What about this loss?? How will you undo this?? Why should I suffer for negligence/mistake from your end???

@youbroadband This is not the 1st time the service is disturbed. It happens nearly everyday & you are least bothered about customer's inconvenience. Regret my decision to pay you for yearly plan. Every time the engineers say "this issue is beyond our control"
