    @mitul_verma @youbroadband Already tried Airtel, My society had airtel and everyone kicked it out. It's like we need to choose best out of worst. This is happening since 15 days, earlier You Broadband doesn't failed.

    @youbroadband How can a company with third rate customer sensitivity, complete lack of customer satisfaction process survive in today's world? Hard to think of any such company.. but You broadband is a live example.

    @youbroadband broadband still not working. Day 3 and the trauma continues. Why do you sell a 150 MB speed connection when your broadband can't provide 0 MB or does not work.

    @youbroadband doesn't care, they have the worst customer service ever. Paid for a Router in April.Still haven't received it after 7 months. No one seems to give a hoot about the customer. My user I'd is Clifford54 #worstcustomerservice #youbroadbanddoesnotcare

    @youbroadband - Where is the escalation of the call is going I don’t even get any mail or messages regarding call is escalated. After 6 pm you service engineer says we are at home and will come tomorrow and no one visits still. Is this the way you gonna solve customer issues.
