I have just asked for the service extension request for the days when your internet wasn’t working and when your speed was at 1-2 MBPS against 40 MBPS plan, but you guys aren’t listening.

Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.
