    @consumerforum_ There r plenty bt my recent exp with @youbroadband. They delayed my request of change of add and I couldn’t use the Internet for 1 month, they don’t give complaint no’s when called at call Center. My money is wasted, now I’ve shifted to airtel.

    @youbroadband Internet services doen since last 1 week in Wakad, Pune are Pun code 411057. Area manager is not replying or commuting any resolution time. We losing on work and with online schools , kids are impacted

    @youbroadband the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. It's been 7days now i have requested for shifting . They are wasting my time & money . I would definitely not recommend this plan to anyone . Worst service ever .

    I will not suggest anyone @youbroadband for wifi plans , worst service , now it's been a week I am calling to the customer care for relocation of my connection. A worst experience ever. The only time they will call & it's very quick when your recharge get to end .

    @youbroadband Worst customer service , worst internet connection . Don't ever use this connection they don't support at all. It's been 7days i have requested to shift my connection no response. I would definitely not recommend this connection to anyone.

    @youbroadband it took 1 month to transfer from idea to YOU, now since 15 days I am struggling to pay bill , idea doesn't accept, YOU app my login not working, getting error, not able to pay bill, ticket raise , no resolution ,

    @youbroadband After many requests & follow up, you don’t solve our problems. Afterwards, you show us that case is sorted & closed! You take money in advance & don’t allow customers to make a day delay for payment. Third grade service. Complete loot. Won’t recommend @youbroadband!

    @youbroadband there is an connectivity issue since 15th Jan in our area. Your Team is unresponsive. Don't know how many days it takes to solve fiber cut issue... My UID:jjv2016 Vodafone your services are pathetic..
