    @ACTFibernet Day by Day your services become worst I am seeing the changes of SRV from last 6 years. Low speed issues every day but no response from Team. Never going to recommend your srv. Meanwhile I am removing server from my house which you guys installed on my roof top.

    @ACTFibernet facing slow speed issue. I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.

    @ACTFibernet You have been fooling arnd by saying there is issue in junction box. There seems to be issue with accessories that use . You might use low grade wires, servers which will be the root cause of the issue. Could you pls send me information on brand and quality of accessories #RTI

    @ACTFibernet SR10264756778914 was to be resolved by 06-May between 07:30 to 09:00AM. No contact from tech. I contacted ur tech Sunil/Srikanth yest after tht they have stopped answering my calls. Spoke to Ebenezer who is on leave. CC doesn’t pick up calls. Fix this ASAP
