Internet is not working since 12th January and 2 Support tickets have already closed for same problem stating its fixed. 3 neighbourhood have same complain and no action is taken. Either fix it or refund the recharge so that we can move with other ISP.l asap @youbroadband @TRAI

Hi all, This is regarding my complaint no. 2021010611289 & 2021011616152 still it is not resolved.The issue is persists since 6th January. Request to all of you please don't take youbroadband connection.
