    @youbroadband can u explain ur refund policy. In your website its clearly written upon cancellation of connection after activation will be refunded after deducting charges until disconnection. But your customer care executive says its non refundable. How can that be possible?

    @youbroadband Really @youbroadband is A fraud Company. Its work only for making money 💰. They treat new customer like A god then after time will come for solving problem of customer they treat like unknown person.

    @vodafone @youbroadband I have paid charges for installation on 1st March, till now neither your person come at my place for installation nor contacted. I checked with customer care they told me I have requested for refund. Brilliant business. @MahaCyber1

    @youbroadband Problem again with connectivity. Very slow speed and keeps stopping. Most useless service. Fed up with registering complaints. Will be changing to Tatasky broadband tomorrow for better service.

    @youbroadband Since Oct Month 2021 I have given my Router and Modem Back to Compay. To get the Deposit Refund, the Policy is of 45 Working Days. Till now March 2022 I haven't received My Deposit Refund. Very Very Bad Experience.Pathethic Services. Never Use Youbroadband

    @youbroadband @KaharAteet Do you really look into customer complaints, one of my complaint # 2022021401035, is still not attended even after one month. Your sales representatives are giving false commitments and there is no action at all. I really wonder if you expect me to continue with Youbroadband.

    If any case you are looking forward to get a brodband connection, never consider #youbroadband #youbraodbandinternet #youbroadbandservices .lets know why :- 1.There will be speed drops and network disruptions. 2.Even after raising complaint it will take atleast 4days to recify.

    @youbroadband Pathetic service provider in Navi Mumbai. Since 27 Feb 2022 they are not able to shift the connection from one room to another room in same floor, same wing. Even after submitting documents since 5 March. No care of customer. Youbrodband account : 2103952
