    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare is a disgusting service of Vodafone Idea Youbrodband. The net is Down for the last 15 days and has no resolution yet. Generic response from customer care.

    @youbroadband Such a pathetic service from you guys. Before 1 year (26/5/2021) my husband had initiated a request to stop the service and collect the the set of box. Their representative Ashok had sent someone to collect the box, when asked for recepit dey said not required...

    @youbroadband I've already done that in the first tweet. I can see what's so slow for the soon to close down company. Customer are the least concern for you broadband. Shame on customer service. I better swap a broadband company for all my broadband connections.

    @youbroadband you guys says that your service is very good..I don't think so because of my internet is off from yesterday and I also filed the complainant but they are only saying that we will fix it in 24 HR and it's done, today is the second day and I haven't get my wifi on...

    @youbroadband Since three hours your service is down in Vadodara. Even the app and website aren't loading and are down. Can't even lodge a complain there. Complete blackout.

    Hi @youbroadband, you guys have the worst support. No one bloody cares if internet is working fine. From last 2+ months issues are prominent. On daily basis. & when asked for extra days they say talk to customer care. Customer care says their team will check & let me know. Ctnd.

    @mayurpatel7296 @youbroadband Same don't know what they are doing 😡,I think that I paid 10k for only no internet, always they says that issue from ahead and will do the fix in 24hr now it's second day today and still I haven't got net😡
