@youbroadband This is my 2nd tweet. This is for public awareness. Please don't take you broadband service. They are the worst data and internet service provider in mumbai. My you broadband account number is 1898707. From Last 6 months there internet service is worst and pathetic.

@youbroadband disappointed with your service. Internet is not working since last 4 days and still no response. Worst customer service experience. @youbroadband gives false commitment for their ETA. I decided to switch Jio if they don't improved their services. FYI..@JioCare

@youbroadband will get their money first but won’t provide you service after that. It’s been 10 days since I did the payment. When I try to call the executive for update on installation, he straight away declines my phone call. Is this how you treat your new customers?

@youbroadband Registered for internet connection on last Sunday. Your guy instantly called on same day to get the payment done, its been more than a week now and still no installation. Will get the money first but won’t provide service after, ridiculous. I want my connection asap
