    @ACTFibernet my net was down since morning I was working from home and no one visited after my complain at evening Serivce agent came but he was not trained to resolve the issue and came without proper equipment and told 100 reason for net working and issue is not resolved

    @ACTFibernet The technician that came yesterday has assured that the backup installed, will be good and the issue wont occur again. I will wait and see if this holds.

    @ACTFibernet horrible service every 5days i have to raise the request , reason is @ACTFibernet didn't pay the allowance to the owner where the junction box is setup, so the owner disconnected the powersupply. Pathetic service.
