    @ACTFibernet I have been getting these type of messages in SMS,and then "Ticket Closed" Let's take this to a logical conclusion! Enough! Message like switch off for 10minutes,switch on...etc, are just waste! Any other subscribers of @ACTFibernet in Bangalore not having problems?

    @ACTFibernet No internet since Wed nite complaint raised Ticket No:SR10245491990182 it’s been more than 24 hrs no resolution in sight. Customer service is not helpful and arrogant providing false promise especially P Bhasker. Arrogance clueless.

    @youbroadband no internet since Tuesday. The engineer keeps saying they are fixing it but nothing. Having issues every week since a month. At least 1-2 days a week my net is down. I think it’s time to change my ISP @ACTFibernet please contact me

    @ACTFibernet Breakdown in connectivity is becoming too frequent, no action is being taken to rectify ASAP. These days it is WFH situation, we are suffering and unable to complete assignments. Also unable to escalate the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Already shared. Today also we dont have internet as your staff asked someone cut the wire as it was comi g in way of their construction. They asked them first to take the wire out and this is their response. The act staff told them i cant come without complaint and you cut wire.

    @ACTFibernet in the last 2 months I have raised 20+ complaints only for INTERNET NOT WORKING. Everytime they resolve it the issue again persists. And when enquired the issue is with the junction box majorly. Why can't you guys fix this permanently. It's a havoc to ppl WFH

Awful!
