    Every time I have to explain same KATHA to new Executive, all give one answer, in PROCESS. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider. additionally they are spamming daily with their offers. @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare

    It seems some internet companies are providing internet service through hotspot. It gets disconnected every 15-20mins 🤔 @youbroadband is one of them, hopeless

    .@youbroadband pathetic, I am extremely dissatisfied with You broadband. I have been trying to get a refund for a long time, but they have delayed it indefinitely. Despite calling their customer care support 20 times, I have not received any timeline for the refund.
