But your customer care support is telling your data should be rolled over to your extension period which is actually given by @youbroadband on the purchase of 1 year plan. I do have call recording of local @youbroadband and also I've call recording of @youbroadband customer care.

@youbroadband I have a plan of 125 Mbps. But, I get upload speed of only 20-25 Mbps. Please fix the issue ASAP. Because, I switched to fiber because I want higher upload speeds. My account details are in your DM.

@advanirajesh @youbroadband I called the customer care. The chap was just as polite a and helpful he could be. He couldn't raise this matter to authorities nor do anything about it. He manually removed my account from the 'contact list' created by back-end. Do you think I should email them?
