@youbroadband such pathetick service it's been 5 days my network is down there was outage mention over the application. Teletcaller agent not helping nor his senior stating cannot escalate issue. They are working on it even though I hv already raise request sent email to care

@youbroadband very bad service and speed . In surat gujrat. I got speed 3.5 mbps speed i am purchased 30 mbps speed plan and still 3.5 mbps speed. This is a speed of you broadband....

@youbroadband I am facing issues with my internet connectivity from last 2 days. I am not able to raise any complaint for this issue. Also their is not any proper response from customer care. My account no is 1922954. Seems like you customer care service is not helpful.

@youbroadband from past one week broadband is down.. after repeated calling and pleading you fixed. Now again from three days it's dead... please send some to repair or replace or return the deposit amount and cancel the connection....
