    @ACTFibernet how can your call centre guy can disconnect the call for selecting language Kannada. Don't be so rude with customer. Your mobile app is too heavy in size and very much not user friendly.

    @ACTFibernet after more than a week of paying and applying for connection, haven't yet received it. Also no follow up or updates even after repeatedly asking the customer care personnel to do s. Extremely disappointed

    @ACTFibernet internet speed drops down frequently and when raised a ticket the contact person asks us to play YouTube video and check speed test. For that moment it works. Later againthe speeddrops down. It hapend with customersupport executive multiple times. Userid:102656406176

    @ACTFibernet we have more than 15 ACT Connections around banglore when we Raised Request network services issues related very very delay so we consider this is a irresponsible service however pls improve in future and pls respond as possible shorter time

    @ACTFibernet No use, I spoke to ur customer care, they are not fit to fix the issues. It’s 5 days new connection, from day one getting 70MBPS with slow Internet speed for 300MBPS plan. I need immediate solution or refund the amount and disconnect connection. #ACTFibernetScam #ActWorstService

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet - this is heights of troubling the customer! I have been receiving endless calls to continue the connection when I have clearly stated that I want disconnection. Team, please escalate this matter, get my connection disconnected and provide genuine refund. Period!

    @ACTFibernet [2] I is beyond acceptable now. He told as you can’t close the ticket we are cutting your connection and removing the cable, this is after me paying for the connection and being a paid customer. At this point refund me and cancel my plan wil shift to another provider

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Clear sign that you don’t care about the 70 customers in our apartment. ACT management shows little concern for customer issues — the focus seems to be only on collecting money and pushing bulk recharges (3 months or more).

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct is a worst internet service provider in India. Every month, mostly one or two days his internet is breakdown. After the complaint ticket raise,12-24 hours take to restore the internet service. Every year, 15-25 days are non-working but charges full payment.

    @ACTFibernet Hello I have been using Act Fiber net since 3 to 4 yrs. But never I paid late but due to some unforeseen circumstance I could not pay on time due to that i have been penalized with RS 118/- Acc# 101591628104. Such a pathetic and worst service.
