    Hy @ACTFibernet is very rude behaviour from your team leader Sachin saxena he is not showing any interest in resolving my issue and also not answering calls inspite of all these he is misbehaving with me . I have paid 2244 on 27 Jan my plan has started but no one has contacted

    @ACTFibernet Installation for a broadband connection is due this afternoon and am clueless as no technician has contacted me. Have paid money and provided all documents. Spoken to customer care 4 times already. Do you even care for customers? @consumerforum_

    @ACTFibernet Your tech ppl saying there is issue with router. You need to upgrade it to wifi 6 router for which i need to pay extra 4k or 5k. Tell me why should i pay while pitching the sales you guys didnt mention anything.

    Really easy disconnect, reconnect service with @ACTFibernet. On other hand, Airtel broadband will close the entire plan and delete all data from app. To restart, a whole "new installation" has to be done with new router etc..
