The most horrible customer service is @ACTFibernet. Raised issue last month and still in open state for most of the people. They even charging for closed accounts. Really worrying for choosing @ACTFibernet No one will be responsible for your issues

@ACTFibernet. I have a Act connection.i don't want internet connection for the month of June.i told your CC executive to disconnect.again to activate on July I have to pay 150 rs.This is how you are giving good service. For every request we have to pay isn't it. Pathetic service

@ACTFibernet This is the complaint no. SR1026188505732 I raised on MONDAY 11:30 AM . Your customer care executive told that it will get restored within 24 hrs but you took 54 rs to restore issue. Without informing me they closed the complaint better to go to Airtel.This s called worst service
