    @ACTFibernet Again we have the same issue for refund m following since two months that too being present customer. Act has not even trained their employees how to answer they just keep the call on mute. I want to know when will I get refund the wifi instrumenthas taken by engineeralmost

    @ACTFibernet why is that whenever i select Kannada option and connect to agent they always speak in english and keep transferring call and again i get English speaking guy,do you even have Kannada support agent?why have you even kept the option,when you dont have a agent to speak

    @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia - yes yu better get it fixed in 60mins... Or for sure m goin to make sure yu pay me bck my full 2 years money back...multiple calls nd requests have failed and we have proofs so dnt come up wit some stupid lame excuses

    @ACTFibernet How much time do you need every time to restore your poor services that you offer to your customers. Its been 48 hours that my internet is not working that too it happens every time in the weekdays and you guys don’t bother restoring the services for 48 or 72 hours
