    I have used @youbroadband for more than a year and paid a refundable deposit of Rs. 2K for using their router. Now I want to return the router and get back the deposit but I'm not getting any response. I have also called the cust. care for the past 2 months for this issue.

    @youbroadband Your service quality in vadodara is deteriorating. There are outages multiple times a week. Please improve your services
