    @ACTFibernet SR10163852093794 is unresolved. 1st complaint on 7Jan22-Engr visited the location& told me, cable is damaged- promised replacement by 2jan but no show. SR10163883283728 on 11Jan, told me junction box is damaged to be fixed 15 Jan-no fix. Consumer court is my way out

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Got fed up with wrong commitments and promises given by customer care agents . I think the customer care agents are not properly trained or not aware of act process and policies every time I called act fiber net for any problem I get different response from different executives
