    Hello @ACTFibernet am not able to connect internet from 2days, raised a complaint but still not resolved the issue. Not even received call from technician's.

    @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet , I want to reactivate my connection soon, plg act on these issues ASAP. being the best ISP in Hyd this is not the expected service frm you. I paid for 6 mnths but didnt used it for 4 months, that is not an issue. Why did I got due amount though I did not requested

    @ACTFibernet we hav been reporting for almost 3 mths abt internet going off wen power goes off. Everytime we open a tkt, ur agent closes it w/o fixing. Nw ur agent keeps saying, 1 hrs, 2 hrs excuse bt not fixed yet. Ur box itself is inside our house. Fix it NOW or good bye ACT!

    @ACTFibernet @telecommunication and media ,we have taken act service for wifi service ,however service are poor and no customer service to resolve any customer issue on real time,service was delayed for three days ,no team is ready to resolve customer concern

    @ACTFibernet Raise a complaint and use for some time. This should be your advertisement . Connection lost again! Your system doesnt even recognise the error when it is down. Raising service req6 again to use for some more minutes. Pathetic

    @DoT_India @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Issue is not resolved yet. I have received a call from ACT billing team and explained my problem to them. They have said a discount of 200 will reflect in the bill in 48 hours but no signs yet. Is it a lie? I have call recording. I can share if needed!
