    @ACTFibernet Act support team selects extreme time bounds and never consider emergency requests. User should just wait for their turn. Worst service ever.......

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is down since 9th Mar’21. Turnaround time was 24 hrs. It’s been 4 days! No update, no resolution, no callback! NOTHING! Everytime I call customer care, they give a new ETA- service will be up by noon, by EOD, by tomorrow, in 24 hrs etc etc!!

    My Internet services have been suspended since last night even after paying the bill. Trying to reach the customer care since last 30min, no one's responding. Pathetic service. @ACTFibernet
