    @ACTFibernet Your ETR was 8 pm and still the issue is not resolved. This was my apprehension. In the past also your team did not restore on time. You have wasted a day. If you had taken my tweet seriously, the issue would have been solved long ago.

    @ACTFibernet just finished speaking with your customer service rep Tejashri, and spent over 30 minutes trying to explain the issue. Despite my efforts, the responses remained generic—'sorry', 'will escalate', and 'a new ticket has been opened'—with no clarity on what’s actually wrong. 1/2

    @ACTFibernet I hold 2 accounts. At first I have decided to disconnect 1 account and called your call center informed about that. But later decided to not to disconnect the account and called to cancel the request and your rep told he has cancelled the deactivation request.

    @ACTFibernet I raised a request on 30-Jun-2025 to upgrade my plan from Smart Max 799 Monthly plan to Smart Mesh 6 Months plan and I also made a payment on same day. But i do not see any progress in this regard. Also app doesn’t show the service request for tracking.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet it’s more than 36 hours and no signs of getting my connection fixed. Could you let me know the process of refund? I just paid for 6 months. I would like to get my refund and move to a different service provider. I can’t stand with such a worst support
