    @ACTFibernet i am transferring out of chennai and shifting connection is not possible because ACT don’t have service in that area. I paid for 6 months plan and your team is not initiating refund. I was promised for refund when I got connection and now act team is refusing refund.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet the customer service is pathetic . Tickets getting closed without resolution, frequent box getting down, battery backup failure is regular issues faced by us. subsidise your cost for my service as you guys charge hefty but results are disspointment.
