    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since yesterday. I am not getting any solution. Request SR11062266002372 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/14/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. It's time to discontinue ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Comp No:SR10262285737142. My internet gets disconnected when there is no power. Yesterday I didnt have connection for more tha 4 hours. I raised complaint yesterday and I have been told today by your rep battery will be replaced after 4 days due to no stock

    @ACTFibernet Wednesday morning, a working day and ACT's connection goes down in Basavanagudi. Customers are facing severe challenges in connecting and working from home. Shame on ACT! Get this issue fixed quickly otherwise @airtelindia & @reliancejio can provide better services

    @ACTFibernet worst service.. no way to communicate with your agents in app there is auto generated msgs again and again its been more than 3 days my internet is not working. Specially heigher management is lazy.. shame on you do your job man..
