    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR11035203089612 is pending resolution, net works for short time when router restarted. Problem then reoccures. Ticket reopened.

    @ACTFibernet disappointing service in delhi. Net keeps on going off every few weeks and takes 72 hours to rectify. No one to speak to with automation especially after 5.Planning to switch if things remain the same

    @ACTFibernet Your connection not working since 10:30 am. Already raised ticket SR11035118455232, no action till now. Connection goes off when power goes off, you need to have backup to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

    Why @ACTFibernet is not working. I tried calling your helpline numbers they are all busy. Raised atleast 5 tickets since Morning. No call from your end if this is how you people are going to work then its high time to switch.

    @ACTFibernet Listen carefully. It happened 2nd time in 2 weeks. 1st time your enginee came and your head office confirmed changing equipment to support 1GBPS new stream my area limited from backend. It happened on call and live. Same situation. DO NOT RUN

    @ACTFibernet I speak to the field tech team and they say that the service cannot be provided.. where in I haven't even changed my location and had the service until Wednesday the 5th. There's a huge loss that m incurring cuz of this.

    @ACTFibernet you guys are such a bad provider, my connection was not in use so one of your representatives called me and make a false promise and forced me to recharge for 1200 for 2 months.. And after that what i see, my plan has been change from 50 mbps to 150 without myconsent

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 After agent's call and said that you try to restart your internet box switch off after some time on we have resolved your issue but nothing happen now i start complaint in month 3 to 4 time some agents visit home to check Internet.
