    We actually thought jio would be better than other broad bands but sadly @youbroadband were far better and this turns to be out horrible mistake. I will never refer or suggest anyone this jio.

    @youbroadband Very bad service. Do we have to keep complaining about complaints?? If the net is closed for 4 days in a week, on that counting offered a toy of extra 15 days on that basis ? Complaint launced so will not share details in DM even you ask.

    @youbroadband hi This is Saravanan from Chennai. I am having lot of problems in YOU broadband connection. I registered a complaint 2 months back. Still nobody asked about that. I am facing 2 to 3 times connectivity problems per week. I don't know where to take a complaint

    @youbroadband -Undoubtedly the worst platform of #Vodafone. The internet has been down for the last 6 days. The agent says they have escalated the issue on every call(7 calls so far). They don't reply on emails or accept complaint via app. #Pune #youbroadband @consumercourtin

    @youbroadband kindly resolve my issue i paid for 40 Mbps and greeting o less then 10 MBPS I COMPLAINT FREQUENTLY ON YOU APP..BUT COMPLAIN RESLOVED ON APP NOT ON GROUND BASED .... MY ID IS khd66a .. If this happens continue. Customer can option for jio fiber....
