    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband @youbroadband My internet has been completely down since 6 June 2026. I've raised multiple complaints, and each time it works for 5 minutes before failing again. Technicians have visited multiple times but no permanent fix. Please resolve this today 2026061804648
