    @ACTFibernet I'd complained (to nodal and appellate levels) regarding emails delivered to my inbox reminding me to pay the dues for the account that does not belong to me. Instead of resolving the issue my email id is blocked. Is this how you resolve complaints?

    @ACTFibernet called customer care so many time and every time they raise a request but refund is not processed. Copied Nodal officer as well on the emails but really no response from them too.quite disappointing experience with ACT

    @ACTFibernet Yes, the last issue got resolved. I am keeping my fingers crossed for the next downtime!!! And for your Mobile App - Its just waste of time. The earlier version was better to log complaints. Now the new one with #ChatBot is just useless piece of functionality for customers.
