@ACTFibernet disgusting behaviour from your support team. When I have asked for installation at new place and transferring my old account they said thy wl do & after a month I got my new bill and when I informed thr customer care they r simply saying unistalation is not raised

@madmanweb @ACTFibernet O! This makes me extremely suspicious. They had installed a box right outside my door & there were occasions when I felt that the electricity bill was not in alignment with my usage but I had no clue at that time and just moved on after filing a complaint with the EB!
