@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

@ACTFibernet it's the 2nd month of using your Internet service but within a week there was a small issue which got resolved in 30 mins but it was attended after 24 hrs. Whole day went just in waiting. Today,in the 2nd week same TAT of 24 hrs given. Extremely bad response time.
