    @ACTFibernet Your Service request SR10176237972734 is expected to be resolved by 14-Jul between 09:00 to 13:00. Now I have wait till tomorrow! I need this fixed man.. urgently I can't keep my job aside i don't internet bill to use my hotspot

    @ACTFibernet had requested disconnection of service last week seeing how often the internet access goes down with ACT. I was assured by ACT engineers that this problem will not arise again, or at least that frequently. It has not even been one week and the internet is down again.
