I've been trying to call them since morning with no avail.

A box is installed in my premises which is consuming electricity I was told for this I will get ₹100 every month. And customer care is are not responding. @ACTFibernet

With prepaid plans they will not give refund also buy monthly only or better stay away from them when the network. Doesn't work they talk like they know it all and never come fwd to solve it.
