    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACT_Issues ur technical team is just beeeeeeeeeeeeeep what else i can say in each month ur fibernet is cut in Uttam Nagar and takes 5 days to repair it i am using this connection since 2 months... and i am facing issue every month.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @kapilchugh03 @ravikarthik Act Fibernet lineman in delhi is worst in west delhi Uttam Nagar. Really bad experience in just 15 days, fiber line is cut already more than 24 hours there is no response no call from support.Won’t recommend pathetic service

    Cannot connect to customer care of @ACTFibernet Call Center. Tried both numbers 9121212121 and 7288999999. Also the ACT App is really sad.

    @ACTFibernet very poor customer service 😡 raised a ticket for shifting last week I have relocated yesterday itself to our new house but still not shifted whenever I call the customer service giving fake promises..😡😡😡 I want my connection to be shifted(1)

    @ACTFibernet services got so much worse from few months no response from customer care calling everyday for small internet issue getting same response we will get back to you but nobody does just for sake we will get it done on urgent basis that means they gonna never response.
