@ACTFibernet I'm a new subscriber, may be don't understand your complaint redressal system but surely wondering how do you people close an SR for no internet unilaterally. I face frequent disconnections for few seconds which gets restored as well but this is quite irritating.

@ACTFibernet Dear ACT team , can u pls provide customer service to your customers pls. Your helpline number is always busy 24*7 busy and busy. When raised request from App. It gets closed resolved without any action. Name ACT means you act n prioritise your customer service.
