    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service providing to me. None of the field executive were responsible for the issue. Simply they are saying that it will take 24 to 48 hrs of time. Y is this happening continuously. Please let me know whether U want to continue with ur network or not.

    @ACTFibernet Your service Engineer Name Manish told me that he haven't receive any complaint from the company. Customer care is saying they are escalating the issue. Just can't understand . But this is very wrong.

    @ACTFibernet have been facing service disruption from past week. Frequent disconnections every day and slow speeds. Your technicians are repairing the switch daily to resolve issue. What's happening? Do we get a resolution? Don't want to pay for downtime.

    @ACTFibernet worst network. Every month 3-4days there is no net. And when called customer service no proper action taken. Need to pay bill on time and in advance but when comes to service u guys take customers granted. The agent are really rude. So much of business loss for us

    Finally I'm decided to move out of @ACTFibernet family Within 1 week 4 days net issue and they are saying same reason since a week, for your company I'm just a customer but for me it is job risk Good bye
