  @ACTFibernet I downloaded your app and then was spammed with a sales call every 5 minutes. Once I paid for the 6 month subscription there is ZERO updates on the installation. It was due yesterday and I have not heard from any technician yet. WO 102757603427. Resolution?

  @ACTFibernet One of the most pathetic customer and billing services are now being provided by ACT....They don't care about the Existing customers no matter if they are 11 years old....For them what matters now is get money from customer...It's been over two weeks no resolution!!

  @ACTFibernet Have some shame @ACTFibernet . I didn't pay to get my patience tested. Customer experience is worst even before the service/product has been received. Please cancel my request for an internet connection and refund. I don't wish to continue doing business with you.

  @ACTFibernet SR10275768181480 Even after repeated calls, No one is responding to my queries, the ticket is closed without resolving. Customer care disconnects the call, by saying you will get call with in an hour, and no one is calling back. Pathetic service.@jagograhakjago

  @ACTFibernet SUPERB DIS-SERVICE. Today is 07 day since I paid for TWO internet connects. No service till now. Mr Vinod Kumar and Mr. Chaitanya kumar in Bengaluru (India's Silicon Valley) area the greatest people in ACT. No wonder we are still called a Third World Country

  @ACTFibernet The most ****** service after taking money they have disappeared and no way to contact the customer care. They don't share technician number I also don't know where the hell or what the hell happened to my money. Shittiest service nobody go for this ever.

  @ACTFibernet worst service throughout all the stages. First, Sales guy Chaitanya Kumar comes, takes the money and says that by 5pm the installation will be done. But now, he is not even attending my calls. New scam and way of harassing customers

  @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket for smart 4k box installation 12 days back. It is not installed yet. Ticket keeps getting closed automatically without resolution. Each time I call CC, they say wait for 24 hours more. I didn't expect such a pathetic service.

  @airtelindia @ACTFibernet @airtelindia even for cancellation why are you making our life harder. I already requested for cancellation of my black plan and still customer support is not allowing me to disconnect.
