    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Guys in last 15 days I have raised the same complaint at least 7/8 times and have not received a resolution. Don’t commit a speed when you can’t provide it. #cheaters

    @ACTFibernet whats the point of having a customer support chat in the app if it shows "something went wrong Try again later" everytime I try to register a complaint. I've been trying to register a complaint for three days. But the app is useless and there is no other option also

    @ACTFibernet There is some serious issues wrt junction box and it is impacting the connection for 7-8 users from last 3 weeks. I have raised several tickets but not able to get a permanent solution for this issue. Technicians are only providing temporary solution.
