  Facing hell lot of issues lately with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I tried to call and explain the issue to the support team they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. I think now its time to seriously look for better alternatives.

  @ACTFibernet is the worst company. Once payment done for new connection, No one pick the call. Not even we get support from Call center. They simply say we don't have team to serve you. Then why the hell you are running business when you don't have team...

  @ACTFibernet Haven't faced an internet issue that has taken more than 2 weeks to resolve . I have to recharge my stupid @VodafoneGroup sim which also gives terrible speeds . I have lost salary this month . Who's going to reimburse that ?

  @ACTFibernet Booked a new connection on 10th Dec. Was promised a 2 day installation process. Till now no executive has even visited the house. Your field executive just says will come today today and never comes. It’s been 4 days now and my 7000 bucks has gone to waste.
