    Really regretting option for @youbroadband as the ISP. Horrible after sales service, internet is down since a day yet no acknowledgement. How is person working from home suppose to work with this internet???

    I have @youbroadband wifi. Internat has not been working for 15 days. I have called to customer care almost 5 times but I didn't get solution yet. One of @youbroadband customer care supervisor told me that By today your problem would be resolved till 4pm. But it didn't solve.

    @youbroadband placed 3 times complaint, getting 4mps speed instead of 50mps. Instead of checking and resolving the issue, complaint is getting closed.
