    @ACTFibernet I made a disconnection request on 29-Oct & was acknowledged over call & was confirmed by your service executive that it will be disconnected on 1st Nov. I moved out of the address on Sun, 1st Nov and also paid my last invoice on 16th Nov. Now why have I got a bill?

    @ACTFibernet Disconnected act connection a year before. Receiving calls for reconnection like 5 calls a day. Blocked like 15 mobile numbers. Receiving calls from different no. , complained in customer care already. Still receiving calls. So annoying.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 36 hours of internet disconnection just for name change on same adress and plenty of calls to customer care with no progress, I am wondering at such a pathetic service when Internet is so important. Disappointed # Act fibernet # worst service
