    @youbroadband Have been facing Internet connectivity issues since almost a month now. At earlier they said some technician will visit to resolve our complaint within 24 hours but till date there has not been a single response from their team. Very poor and inefficient service.

    @youbroadband I was not at home since last 40 days and came yesterday. Since then my internet is not working. Customer care executives saying that everything is right and they don't know why it is not working and I am waiting for technician to resolve the issue. @ViCustomerCare

    @youbroadband such an irresponsible service persons u have, internet not working from two days raised complaint in app n till now nobody responded. Jus waiting for the plan validity to complete once it complete never ever vl suggest anyone or vl recharge again

    Extremely poor service by #youbroadband in Sanmukh apartment bakari city vejalpur area ahmedabad. Customer care not respond even after several contact. When people doing work from and they need proper service but #youbroadband again fail to serve.@vodafone

    @youbroadband i never seen this type of irritating broadband, every day 3 to 5 hours not working, I raised lot of requests still no one contact me.
