    @youbroadband How are you even a service provider... I have been having problems with my connection for a couple of weeks now and when I call your helpline number nobody responds. Something happens to the internet om every other day. Whom should I call now?

    My entire work got stuck from last 2 days due to this issue and Backend team is not helpful. If this issue didn't get fix early then the entire society customers are planning to take some strict action. @youbroadband @jagograhakjago

    @youbroadband 1. Ten days to issue work for shifting of connection. 2. one month to shift the connection. 3. 7 days to attain the complaint 4. No one is picking the call. Shall we ( the entire society ) shift to other operator, at same cost???#mustreadSJ

    @youbroadband I am not receiving services since 18th May after cyclone. Have complained multiple times, on calls as well as on app and also mailed to appellate and nodal officer, but no resolution till now. Kindly refund my money. You are the worst.@youbroadband1

    @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup I have been complaining from your app since last 6-7 days regularly regarding speed issue for my internet and everyday I raise a complaint it gets automatically closed from your end without resolving it.

    Worst service @youbroadband facing problem since 3 days. No internet. Called customer service. Yet no results. @VodafoneGroup technicians has no courtesy to atleast call and ask customers about problem. Worst network. Will never recommend anyone to install you broadband.

    @youbroadband from last 4 days I have complaint for dead connection. And your people tell us it will be resolve in half hr.. So can you pls tell us when your half hr will be completed?
