    @ACTFibernet It's become everyday's story internet is down again, u shud be sensitive to the fact that ppl here r WFH. @GmInfinite @GMInfiniteecity throw act fibernet out of the complex. They're unresponsive to customers.

    @ACTFibernet Ok team, I will wait for your reply. I have paid 8350 for six months and I have used your services for one month. So ideally I should get refund of 6000 atleast. Your customer executive is saying that router charges are being deducted..while I have the routor available with me

    @ACTFibernet I'm really fed up with this issue. We are almost 10-15 members are effected by this. 5-6 houses are effected. We need a permanent solution or would like to close our account.
