  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have your Broadband connection since 3+ years now. Since few months, every other week your services go off abruptly. Today is Sunday and your network has conked. Enough is enough. I am switching over to other ISPs in my area. @youbroadband

  @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.
