@ACTFibernet It's not yet resolved.. I have shared the pics of the Switch box with Nodal officer and still getting emails from them saying we are working on this. Not sure how long does it take to replace a battery in switch box. Pathetic service by ACT.

@ACTFibernet NO. They're calling to find out why I discontinued. They are front-end junior staff that don't seem to recognise valuable customer feedback even if it hits them in the face. You should understand the more they call, the less likely I'll ever renew and recommend ACT to anyone.
