    @ACTFibernet My connection Account ID: 110000052503, faced a problem with the connection in Feb, 2020.Your engineer mentioned that router is faulty.I asked your backend to disconnect the connection.However it is showing Rs 785.88 as O/s.Can I know what this amt is for ?

    @ACTFibernet another ex.- called again 2 no-customer care no. to speak to supervisor as he/she won’t call back. No-Customer care executive just put it on hold & aftr 2 min disconnected d call & it happened twice. Thieves running Co. looting common people #No2ActFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hey please wake up. Pathetic situation. The way you are handling customer complaint, certainly Jio will be benefitted. A complimentary router delivery takes more than a month, and no action even after assurance. It's a cheat. Please disconnect my connection and refund my payment.

    Looks like ACT is over subscribed here in my Bangalore apartment.For a plan of 300 MBPS I’m getting max 2-3 MBPS at night. It’s completely unethical. I’m not able to work at night because of this. Very poor servicing from ACT @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Is providing worst services. I have raised 4 times complaint ticket but till now no Technician visit at site. The day when I got connection I'm getting 10 mbps speed but my connection is 75 mbps. All tickets were closed without resolving issue and contacting me.
