Act team is not responding to calls and have exceeded the timeline. Its been more than 15 days just to move internet connection

I had upgraded my plan to lighting in the month of March 2020,however only yesterday I was told by an ACT agent that the router I am having can get a max speed of only 100 mpbs.I believe this is clear case of cheating.
