@youbroadband As expected, neither has the issue resolved nor have you @youbroadband done anything to take action. I can't see why I should continue paying for your services when I'm having to buy mobile internet packs as well. This qualifies for consumer court as well!

@youbroadband It's been 18 days i have place a request for Shifting of connection for nagpur location but still I haven't got the connection at my new location. Your employees not even pick up call once payment is received by them. Worst Service, will never recommend anyone

@youbroadband after the last tweet, they simply close my complaint without even resolving the query and installing a connection. Go for another broadband connection to avoid such pathetic service and frustration by @youbroadband.

@yashgandhi_ @youbroadband They've the worst service ever. They asked me to raise a ticket to cancel the connection few years ago which was at my previous residence. This is after one year of them assuring me that they'll move the conn too and have a presence here. And then taking a U turn.
