@ACTFibernet My ACT Fibernet Request SR10140704881662, My issue is not resolved and even after technicians knows his presence is required he is not attending. From morning he is making us to wait it's been 3hrs, his only response is I am beside your office, m on the way.

First time, 5th in queue n after waiting for more than 25 mins, the call gets answered, but agent is on mute (typical trick of avoid too many calls and making them hang up instead). 2nd time, I am 8th in queue and when I reach 4th in queue, it gets disconnected

Hello @ACTFibernet I really feel pathetic about the customer service ACT broadband is providing, I have been behind them for a small shift over of my connection from my ground floor to the terrace but there’s no response from anyone within ACT.
