@ACTFibernet as mentioned u still didn't refund my money for box If a customer didn't pay the bill u will penalize them now u should taste your own medicine now. Even if I keep money in bank account I will get interest and I paid via credit card so they will charge me for not paying.

@ACTFibernet How do I get to talk to one of your customer care reps? The Chatbot has taken me 3 days now to not get anywhere near one or close to what I want. My ticket was auto closed without even serving the purpose
