@HDFCBank_Cares its Saving account . payment gateway was like hdfc->amazonpay->actfibernet amount got deducted but payment got failed . now I haven’t recieved anything back yet , please help

@ACTFibernet Why isn't there an automated escalation and a status msg to the customer if the ticket resolution is not met within the SLA ? Request : SR10562217248202. No callback nor resolution since 36 hrs. ACT support doesn't seem to be as responsive as it used to be.
