    @ACTFibernet Trierd a lot to connect and call, Nobody responded kept my call on hold for a very long period of time. My query is only was that zee5 subrcription is mistakenly added we wanted to cancel that

    @ACTFibernet Your service levels and your broadband connectivity, are nose diving, going south. I have been using your service and the internet speeds have been slowing down. Customer service have been poor. Internet going down way too many times. Upto you to take action.

    @ACTFibernet I raised request of internet working super slow via phone and then WhatsApp, both time i got a response that service is intact and I should restart. Have tried that but still a very poor connection. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet the worst internet and Customer service. Soo delays in getting the issues fixed. We need internet bcause it is priority and when u ppl work so lame and lazy it sucks. You ppl have made WFH more harder. Suggest me a better internet service plz..

    @ACTFibernet I dont want callback,I want to deactivate the account now. I'm at outstation. so just deactivate the account, I will not pay a single penny till I return.After I return I will start the internet service and will make the payment for the internet usage from that day. @ACTFibernet
