  @ActFibernet My Internet is not working since 1 day. I've already raised the complaint. They said they'll fix it by 12.00PM today, but still not working. Ticket No. SR10266930800564. This is very poor service from ACT.

  @ACTFibernet I am unable to access certain servers that are hosted on aws, very big latency issue. They are working on other networks without any issue. Can you please look into this.

  Hey guys just want to share my worst experience with @ACTFibernet I paid my bill amount on 15th, but it didn’t reflect in my act account. So I had to contact the customer care, they said they ll refund the money in 48hours on 18th, and I still didn’t get my money back.
