Now, he is not picking calls.I don't understand how unprofessional is ACT FIBERNET becoming. No technician will carry ID Card.This is issue everytim

    @anantshri @ACTFibernet I haven't tested yet, though it is my understanding that a good number of hostnames in the list are blocked consistently by other service providers too, while other hostnames in the list are potentially blocked only by ACT.

    @ACTFibernet I don't know whether to laugh or cry. For the nth time your technical team is opening and closing the complaint as one related to speed. But if you read carefully, I have been harassed by your team that sent me SMS to downgrade my speed, sent me a huge bill and overcharged me.
