    @ACTFibernet It has been alomost more than 48hrs where Internet is not working in our house, we have raised a complaint 2 days back till we don't have any resolution. This is the worst service ACT is providing towards the customers. Area Managers, technicians are least bothered.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI you guys have most pathetic service in Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. The line has been disconnected since yesterday. Fed up calling your support. Anyone reading it don't apply for their connection. Most pathetic service and customer service is useless

    @ACTFibernet again same thing happened today service engineer called me and told me he is coming and after 20 min he is saying his Boss denied him for my connection. Team please help me or else give my refund on urgent basis so that I can take other connection.
