With this kind of bad service.

Pratyush Pulipaka (@pratbaba) reported@ACTFibernet pathetic experience trying to disconnect account. No proper IVR options, have to reach a human through some other option. They take your details and transfer to a very rude "disconnection department" who ask the same details again. No wonder they're losing customers

Naveen (@NavinnAdlu7) reported@ACTFibernet Hi team, I am facing issue with my net from 1 may They have giving TAT/SLA and all but not giving proper resolution to the customer and due to covid we are wfh. Reg 7989425961 want permnt resolution, spoke wth m.uttej very bad was gesture towards resolving the issue.

rataurus83 (@rataurus83) reported@ACTFibernet Ridiculous service in Chennai , since last year there has not been a month when we have not raised atleast 3 complaints, everytime the technician comes and fiddles with the router and rectifies it. But ots is an exercise that we have to do every damn week.
