    @ACTFibernet your team is not helping me relocate my connection. Feasibility was done and now you want me to go the new location request tranfer using the app. Claim they you have this stricnt process and nothing can be changed. @JioCare @airtelindia any support ?

    @ACTFibernet facing slow speed issue. I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.

    @ACTFibernet I have been using act fibrenet for quite long. I have raised one issue (CaseId-20260418794842) almost a week back but till now no resolution. Even inhave asked the team to ask someone senior to give a call but till now no resolution. This is really disappointing.
