@HDFCBank_Cares its Saving account . payment gateway was like hdfc->amazonpay->actfibernet amount got deducted but payment got failed . now I haven’t recieved anything back yet , please help

Never thought @ACTFibernet in chennai would be so ******. They ac really amazing when they have to sell but post that the customer care is pathetic. Wish there was something we could do to penalise them..

@ACTFibernet team, how many times does one have to call to ask for connection cancellation. I had put up cancellation request 1 month back ansd still receiving bill payment reminders ???? Do u have literate people working at customer care or time pass people ???

@ACTFibernet Whenever I call customer care, I am assured that my problem will be solved soon. Despite repeated calls to ACT customer care, you people did not even tell me why my refund is not being done,or what problem they are facing in giving me refund. I had a very bad experience with you.

@ACTFibernet My account no 101658940863 was suspended for non-payment. But I took a 6 month plan and made the payment on 17/9/22. On calling customer care,the Executive was very rude. I was told that I took Yupp subscription, Which I never did.

Dear @ACTFibernet #warangal Is that you were giving good service to the users.? I would say, ******* the worst service you guys are giving us. Will raise the ticket and you guys took 3 - 7 days to resolve the issues. How can you say it's the best service. How WFH will work us?
