We've complained multiple times over the past 6 MONTHS with NO resolution! Terrible customer support. Please fix ASAP.

I hv a 500GB plan with @ACTFibernet ; don't know how I'm out of data in half a month. We just stream Netflix etc. Not much downloading. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Whenever I complain about the issue. No sure things get fixed, later it attains the same state. Like Act home page not opening and no internet or slow speeds in spite of having internet bandwidth.
