@youbroadband Ok thank you youbroadband for your response. But this time the technical team has done they work quickly. So thank you for responding to msg please do not cut the internet for some technical issues. Recently i was giving my exam online suddenly internet gone. So don't repeat it.

@youbroadband Sir the same problem is repeated again since last 2hrs the internet is not there so can I get the permanent solution for this problem arise. This will be the final call for the restore my internet.If not i will tell the customers who are using your broadband not to take.

When I call to customer care they will say " sir at this time the internet will restore" but at that time the internet will not be restore.When ever I call to customer care they will repeat same words.I think @youbroadband does not respond to the customers issue which they are

@youbroadband @ViCustomerCare Its been a week that my internet is down. Lodged complaints on the app and on email too, but your team doesn't have any courtesy to even try to respond and resolve. Team only makes sure that we pay our bills on time, but are not present when needed.
