    @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

    @ACTFibernet worst Internet service provider ever I have been charged for every sec and every minute. There is junction box disconnectivity from past 48 hours. I don't have internet for my work and I raised continuous complaints. NO One is responding to this properly.

    @ACTFibernet Very bad experience. your service engineer is randomly closing issues without resolving them....no internet when power is off....are we living in 18th century...issue on for more than 3 weeks

    @ACTFibernet your representatives are not at all responding and disconnected our internet connection inspite of repeated requests. The problem is on your side and you should solve.
