@ACTFibernet One day has already passed, still my internet is not working, are you guys kidding? In last 30 days this is 3rd time same situation. Will you extend my pack validity due to such interrupted service? Why such long interruption when there is no storm/rain?

@ACTFibernet I spoke to technical support there are saying tomorrow after 9 only they will address. It's not acceptable for SLA. We will hold the payment... And look for alternative network
