    I have disconnected the service three months ago and I have no interest to reconnect. Stop spamming me 20000 times a day @ACTFibernet . You are literally harrasing me each and every day. I am trying to explain the same to your senseless customer care representatives😤😤😤😤😤

    If you want to buy a camera set up for your home @ACTFibernet will not let you reach out to the apartment POC/the customer care. The only way to raise a request is through the app and that too the request is prepaid. What if someone wants more than one camera? No one can help :)

    @ACTFibernet Bangalore really terrible installation service by Kumar Jhadav , with #jio #airtel making service so good - act is only given good speeds with terrible service - ur call centre team is more customer friendly than people

    @ACTFibernet This is not expected. Yesterday morning my net was gone and I raised a complaint. By noon it was attended and restored. Within 10 minutes, net gone again. The local executive assured me it'll be restored by evening. I waited till 1830 hrs and re- opened the request

    @ACTFibernet No issues, you did that despite anything I requested. I will port from act, you don't need me you're a conglomerate now and have least respect to reasonable earning coustomer. 🙏🏾

    @ACTFibernet will be switching to internet network constant disconnection. Disconnected twice in the past 3 days very disappointed!! Cant even give me a time of resolution! Hampering all my work!!

    @ACTFibernet May I know why your customer care team closed my SR? I couldn't respond to their calls at 8.27 pm and they proceed to close SR. Since your internet is also not working like your customer care I am proceeding to close the connection. SR10367636206424

    @ACTFibernet ACT seriously need to improve infrastructure and train their technicians to be responsible and professional. I see so much micro management in Nellore location and with growing competition ACT might run iut of customer if this worse service continues. Beware.
