    @ACTFibernet worst service.. no way to communicate with your agents in app there is auto generated msgs again and again its been more than 3 days my internet is not working. Specially heigher management is lazy.. shame on you do your job man..

    @ACTFibernet Comp No:SR10262285737142. My internet gets disconnected when there is no power. Yesterday I didnt have connection for more tha 4 hours. I raised complaint yesterday and I have been told today by your rep battery will be replaced after 4 days due to no stock

    @ACTFibernet There was no connection for 4 hours yesterday. Your rep tells ticket would be closed at backend even if issue is not resolved and I have to raise new ticket after 4 days if issue is not fixed. Really frustrated as this happens every month. Can I get permanent resolution ASAP!!!

    @ACTFibernet .. My Account no - 103514004918. Last 3hrs we don't have internet service, this is not a first time, often we are facing this issue. Last month same issue happen with 12hrs outage... again today... frequent outage affecting our business.. @
