  @youbroadband worst service. In the last 2 months the internet connection has not worked often and your customer executive didn't Respond well. And those internet loss days didn't add in my ongoing pack. Worst service!!! No sign of improvement. @TRAI

  Part 4: To top it off, if I request for getting my refund since @youbroadband cannot service my request, their customer care executive rudely rejected and instead had the audacity to ask me to relocate where YouBroadband works. Pathetic!

  Part 3: Their ground operators claim YouBroadband is only prioritizing new connections/customers over servicing requests of existing customers. It is really frustrating. I had 5 months of service left, of which 2 months is already gone. @youbroadband
