    @youbroadband Very Pathetic service by youbroadband team. today technician visit at home at 12.45pm and he told me we came back for installation at 4.00pm for installation but still waiting for installation.I request please refund my payment ASAP.i don't want like this service.

    This @youbroadband has the most chutiya support system..do din se net bandh hai..unka engineer sake bolta hai Sam Tak thik ho jayega par hota to nahi hai..every month 2-3 days net is not working.. After 3 months I am leaving this chutiya broadband service

    @youbroadband I’ve been your customer since 10 yrs. As your speeds increased, the downtime increased with higher folds. Since I have WFH, this is my last year as your customer.

    Many companies have poor customer service. But thankfully that doesn't happen with @youbroadband Because they don't have poor service at all, they don't have customer service at all so no issue of being poor/ good

    @youbroadband Trying to renew services Options shown range from 1-12 months However only shows 6 /12 month options while trying to renew:Don't want that longer Can you fix? As your service's not great already switched to another service provider.Might just close this forever

    @youbroadband getting 5-8 mbps speeds from last 2 months, with plan of 75 mbps. 2 complains registered but still issue is not solved yet.

    @DoT_India A necessary action will be taken against you broadband services after where they collect the yearly charges then just to keep monthly billing options, as its work place we have broadband and getting huge loss of work while getting such service repeated every week @youbroadband
