@HDFCBank_Cares its Saving account . payment gateway was like hdfc->amazonpay->actfibernet amount got deducted but payment got failed . now I haven’t recieved anything back yet , please help

@ACTFibernet Again I am facing the same issue and complaint raised this evening. Asusual the complaint closed without any action. I am not sure am I using right service provider or not. It's really pathetic to complaint again and again for more than four times on same month for same problem.

@ACTFibernet Today got call from act and it's the same resolution to restart wifi, since last 6 months I am restarting 10-15 times in a day but no use. When you call it works after 30-40 mins situation is same. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I have filed a Grievance in NCH(National Consumer Helpline). It’s my duty to inform this. And I may file another complaint regarding Customer care people keeping me in hold for so many minutes then ending my call. You guys are being so CHEAP.
