    @youbroadband You Broadband has cheated me. The sales executive Nishanti made me do a payment of 2997 & said my Broadband connection will be setup by 30th Dec Evening. But soon after the payment she switched of her phone & now I am stuck. Pathetic service @VodafoneIN #cheated

    @youbroadband & @VodafoneIN, it's 48+ hrs since we lost internet services in our area in Pune.The engineer assigned keeps his ph on silent & msgs tht it's "back-end failure". I'm old school & believe in brand loyalty; honouring commitments or it's simply fraud. #Help #tired

    @youbroadband I have already send details to u on facebook. YOU Broadband Cares I never face such situation in my entire life. More than 50 times I called on customer care. Did 3-4 tweets, posts and replies on facebook even email you but still the result is big zero. Such a fraud company.

    @youbroadband @VodafoneIN it is exactly one full day & 5 hrs since we lost our access to our net service. Your engineers don't pick up calls but no one bothers to keep your subscribers in the loop. The loss of revenue to one's business is another story. Wl sm1 pls respond!

I think all the customers facing this issue should make a petition together to expose how company is doing fraud. @youbroadband never does anything but "escalate"

    @youbroadband Worst experience faced with the bad customer service daily two connectivity issues inspite of complaing many times related to the concerns no action take seriously. So due to this i don't want to continue the serive and will the share the feedback across all media.
