@ACTFibernet No clear instructions on upgrading to ACT GIGA. No IVR option in customer care for Plan upgrade. Only Marketing gimmick to get money from customers in the name of smartfiber. Asking money to pay upfront for GIGA plan without checking feasibility.

@ACTFibernet And it get worse!!! Mr. Ravi and Mr.Suresh Babu from ACT say it does not matter if they don’t provide the service ACT’s ‘policy’ has changed to increase the price of plan that was already sold and not comply with the agreement sold. And to also not provide a refund. #unethical

Hi guys, is there any fiber net available in #Tirupathi other than @ACTFibernet. Because I facing lot of struggles with this customer support. It took around 10 days for shifting the connection but still it is in pending state only.😡😡😡😡

@ACTFibernet As discussed on call, you will be providing refund due to no network feasibility. Could have been ethical if same was conveyed by your sales team before taking payment. I was informed that my building already has all wiring done and I will get connection in 1 day
