It has been 3 months since I am trying to disconnect my @ACTFibernet but no luck. To add to the misery, they keep on charging me invoices when I haven't used their service. Earlier it was only a 600 bill so I was not caring but now they have changed my plan and billing me 2400.

@ACTFibernet I'm unable to reach to your customer care from morning. Called up an engineer, Vijay at +91 XXXXX 26467. He says he will visit by residence to check by noon. Not the kind of service I expect. #Disgusted
