    @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 Hi, I need a new digital TV connection at Bengaluru. I am also your broadband subscriber. Called your call center but didn't get any help. The call center people are rough & unhelpful. Very third class customer service.

    @ACTFibernet I request ACT to check on daily basis that connections to above community is working on daily basis. After issue raised, it was solved and later disconnected twice.If this continues, we all in our premises may shift to other ISP's.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service. Internet is not available from Yesterday morning and registered compliant(SR10165625882154) for that. It's been more than 30 hrs and no one contacted me- just received automated mail and messages saying it will be fixed within 24 hrs.
