    @ACTFibernet No internet working since last 4 days. Yesterday a complaint was raised with no. SR11076685545804 but still not resolved. The same problem arises for the last 4 months. Very very bad service.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The service has been extremely disappointing. I paid for a new connection four days ago, but it still hasn't been installed. I've been repeatedly calling to follow up, yet there has been no progress. Is this how new customers are treated?
