    @FinMinIndia @cgstdelhizone @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet GST No. 07AACCA8907B1Z0. They are receiving payment in advance and generating invoice at the end of plan opted by their customer. Company inform through email they do not have any refund policy.

    Act Fibernet has the worst service ever. They do cost cutting by keeping only one technician in an area and when that technician feels like not doing something you might have to wait days for the services @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD act Fibernet sucks

    @ACTFibernet please make your customer service a lot better. Have called them thrice since morning explaining my problem and they would just put me on hold and leave. Suspended my account on a working day even after I have made the payment. Informed them 10 days before #change

    @ACTFibernet I have called your customer care thrice and every time, they just put me on hold and leave. This is not the experience that you want to improve then train your staff for handling queries properly. I raised a ticket on 11th July that I paid my dues but they suspended my account

    @ACTFibernet internet not working since 18 morning; had to travel to office driving 2 hours one way for two days due to act issue. SR10365400590554 was closed without resolution. Pathetic support, act look at it on priority. I cant drive again for 4 hours on 20/july.

    @ACTFibernet really disgusting service today whole day no Internet connectivity I complained but no any action till time. Really facing lot of problems, kindly take action asap.

    @ACTFibernet ASAP get this issue resolved. We have high expections from this brand. Switched from Jio just to have a boost.
