Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet I have been constantly following up and this person 9154689239 - he had told me that he will be giving me an update about the issue which was raised. I am fooled by ACT because instead of a mesh you guys have installed another wifi for me which is wrong!

    @nithitsuki @ACTFibernet Bangalore, ACT layed out a fiber line, but it doesn’t terminate at my home, there’s a common box for connections in the area, so not true FTTH

    @ACTFibernet The internet is down for 3 days and you don’t seem to care. Every time I call customer care for SR10181212473534, they come with the 9pm resolution time, which is absolutely a **** excuse. And the day keeps on increasing. This is how you provide customer care?

    @ACTFibernet I applied for a new connection 2 days ago. Installation was promised yesterday, but no one has contacted me.I paid ₹2,035. The sales executive (+91 97311 63437) has switched off their phone. Even after contacting customer care twice, there has been no resolution.
