I’ve had no internet for the past 72 hours at my office. Using @ACTFibernet , Ive called their customer service thrice till today and there has been no resolution. Complaint number is SR10228496631930. Pathetic services.

@ACTFibernet your service is pathetic to say the least! The internet does not work half the month and when a complaint is lodged it works for a few hours before it stops again. Please resolve the issue before you lose a customer.

@ACTFibernet I do not think your team is looking into this. It's a power issue in the connecting fiber box which has to be fixed. The technician knows the issue just hasn't fixed it.
