@youbroadband very bad service and speed . In surat gujrat. I got speed 3.5 mbps speed i am purchased 30 mbps speed plan and still 3.5 mbps speed. This is a speed of you broadband....

@youbroadband @jagograhakjago There is disconnection since 15 days, Everyday I am complaining but no solution is being provided. My work is getting affected. Kindly refund my money. It is better to switch to other ISP, even my mobile internet is better. Worthless piece of sh**.

But the engineer came on Tuesday evening. He has fixed everything but again it stopped working with in one hour. They came to fix it on Wednesday evening and today on Thursday it has again stopped working. I didn't expect such a poor service from Youbroadband.

@youbroadband worst service one could get ever...!!! PATHETIC..!!! My Internet service is down since the last 15 days, I have complained about the same in @youbroadband application. No one is answering properly and issue is still not resolved.I would not recommend @youbroadband

@youbroadband Me along with 20 other connections in my apartment are facing connectivity problem frm past 2 days. Today is the 3rd day n all i get to hear frm ur customer care is “we are working on it” Do you value your customers with service like this?

@youbroadband Are you guys ever gonna fix an issue? It's been over 2 weeks I have lodged a complaint and there has been no fix!I have written to the nodal officer, called up the call centre atleast 5 times, raised an issue on the app!Can someone atleast call & lemme know the ETA?
