@ACTFibernet Since 2pm there is no internet access.. ticket SR10166319726444 has been raised but till now nobody addressed the issue.. Very poor service from you. Previous years you guys were good now it's becoming worse. Customer service nobody answers.. pathetic service

@ACTFibernet atrociously pathetic customer service. I have had to lodge 7 or 8 service requests in the last 5 days numbers to just get my connections working again. 24-48 hours for each request. And I keep getting passed from one team to the next. What the hell!

Hi @ACTFibernet waited for more than a week for the resolution of SR 10366284354844 Your engineer asked me to call 9121212121 which is a bot IVR with no human being to talk. Next I will be forwarding to all your competitors if I do not get a human to let me know about resolution.

@ACTFibernet The technician and his manager is not supportive and has a bad attitude towards the customer, we believe in you and go for 6 months package, but you guy’s aren’t keeping your promises and in return we gate a lame reason from the technical team.
