    @ACTFibernet No connectivity since 3 hrs now. Plus, unable to login to the portal/app to register any complaint either. Was poor speed not enough that ACT has started with poor connectivity?

    @ACTFibernet My internet is down since yesterday 6PM and it was told the issue will be resolved today 3 PM but still the net is down. Is your service for resolving issue immediately is only for the first year of taking your connection?

    @ACTFibernet This is my third complaint this year. My net is again down-SR10354584937502. SR10353944594022 raised on 17/Mar and SR10352945196497 raised on 25/Feb.Very pathetic service. Jio fibre looks like a better option.

    It’s month end and financial year end as well, lot of office work got stuck due to no internet connection available. I request @ACTFibernet to improve your service. Facing hell lot of issues with your broadband.

    @ACTFibernet Thanks @ACTFibernet for the call today. But my issue is partially resolved. While you have disconnected my account, it still shows pending payment. Invoices, which have been generated without any use, are still there. Despite your multiple assurances that they will be removed.

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working and nobody is responding to the complaint raised ,it's been 24hrs since the network went down ,all you guys know is to collect bills on time
