    The name says all. You have to manage your account, resolve the problems by own. You have to suffer for selecting You broadband. You have to learn software and hardware for services. Multiple complains, mail, calls, still issue not resolved. #CustomerService @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Wrost customer service ever Net is not working after the cyclone. Customer care always told me that it will be solved by today. Same answer from 5 days. I am not free to call the customer care always . Trash internet service provider in india
