    @ACTFibernet Internet down. Getting below error when I thy to open the Act Fibernet mobile app to lodge a complaint. "java.rmi.remoteexception Axisfault exception due to technical issue" Totally ridiculous! Seriously thinking about chaging ISP's.

    @ACTFibernet I don't like the way things are going on with my ISP, its been a frequent issue and there is no way to get back internet within a day from probpem. They take 2days to resolve and don't take any preventive steps to keep my internet on all the time

    SR10163328966144 @ACTFibernet issue registered is not solved infact connection has become worse now. The CS agent hung up mid call without leaving me without a resolution. Horrible service!
