    @ACTFibernet Thanks for resolving the complaint after 3 days. But I personally think that company should resolve complaints without customers being forced to use social media platforms... hope I need not to use such ways in future for the complaints resolutions.🤞🏻

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Waste of money. No proper customer and technical service. Our complaints will not get resolved on time.The technicians beg us not to raise complaints instead call them as they take care of that region. I'm facing connectivity issues every week.#REFUND

    @ACTFibernet Dear Act Get over from your low-grade customer service. If you do not pursue to give proper services then pls let me know. I will happily abort. Frequent disconnections are annoying and god knows why the hell you need so much time for resolution

    Hey @ACTFibernet I have raised a complaint for Internet not working yesterday 12PM and still no update has been provided to me yet. It has been more than 20+ hrs SR# SR11062763518852 Pls help in getting this fixed at earliest.
