Now you’re charging me ₹1180 for that even though i made payment for 6 months and you charged me before it ends.

I was paying for my service and a day full of offline was what I got today. I either need my money refund or get my problem solved permanently. It's better to refund as you're unworthy.

Srinivas (@Srinivas561985) reported@ACTFibernet SR10150839754242 raised for issue with battery. They have closed without addressing. Reopened it and they closed it again. This has become a norm now a days. Tickets are being closed without even attending.

If i don't pay in time you charge me ✅, But how can we charge you if you don't keep your service?
