@Diwanmehta @youbroadband I had faced the similar issue in past with youbroadband , once they get money they ll just vanish till next renewal. That is why they keep advance rental plans and They hardly give any importance to customer complaints

@youbroadband Please refund my modem deposit and then you can take as many days you want to take back your modem. Horrible service.
