    There was a two day camp in society only to fix issues. It seems @ACTFibernet is not serious and we need to onboard some other provider as well. All details already provided via message please check you inbox and let me know if you can’t fix it permanently on urgent basis

    @ACTFibernet Raised a plan upgrade request ~10 days ago. Spent the last 4 days chasing customer care and all I’ve gotten are blatant lies-“resolution in 24 hrs.”No ticket. No escalation. No follow-up. Just empty promises and zero accountability. Your customer service is pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet Madhapur. Repeated outages for a week, temporary fixes, and constant pressure for closure codes instead of a permanent solution. Ticket closed internally without my consent(SR10178870816834). Is this customer care? @ACTFibernetHYD
