    @youbroadband everyday at exactly 11:36PM my wifi shuts down and I have to manually switch off the router and restart it. Takes about 5mins to wifi to be available again. I have observed this for past 15 days and it happens daily. Could you have a look at this? DM me for location

    [2/2] @DoT_India this is pure loot by @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband they charge on number of days, but don't provide service. Request your kind attention to this matter as on a National level it is a big scam, and real pain to customers. We don't even get proper reply from team
