@ACTFibernet your service is pathetic to say the least! The internet does not work half the month and when a complaint is lodged it works for a few hours before it stops again. Please resolve the issue before you lose a customer.

@ACTFibernet Laidback attitude of support team, they think almost to the level that they are our boss. Complaints will be resolved when support team feel like working, until then have a backup plan for the internet. I'm happy that finally, the time has come to go with other ISP.

@ACTFibernet Third class service you are providing.. Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. Madhesh asked to cancel the plan as they were not helping.
