@ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issues from last week or so and haven't received any resolution for ticket and support team is responding arrogantly as well, if this is the kind of service I would rather switch to other providers @airtelindia etc.

@ACTFibernet I paid for new connection for 6 months, they promised to install within 48 hours but it is not happened and there is no response from customer care who assisted me for payment. Please look into the matter. Need connection within 2 daya

@ACTFibernet I paid for 6 months , now representative came and told there is no box in your area, but customer representative told before it will take 48 hours now not responding and they are telling it will take more time may be 20 days. Need new connection faster

@ACTFibernet We have UPS at home. But internet does not work everytime the power goes off. We have registered multiple complaints and yet no response. We got a call saying the issue was resolved when the issue still persists. Not able to raise ticket in the app too. Pathetic.
