    @youbroadband Are you going bankrupt? Are you stutting down the service? My internet has been down for 36+ hours. There is no response on your WhatsApp interactive complaint booking. None on web interface. What is one's recourse? Nobody answersthe phone either. #vi_sucks

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

    @youbroadband my broadband connection has not been working since the 17th of March. Despite multiple calls and complaints registered at your help centre there has not been any response or resolution. Your call centre team can only give me assurances.
