    @ACTFibernet I have been reporting this issue for almost 4 months by now and no one is looking into this issue religiously. Also, complaints get closed without resolution or false commitments. Moreover, your escalation team and ground staff are helpless.

    @ACTFibernet The worst part is, above mentioned no is not reachable. Whenever I complain about the issue. No sure things get fixed, later it attains the same state. Like Act home page not opening and no internet or slow speeds in spite of having internet bandwidth.

    @ACTFibernet you guys have the most rude people who come to our house to try and "fix" the internet. They'll do half the job and leave. When we call back to tell them that it's still not working they say "it's so easy to fix why should I come to do it".

    @ACTFibernet I don't think you guys regret otherwise you would have rectified the issue. It's been 6 days. Every time I call call centre executive tells me he or she has forwarded the complaint.

    @ACTFibernet , Guys this is not acceptable, I have made a request to change address with relevant documents. It is almost a week and address is not updated. I called the customer care and everytime I am asked to wait 72 hours. What should I do to get my address updated.

    @ACTFibernet Am looking helpless now. I opted for a new act network connection last week Monday and paid 3700 for the plan & installation. The executive said a technician will come and install devices. But it's been like 8 days and no one has contacted me for installation.

    I think that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, @FinMinIndia should look into this @ACTFibernet along with my issue/complaint and act according to the Companies Act, 1947 & the Companies Act, 2013, and finally, give me justice according to Consumer Protection Act 2019. Thank You.
