@youbroadband #worstservice what is this that everyday you're sending notification that your service will be hampered and uptime will be hour or so and when that time is reaches you revise again for another hour. You continue to do so till end of day and start again next day.

@youbroadband I was not at home since last 40 days and came yesterday. Since then my internet is not working. Customer care executives saying that everything is right and they don't know why it is not working and I am waiting for technician to resolve the issue.

@VodafoneIN_News so an engineer visited today to fix my broadband (@youbroadband) after 2 days of outage ,, and what he said was astonishing" sir the company has not paid the fiber people so I can't fix your connection, it'll take 3 to 4 days before anybody can do anything" . Wow

Extremely poor service by #youbroadband in Sanmukh apartment bakari city vejalpur area ahmedabad. Customer care not respond even after several contact. When people doing work from and they need proper service but #youbroadband again fail to serve.@vodafone

@youbroadband Broadband is down now for 24 hours + at Sheela Vihar colony Pune! Keep getting messages about some work in progress. We have not paid to be kept without service. If it takes so long to repair there must be some very inefficient employees at your end!

@ViCustomerCare I already called that no you provided 3 to 4 time since yesterday, still it is not yet resolved. And this is not the first time I am experiencing such things this is a very common problem with @youbroadband service. False promises and lack of interest to resolve issues.
