    @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

    @ACTFibernet ,Act fiber net have lot of of customers. they don't need old customers.Why because they don't solve complaints.and don't bother about customer service. irresponsible answers giving to customers.Account no..109015248494.

    @actinternet @ACTFibernet is the worst broadband service provider I ever came across. Every month it is the same issue persisting for around 3-5 days and it is a complete internet blackout. No proper technician, no proper service still charging so much amount, not sure for what!

    @ACTFibernet No:SR10264078099404 worst service provider ever. Every month you guys disconnect the internet saying junction box issue. High time to change the provider I guess. you guys are fit for nothing. Worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet the worst and most arrogant service provider. They do not provide pdf bills, want you to download the app. Horrible customer service, charge you even when service is down.

    @ACTFibernet How can you close an issue that is raised by a customer without the customer's consent? I raised an issue this Friday and It was closed on Saturday without my consent. And how come users don't have an option to reopen an issue? at least for the next 24hrs!!

    I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the horrendous behaviour of these people. Nobody has reached out to fix our problem. Extremely disappointing service from your end.The biggest mistake I did was switching from @ACTFibernet to @JioCare.I am so upset with this behaviour.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing packet loss issues for more than 3 weeks now, 4 times I have complained, 1 time I have called customer care also. I am not seeing any difference. Today I got the bill generated. When am I supposed to get a resolution?
