Balaji (@Balaji_Ambs) reported@ACTFibernet it is simply not acceptable to wait for 24 hours to set right the broken connection in this age. You should be able to do it remote or atleast send some one to check if not immediately then within 1-2 hours. Raised last evening 7pm and still waiting

At my home we had 2 WiFi’s both were from ACT Now I shifted to a new place i tried changing the address it never worked in app i cancelled it hoping someone would call me but no one did

I get a message that you connection will be disconnected. Netflix login not working Not sure who to reach out to and how to get it resolved. Chatbot is a pain again.
