    @ACTFibernet ETR on iSR10366545944454. It's been 9 days how much time do you need to fix this, least you can do is provide proper update or if you can't resolve refund this month's bill, timeline is changed daily, disappointed with your services.

    @ACTFibernet We understand that there was some major issues in our part of town. It would have been highly appreciable if ACT communicates the same through a mail to all the customer. However it's fixed now ! Was so close to changing the connection. Hope this doesn't repeat
