    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is utter disgrace tht act fiber is failed to provide reliable service to customers. For a month we shld call atleast 10-15 times to restore our internet speed. Marketing ur brand as fastest service in hyd is not enough make sure you make it true

    @ACTFibernet What's the status of the reported issue? There is no update yet from your end. I ask your reps to not close the ticket without resolving the issue. Today I again mentioned to the filthy bastard - Dinesh who interacted with me for name sake. But that's closed and i have re-opened

    @ACTFibernet Ruined my one day's pay without notifying that your crappy services will be down and what's the point in advertising so much and screwing up ur customers experience don't set expectations which you can't keep up i would like that refunded for what i lost at work 🤬
