@youbroadband most pathetic service. In last 10 days net has been down in Pune Kothrud area more than 30 times. Sudden downtime impacts our office work badly. Customer service doesn't take complaints at all, they just say 'there is technical issue' and then ignore.

@youbroadband is your app working at all? I have today register service request 5th time. As Service Termination and collect your modem and refund deposit. But last 4 time request was closed by your engineer without a visit.

@youbroadband I have given multiple complaints about refund of the deposite money for router after closing the connection. It been 6 months and I had given atleast 7 - 8 complaints. But no action from your end. What a pathetic service experience.

@youbroadband very poor service since last 15 days my internet not working I have more than 10 time complete and calling but no response very lethric service in rajkot some senior man himansu they can't do anything from there team.
