    @ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issues since yesterday night. I raised SR10260167990072 in the morning. Still waiting to hear from ACT. In one month since joining, I have raised connectivity complaints many times. Let me raise police complaint.

    @ACTFibernet Yet another pathetic service exhibition from you.. Just after raising complaint few weeks back again we face slow Internet, buffering YouTube videos. Really couldn't tolerate the service interruption again and again and keep logging complaints Acc:102516514753

    I have taken a ACT FIBERNET connection on Saturday and asked to give urgent connection on same day or next day because we 4 people working from home now it's Tuesday this guys are not picking my phone pathetic service from ACT FIBERNET .@ActfiberC @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    Hey @ACTFibernet I have been complaining about the Internet connection problem from last 3 days. Every time whenever we call your support service team take our complaint and assure that they will arrange a call back from the technical team but they won't.

    @ACTFibernet u have charged me late payment charges; when your internet did not work for 2 days and there was no resolution where were you; I had notified you that will not pay bill unless issue is resolved; so the late payment charges are unwarranted; pls reverse this

    @ACTFibernet billing team executive Mr.Karthik attended to address my issue but the ACTFibernet customer service team is worst in handling the situation... They are not trained to solve the issue.. He is openly treating me that he will disconnect the internet service.

    ACT's technical guy has not contacted me yet. Had to cancel 4 plans because of just one installation process for Internet. Waited more than 6 hours from the time ACT promised me for installation. #worst #service #actfibernet @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I've tried calling the ACT service provider here in Koramangala through my two different numbers via network and whatsapp. He is just not picking up my calls. What a legendary service. Thank you for destroying first day in my new apartment.

    @ACTFibernet sorry to say that, very poor service experienced. Last 24 hrs no body attended the network issue. Called at least 20 calls to customer care. These kind of pathetic service we never thought of. Shame on you.

    @ACTFibernet I had raised my concern on 18th Apr till now the issue not resolved today I have received an email stating that your account will be suspended. If I call to customer care they will say we have escalated and you will get a call back in 4 hrs but now 4 weeks completed

    @ACTFibernet My user ID 102418330969 from Bengaluru. When we loose connectivity due to your fault why don't you automatically extend the date of subscription, is your rules not allowing for it. Soon after the subscription ends you know to disconnect, but don't know to fix any issues.👏👏👏👏
