    @ACTFibernet you people cant even close a simple ticket within 7 days, worst internet service provider i ever seen you people close the tickets in your own ways no one will reach us before closing the ticket. If you can't resolve my issue than refund i can go for another network

    @ACTFibernet we wanted to shift our current act connection to a new location which is about 5 kms. We agreed to take a new connection as well, we are on call with the customer care number from 8:30 AM.

    @ACTFibernet I am a student of 10th standard and I am facing a lot of internet issues during my classes since 4 day (14th October 2020) I will have to attend my classes, or it will be a disaster giving my boards. We have complained several times.

    No technician reached out for my internet issue, it's been more than 24hours. They are so lenient in making their technicians to work. It's so worst experience as always with customer care and technicians. #actfibernet
