How could your service be affected for more than 4 hours almost every day in my area? How are you gonna make it up to us? Your executives do call when it comes to recharge but switch their cell phones off when service is affected. @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare

My internet provider is living the dream . It only works half of the time but gets full payment in advance. One single drop of rain and it takes off for a vacation for 1 week. @youbroadband Worst internet provider ever.

@youbroadband World's 3rd class services Never use YB service and internet connection. They don't have staff to resolve connection issue. I requested to YB to shift my connection in mar-23 and still it is pending. They closed issued without any call or msg and enter false remark
