@ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

So the service quality of @ACTFibernet had gone down from bad to worse. And there is no way I can cancel my subscription and get a refund. Almost whole of December and January I haven't been able to use it and am forced to take an alternate connection. @TRAI

@ACTFibernet The issue is already solved but with this kind of a flimsy infrastructure I don't think you can meet user needs. I don't see you scaling and competing with Jill. I'm a fan of your service but now I think jio fiber is going to walk all over you.

@ACTFibernet 16 hrs ongoing outage on SR10250889678962 and still no resolution. Why your service levels have become so deplorable off late! Are you indirectly forcing customers to opt out? Cuz we will. DM'ed details and still no response. This is the 2nd outage this month!!

@ACTFibernet every 10 days the internet goes off and your there is no immediate response. The standard response is they would take 48hours. In current situation where WFH is prevalent, is this good service on your part? Please find ticket no:SR10250902071622.!

@ACTFibernet I've raised a complaint on Thursday (SR No: SR10350860026342). Yesterday Mr.Rafiq and his assistant Hari Prasad has visited my place to sort the issue. But they've left the place the without even informing me and they also didn't fix the issue. This is unprofessional

@ACTFibernet I had raised disconnection request. Disconnection was done immediately. But no refund has been made. Its been15 days. I called the customer service team again. They are saying they have raised a new request and will take 15 more days. Iam really having pathetic time
