@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

@ACTFibernet Yes, The best internet provider -inmidst poor customer service , connectivity issues, hidden terms, worst plans. & please invest on some good customer executives. I am not in city 4r last 2 & half months, y did I receive the bill. Explain it.

@ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid amount on 2nd March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection. If I call the customer care, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Sometimes they not even pick my calls. Totally frustrated with this.

@ACTFibernet Your engineer asked us to host the junction box at our house AND pay for the electricity to 4 more houses. What kind of unethical **** are you people running?!! Call me immediately, I want a refund of our money I don't want your internet anymore.
