    Hi @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint SR10176989458784 on 6th sept but till there is no response or a call back on ETA. Everyday i receive msg as today by 7 to 9 pm it sill be cleared but no resolution. This is the third time connection lost in last 15 days #ACTFibernetIssue

    @ACTFibernet . Is something wrong ? Your Watsapp number is not responding to the HELP message . If I log in with my mobile number and then key in the OTP sent to me it says unauthorized log in . There is no internet at my place . Please help .

    It's already 5 days of no Internet , how we are supposed to work with this kind of outage in central part of Hyderabad. @ACTFibernet This is not at all acceptable. Just cancel my connection, refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet @airtelindia No connection since 20days and u people still least bother even after taken complaint on priority and escalating the issue @ACTFibernet just useless never seen any broadband takes these many days don't u be ashamed for not restored connection ?

    @ACTFibernet I had applied for a broadband connection but it was not provided as you asked for an extra electricity connection. Still, my payment is not refunded. Please resolve this issue urgently.
