@youbroadband Very Pathetic service by youbroadband team. today technician visit at home at 12.45pm and he told me we came back for installation at 4.00pm for installation but still waiting for installation.I request please refund my payment ASAP.i don't want like this service.

This @youbroadband has the most chutiya support system..do din se net bandh hai..unka engineer sake bolta hai Sam Tak thik ho jayega par hota to nahi hai..every month 2-3 days net is not working.. After 3 months I am leaving this chutiya broadband service

@youbroadband the worst service consistently. Everyday in the day the connection stops and resumes at night. In Pune Whr I stay on law college rd I don’t have an alternative otherwise wud hv moved on long ago.

@saravanan_bss @youbroadband Bro youbroadand team just gives excuses, they always blame the customers stating your router is not proper. My issues is still not resolved since 2months. I think thr engineers don't have the experience/knowledge to solve the issues. They only knows the basis knowledge service.

@youbroadband worst service experience.Your regional engineers need to fix the issues and then close the tickets. How many days does it take to fix one dist. box replacement. Unsatisfied with the total service. Count me out from next month,should move to better service provider.
