    @youbroadband Worst experience faced with the bad customer service daily two connectivity issues inspite of complaing many times related to the concerns no action take seriously. So due to this i don't want to continue the serive and will the share the feedback across all media.

    @youbroadband Using your service for 12 months, but last month was the worst. 21 days the internet was disconnected due to your major technical problem. 15 times we registered complaints, but as per terms, your customer care executive fail credit 21 days.

    @youbroadband Hi, In the evening the issue was resolved my ip was changed from back end to resolve the issue. Facing the same problem of packet loss again
