    @ACTFibernet Your service in my area used to be the best now , my internet is gone and still no resolution , the guy keeps on saying, "sending a guy in 10 min. he will look into it" and now it's 4 hr . So finally i will move on i guess .

    @ACTFibernet #WorstserviceActinternet #FakeActTicketStatus There's internet outage at my location and no response. 3-4 connection issues in last 40 days. Very pathetic. No response. Fake ticket status - shown as in progress even when nobody is working on it. Thinking JioFiber.

    @ACTFibernet as mentioned u still didn't refund my money for box If a customer didn't pay the bill u will penalize them now u should taste your own medicine now. Even if I keep money in bank account I will get interest and I paid via credit card so they will charge me for not paying.

    @ACTFibernet How do I get to talk to one of your customer care reps? The Chatbot has taken me 3 days now to not get anywhere near one or close to what I want. My ticket was auto closed without even serving the purpose
