  @youbroadband Internet is not been working at my place since 6th April. Have raised request and followed up multiple times. Still, the issue has not been resolved. Is this kind of service quality you have? #pathetic #youbroadband.

  @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

  @youbroadband Fast internet sounds great in theory, but in reality with your service it’s constant downtime and zero accountability. No connectivity, router showing orange light, technician giving false promises and still “no delays”?fix the basics first before talking about business advantage

  There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband
