    Really disappointing customer experience from @ACTFibernet Bangalore. Excecutive promised me connection in same day. One guy was not responding to the calls and other one keep promising the connection, and denies in the last minute. It has affected my work and time. Need refund.

    @ACTFibernet ACT was trust worthy before but now a days it's a scam nothing else , after the recharge ,plan is not activate , customer care is very rude says you wait for 48 hrs. Adding 100 rs every month without any notice. Please look into this AC No. 102628725332

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 120th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet If i use your service and don't pay for it, mt connection would be disconnected. But when I pay in full and in time every month and you fail to deliver, where's the penalty for that?
