    Another request created from your @youbroadband TT No 2021010711566. I recieved the call from Maharashtra Youbroadband appellate. He admitted that RBS queue for 1 month got activated by Automated script and it's a mistake from there end. I am expecting resolution sooner.

    @youbroadband Yet again inspite of making payment of Rs 9069 well In advance to renew service, your people have cut the line. When will this harassment stop? There is no responsible person to whom I can speak to. Can somebody look into this and resume service?

    @youbroadband broadband still not working. Day 3 and the trauma continues. Why do you sell a 150 MB speed connection when your broadband can't provide 0 MB or does not work.

    @youbroadband your service is down all day today. Same situation for the past 3 days now. Every time I recharge, you close the existing plan and introduce a new plan which is even more expensive. At least make sure you provide good service specially on a weekday. 😡😡

    @consumerforum_ There r plenty bt my recent exp with @youbroadband. They delayed my request of change of add and I couldn’t use the Internet for 1 month, they don’t give complaint no’s when called at call Center. My money is wasted, now I’ve shifted to airtel.

    VOIP light is not on. So no Internet... Blinking Internet means no Internet... I learnt from airtel now... I think i made a mistake to dump @youbroadband The service here also is equally bad

    @youbroadband doesn't care, they have the worst customer service ever. Paid for a Router in April.Still haven't received it after 7 months. No one seems to give a hoot about the customer. My user I'd is Clifford54 #worstcustomerservice #youbroadbanddoesnotcare

    I've technician number and called them and he said the problem will be fixed in 1-2 hr every time from yesterday. But still nothing resolved. Now I'm trying to call customer care and they're not redirecting my call to a customer care representative. @youbroadband @consumerforum_

    Complain Number: 2021092903297 I've tried to call customer care but they said will be solved in 24 hrs but still no status. I've technician number and called them and he said the problem will be fixed in 1-2 hr every time from yesterday. @youbroadband @consumerforum_
