    @youbroadband Very Pathetic service by youbroadband team. today technician visit at home at 12.45pm and he told me we came back for installation at 4.00pm for installation but still waiting for installation.I request please refund my payment ASAP.i don't want like this service.

    This @youbroadband has the most chutiya support system..do din se net bandh hai..unka engineer sake bolta hai Sam Tak thik ho jayega par hota to nahi hai..every month 2-3 days net is not working.. After 3 months I am leaving this chutiya broadband service

    @youbroadband please check your Services its getting worse day by day, the problem which i have been facing since 2-3months has not been resolved till date , please fix the issue ASAP. The shittiest thing is your service or internet for now to be honest can't even surf properly

    But your customer care support is telling your data should be rolled over to your extension period which is actually given by @youbroadband on the purchase of 1 year plan. I do have call recording of local @youbroadband and also I've call recording of @youbroadband customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Internet was on n off since last week. But last 2 days it's off . Worked 2 hours in noon today n again off . Complaint through app, voice with cc . Nothing done till now . Solve asap .

    You people have such pathetic management. You broadband internet is down since the last 5 days and still there is no one who has come to fix it in Rajkot Gujarat after repeated calls to customer service.@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband. MOST pathetic company in India..@AdityaBirlaGrp

    @youbroadband @DoT_India Since months You Broadband has had very frequent and prolonged downtime. Their customer service doesnt allow you to raise complaint during outage. After it is up they close the complaint saying its resolved. However we are losing our money. Pathetic.

    Please do not go for @youbroadband Worst service, worst experience. It has been down for more than 24 hrs in Kothrud area Pune. And this has happened twice is last couple of weeks. @youbroadband is useless and they don't care
