    Worst service ever faced by @youbroadband .Everyday internet connection got disconnected and we are not able to attend lectures and work from home. And once complaint register within 24 hour their support teams comes and ask for OTP and without the customer's confirm. resolved

    All this incompetencies of Vodafone/Idea/Youbroadband workers and failure of their app for problem resolutions justifies what they are going through in India financially and gives reasons why they are not able to compete with the likes of @reliancejio and @airtelindia (7/n)

    After sometime I called @youbroadband 's consumer 'grievance' centre, they 'escalated' my issue and I held onto line for 1 hour to see if someone was assigned my problem, surprisingly no one was assigned a complaint that was 'escalated' (4/n)

    After 10 reminder, mails and calls, @youbroadband My money has still not been refunded, nor my query been resolved. All i get is a mail Asking for 24 hours every week. You deducted money twice. Disgusting service.
