Anoop (@_anoops) reported@KotakCares @KotakCares there's no error message. I believe the Kotak DNS resolution fails when connecting via @ACTFibernet - this is true for the app and website and any payment gateways that attempt to open the net banking portal for Kotak. Super inconvenient currently. Still ongoing.

Initial ETA was 3 PM today and now its 'we don't know when it'll be fixed'. Do you realise that jobs are reliant upon stable Internet??
