    @ACTFibernet I was wrongly fined for late payment of May where Rs. 100 is charging extra in bill of June. Provided details of transaction of May and even today the issue is not resolved after several reminders. Pls help to send the revised invoice of June.

    @ACTFibernet Ur Eng says I am getting erratic services bcz my neighbouring flat hs electric issues where ur junction box is . So 1.gv a separate connection with my electric source 2.gv me a bill only for the days it works 3. just discontinue ur services. is tht a big ask?? @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet I asked for refund of my security deposit as I disconnected connection on 1st September 2021. They didn't refund my money which said was refundable, still waiting for money. Your customer service is also not helpful, they only know to create ticket which not resolved
