    @ACTFibernet it's been more than 20 days since I have stopped using my act internet. You can also check this. The reason is I met with an accident and I'm no longer staying in bangalore. I already paid for 3 months. Please help me to cancel this and process the refund. 9889347143

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @ACTFibernet to Airtel CC, I've raised mutliple times to disconnect the connection but no support. FYI, I won't pay any bill from the date of this post and will take legal against if any bills is issue to me.

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad! Paid full amount for "urgent" connection. Technician came, said "box is full – other team will come". Waited entire next day with ZERO calls or follow-up. Had to chase them myself. They take money instantly but ghost on installation. This is unacceptable!

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely pathetic service! Paid ₹1749 for a new connection 4 days ago. Feasibility done, but zero progress. Tech says "not my job," sales rep ghosts my calls, & customer care feeds me daily lies. Is this how you treat new customers? Fix this NOW! Acc: 101796641414

    @ACTFibernet We had applied for an account transfer which was supposed to be resolved by the 4th of April and it's 8th today with no signs of resolution until now. I have called your team several times over the past few days and was able to connect only twice who assured quick resolution but nothing has been done. Since when did ACT become so inefficient in their work? Ticket ID: SR10279621346194

    @ACTFibernet It's the worst service of ACT fibernet, It's the 4th time in a month internet got disconnected. Every complain takes minimum 2days resolve. The details are attached for your reference 10feb , 9th mar, 24mar , 31 mar which is not resolved

    @ACTFibernet Just to let you know I got a call from your technician today from (+91 91540 95438) he was insisting in closing a ticket and his team lead spoke with me and told we can’t give the router and said to close the currently open tickets, he was rude and speaking in harassing tone [1]

    @ACTFibernet Extremely poor service and worst customer care. We stay in Hauz khas Delhi and ACT outage has become a norm. Suffering on monthly basis. Please do something quickly and permanently ACT
