    Service providers like @ACTFibernet should provide contact number of service who appears to be in transit for 3 hours! Don’t you have local staff for even metros?! A delayed payment can entail disconnection but delayed service has no penalties

    I don't know how @ACTFibernet recruits uneducated people in their company! Is it a company is like that or the staffs(customer service). Such jerks! I was having doubts about my bill but he was not willing to answer and cut the call! For this stupid customer service.

    What abt the customers who are facing an issue with ur services even aftr making the payment. If there is delay in payment u guys immediately suspend the services and don't wait for a day more, then hw can u expect us to wait for more than 24hrs or 48hrs or 72hrs?? @ACTFibernet
