    @ACTFibernet it's been 3 months and every 10 15 days I will raise a ticket to complain about the same issue, but alas, no resolution as always. Hope this WFH finishes soon, so that we don't have to use your pathetic service anymore. 😡 Worst service ever.

    @ACTFibernet hi ACT I have took new connection 10 days before and paid advance rental for 3 months but due to some emergency I need to permanent move to my native and I want to close this connection, I want to know will I get my money refund if I wl close the connection today.

    @cpratt Worse is: ISP that tells you it can service your address, takes installation deposit, then tells you it can't service your address after all, and keeps the deposit. @ACTFibernet
