Dear @ACTFibernet team,please instruct your customer service person to be more responsive as we work from home and internet connection should be available to a maximum. Whenever a service ticket is raised please send an SMS mentioning the details of PoC who can resolve the issue.

@ACTFibernet I have been facing the internet issue from past 2-3 hours. Tried calling and mobile app to raise the ticket but nothing works with ACT. Such a pathetic service. Even the local providers are better than you guys. Also, asks your technicians to pick up calls.

@ACTFibernet Delhi Ticket Number SR11066084379960 No internet connection available from 6:30 PM. Yesterday also Internet went down same time, but got back after an hour. But today no response. No response from support team as well. Kindly look into it.

Never opt for @ACTFibernet. The worst connection and service. Everyday some issues the internet will be off. No proper resolution. Now they will reply to this tweet asking for details and ignore. #actfakefiber

@ACTFibernet ticket# SR10366071964784 is pending to be resolved for more than 36 hours. The ticket was automatically closed without the issue being resolved and I reopened the ticket. Worst engineering service and no information provided on the ticket.
