    @ACTFibernet Breakdown in connectivity is becoming too frequent, no action is being taken to rectify ASAP. These days it is WFH situation, we are suffering and unable to complete assignments. Also unable to escalate the issue.

    @ACTFibernet With Extreme Frustration & humiliations to state that I applied for an ACT FIBER on 24th & we paid the fee in full for six months. Feel down & very disappointed. A Followup ends in an 24 hour promise that never materialised. Now asking for a week again delay

    @ACTFibernet Yes, it has been resolved. Thank you. But we see lot of connectivity issues and signal drops.. in our layout there are more than 30 connections and people started to moving to other vendors as the quality of act broadband gone down

    @ACTFibernet We got an ACT connection with Router on 8th Feb'21 & promised for a smooth service. Today one of the technical guy came & took the router back saying the connection doesn't include this service without any notice. Now they are asking me buy router to continue service
