    @ACTFibernet Hi team. Today morning as well we contacted customers care, call was forwarded to sales team. But no one will pick call from Sales team and call gets disconnected. We have already paid amount and we have run behind you to get connection. This is pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet I upgraded to the special WFH offer and my 250 mbps connection is now showing 20 to 50 Mbps speed. Also, half the sites are not loading. Flipkart loads and Amazon does not. It is happening only on your connection. Please help.

    I want to cancel ACT Broadband. I don’t want any apologies or scripted inconvenience caused message! I raised shifting request, nobody cares or called, i tried calling ACT call centre, no is busy all the time. I m switching elsewhere and made up my mind @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi , Internet is not working since yesterday morning and I had raised a ticket yesterday itself but even after 24 hours of time , issue is not resolved yet. This is not the very first time I have came through this problem it been almost forth or fifth time in past.

    Have been an ACT Fibernet customer for more than 6 yrs… Was on a 6M +1M prepaid plan.. moved my house and ACT confirmed that connection is not feasible. Four more months of service remaining, but ACT is refusing to refund the balance amount… @ACTFibernet - poor customer service

    @ACTFibernet The issue has not resolved. It is very much there and case has been resolved after assurance from local technician that he will assist immediately whenever I face issue. I don’t think you can call this a resolution.

    Unable to work due to unreliable broadband connection from @ACTFibernet in my area for past few days. Keeps disconnecting. All my pleas to expedite a permanent solution has fallen on deaf ears. Technitians always offer lame excuses to repair the issue on time.
