@ACTFibernet Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze. Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 years now. Due to Covid I had disconnected . Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid .

@ACTFibernet ILLEGAL POWER CONSUMPTION BY ACT from my home before being a customer with ACT fibernet. The POWER WAS ILLEGALLY CONNECTED AND STOLEN WITH MY HOME ELECTRICITY AND ACT FIBERNET. Is there anyone from ACT team to resolve this issue. #ActFiberWorstCustomerService

@ACTFibernet You have been fooling arnd by saying there is issue in junction box. There seems to be issue with accessories that use . You might use low grade wires, servers which will be the root cause of the issue. Could you pls send me information on brand and quality of accessories #RTI

@ACTFibernet just to update - After almost 3 days later today technician has reached home and resolved the issue - just now. For to get resolution I had to go through consumer forms, draft mails and create twitter account which I don't use. BOTTOM LINE Inconvenient.GOOD BYE
