I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.

We pay for a reliable internet service, not constant outages and endless waiting. Fix your network and stop making customers chase.
