@Indian (@MehulKachariya) reportedI'm a customer of @youbroadband. whenever my internet service is not working, i have to raise a complaint in the app and have to wait for 2-3 days. For outsourcing firm like us, it's too disturbing for us if internet is shut for 5 days. @dstGujarat @IndiaDST pls do the needful.

Saket Bhala (@BhalaSaket) reported@youbroadband From last 15 days, After every 2 days internet not working. If we call to customer care then you replied problem will solved in next 24 hours. Means total 2 days internet not work. Also without service restore, you closed the complaint.
