@youbroadband you have pathetic service. I have brought connection on 31st may. At the time of connection your engineer said that they will install a battery backup as internet stop working at the time of power cut. Since then I am keep calling everyday on your customer care. 1/n

@youbroadband we are using ur service from Nov ..... But my review about services are really bad.... Last month net was closed in day time four to five days. this month also it was closed for around 7to 8 dayz my use I'd kh2766... We woke in night n now it is close...bad service

@youbroadband Pathetic service & customer support. Filing a complaint since last 13 days and no response yet from their side. Only my complaint status is changing daily from open to closed. They are not even refunding my money back. Don't ever buy this broadband service. @TRAI

@youbroadband Thanks for your reply, but from last one week, I've been experiencing very poor service from YOU Broadband. 7 days of my prepaid plans were wasted, because I was unable to access internet during this period. Internet is still down at the moment.

Pathetic experience by @youbroadband. Facing internet issues since 22nd April now. When the engineer attends the request, it works for 1-2 hours & then it stops working again. I have recharged a prepaid plan on 20th April. But I am not getting the service. My username: anuj1103

@youbroadband I have already send details to u on facebook. YOU Broadband Cares I never face such situation in my entire life. More than 50 times I called on customer care. Did 3-4 tweets, posts and replies on facebook even email you but still the result is big zero. Such a fraud company.

@youbroadband @VodafoneIN it is exactly one full day & 5 hrs since we lost our access to our net service. Your engineers don't pick up calls but no one bothers to keep your subscribers in the loop. The loss of revenue to one's business is another story. Wl sm1 pls respond!

@youbroadband My AcNo 2113217 in Pune, ihave been complaining for a week about slow internet. Last week it stopped altogether. Then the customer servc came and tinkered. WiFi ran ok for a few days. But now again since last night, slow wifi and since last two hours, no wifi at all.
