But activate random plans and then your customer care personnel says they cannot change plan!! So are your promotional calls just to fool customer and lure them to reconnect?? I love act fibernet but this time it's really disappointing after smart network technology. From past 1 month it got network issue for almost 4-5 times and that's unacceptable in WFH days.
