Palash Shah (@palash_shah1990) reported@youbroadband bad service. I had a plan of 50MBPS and then upgraded to 200MBPS, but there was no improvement in the speed. So I raised a complaint, the executive visited and told that the cable needs to be changed. Now they closed the service request without changing the cable.

It's 3 June now, no connection and this executive is not responding to my calls. The issue is at 390019 pin.

Your customer executive hangs up on me. Your technical team ask me to wait for 7 days for username and pswd after installation is done.
