    @youbroadband I have been talking to supervisors for my internet not working and supervisors HANG UP THE CALL while talking to you!! Absolutely pathetic customer service and there’s no resolution to any of my complaints. Is this how you treat customers??

    I have complain in the You broadband , but no one response this customer care person , I have plan in 50mbs to increase 100mbs plan but the worst response by customer care service , no one replies @youbroadband , my id 1980800 help that my problem solve @youbroadband

    @youbroadband don't bloody put your handle as 'YOU BB Cares' because you clearly don't. My internet is not working since three days, I am working individual (Working from home) I have called a zillion times with no action taken. THIS IS URGENT
