@HDFCBank_Cares its Saving account . payment gateway was like hdfc->amazonpay->actfibernet amount got deducted but payment got failed . now I haven’t recieved anything back yet , please help

@ACTFibernet I’ve requested customer care to downgrade my plan to A-MAX500 multiple times since JAN23.. but they don’t… they just close the ticket SR10166756747363! ACT DOESN’T HAVE OPTION TO DOWNGRADE PLANS?? Regret to choose @ACTFibernet 😤
