@youbroadband I have disconnected connection in July-21. Still after couple of request to Customercare no one came to collect Router and given me refund. Very poor administration.

@youbroadband What a pathetic service. Your network is not stable. Always gives a request timed out after every few minutes. Worst service. I recommend if you are giving a free service then also I will reject it.

Worst service by youbroadband. Not providing service in the nashik city area. People having connection beside my building and in front also. Still they are saying technical issues for shifting of connection. Technical staff is more worst in nashik city. @youbroadband

@TataSky The Broadband connection guy mentioned I cannot have second broadband connection with the same cell number. How very archaic for a tech company losing a customer due to self limiting processes and technology. @youbroadband allows multiple connections on one cell no.

@youbroadband from yesterday afternoon onwards there is no internet connection and informed to technician.but till now issue is not resolved and technician tried to close the complaint without customer consent and not responding to customer phone calls. worst consumer experience

@youbroadband I wake up. I call your customer care for low upload speeds. They fix the issue temporarily. The speed is back to 0.5 Mbps in evening. This is my routine for the past 7 days. I want a permanent fix. I think the problem is in the modem you have provided. Please fix it

@youbroadband You Broadband guys came and they said that wireless device support is not available in my area so connection cannot be provided. Ridiculous!
