worst part is it is never easy to connect to customer care and also to make them work you have worst of the worst policies like not providing the resolution as per ETR AND SIMPLY DELAYING THE ETR as per your convenience!! Wow 96 hrs is expected to resolve the issue. @ACTFibernet

I’ve been calling calling keep calling the customer care to get the billing managers contact and get this issue resolved but there is no response from them on top without proper consent they close the ticket which is ridiculous I’m so tired with this service @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet We paid for 5+1M package which was Rs.4130. We have done the payment and it was successful. After a week my service was disconnected due to unpaid balance. We called customer care many times no one has cleared our concerns till now. Waiting on managers call back
