@ACTFibernet dont know how to. Resolv the issue.... Shut the technician department.... And stop giving salaries.... Last 6months so many complaints no resolution.... Now today i am going to disconnect the power supply untill the issue gets resolved.....

@ACTFibernet at this point of work from home, you do not have 24x7 support. I paid for 6 months, and still overdue messages keep coming. Now in the middle of a production issue i lost internet. Who is going to be responsible if i lose job over this?

@ACTFibernet SR10263223141672 - support guys just keep on repeating to wait for 24 hours and it's been more than that and the issue is not that big....you need to connect the wire. If I were taking a new connection it would have get done in an hour but no proper service to old customers.
