    @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

    @ACTFibernet You guys just take the advance money before installation and go in sleep mode. Nobody is responding, nor doing the installation, Useless customer care, they just raise the ticket and say it will be cleared today end of day at any cost but no work is done. #WorstACT

    @ACTFibernet As replied on email, already had a word with customer care executive on the first call itself. Didn’t had any miss call either. I depend on wifi calling and hence was grieving the suspension of network services, while the @NetflixIndia confusion had nothing to do with that.

    One of the worst Internet service ever @ACTFibernet I'm am trying to contact the customer support to fix the internet issue and all I am getting is a 24 hrs window from last week still the issue has not been solved. It's better to change the service provider to @reliancejio

    Dear @ACTFibernet, my Internet has been inconsistent since last three days and it gets disconnected again and again. When I try to complain over the call, your representatives are hanging up the call without even speaking or resolving the issue the issue. 1/n

    @ACTFibernet If you want to get frustated instead of getting service, choose #ACT. Its been 6 days after taking advance payment, no response from anyone , all site numbers and mails are useless , nodalofficers , all are sleeping with autoreply msg. #HeadacheActFibernet

    This is inspite of the fact that I had communicated 7 times on email and 3 times on phone support. Knowing very well that I had paid for year in advance @ACTFibernet is trying to be adamant. Their support is not allowing to move further, unless dues are paid. #Unfair
