    I have an unresolved concern from @ACTFibernet call center. When I initiated my relationship itself I referred around 2 people and then then three months down the line around 3 more.

    @ACTFibernet 102651249464 paid for act storm pack 3 months plus wifi. Not even a month and am invoiced with 683 amount. Waiting time of your customer service is so long that I feel like am traveling to moon. Sales guy says issue is with billing dept and not my problem. Poor coordination.

    @ACTFibernet I have paid my bill on 14th payment debited from my cc but not reflected in the app.. raised ticket immediately they said 72hrs wait time now I've got conn suspension message...worst payment gateway sys and finance team.

    Having a horrible experience with @ACTFibernet. I’m not able to access internet for more than a day now. They’re unable to address the issue and no update whatsoever. Worst customer service who don’t have anything to say about the issue.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic customer service. Chat support gets closed. The number of people in queue is 30 always. No response from email. ACT should be penalized for their irresponsibke service

    @ACTFibernet Please note that we are working from home and need a reliable internet for the same. If you can’t keep up your quality then I would request you to just cancel my subscription and give me money back so that I could go with another network

    @ACTFibernet I've just got an SMS stating that the service will be restored by 7:30/9pm. You've switched off the svs almost the whole day on a Sunday! Now, when it comes to getting the bill paid you keep blabbering twice each day 15 days prior to the due date. What about service?
