    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Funny and sad that all your customer support numbers are not reachable at the same time. Also, internet down for 24 hrs is a shame in today's day and age. Finally when the call connected (after 20-30 mins), your team has no visibility.

    @ACTFibernet Yes. I know you guys are looking into my problem since 7th April. Is my problem so complex that you needed 4 days and counting? Fact of the matter is you don't have proper systems. Nie checks and controls. If a ticket wasn't resolved for days why it wasn't escalated/ resolved

    What the hell @ACTFibernet , the wire is broken since yesterday and the complaint is already done but no one came to fix it till now. Ticket# SR11054998034162. Expected resolution time was yesterday evening.. Pathetic service..

    @ACTFibernet Worst service,i have been ACT customer for last 3 years.every month there wil be some issue.even after raising the issue they will take too much time to resolve.sorry to say this excitel and hathway are far better than ACT. from last 38 hours im facing the problem

    @ACTFibernet I have mentioned the account number and registered mobile number. Kindly arrange for taking back your security camera and refund our refundable deposit. Not interested to continue with the home security camera. Very bad customer relationship. Thank you in advance.
