    @ACTFibernet Hi, This is very bad. We don't have internet for a day. No one came to fix this. Estimated time is 24hrs doesn't mean they can come at last hour to fix it. The whole Area is not getting the internet and no help yet. 7702043508

    Hi @ACTFibernet my internet is not working for last two days and i have raised ticket as well. The engineered called and said he has fixed it and closed the ticket but it is still not working. And also there is no way to call customer care My number is : 9035202775

    @ACTFibernet, Please try to understand that people are still working from home and relying on personal broadband service other than corporate broadband plans. Please don't be the cause for someone's job being on stake.

    @ACTFibernet You are looking into it since yesterday. What is the problem and what is the resolution. What is ETA. Just fooling the customer and charging exorbitant amounts. Surely you are losing 3 customers today.

    Each and every month same issue for past 2 month I am going in loss even this time it’s going to be same issue don’t know why when we pay the amount at correct time but we don’t receive proper receipt at correct time. ACT service complete disaster. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago
