    @ACTFibernet Hi, I already have an open ticket (SR11076058640264) with an estimated resolution time of June 30, 9 PM — still no fix. Internet stops every 2 days. Who will answer for this downtime? Should I keep paying for a service that barely works? Please resolve this permanently.

    but still, I have not received a call. Without me knowing, they have closed the request of mine to speak to the manager by saying the issue is resolved. Such a pathetic customer service. Shame on you @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet, what's going on? Is your company so incompetent that you guys are not able to resolve a reoccurring issues? This is so pathetic and frustrating. I am facing a reoccurring issue. You guys are saying that it is resolved, but still, I am facing the same issues often.
