    Hi all, you can say @ACTFibernet doesn't have any customer service. Because I've been chasing a request for more than a month but no response. Multiple calls made but they say someone will call in 48 hrs but I get only one message, case closed. Refrain from using Act broadband.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI This is regarding the SR10357707157227. U did not resolve the issue and u have closed the case. Refund my money for the non usage of ACT 4K stream monthly rental. I paid 1000+tax for six months. I returned ur box after using one month.

    @ACTFibernet as per my conversation with customer care last month i don’t need to surrender connection just non payment of bill will auto close this. but in case this is not true please confirm. I am not going to pay bill this time.
