Surya (@Surya20176364) reported@ACTFibernet Such a poor support. I raised a ticket on 14th May 2021 regarding fibrenet wire breakage due to storm, still the issue not resolved yet. Its been 10 days now and they are promising they can resolve the issue in maximum 24 hours. I'll not recommend any to go with ACT.
