    @ACTFibernet I got internet issue which took 2 weeks to fix so went for disconnect on April13th but still my amount is not refunded ?? It’s too horrible experience and I almost called 15 times to your customercare but no use. Can you fix this or should we reach consumer forum??

    Shameless Poor Service by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD More than 1 month of disconnection of service in Hyderabad in month of Aug,Sep 2025 with cable cut yet team is charging for period and not extending the billing cycle for a annual package.101449733311 @pvvsrinivasarao

    I got a new ACT connection today, but the service is extremely slow and poor. The application which they have downloaded is not working at all. I request immediate disconnection and refund of the amount paid. Please process this at the earliest and refund my money. @ACTFibernet

    I wonder how irresponsible a brand like ACT Fiber could turn in AI Era. Wake up @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD All official channels emails bounce back although they list them on their official website. I pay for 500 mbps connection each month but get only 100 mbps speed as the internal wire which supports only 100 mbps speed never got changed on my new connection. Now when I complaint about speed issues the whole internet
