    @ACTFibernet I am fully paid annual subscriber. Since August first, I am trying to reach customer service of ACT, filed request for transfer to new location. Nothing happens. Some odd guy calls to say someone else will be in touch. Abysmal service

    @ACTFibernet the worst service in Lucknow. I had applied for a connection last Sunday and was made sure that I'll get the connection by the evening that day only and here we are on the next Sunday and I still don't have the connection.

    @ACTFibernet it's been a week my billing issue is not resolved (SR10260807928262) when the billing date approach, you reduce the speed. How am I supposed to pay until my billing issue is resolved ? Also, please don't promote false offers.
