    @youbroadband most pathetic service. In last 10 days net has been down in Pune Kothrud area more than 30 times. Sudden downtime impacts our office work badly. Customer service doesn't take complaints at all, they just say 'there is technical issue' and then ignore.

    @KashyapSagaram @youbroadband Speaking in Hindi with customer in care is a big menace. Hindi speaking people working in call centers are like those illegal immigrants recruited based on language.

    @youbroadband internet not working since two days in erandwana Pune. This has been case since months now where your ****** services are affecting wfh. No engineer available ever. Such ****** services in prime area of Pune. Going to terminate the connection today.

    @youbroadband Still no one has contacted to resolve the concern, my broadband is due for a renewal so stop sending me emails and notofications and first fix the problems👎👎👎 never have seen such a horrible service provider. Been almost a week now.. and counting..

    @youbroadband Everyday there is a downtime due to upstream issue.The downtime starts early morning and is resolved by 7:00pm. This is seriously affecting work. No communication from your so called customer support.they don't support customer may be support only banks to get money
