@youbroadband Internet service is at halt for the whole day today. It is very frustrating/loss for the employees Working From Home. The "Support Now" option in the App says Estimated Up Time: 2021-10-05 13hrs. It has been since morning the Up Time is deviating. Please resume!

Most horrible customer service of @youbroadband just for name sake it says it cares, actually doesn’t care at all. Took payment 10 days ago, still no connection. The frustrating part is if try to reach local guy he neither take your call nor reply your msg.

@youbroadband I have upgraded my speed to 150 mbps. Three days has been passed, I have also complained 3 times but no one has updated my speed. They always said that your problem would solve within 24 hours. But they didn’t
