    @ACTFibernet 2 complaints were raised by in the last 1 week due connectivity issues... Im facing same problem most often. Unable to connect to ur cust care even. #worstservice from ur executives. If there is a problem in my area then why don't u fix it?????

    @ACTFibernet, hey you have the worst service in billing, I placed for a permanent disconnection 3M before, but still I am getting bills of ₹200 every month and it's automatically getting deducted from my account. I am fed up if calling ur customer care and placing for repeat

    @ACTFibernet of late your connection is having issues. Why so. Last month there there was network connectivity issues. Is your team incapable to provide uninterrupted services? @DoT_India do take note of repeating problems that is not being resolved permanently.

    @ACTFibernet U GUYS ARE FUCKIMG IDIOTS. I got a call from +918046503399 the person was more than an Idiot he said u have received the camera without even checking if it is delivered or not. Filing a complaint to Consumer court as you have not resolved my issue.

    @ACTFibernet FYI it was just a ring. I have called back and since I can't reach, I called customer care and informed the same. Again I require action and not willing to chit chat. Third time you guys are promising about action. I feel it as acting.

    @ACTFibernet This really has been a nightmare to get a new connection from you guys. Jul 28th the payment was extracted and till date the connection has not been installed. Now, I am requesting a refund and you still have a problem. I don't understand what exactly you want.

    @ACTFibernet billing team executive Mr.Karthik attended to address my issue but the ACTFibernet customer service team is worst in handling the situation... They are not trained to solve the issue.. He is openly treating me that he will disconnect the internet service.
