    My A/c no is 110000211141. My bill is generated and its amount is ₹5656.93. Why waiver is not credited. A box is installed in my premises which is consuming electricity I was told for this I will get ₹100 every month. And customer care is are not responding. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet New connection taken in April .in two month time faced 4 time problem in net connection. Plan costier then others and service level is very poor.. Total 10 day connection not there . account id 110380695981

    @tinucherian @ACTFibernet Tinu, they'll just fix the wiring for you. Happened to me. If you're close to the router, same room or next door, try 5ghz. It'll give you much better speeds.

    @ACTFibernet I don't have any connectivity since yesterday morning and I was told that it will be restored by 8 p.m but it's been more than 24 hours and it's still not working and your customer care is really pathetic. I've been trying to call them since morning with no avail.

    @ACTFibernet my a/c 110394383080 applied for a new connection on 7 may and sales executive quoted installation within 3 days of paymnt ₹5303 for 6 mnths & till today 18 may (12th day) Installation still not done. Very poor service and cheating. No response even from nodal offcr

    @ACTFibernet a/c 110394383080 applied and paid 5303 on 7may and salesperson quoted installation within 3 days but today is 10th day no installation deapite several complaints at cust care and sales person. Very poor service and highly disappointed
