    @ACTFibernet This is what happens when you pay their bills on time. Told me that wifi would work after 9 , still not working and executive not picking the call. Amazing service just after i payed their bills.complaint no. 110657215523. I would like to know how to refund my pays.

    @ACTFibernet I think your customer care executives are trained to say that we’ll resolve this in priority but they don’t have any clue on what’s happening otherside. If you are not able to resolve the issue within timeline atleast give an update. It has become recurring issue.

    @ACTFibernet Your team is very irresponsible....we have tried calling them multiple times but they behaved very rudely... without solving our issue. You won't survive for too long in the market with this kind of attitude.
