    @ACTFibernet This is second time in a month.. The internet service is not working for a day and there has been no response or action taken on the complaint. This is very frustrating. Kindly take appropriate action to resolve the issue at the earliest.

    @DoT_India - The only action @ACTFibernet and his engineers have taken is closed the incident ticket without any call or resolution. Simply closed. @ACTFibernet - Please ask ur engineer to collect your garbage (router and cables) after u refund me for all days I had no internet.

    @ACTFibernet i live in new delhi badarpur boarder and i request your field technician to correct install the internet wire but they don't respond me and not take my words seriously even disconnected my phone in between of conversation your after purchasing services is worst

    @ACTFibernet Please provide an estimate time for resolution. We received a call from service person in morning hours and we were ignored untill evening with out lifting call he acts according to his convenience not as an customer support and rude behaviour.

    @ACTFibernet @ACT once again NO INTERNET CONNECTION. u guys are gttng worst day by day. So for all these crap service and no service can i deduct the amount and pay the bil next. Every week there is a problem with u r connection and this is my 2nd complain in last 1 week
