  @ACTFibernet Nw suddenly d internet isn't accessible frm past 2.5 hours. So I reported internet slowness issue earlier which ws left unresolved & now d internet itself is inaccessible. So after installation, I hv not used ACT broadband conn even 4 complete 24 hrs & fell into multiple problems

  @ACTFibernet Wahh!! Your team has messaged without even understanding the issue . I asked waiver for poor speeds 30-40 mb in place of 300 mb and got a message that there was no service downtime. Great understanding of customer issue. you need to take English classes first. @Balamalladi13

  @ACTFibernet worst service from customer care agent he don't no how to talk with customer i told him to transfer to manager he transfer my call to othere extension and the way he is talking using abusing words on customer only.

  Actfibernet is the worst service.. yesterday I raised a ticket my internet is not working 24 hours is completed...when I call to CX care they are repeating same words issue will be resolved soon.. @ACTFibernet due to this I am unable to do my work and my salary is deducted.

  @ACTFibernet worst ever worst service..No technician as contacted from 24 hours ..and I do work from home job due to this I loss my salary..when I touch to CX care they repeat same words issue will be resolve soon.
