    @ACTFibernet my internet has been down since May 27th. I raised a request to get this fixed and was intimated on the 28th that it would take 24-48 hours to be rectified. It's the 2nd of June now and I haven't recieved any intimation from your team and my internet is still down

    @ACTFibernet Respected Act , I wanted to change my existing plan of act blaze to act swift . I called the customer care and they informed that the least plan available is act rapid plus and said that act swift is completely removed.

    @iamkarthikkrish @ACTFibernet Glad your issue is resolved! I don't know where you are from brother, but here in Hyderabad, Beam Internet was acquired by ACT and everything went downhill. There were no issues with Beam, barring minor inconvenience issues. My issue got resolved after 3 days of no connectivity.

    @ACTFibernet I’m paying more (1368/month) even when airtel and jio is offering me with OTT’s as additional benefits. I refused their offers because I’m ok with ACT but today when service team called me and said that they cannot help me. I understood my mistake.

    @svchetan @ACTFibernet +1 same thing happened to me even. They are closing the Ticket without even any reply to us. Upon question regarding it to +919121212121 -> employees are rude and saying 'even if he reopens the ticket 10 times, it will get closed again without reply' 😡
