    @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @DoT_India Now the issue is resolved. But while activating the internet access. I had to call the techician back and reset the settings on call. Without even confirming the issue as resolved, ticket was closed. And made to pay the last month bill for which there is no internet. Resolve this

    @ACTFibernet Shame on you and your team. You continue to harass customers. Have been an unnecessary customer since 16 years. A reconnection request and I was made to pay on Saturday in a hurry and nobody shows up till date. Absolutely shameful. My mistake. I got Jio Airfiber. Thx

    @ACTFibernet Continuous internet fluctuations. Tickets close without any resolution. I had a lot of expectations when I chose your services, but it is a bad experience.

    @ACTFibernet – pathetic customer service. Internet is down again and this is a recurring issue. Your support team only reads from a script and provides no real resolution. Even the local branch is useless. Please fix this urgently or stop charging for a service you can’t deliver.
