I love act fibernet but this time it's really disappointing after smart network technology. From past 1 month it got network issue for almost 4-5 times and that's unacceptable in WFH days.

This type of service will cost huge due to WFH. It's really important and I highly rely on your network but I'm afraid it's not No.1 anymore for me.

They are not trained to solve the issue.. He is openly treating me that he will disconnect the internet service.
