    @ACTFibernet thinks they r bloody oversmart .My service request for termination n refund of deposit lodged on 11th Sept vide ticket No SR10245564134231 n they were supposed to act lol on it in 48 hrs.Scumballs start sending me sms saying " thx 4 reconnecting ".Terminate n refund

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by Actcteam, My brother has created a relocation of broadband connection within same area(1Km). Act team is not responding to calls and have exceeded the timeline. Its been more than 15 days just to move internet connection

    @ACTFibernet Ur customer service sucks literally sucks good for nothing services , I have been billed for Sony liv I never asked for paid services , thugs , cannot call centre ,crooks and thugs , u people will shut down , time to switch to reliance fibre

    @ACTFibernet Hi please check the complaint raised under SR10245545693662. I had upgraded my plan to lighting in the month of March 2020,however only yesterday I was told by an ACT agent that the router I am having can get a max speed of only 100 mpbs.I believe this is clear case of cheating.

    @ACTFibernet : Bengaluru- Reminder . Inconsistent connectivity and low band width super slow speed! Mailed, complained,you SMS as "Ticket Closed", Problem persists! Now time to call all! May I request all @ACTFibernet service suffered people to join? Do we pay for incompetence?

    @ACTFibernet I have been getting these type of messages in SMS,and then "Ticket Closed" Let's take this to a logical conclusion! Enough! Message like switch off for 10minutes,switch on...etc, are just waste! Any other subscribers of @ACTFibernet in Bangalore not having problems?

    @ACTFibernet the internet is down from more than 16 hours. Where you should provide better service. You are not able to resolve anything and there is no way to reach out to you. How I am supposed to work?

    @ACTFibernet SR10245621451642 request has been raised two days back. This has not been addressed since then. It is not the first time this is happening. Last time internet was down for a week. The CC number is always not reachable. Such pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 30 hours since we’ve not had WiFi. Any complaint lodged via phone/WhatsApp is not returned. Kindly look into this and get your act together. And this has been happening very often these days. #bangalore #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic!! Unstable and Slow internet of 15 MBPS speed for a 200 MBPS connection. Worst Customer Service. Internet isn't working for 36 hrs so far but no one has responded for repeated calls. They close the ticket without resolution.#crapactfibrenet #InternetinIndia

    @ACTFibernet No internet since Wed nite complaint raised Ticket No:SR10245491990182 it’s been more than 24 hrs no resolution in sight. Customer service is not helpful and arrogant providing false promise especially P Bhasker. Arrogance clueless.

    @youbroadband no internet since Tuesday. The engineer keeps saying they are fixing it but nothing. Having issues every week since a month. At least 1-2 days a week my net is down. I think it’s time to change my ISP @ACTFibernet please contact me

    @ACTFibernet USERNAME: 11444564;User ID: 1330516 - ACT SWIFT plan; Internet speed very poor; not able to buffer/stream even 480p videos; download speed 0.6-3.2Mbps (instead of 40Mbps); happening very frequently; Official ACT Android app not opening. Kindly resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet I am not sure after disconnect service still I am receiving invoice. I don't want any single mail or message to my mailbox or phone from act. Remove all my personal information from your database which is illegal without my acknowledge. Act id 102016952123
