    @ACTFibernet able to connect to the wifi but no internet. Facing this issue since yesterday 11:00pm. Raised a ticket but no update. Why do you claim to provide resolution with in 24 hrs. If you aren't capable of doing so.

    @ACTFibernet You people take 72 hours to resolve any issue! Worst internet connectivity with drops every now & then, no matter the plan!! And on top of that, you charge 'late fee' without any intimation!!!! @JioCare and @airtelindia, please extend your broadband services in areas

    @ACTFibernet 1. Never expected this kind of experience from you. Yesterday I have registered one complaint at 11am because my internet was not working since morning and again I called 3 times to customer care and requested them to get it resolved before 5pm.

    @ACTFibernet I am a stupid so I did choose @ACTFibernet . There are other providers who are giving the resolution with in 3 to 4 hrs. Just because of WFH we are taking broadband connection and just bcoz of you guys we need to take unnecessary leaves. #actfibernetpoorservice

    @ACTFibernet hi team, you cust rep agent are not trained well, when i asked him few questions from ur policy he says that he thinks it is the policy an dhe is not sure of it, i have paid extra money to act and i was to cancel service and he says he think I will nt get the money??

    Terrible customer service from @ACTFibernet . Have tried cancelling my additional value added service subscription for months yet they don't respond to calls or emails.
