    @ACTFibernet I've raised a complaint on Thursday (SR No: SR10350860026342). Yesterday Mr.Rafiq and his assistant Hari Prasad has visited my place to sort the issue. But they've left the place the without even informing me and they also didn't fix the issue. This is unprofessional

    @ACTFibernet Speed is perfectly fine right now (1:45pm on Sunday) but will go bad again in evening. Peak hours, your network is not able to handle the number of users you have

    @ACTFibernet Actfibernet has a very bad customer service. My internet is not working since 1st january and the problem is not resolved till date. I have complained 3 times.The customer support number doesn't connect all the time. #DontsubscribeAct. This is not the first time

    @ACTFibernet 16 hrs ongoing outage on SR10250889678962 and still no resolution. Why your service levels have become so deplorable off late! Are you indirectly forcing customers to opt out? Cuz we will. DM'ed details and still no response. This is the 2nd outage this month!!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet no one called me and I had to listen to stories again and again when I call to customer care. Fed-up with your services. Moving to @Airtel_Presence

    @ACTFibernet I had raised disconnection request. Disconnection was done immediately. But no refund has been made. Its been15 days. I called the customer service team again. They are saying they have raised a new request and will take 15 more days. Iam really having pathetic time
