    I want to cancel ACT Broadband. I don’t want any apologies or scripted inconvenience caused message! I raised shifting request, nobody cares or called, i tried calling ACT call centre, no is busy all the time. I m switching elsewhere and made up my mind @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet everyday my net gets disconnected, randomly. I have to keep rebooting it. Called your guy thrice this week to fix it, but no one shows up! Can you please fix this issue! Your app feedback options suck as well!

    @ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

    @ACTFibernet, Internet down since 2 pm yday. Called customer care last evening & was told it’ll be fixed on priority. Almost 24 hours now and it’s still not fixed. Trying to contact customer care again & being put on hold for 5+ mins every time yet doesn’t connect to operator.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service and complaint not resolved. Completely false words by customer care and engineer Pradeep M Kumar has not come to location + call center doesn't know how to talk especially Akhil. It's more than 24 hours, none brothers. SR10235302428832

    @ACTFibernet USERNAME: 11444564;User ID: 1330516 - ACT SWIFT plan; Internet speed very poor; not able to buffer/stream even 480p videos; download speed 0.6-3.2Mbps (instead of 40Mbps); happening very frequently; Official ACT Android app not opening. Kindly resolve the issue.

    But Act depends on the customers electricity and the junction box always goes down, if electricity goes down. Hence the router does not work. This is not the case with other service providers. @ACTFibernet #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet I registered for a new fiber net connection 3weeks ago, next day Technicians visited and told we unable to provide connection to your area. They told that money will be refunded. But till today, I didn't receive my money. And no Answer from Customer support.
