    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD So you closed SR10163698351524 without resolving the issue. Then Rohit called and Area Manager and Technician called at 5pm that someone will come. New SR10163754073819 generated. And still without internet. What the hell is happening! Hub box is at my home! What Permission!!

    @ACTFibernet runied my career they got worst customer support, I called multiple time to @ACTFibernet in the past week 3 times I got issue with internet, this is worst service I ever seen, the field agent doesn't responded to my calls even .. this is shitt @ACTFibernetHYD

    This the way @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD react to the customer query after making then to wait for more than a week they just send a msg the your query has been closed without even solving it. This is highly unprofessional way to deal and harass the customer

    @ACTFibernet I am a customer since 2016. Was at hometown for 9 months so got the connection deactivated. Waiting for a reconnection since 23rd. Tech team is waiting for approval from Reconnection team to replace cable. 4 days past no service yet. This is pathetic.Acc 101013138447

    @ACTFibernet Hello Mr. @ACTFibernet CEO, first please serve what you promised to your customers. I opted for 75 mbps plan and you gave me a router of max capacity 40 mbps. When I ask for the low speed issue your team recommended me to upgrade my plan. Is it the way how @ACTFibernet loot us?

    The installation person I manier times but no response. I’ve WhatsApp him he has seen aswell but still even after 48hrs of NO internet NO one from @ACTFibernet have bothered to respond back to me. Worst service #DontsubscribeAct #dontbuyactfibre

    @ACTFibernet you are claiming that best broadband service in chennai, for resolving a small network issue your team is taking more than 5 days. After lot of escalations, nothing is done. Great efforts. I was using act before, indeed it was good. Now a days it becomes worst.

    @ACTFibernet i don't know why your people give wierd reasons like "Furniture" , "WALLS" for slow internet speed. Do you wish your customers to carry the router with them all the times to get good internet speed.? Worst ever service by a broadband service provider.
