    @ACTFibernet the worst service possible I’ve received from any company. Problem not yet resolved. Please guide me to cnacel the connection which is also not an option available on your app. Stop using their Actfibernet if you dont want to cry.

    @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago biggest mistake to switch to act fibernet. I made the payment last week and was promised the connection this weekend. Now neither the agent is answering my call nor the customer care is helping me. More over they just hung up my call! Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet worst service experienced due to ACT customer care.Out of seven issues raised ,they were getting closed without any explanation.Customer care is explaining some stories of resolving issue in 24 hours .

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst ISPs in the city, connection goes down every alternate day. Does not have own power backup, Area : Meenakshi Layout, Thubarahalli Bengaluru. Never Take ACT here.

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is working for the last 2days 1)on20aug21 @8:12pm received a mail and sms informing me stating my complaint is registered with number SR105612666172447 on my a/c no 105010967534,user id 11059128 2)today @11:52am mail and sms was received 1/2

    @ACTFibernet Enough i cannot wait any more , i have tired of raising the query with you. 11 days completed till activation issue not resolved. Lets face the legal consequences, i have raised the issue with consumer forum. Kindly go through it. I would have expect good service
