    @ACTFibernet your mobile app chat is very poor...takes forever to load messages...customer care/engineers don't pick up calls. Can't connect with anyone.internet not working for past 5 days. Either cancel / entend my subscription.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD my internet is down for more than a week now. Have raised several requests (ID: SR10176751270694) and there's still no clarity of resolution. HORRIBLE way to treat a loyal customer who has been with ACT for 14 years and is on a 2 year prepaid plan!

    @ACTFibernetHYD is such a fraudster called me yesterday to make payment and said sending someone to give connection but after payment my number is blocked unable to reach any support until now ,so ridiculous useless people,taking people for granted.@ACTFibernet
