@ACTFibernet Delhi there is no way you can speak to person.automated voice crap . Even if you do manage to speak to one , these are useless call centre folks who ask you to raise query on mobile app. Zero for customer service . No wonder jio and Airtel are doing so much better

@ACTFibernet I have taken new connection. I received 4 calls yesterday saying they are on the way to my house for installation. But no one came. . I wasted whole day waiting for them. One of the worst experience I have. My enquiry ID is 102652459385.

@ACTFibernet Please remove server from my house as I am not using actfiber service, server power is connected to my house, same information give on call center but no action in last three month, please remove in week time else we cut the power connection 1/2

@ACTFibernet your support team says it may take 48 hours to process a moving request and then another 48 hours to conduct KYC (which makes no sense to me). 4 days for moving a broadband connection is amazingly slow. Maybe a little faster than your net speeds these days though.
