    @discountsdeck @ACTFibernet Better switch to Airtel, I was also plagued with these downtime issues with ACT and pathetic amount of duration they take to restore it. Airtel resolves issues within an hour.

    @discountsdeck @ACTFibernet The reason I switched from ACT, frequently went down. Now going through the same with jio fiber. Internet got restored after 2 days.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working from yesterday evening 4pm. I have raised a ticket but not yet resolved and still no one contacted me about this issue. As, we all are doing WFH its really affects alot. This is the second time this ACT network got done for a longer time.

    @ACTFibernet Dear act I am not getting internet connection. When I called customer care the reply what I got is this "It will take 48 hours to resolve the issue. But even if internet is not there also customers need to pay". #worstservice #fraud #cheaters

    @discountsdeck @ACTFibernet If Airtel Fiber services are available there, go for it without any delay. It's the best service I have ever come across. They always provide the same day resolution if possible, if not, next day is guaranteed. We have BSNL, Jio and Airtel available. 90% have Airtel connection.

    @ACTFibernet Really? I called customer care twice with a single request asking someone to call me and explain what the issue is and when it will be resolved. No one did. Alll those ACT tech team I called did not even take my call or acted as if they moved out ACT
