@HDFCBank_Cares its Saving account . payment gateway was like hdfc->amazonpay->actfibernet amount got deducted but payment got failed . now I haven’t recieved anything back yet , please help

@ACTFibernet I'm fed up of complaining about the same issue since when I have got the internet last year. Everytime I get a call and says we have resumed the services please restart the router once or we will semd a technician. No one has ever visited !!

@ACTFibernet Taking connections in act is easy but changing location or repair request is harder then anything. Waste of our money and time. No response. Simply new connection request getting calls but complaint request no calls.

@ACTFibernet one of the worst service providers , irresponsibility is the key here. They know only to get the registration done soon but when it comes to installation they don't do a basic sanity check I have been trying to contact the technician who installed still no response.

@ACTFibernet worst service by ACT. More than 3 days have passed. New router is yet to be installed for me. Daily customer support promises that it will happen today but no one contacts on this regard.

@anudeep65 @ACTFibernet I hv also faced d same pbm. After several follow ups my shifting request is completed after a week. They are giving importance to connection issue rather than shifting request.
