    @youbroadband My net connection not working 15 days. I complain many time but no response by coustomer care. They always say “sir aaj aap ka connection ok ho jayega” last 15 days.

    @youbroadband My account number is 2190171. My internet connection stopped working since 10-15 days. your local customer service engineer behaving very rudely while complaining and I got such a worsen experience of getting you broadband wifi connection.

    @youbroadband worst service in Surat and worst internet provider company ever. I am facing slow speed issue since 1 months but no engineer or you broadband employees has responded it. They only call thrice in a day for renewal of plane but no one has intrest in service.

    then I called that engineer and told him "Internet is not working" he says me we all are busy remember me the same thing in tomorrow morning. First of all, after relocating the box engineers need to check whether the connections are working or not.? (4/7) @youbroadband
