    @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

    @youbroadband Are you going bankrupt? Are you stutting down the service? My internet has been down for 36+ hours. There is no response on your WhatsApp interactive complaint booking. None on web interface. What is one's recourse? Nobody answersthe phone either. #vi_sucks

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍
