@HDFCBank_Cares its Saving account . payment gateway was like hdfc->amazonpay->actfibernet amount got deducted but payment got failed . now I haven’t recieved anything back yet , please help

@madmanweb @ACTFibernet O! This makes me extremely suspicious. They had installed a box right outside my door & there were occasions when I felt that the electricity bill was not in alignment with my usage but I had no clue at that time and just moved on after filing a complaint with the EB!

@ACTFibernet in a week for 2 days the internet goes off, such a waste of money!Every week I need to raise a SR & post a tweet here to get the issue resolved bcuz CC is least bothered!u guys need to extend the days of bill generation.u give internet for 20 days & charge for 30days

@TSBBCare @TataSky I have recharged my broadband my internet is very slow and last month also same issue called customer care for plan change not getting any help I'm very disappointed by service it's my mistake instead of @ACTFibernet I went for tata sky broadband

@ACTFibernet called for a re-connection 2 days back… I even paid the amount but nobody came to get the connect the network and I have made several requests for the same. If this is the response I’m gonna get, pls refund the amount and I will find some other network provider.

@ACTFibernet I've been calling the customer service daily and there's nobody addressing my issues. There are empty slots in the junction box but the technician has removed our wires and put them outside our houses. Nobody picks our calls or addresses our complaints. @DoT_India
