    @ACTFibernet I requested for new connection, got call from your sales team, they assured to provide new connection by Wednesday morning. I paid advance and simply waiting now. The sales guy is rejecting my call. For new connection itself you are treating customer like this !!!

    @ACTFibernet I have had a good 10 years of this service and it's been pathetic over the last 2 years. Literally 50+ complaints on the same issue and same complaints every month. Can't handle your staff arrogance and lazy work. Time to look for another source of network provider.

    @ACTFibernet Such a hassle dealing with your customer agents. You folks make me do the work of dealing with different states and conveniently put the blame on the customer. No acknowledgement of your lapses and zero empathy for the customer

    @ACTFibernet upgraded to ACT storm last month as per your suggestion, used LAN connection during exam. Neither field engineers nor backend identifying the root cause of slow bw issue. I request to refund my loss and want to disconnect permanently.
