    @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - down since morning. Issue expected to be resolved before 9pm. No improvement. Similarly few days back SR10381520525554 raised and the outage was 3 days. I want compensation for the total 4 days without internet and extra for the inconvenience.

    @ACTFibernet If service was not available at my location, why did you take my payment and complete my KYC? I was repeatedly told that installation would be done today/tomorrow. Now you’re saying service is unavailable. Please explain. SR: SR10281716726487

    @ACTFibernet Facing frequent disconnect in service, the real reason is issue with cable, don't know why the @ACTFibernet is not willing to replace the cable, if not possible to replace the cable refund the paid amount.Your Service request SR10381746959914 #CustomerSupport

    @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     The @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD scam continues. Terrible service. They seem to use sub par tech. If you're reading this please don't get an act subscription. We raised a ticket it takes almost a week and then in a week it goes kaput! #badservice #actfibernet #internetscam
