@youbroadband (2/2) Still, there is no refund provided and request is closed automatically. And, to top all this customer care does not have courtesy to reply to the mail communications even a single time. I am fed up. Please process the refund request.

@__TheSatyam__ @scouttanmay @youbroadband Yes I have jio fiber too..both Upload and download speed are good and customer service is good as well but in jio fiber if you will take 100mbps plain it'll give u 95-98 mbps max...but in airtel it will give u 100+ mbps but I'm not sure about customer support

I’ve been complaining about @youbroadband and it’s service for over a year. I’ve issued 3 plans - and for some reason all of them have been unstable . The customer care does not care about the problems I’m facing , they take it lightly giving me no permanent fix!
