I’ve had no internet for the past 72 hours at my office. Using @ACTFibernet , Ive called their customer service thrice till today and there has been no resolution. Complaint number is SR10228496631930. Pathetic services.

@ACTFibernet I am giving my feedback right here. Your issue resolution time is over 3-4 days everytime there is a downtime. This is not acceptable. I have paid for a certain period in advance that's why you guys are taking us for a ride. Next time i am not renewing with you. Thanks

@ACTFibernet your service is pathetic to say the least! The internet does not work half the month and when a complaint is lodged it works for a few hours before it stops again. Please resolve the issue before you lose a customer.

@anil_adigopula @ACTFibernet Nowadays, ACT’s service is becoming worst and some support persons are speaking harshly. I don’t about Airtel. Currently, My plan is for 7 months. Will check their service until my plan gets over. If it’s better at least for the remaining period, I’ll continue with ACT itself.

@ACTFibernet Without resolving the issue, the ticket has been closed. When I asked the reason for closing, team replied saying issue is raised with the reason payment is not reflected. But actual issue is different. Payment is reflected on same day. CSR's are not letting me to speak.
