@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

@ACTFibernet You guys seriously need to stop promoting yourself as the most consistent Internet provider in the city. The number of times I receive issues of packet loss in a zoom call or an online game is intolerable. Really disappointed by ACT, waiting for Jio to reach me soon.
