    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

    Hi @ACTFibernet Bengaluru, wifi isn't working since 24 hours. Call waiting queue is 30+; told it would be fixed by yest, then 12pm today, and now 9pm. Can you actually update what's the issue? Realistic timeline to fix and don't give false hope. This is in Banaswadi area.

    @ACTFibernet , @ACTFibernetHYD .. It has been around 10 days since the internet service in my apartment has been down. I had raised a service request, but the resolution ETA keeps getting postponed to the next day, every day. This is extremely disappointing.

    @ACTFibernet My neighbours are using ACT without any issue how they are using why i am getting an issue. Your technician told me that my CS box has only one connection so they are avoiding my issue . am I not paying like them #needreplyonthis
