@adityapandya @airtelindia Here is a situation. I am on a plan of ₹1500 for 100 mbps. There is a new plan of ₹1000 for 150 mbps. This is for @ACTFibernet. Now I can’t change this plan on customer care or app. I have to beg executives to help me. 4 months, it hasn’t changed.

@ACTFibernet 110937002173 user id since morning internet not working. Sometimes speed issues are there & sometimes net not working only. Don't know whether i will continue with you or not. I have raised the complaint also but internet still not working.

Especially do not move with any advance rental plans with @ACTFibernet or else u pay for the full tenure but receive the service for not even 1/4the period... also they do not refund your hard to earn money..@TRAI @GoI_MeitY

@ACTFibernet disappointing service in delhi. Net keeps on going off every few weeks and takes 72 hours to rectify. No one to speak to with automation especially after 5.Planning to switch if things remain the same

Why @ACTFibernet is not working. I tried calling your helpline numbers they are all busy. Raised atleast 5 tickets since Morning. No call from your end if this is how you people are going to work then its high time to switch.

@ACTFibernet your support helpline number has been ported and the local manager in Delhi only has 1 line to say’it will be resolved’ it’s close to 24hrs since the fault and no resolution. You should shut shop with such rubbish technical team
