    @ACTFibernet Am not able to watch any ott platform without getting stuck. And I have bloody bought 300 mbps network package and h guys r not replying coz u r doing fraud. Not giving me speed which is even 100mbps.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket Number SR10257059613992. We have been having low connectivity issue throughout the week & complete zero connectivity from yesterday evening. With WFH being the norm, this isn't the scenario we want to be in. Please get this resolved ASAP. Bengaluru.

    @ACTFibernet what a worse service it is. How many times I'll have to get through this non sense. My speed is 75MBPS WHAT AM GETTING IS 900KBPS.. WHAT RUBBISH.. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS OF NO USE THEY DINT EVEN PICK UP THE CALL. THIS IS GETTING ON MY NERVES AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME

    @ACTFibernet No one has followed up on this complaint.. and we still don’t have any internet!!! As a really busy week starts tomorrow, we’ve had no support. I’ve really recommended @ACTFibernet to so many of my friends and didn’t expect the service to be this poor!

    @ACTFibernet Such a poor support. I raised a ticket on 14th May 2021 regarding fibrenet wire breakage due to storm, still the issue not resolved yet. Its been 10 days now and they are promising they can resolve the issue in maximum 24 hours. I'll not recommend any to go with ACT.
