    @youbroadband My plan validity was 12 +2 months starting July 2020. And I had purchased another 1 month in order to compensate for the refund. So my plan is valid till October 2021. Currently it says only 7 days remaining. Complaint: 2021010512956 on 4th Jan 2021. No revert yet.

    @youbroadband From last 15 days, After every 2 days internet not working. If we call to customer care then you replied problem will solved in next 24 hours. Means total 2 days internet not work. Also without service restore, you closed the complaint.

    Another request created from your @youbroadband TT No 2021010711566. I recieved the call from Maharashtra Youbroadband appellate. He admitted that RBS queue for 1 month got activated by Automated script and it's a mistake from there end. I am expecting resolution sooner.

    @youbroadband It's been two years we are facing internet issues each month. Each month internet is down for 2-3 days and we are told that the problem is power issue. Since 2 years they are not able to fix the same issue which is occurring continuously.
