    This @youbroadband has the most chutiya support system..do din se net bandh hai..unka engineer sake bolta hai Sam Tak thik ho jayega par hota to nahi hai..every month 2-3 days net is not working.. After 3 months I am leaving this chutiya broadband service

    @youbroadband Very Pathetic service by youbroadband team. today technician visit at home at 12.45pm and he told me we came back for installation at 4.00pm for installation but still waiting for installation.I request please refund my payment ASAP.i don't want like this service.

    @youbroadband it’s been like 8 hrs since my internet connection was gone. No technician has reached out to me to fix it. Connecting mobile hotspot to work. Horrible service.

    @youbroadband badest service ever from the starting of first month the internet connection gets stop then start m facing this from first day no internet connection after some time it connects and there is no solution by customer care never buy !! This

    @youbroadband kindly resolve my issue i paid for 40 Mbps and greeting o less then 10 MBPS I COMPLAINT FREQUENTLY ON YOU APP..BUT COMPLAIN RESLOVED ON APP NOT ON GROUND BASED .... MY ID IS khd66a .. If this happens continue. Customer can option for jio fiber....

    We actually thought jio would be better than other broad bands but sadly @youbroadband were far better and this turns to be out horrible mistake. I will never refer or suggest anyone this jio.

    @youbroadband From 18 August my internet connection is not working technician comes and couldn’t solve complaint please refund if you can’t provide service.

    @youbroadband internet still off.. you roadband Pune team not bothered.. not responding and not trying to restore internet.. looks like we have paid in advance so they are not worried. Please do not buy YouBroadBand services.. it’s terrible
