@ACTFibernet I upgraded to the special WFH offer and my 250 mbps connection is now showing 20 to 50 Mbps speed. Also, half the sites are not loading. Flipkart loads and Amazon does not. It is happening only on your connection. Please help.

@ACTFibernet Hi team. Today morning as well we contacted customers care, call was forwarded to sales team. But no one will pick call from Sales team and call gets disconnected. We have already paid amount and we have run behind you to get connection. This is pathetic service.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD raised 6 tickets for a single issue. Customer service is closing the tickets without proper resolution and information. They have closed a new ticket y'day midnight without any resolution. I opened it today morning and again they closed it in 5 hrs.
