    @youbroadband You Broadband service is not reliable. For the last 10+ days, the internet service down in the Gondal area, Rajkot. Not receiving any response or support YOU team. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund me ID: 2103745

    @godbole_shilpa @youbroadband When I used to live in Viman Nagar I had You Broadband Customer Care on my speed dial. Can't believe things are still the same nearly 10 years later.

    @youbroadband In between this I called more than 100 times for services and out of frustration then after talking to local head i closed my connection it's been 2 months since I closed my connection i have not received refund yet . I am calling customer care daily but no proper response.
