    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband Ping to public DNS takes average time 1226ms. Either internet completely shut or very poor speed in prime location. Technical person checks weather I have used 1mb of data last 24 hours, then I request closed w/o visiting or contacting customer.

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    @youbroadband i have contacted customer care today also and they are telling that i will get refund after 45 days...and talking rudely..totally unsatisfied with this poor company..just refund my money..

    @youbroadband @youbroadband Looks like you don’t want new connections. I have been trying to reach for a connection in Pune for last 2 days, already made payment from the website but no one has reached out for setting up the connection. The customer care service is a joke!
