    @ACTFibernet I have received a refund of ₹1000 to my account. I believe that is the deposit amount I paid. With this I hope all transactions between us is over. Thanks for refund and the poor service that made me find a better ISP.

    @ACTFibernet : worst service and customer support.opted for new connection,these bakwas people took money and from past three they have not given the connection.better to opt for other service.

    @ACTFibernet Done. It has already been more than 24 hours since the initial complaint, and the issue still exists. I don't plan on waiting for 24 more hours and lose one more working day. This is the third time I'm facing internet outage this month

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Even your customer care people are disconnecting the call in between. I have been using less than 100 GB out of 1000GB you provide coz your internet is not working. I feel embarrassed complaining everyweek but you people have crossed that limit too.

    @ACTFibernet The support executive was rude, and just hung up on me with no explanation. Is this standard operating procedure? @ACTFibernet kinda hard to feel the advantage this way.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down, and I registered a complaint yesterday at around 1 pm. Still the issue has not been fixed, and I got a notification that the ticket has been closed. When i followed up with the customer "service" team, i was told to wait for 24 more hours
