@ACTFibernet Now that plan has been upgraded and complimentary router assured to be Installed on Tuesday morning, how much more time it should take in providing that as per your service charter. Or will have to followup for this also for some time

@ACTFibernet Hey please wake up. Pathetic situation. The way you are handling customer complaint, certainly Jio will be benefitted. A complimentary router delivery takes more than a month, and no action even after assurance. It's a cheat. Please disconnect my connection and refund my payment.
