@ACTFibernet Internet speed these days is a big issue, out of 40 mbps speed most of the times it’s less than 5 mbps, when complained the speed will be ok for a day or two, thereafter the same issue repeats ... fed up

@ACTFibernet is looting the customer like anything. They are generating the advance billing thus forcing the customer to pay even if the customer is not using the service. I RAISED plan change request on 14Aug and still I have been charged for the old plan.@DoT_India @consaff

They told me my routing issue cannot be fixed, and get a disconnection if I don't like the service. Other ISPs I've used were a lot better in service. Waiting to disconnect once my plan ends.
