@deep_vlogs @youbroadband You made a mistake brother your hard earned money is gone in drain. They won't respond and internet will always be down, better ask for refund and go for @ACTFibernet. I'm suffering since 6 days and new connection just 15 days now and I used internet for hardly 4 days & its down

@youbroadband no internet since Sunday. Have made complaint thru the app but no engineer has come in 4 days. Both the engineers phone is either switched off or busy. No response to text messages too from them. Customer # 1661012
