    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I’ve raised 3 separate connectivity complains in the last 5 days and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The ETR keeps getting moved and so far and support keeps parroting the same script. Can someone help resolve this

    @ACTFibernet Services of ACT Fibrenet is getting pathetic day by day. No directly customer connect, no regards of old and retaining customer. Sending you the details in DM to check how quickly you will resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst service providers in Chennai, each and every month we are facing disconnection issue and they are taking 1 to 5 days to resolve the problem temporarily, but again the same issue will come next month. We have to face at least a month without internet every year.

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Repeated issues in internet connection. No one responds. It's really a worst Internet service provider to deal with. I strongly suggest not to take any connection from ACT.
