@ACTFibernet network down on a Monday, ticket remains open and no proper resolution from chat bot or agent. No call backs no responses

@ACTFibernet Just to update, Mr. Horilal was thankfully available. It took 2 hours. Definitely better than 50 hours. Although the issue : battery replacement should be done of a proactive basis and NOT based on a complaint. Backup power should be checked periodically and maintained. #basic?

Dear @ACTFibernet to report a slow internet, why do I need to entertain your chatbot with multiple steps? Your mobile app is useless, just like your customer support and technitians.

@ACTFibernet What eligibility? It’s my money n u cudn’t the provide service but want to retain my money. Keep it. No return of router. Adjust it against my credit if you don’t refund. I will break the router on the road, capture a video and post it on social media showing ACT’s true colour
