    @youbroadband My Internet services have been stopped in my area due to maintenance, the service is stopped from when I recharged my plan. I need a refund, as you can't provide the service. I spoke to Customer care and they only say we will get back to you! Why u want free money??

    @youbroadband one of the worse service i ever use. I'm new to youbroadband it's been 10 days now. I used internet even less 5 days of that. Your customer support is even worse than your service and most worse part is i have paid you for next 6 months(1/2)

    @youbroadband If the installation is not done today, I need full refund of the payment made today itself. Also take strict action against this executive of yours who is absolutely unfit to be a part of your organisation. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

    @abhijitkadle @youbroadband Well it's my backup connection. They moved to fiber last week and speeds were good for a few dsys. Since monday, tough it's down. Primary is bsnl fiber which is quite good

    @youbroadband Absolutely horrible service and absolutely unprofessional staff. We made the payment (for the plan and security deposit of the modem on 01.12.2022. Till now the service has not been started. 03.12 your executive came for installation. (1)

    @youbroadband As soon as I told him I am going to file a complaint, I was immediately told that I am coming for the installation right now. Is this a god damn joke? The payment (security deposit or Rs. 1,999 has been made just now. (5)
