I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.

Please have the same common sense in terms of providing the service. The internet is not working. Please work on that and then ask for the bill you use less service providers
