@ACTFibernet Respected Act , I wanted to change my existing plan of act blaze to act swift . I called the customer care and they informed that the least plan available is act rapid plus and said that act swift is completely removed.

@ACTFibernet the service they provide is pathetic lot of issues in Bangalore with ACTFibernet. I don't suggest anyone to buy ACT. There is no coordination between there own team. Customer service representative hangs up the call. Field engineers not worth it. @ceoACTFibernet.

@ACTFibernet my internet has been down since May 27th. I raised a request to get this fixed and was intimated on the 28th that it would take 24-48 hours to be rectified. It's the 2nd of June now and I haven't recieved any intimation from your team and my internet is still down
