    Never use the @ACTFibernet app to renew your subscription for a plan change. I asked renewed for a plan with lesser speed and paid amount showed y app but they failed to effect plan change and harassed me with a view to keep me on the old plan with higher subscription. Frauds

    @ACTFibernet I raised a connection relocation request with ACT Fibernet 4 days ago and my service hasn’t been installed at the new address in Sarjapur. I’ve called customer support more than 15 times with no resolution, and the ground team hasn’t acted on the request.

    @ACTFibernet Update: I received a callback from the ACT Broadband billing team, and they have adjusted my bill by crediting the charges for the outage period. Thanks for the prompt action and for resolving the issue. @ACTFibernet

    Hi @ACTFibernet it's been more than 24hrs that I have raised a ticket regarding connection issue no one from the technical department nor the customer service representative has reached to me in the ticket it said it will be resolved by 8:30pm yesterday it has not be resolved yet
