  Another request created from your @youbroadband TT No 2021010711566. I recieved the call from Maharashtra Youbroadband appellate. He admitted that RBS queue for 1 month got activated by Automated script and it's a mistake from there end. I am expecting resolution sooner.

Engineers ask for pictures and videos on whatsapp, ask which light is blinking and which not, and brings solution over a phone. Please see the screenshot - I raised ticket almost everyday.
