This happens at least once in a month but still you charge full pay.Why should we pay you when you failing to provide services

Dear @ACTFibernet your engineer told me to change my phone to 5G to get better wifi connection on my mobile. So does it mean ACT is now only going to provide for 5G customers? If that's so I will change my network connection and not my phone.

@ACTFibernet Again the SR is closed without any contact or confirmation. REOPENED it again. Don't close it without reaching out to check if the issue is fixed or not..Just an account update and it is not addressed even after given the necessary details
