@HDFCBank_Cares its Saving account . payment gateway was like hdfc->amazonpay->actfibernet amount got deducted but payment got failed . now I haven’t recieved anything back yet , please help

@ACTFibernet Internet is not working for more than 24 hours, I have logged a complaint and even after 24 hours there is no response. The service works fine but as soon as there is an issue you guys are taking ages to resolve it.
