@ACTFibernet do we have any progress on SR10250060185792. I have been advised that this issue will be resolved by 20/12 before 5 PM. It's been 4days that the internet is not working and your Customer service always saying Engineers working on to fix the issue.

@ACTFibernet Yes as of now it seems to be hovering around 35 to 38! Not 40 .. but it's a lot better, they said they had some issue at backend! Hope it doesn't occur suddenly like that
