    @ACTFibernet At the beginning of the installation only I already to the person to keep extra wire we need to shift to 3rd floor he did not do that also. When I trying to connect with the customer support IVR is directly disconnecting the saying raise request from @ACTFibernet app.

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with you folks, every day between 6:30pm to 7:30pm the internet goes off, even wired connection doesn't work. I have to raise a complaint and it gets resolved and next day same thing repeats and i have to reopen the service request.

    @ACTFibernet I don't understand which decade you're living in. Who takes 24 hrs to fix an internet issue? I have no internet since morning and this is the second time in the same week. On top of that you don't even have a well trained staff to provide a relevant response

    Hey @ACTFibernet, i am facing issue internet, this is the 10th time i am facing in last 2 months. Moreover the ticket i raised yesterday was supposed to be resolved by 6pm yesterday. There is no update as of now. This is how your service is. I am working from home and everytime

    @ACTFibernet This is how they are dealing with the customer no proper answer at the time to installation and looting the customer money without any reason. @airtelindia is the best arrange the wiring in my area to take your connection. In your service we also get landline also.

    @ACTFibernet that's the biggest scam going in delhi broadband I didn't received my security deposit refund customer care executive are illiterate and abusing plz a request everyone plz don't go for ACT ever
