@youbroadband Company is not at all attentive to resolve the problem of old customer. I have a Night Dis connectivity problem since last 12 days lodged several complaints & mails but not resolved. Today network disconnected at 8.20 pm & it’s 12.28 am still disconnected. Shame

@youbroadband I am hearing your fiber cut story from day 1. And it still not repaired..! If you can't repair one fiber cut in 3 days then close my connection and give me refund as I can not tolerate such bull **** and waste of time all the year

@youbroadband i have opted for 125 mpbs and previous plan is 75 mbps and still the same and reached customer care many times still the same and no1 is responding yet.I'm still getting the old speed instead of new speed i.e. 125 mbpswaste broadband waste... #Telangana @DoT_India
