    This @youbroadband has the most chutiya support system..do din se net bandh hai..unka engineer sake bolta hai Sam Tak thik ho jayega par hota to nahi hai..every month 2-3 days net is not working.. After 3 months I am leaving this chutiya broadband service

    still nothing has been recieved from you. Customer care executive has only one thing to say i.e. it's in process & you will receive it soon. It's been more than 45 days already and still no refund has been recieved. Very bad service being provided compared to peers @youbroadband

    @youbroadband A big govt.society in Navi Mumbai has your service including me in it but staff seem to care less about customer service and more about saving their behinds when we complain.Seems big business retention and basic customer service isn't top priority. @ViCustomerCare

    Hello the worst internet ever @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup here comes the issue again this week. It’s been 8 days wow and not even one customer service is answering and the technicians/engineers are useless. Guys why don’t u start a name “cheatingband” instead of youband.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband faulty modem is replaced today almost after a month and technician assured me that problem will be resolved in couple of hours. now its almost more than 10 hours no internet. i regrate about opting ur service
