    @ACTFibernet In a month ACT services are down at least 3 to 4 times when they are charging a huge amount of subscription charges every month. Pathetic Service....

    I can now easily say @ACTFibernet has become easily the most worthless isp in my area. #actfibrenet . I wish i could show you my service complaints 3_4 complaints every week. And still no resolution provided. switching over to a new isp when my plan expires. BYE BYE @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Guess what now @ACTFibernet has extended resolution period by another 24hours.. now it's more than 48hours with no internet. In my 6months plan, 3months goes in complaint itself. Feel like paying double the actual amount.

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working for 3 days. Reason - fiber cable cut by the EB folks. I have raised the complaint long back and have been on calls with your pathetic team on and off , no use though. Complaint no. SR10367607160114.
