    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Internet was on n off since last week. But last 2 days it's off . Worked 2 hours in noon today n again off . Complaint through app, voice with cc . Nothing done till now . Solve asap .

    @youbroadband @DoT_India Since months You Broadband has had very frequent and prolonged downtime. Their customer service doesnt allow you to raise complaint during outage. After it is up they close the complaint saying its resolved. However we are losing our money. Pathetic.

    Plz dont buy any @youbroadband band plan. They will ask for adv. Payment of 1 year. Now they are going to close service in India. As no response to me for the last 15 days my net is not working. @TRAI please look into matter. As youbroadband take money no service given

    @youbroadband WhatsApp chatbot no longer works. There is no IVRS option to talk to support. Is social media shaming the only way to escalate issues now? 3rd day of no internet. Service request not even assigned to an engineer.

    @rosh_shetty84 @Oza_Akash @screener_in Hi Roshan, the problem was on YouBroadband and Vodafone. Their networks were not reaching our CDN servers. Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.
