@ACTFibernet this is height of ignorance. Every month my internet goes down due to your fiber passing through an active construction zone. I have to complain every month and I'm assured that the problem won't happen again but the fiber gets damaged and my internet goes down (1/n)

@ACTFibernet your customer service used to be bad but now it's downright pathetic. 15+ hours of downtime, no response on complaints and god knows where you guys have hidden the service request tracking feature on the app
