    @HDFCBank_Cares its Saving account . payment gateway was like hdfc->amazonpay->actfibernet amount got deducted but payment got failed . now I haven’t recieved anything back yet , please help

    @ACTFibernet Why do I have to make over 10 calls and wait for hours on call to get a Wifi installed (despite after making a payment)? Absolutely terrible service No one from backend or escalations team even calling back after several escalations!

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service in ahmedabad , biggest mistake to move to you guys leaving Airtel and Jio @JioCare @airtelindia Every week for 2 days no connectivity but payments in advance for all days Do we look like fools?

    Had a horrible experience dealing with @ACTFibernet today in delhi, the wifi has not been working for 2 straight days now and to make matters worse, their "customer support reps" refuse to pick my phone or reply to my many many messages.

    Had the same with @ACTFibernet . 7 years of loyalty, until a customer care said "you can disconnect if you have problem". Now using Hathway without issues. Customer care is always the problem in any field.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has gone down for the second time in the last 48 hours. I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot. Could someone look into this urgently and provide a permanent resolution? Complaint number SR10280729045434 Need this fixed ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD From last 2 weeks I am having an internet issue - it automatically keeps disconnecting during the day and in nights it's never visible to connect. I keep calling the ACt local technician placed within our towship he never responds.

    @ACTFibernet How do we get in touch with support. It's been 2 weeks, tickets gets closed automatically. No one calls. Can we get support? Should I consider a service provider change?
