    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet *USELESS SERVICE. COMPLAINED YESTERDAY, MAY BE FOR nTH TIME IN THIS YEAR. I STOPPED COUNTING HOW MANY TIMES, AND NO RESOLUTION YET..EVERY TIME IT TAKES 2 DAYS.     @ACTFibernet God save me 4 days passed till now no internet.... Act fibernet is not taking my complain seriously till today no service man called me...1 year advance package amount they hav taken n 0 service..

    @ACTFibernet SR10365267826864 - More than a day internet is down. Service person dinesh saying that already 70 complaints are there, they will resolve only after that. Is this the way act service works?no higher mgmt to escalate. Pathetic service, dumb management. #actfibernet#

    @ACTFibernet your support team says it may take 48 hours to process a moving request and then another 48 hours to conduct KYC (which makes no sense to me). 4 days for moving a broadband connection is amazingly slow. Maybe a little faster than your net speeds these days though.

    In just last month, I have used the Internet for just half month and half month it didn’t worked. I’ll better get @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and never recommend anyone to get Jio fiber

    @ACTFibernet Delhi there is no way you can speak to person.automated voice crap . Even if you do manage to speak to one , these are useless call centre folks who ask you to raise query on mobile app. Zero for customer service . No wonder jio and Airtel are doing so much better

    Hello @ACTFibernet , Internet is not working since morning, Already raised an incident #SR10265272117094 This kind of issue is repeating every weekend. Not solved on time, not getting proper response from team..! Disappointed with this poor service from @ACTFibernet !

    @ACTFibernet I need call assistance. It's has been 15 days passed and I have made payment earlier. My plan is running out. I will not tolerate this anymore. I want my internet restored today else I will file complaint against @ACTFibernet
