@youbroadband Very Pathetic service by youbroadband team. today technician visit at home at 12.45pm and he told me we came back for installation at 4.00pm for installation but still waiting for installation.I request please refund my payment ASAP.i don't want like this service.

@youbroadband please check your Services its getting worse day by day, the problem which i have been facing since 2-3months has not been resolved till date , please fix the issue ASAP. The shittiest thing is your service or internet for now to be honest can't even surf properly

This @youbroadband has the most chutiya support system..do din se net bandh hai..unka engineer sake bolta hai Sam Tak thik ho jayega par hota to nahi hai..every month 2-3 days net is not working.. After 3 months I am leaving this chutiya broadband service

@youbroadband very rude employees don’t use You broadband instead go for Reliance Jio fiber and take no worries. If you want tension for a year then go for You Broadband. Reliance jio fiber is best.

@youbroadband Despite having a 150 Mbps Connection, actual speeds keep fluctuating and goes down to 0.9 Mbps and sometimes beyond 150 Mbps also.

Dear @TRAI What is the procedure for lodging complaint against errant Internet Service Providers [ISPs] like @youbroadband [claimed to be backed by @vodafonein1] for deficient services? I wish to do the same. Thanks in advance for your guidance / advice.

@youbroadband Worst service ever from your side. It's been 3 days I made complaint about internet connectivity issue and still there is no action taken by you on it. Your service manager and engineer both are reluctant to even pick up the phone calls.
