@youbroadband complaint registered on 18th of October. Your team is full of liars. 11 days later complaint still not resolved. I want refund for the days this complaint is not resolved, an email of apology and demand that the connection is restored with immediate effect. @TRAI

Since last 20mins I’m on a call with @youbroadband SN RM Khusbu Tanden says she doesn’t have authority to escalate my issue to higher team, my internet is down & RM comforts me by saying wait for 24 working hrs so we can arrange a Tech guy. Such a lame support @VodafoneGroup

@youbroadband I had surrendered my broadband router on 2nd Aug and was supposed to get refund ofvthe router deposit charges of 2000 I have registered complaint no 2022082003886 and 2022091702446 spoke with purnima uploaded the cheque details too but no refund

@ShrimaanAbhi @youbroadband I attempted to call their helpline number, which is usually just absolute crap. I was pleasantly surprised to get someone within 1 min of calling, who proactively talked about the open ticket, asked me a few questions and immediately escalated it! Let's see now...
