@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

.@ACTFibernet has the worst customer service among #broadband #internet providers in #Bengaluru. There's no way to reach them and you're entirely at their mercy. No connectivity for over 24 hours and no communication about it, except for of course bill payment reminders.

@ACTFibernet Thanks. I would assume not. But I'm having a permanent problem that's fixed once a week. My 100 Mbps nuron connection is right now faaaar superior to my 250 Mbps ACT connection which is not even trustable. @BarnitaB care to add?
