@ACTFibernet more than 48 hours since request for “internet not working” has been submitted. Today is Monday. Our work and children education is suffering. A year old connection. Very very POOR and DEFICIENT service. #Airtel is so so much better

@ACTFibernet Internet not working in our apartment since morning. Tickets raised but tentative resolution time is tomorrow morning. Multiple users got affected. In this kind of work from home situation we expect this kind of issue resolution to be done as soon as possible.

@ACTFibernet A temporary fix on the current outage is not what we are expecting. Your local POC are unable to solve this continuous outage. We need higher management involved this or you will loose whole connections from our apartment. Connection were so reliable a month back
