  @youbroadband you guys have the most pathetic internet connection in India. Unfortunately I do not have any premium internet service providers in my area, hence I am stuck with you. Without exaggerating, out of the 365 days in my 12 month plan, 90 days have been out of service.

  @youbroadband Your team has done biggest fraud with me made faults promises, took money now no one is responding on calls and msgs, the fraud is done by sales executive Ramesh(9848844485). I escalated my issues to Mr. Dinesh(zonal manager of Hyderabad) but he is least bothered.

  @youbroadband the worst internet service I have ever experienced in Hyderabad. It breaks down at least once in a week. The only thing worse than you internet is you customer service!! Please rectify immediately.

  @youbroadband The worst broadband service provider in Ahmedabad, don't go for this... Customer executive are too dumb!!! Without resolving the problem, ur problem will be closed. Worst service!!! @somnath2384 please remove this service from Vikram Nagar!!!

  @youbroadband Hi team, I have raised a complaint on dec 23, 2020. still not received any resolution. Followed up 3 times after raising complaint Complaint number 2020122318827. Everytime i call, I only get one answer issue is escalated and they will get back to me. No one will call me

  Another request created from your @youbroadband TT No 2021010711566. I recieved the call from Maharashtra Youbroadband appellate. He admitted that RBS queue for 1 month got activated by Automated script and it's a mistake from there end. I am expecting resolution sooner.
