    Hey @ACTFibernet , your customer care post getting a connection is really painful to connect to. And it needs to be fixed for better customer experience. While getting a new connection I got a call from your reps once every 5 min and now it takes ages to connect to one.

    @ACTFibernet , I'm not happy with your service. I paid amount on 31st evening to install new connection on 1st Jan 2026 and after multiple followup still no one came to install new connection. Even your guys is kot picking the call now. Is this how you want to loose the trust?

    @ACTFibernet What’s happening ? Is it a deliberate attempt to ignore customer complaints and there is no interest in after sale services or your systems are not responding? Neither calls/chats/emails are getting responded to address customer complaints.

    @ACTFibernet Can you check the late payment charges and adjust the bill amount when there was no service from last 3 months. Please revise and send me so that i can pay the bill on time. You cannot charge a late payment fee when there is problem from your side. FYI
