    Yesterday your team changed the router, and now your retention team asking to pay for more 3 months to continue using this router, else they they come and collect back the router from me, and they are also ok termination of my account. Feeling bad to go with @ACTFibernet .

    @ACTFibernet proved worst service provider again. What should happen to services once you do the payment ? It should start immediately right ? But that’s not the case with act Fibernet. Made the payment 2hrs back still services not restored. Customer call wait time 30+ in queue
