    Hello @youbroadband , I have registered a complaint many times for my connectivity and speed issue. Every time your customer representative tells that our engineer will come to resolve in 24hr. But no one come . Pathetic service and false promises.

    @youbroadband Worst customer service provided so called you broadband. Got the service request pending for the past 6 business days, still not resolved. No action taken by you broadband engineers or staff sitting at YOU broadband Surat.

    Worst Service provided by #YOUBROADBAND. Don't buy service from #YOUBROADBAND Internet connection frequently disconnects & No one to resolve your issue after 5:30pm. Customer care is available, but NO Internet, No Service executive to resolve your complaint!

    @youbroadband I have requested for a new connection on January 16th 2023, Payment was asked to be done upfront which i did, but the connection is still not setup. I’d like to initiate a refund. Let me know the process as the customer care representatives are not responding
