There was a cable breakage in the area yesterday and other ISPs who were also affected resolved it within 3 hours. Here iam still waiting for ACT to resolve it. No internet

Your support staff headed by a Mr. Abhishek (who is in charge of South Delhi I assume, n who sits in okhla office) does not have a clear line of communication. Raised a ticket to fix the issue, but no response. Now I’m being asked to pull the cable internally myself. Poor service!

We’ve been calling customer care every day, morning and evening. Every time we’re promised a technician within 24 hours, but no one contacts us. We’re also promised callbacks, but NO ONE ever calls back. Now customer care says they’ll connect us to a manager/technician, then disconnects the call. How many more “24 hours” are we supposed to wait? @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately. This is unacceptable!
