@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

Again my home network on @ACTFibernet has stopped working. Again my number of calls can’t fix it. Honestly the worst experience. If I had not paid for a year in advance I would have cancelled the service immediately. Sick and tired of this.

@ACTFibernet , Facing severe speed issues. The package is of 150 Mbps but I don't even get 50mbps speed. Your chatbot is useless. There is no option to create a ticket from tbe app. Need this issue to be fixed immediately else give me a refund.
