I do have call recording of local @youbroadband and also I've call recording of @youbroadband customer care.

Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.

Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.
