    @ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR10163598230634 has been registered 12 hours back and still there isn't an update or a fix! Can u prioritise this since we all work from home? This is being regular now and may time to switch to different broadband!

    @ACTFibernet Based on confirmation of availability, I booked a new connection on 23.11.2021 and paid amount. It is now more than one week and no connection till now. No response from your executive or service team. Bad service from ACT. Registered No. 9247814079

    @ACTFibernet the only thing that happened between 7.30 pm and 9.00 pm yesterday night was a call from support to again ask what is the status and to say someone will come the next day morning - it is close to noon of the 'next day' !
