    @ACTFibernet 9/5 8p I fixed the internet issue over the night 10/5 847a got a call from ACT abt the issue but by that time i already fixed the issue. 10/5 1053a posted Twitter message stating I fixed the issue myself. You failed to fix the issue at given time. You abandoned your customer.

    @ACTFibernet At that time I have credit amount in my account as informed by your customer care representative Now again back to square one. Why the due amount is reflecting in my account and I had balance from my previous connection where is that gone.

    @ACTFibernet After 1000 times explainig the issue to your customer care still I have a received a bill mail with due amount. I don't understand this service. I had taken a 3M plan which I paid for and raised disconnection request on 30th April.

    @ACTFibernet From the past 6 days internet was not working even after continuous complaints raised by me to your team none of the team fixed the issue. Worst broad band coustmer service. Very irresponsible team you have. I need the internet to be worked by today.
