    @ACTFibernet If you can’t provide stable internet connection, then I should probably choose another ISP. This is the 4th time in 1 month that my internet has stopped working. Pathetic service. Can’t work from home and certainly can’t depend on your service and quality

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD How many times should we raise a request for internet not working. Its been 10 days that I took connection and in these 10 days I raised complaints almost everyday.

    Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet !!! Entire day we did not get Wi-Fi connection at home and it was so pathetic experience!! I’m a customer who pay for 6 months plans and this is what we get !!! Pls resolve it immediately! Or else I will remove this connection

    @ACTFibernet Shifting request given 4 days back is still not resolved. No Internet access since 72 hours. Horrible service. Considering this area is already servicing several ACT connection and the box is on my property. No contact or updates from ACT. Need quick resolution!

    Ok, @ACTFibernet, what the hell is the problem here? Third day in a row that the internet has given out in my area. It always happens late at night, so I can’t even call the local technician. Either find a permanent solution, or I’ll be switching away to a better ISP.
