    @ACTFibernet With Extreme Frustration & humiliations to state that I applied for an ACT FIBER on 24th & we paid the fee in full for six months. Feel down & very disappointed. A Followup ends in an 24 hour promise that never materialised. Now asking for a week again delay

    @ACTFibernet He told me to disconnect my connection If I'm not satisfied. His name is Sukesh I guess and he even raised a disconnection request. And the request no. is SR10243220758654. What kind of stupid service is this? Act Fibernet's reliability has gone to dogs! 2/3

    @ACTFibernet no rectification even after 3 days of lodging complaint about our broadband. Also shared my contact number. It shows your poor and pathetic service to the customers. How many days do you need to rectify ?

    @ACTFibernet Your team is not assisting me closing my ACT account. I called support team, they accept the call(after 20-30 minutes) and as soon as I say I want to close my account, they don't speak at all. I also waited for 10 minutes, but no response from your team. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet I have booked and PAID ACT Fibernet connection 6 DAYS ago and yet I haven't received any call from your side regarding the installation process and the customer service is not picking up the calls. Is this the service you are providing? City - Bangalore, no use mailing also.

    @ACTFibernet it's the same story.. After a great issue was resolved for 2 weeks. Issue is back, it's a dead connection. Internet is not working.. account number is 104540660625. As usual no response from TL as well.
