packets. I raised multiple complaints too.
