@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet your ground staff and service is pathetic. Name change has been submitted 9 days back and was asked to take new connection which was done and the issue is yet to be fixed.

Subscribed ACT fibernet hoping for good service, but unfortunately we have to raise complaint frequently for internet not working, and we listen their resolution time as 24hrs but they start working on the request after 24hrs please choose wisely. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet With reference to my subscription to Netflix and subsequent pending payment of Rs.449, I would like to state that during the month of September 2021 itself I wanted to cut subscription of Net flix and spoke to your customer care people around 17th September 2021.
