    @ACTFibernet And guess what your service agent is recommending me to do! He is asking me to get a #Jio dongle as a backup. I would better switch completely to Jio or someother network. We have a total of 5 connections in our home and office. You lose all 5. #WorstService

    @ACTFibernet called your customer care. For upgrade of plan.. but sorry to say your customer service is too worst..Lady is not understanding any thing.. when told her to give phne to senior.. first she told me to wait for 5 mins later she no senior is available..
