    @youbroadband My internet is down from Sunday. There is a wire breakage which I can see from my window from where my wire comes down. There has been no resolution till now. The local representative is not responding properly, customer care number is not connecting.

    Thereโ€™s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband my Internet services are giving issues since last weekโ€ฆbut this service provider has not been able to resolve the issue. Their customer service also sucks. Their online and offline services are awful. Please donโ€™t go for YOU Boradband @youbroadband

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing โ€œoutageโ€ and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (โ‰ˆ3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
