@ACTFibernet This same kind of reply I am getting from last one month...I have made hundreds of calls and raised hundreds of service request, but customer service people are keep on forwarding the call or disconnecting or giving false commitment of ticket resolution. Really tired of followups

@ACTFibernet It’s been 8 days since I made a payment for a New connection for 6 months.Some persons has contacted me and told they need to install a box.After there is no reply.Every time I contact the customer care they are saying it will be done In a day.Absolutely ridiculous.
