    @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The application shows you have 24/7 Support for service, Why is the issue is still pending after 4 hours of issue ? I'm getting bot replies when raising complaint.

    @ACTFibernet wht kind of harassment is this? I had confirmed your customer care 10 times stating I don’t need your service anymore and on 10th Aug I was frustrated and have sent email too but still I keep getting calls and they keep harassing me… #stop #harassment

    @ACTFibernet I relocated to Bangalore, raised for the new connection, the agent promised me it would be done by evening and convinced me to pay the full amount. After payment, it's been 2 days and no installation has been done. The agent not picking my call now. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet Till now my issue is not resolved and the technician is bluffing that he will come this late. I’m sure this is same as during the installation. Bunch of idiots.

    @ACTFibernet Fix your service in ahmedabad, every other day LOS goes red, your local technician is not lifting calls, doesn’t reply to texts and we have to wait 17-18 hrs for it to get fixed just to it going red again in few hours.

    @ACTFibernet Just look at my complaint history for routing/ ping issues, No other ISP had this level of worst customer service. Stop making false promises please.

    Other ISP pings are 8-15msms to chennai. Why is @ACTFibernet 28-30ms? And why don't you respond to issues? Other ISPs I've used atleast acknowledge the routing issue and give me an estimate to fix but @ACTFibernet is just ignoring the issue.
