@youbroadband 3 months back we installed @youbroadband in vizag. they gave an offer of 3+1 but after 3 months they said your plan has expired and to recharge again.every two days in a week facing network issue. Experiencing bad service and never recommend anyone. #youbroadband plz resolve.

@youbroadband It's been 3 hours since my internet connection is not working. I tried to lodge a complaint in your app multiple times regarding this issue but everytime it shows the same message 'Error creating complaint'. I also rebooted my router multiple times.

@youbroadband whn I did nt wnt to recharge, you guys called incessantly. Now tht I have recharged, you guys dnt give a damn to renew connection. Pathetic serive. Plz close the business, if u cnt run it well.#pathetic

@youbroadband what a disgusting service you guys are providing to your customer, it's been 5 days of payment for new connection and till now it is not processed none of your Engineer is receiving call or the agent of your company, guys skill person to bluff to customer.

No update so far. The issue has not been resolved. Pathetic service. I have not received any update apart from one message two days ago. @youbroadband
