@youbroadband I am from Vadodra. I am user of YOU BROADBAND since last 2 years and I am not getting services properly.The employees of YOU BROADBAND are not at all trained and in descepline,they are using foul language. From last 24 hours the wi-fi service is not working.

@youbroadband I registered a complaint on May 2nd, You guys cleared it without resolving the issue. I again resistered a complain on May 3rd, again you cleared it without resolving the issue. Why is that? I know why.. bcoz u guys dont have to reimburse me for the days there was no network

@youbroadband i have got installed my broadband 4 day ago and still i can't use it as it is not working since it installed and also done 2-3 complaints for the same but no response from anyone from you broadband. If this happens then how i can trust you broadband for future plans

@youbroadband We have exchanged about 16 emails for my request of discontinuation of services of account number 944479. There is no reply, no action on the same. Pl let me know escalation POC immediatly.. pathetic and ridiculous customer service.

@youbroadband Worst customer service.Asking me to come in office to collect cheque in lockdown period.😡 When customers pays the money online, why can't you guys do the same. Also no one reverted back from local office for last 3 to 4 days after i requested delivery of cheque.

@youbroadband Worst customer service, bogus offers, shady schemes that's all you have in the name of high-speed internet, no matter what plan we take ,100,200mbps. At the end you will give 30-40 Mbps that's it, your engineers are always unavailable.
