    @youbroadband @jagograhakjago There is disconnection since 15 days, Everyday I am complaining but no solution is being provided. My work is getting affected. Kindly refund my money. It is better to switch to other ISP, even my mobile internet is better. Worthless piece of sh**.

    @youbroadband senior agent stated I have been using bb which is intermittently but he denying ...ihv sent several emails to care but no action taken ....if you cannot resolve my issue refund monthly rechargeable amount which I did recently ...I will swich to another service
