    @ACTFibernet I'm a new subscriber & very unhappy with your after sales service. Though you are on WhatsApp but if I don't hace connectivity, how do I lodge a Service request. How many times do I have to complain that will make you happy if a customer is not satisfied ?

    @ACTFibernet Dear team Act last time my ACT connection 110317892971 was down it took 6 days, 3 months back it took 7+ days. I have complained about the internet being down yesterday and no action yet Want to know would get resolved today or another 5 to go? #delayedservice

    @ACTFibernet while digitization is good, human touch is totally missing. Unable to raise a shifting request thru your IVR and the App. Shifting to be done at another point within the existing premises. How can you help !

    What kind of broadband service is this? Internet has completely stopped working. It’s just been 14 days of me using your service. No customer support no is working. Sales guy is not responding. Pathetic service. @ACTFibernet will never recommend anyone.

    @ACTFibernet In a month ACT services are down at least 3 to 4 times when they are charging a huge amount of subscription charges every month. Pathetic Service....

    I can now easily say @ACTFibernet has become easily the most worthless isp in my area. #actfibrenet . I wish i could show you my service complaints 3_4 complaints every week. And still no resolution provided. switching over to a new isp when my plan expires. BYE BYE @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Our Internet is not working since the past 2 days. It shows "Connected". But its not working. When we sign in it says wrong username or password. It is difficult without Internet. Not able to work. My brother cannot attend school. Kindly help please.

    @zeneraalstuff @ACTFibernet Same thing happened during 2016 cyclone. And even then ACT was arrogant enough in not responding or taking care of the issue for more than a month. Thats why I changed to Hathway. There has been no disruption yet with them. Touch wood.

    @ACTFibernet This is the second time I have applied for the new connection, last time it was cancelled due to shortage of equipment. This time I have booked on 22 Nov with a/c 110488177765 and this time my area is not feasible as per installation guy. Again bad service received.

    @ACTFibernet Internet down since yesterday evening Ticket # SR10348990279992. Helpline/nodal officer nos not reachable(perennial busy mode), as always!!! The app says switch lost connectivity, third or fourth time same happening in as many months.
