@HDFCBank_Cares its Saving account . payment gateway was like hdfc->amazonpay->actfibernet amount got deducted but payment got failed . now I haven’t recieved anything back yet , please help

@ACTFibernet No, I dint get the internet connection yet. Ticket is closed without resolution. When I called customer care , they raised a new ticket , so that the can have more time to resolve the issue. I appreciate your if you can get the issue fixed asap. It’s almost 2.5days

@ACTFibernet My internet is now frequently down all the time. Particularly on holidays when we really need it. Extremely bad service from @ACTFibernet. Now also it's down. Complained but as usual no action SR10260970764502. U can check the status. Please improve ur service
