    @ACTFibernet Disgusting service. I am waiting for the installation from past 5 days. Everytime I call the customer care they are saying they will install it by EOD. The technician assigned must be on notice period that he is not having time to resolve priority cases. Liars!!

    @ACTFibernet Had a phone call with your customer support guy named "Farooq" two hours back and he said my connection will resume before 7:30. Now that it didn't resume, I called the customer support again.

    @ACTFibernet This is all you can do! Own it up and refund the money. Get out of this business…down since early morning and then such lame statements and ETA Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 06-Nov(DD/MM) 13:00 to 16:00. Team ACT

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet should never ever trusted you in the first place. Just two moots back you said I would have a permanent solution and now you are saying me to disconnect because you can't provide internet connection? You should have told that when you got my money.
