    @youbroadband since last 10 days my internet is not working and the reason is "from where the line is coming that location is under renovation and power line is not functional" I fail to understand does it take 10 days for you to plug it somewhere else?

    @youbroadband Internet NOT working, can't complaint through calling customer care neither using the website. Pathetic service in terms of internet as well as customer relations. Shame on you!!!

    @youbroadband Please give me my money back for the services I hv not used. U charge for a whole year and if after 6 months we move to another building u say u don't hv service there and keep the rest of the money. Thats cheating

    Never use @youbroadband internet service. Customer care doesn’t respond at all. Their internet service is the worst in town

    So @youbroadband is too active in following up with your renewal. But when it comes to resolving the complaint you won't hear back from them. My id is 1501679 and internet ain't working since yesterday. Your app never sends any engineer. #Poweredbyvodafone really? @VodafoneGroup

    @youbroadband @DoT_India. My net down since Sat. Raised complaint via App, Phone and called local service person. No rspns yet. #WFH Not possible due to this. It has become a routine of not having internet now. 3 days no service, but still charging. Cst #1898962. #vodafoneidea
