@youbroadband team your customer service is very slow and pathetic. Even sending DM on Twitter doesn’t communicate my urgency. May be you being the 6th largest ISP, it’s time I start looking at the other 5.

@youbroadband My Self Srinivas Ravula customer of you broadband I can say worst internet service. Daily interruption in internet connectivity have to raise complaint daily and issue will get resolved EOD but bill has to be paid for entire month if we will delay will suspend.

@youbroadband This is Rajendra Jain from Bhavyajyoti holidays. In nanpura. We have 2 accounts of same network we were not expecting this behavior from the company. It's really inconvenient. Being your customer since really long and nobody's paying attention to our problems. SAD

@youbroadband Wifi has been down for 19 hours and hrs still counting.., reported to Youbroadband 18 hours and was suppose resolved 11 hrs ago, tried to call technician but they're not answering any calls. Being largest provider is not enough, provide the service needed on time.
