    @ACTFibernet, Worst service provider, Facing issues with the internet for the past 5 Days, no proper response from the service person, and the tickets are closed with resolving, Either resolve the issues by tomorrow or refund my amount back.

    @ACTFibernet It was not an issue to resolve. I got a bitter experience with ur executive, because of ACT's policy. I will not blame UR ground level employees. It is due to UR management is putting lots of pressure on them to take unethical steps or words with customers.

    (1/2) - @ACTFibernet it's been 3 days and still my issues has not been resolved. It is totally unacceptable. I raise the ticket. They give an ETR and closing without informing or resolving the issue. I request to escalate it further and the act should compensate for the lost.
