Hi ActFiber Chennai @ACTFibernet , I have been facing network connectivity issues for the past week. Already 2 tickets are raised SR10377773198214 and SR10377833707594. But just new issues are popping up. Now there is a network speed drop. Can someone look into this ?

@ACTFibernet Internet has been down all day yesterday, no response from the engineer even after multiple calls, no call back or the correct ETA. The ticket still shows Nov 5th 9PM as the resolution time, but issue is still not resolved. SR10377827601924

@ACTFibernet I might going to deactivate your **** connection and switch to airtel or jio I also going to move from Chennai and i got my internet disconnected midnight 1 am now time 9.40 am still the issue hasn't been resolved and i have called customer care multiple times 🙏

@ACTFibernet it's over 12 hours ,my internet connection hasn't been restored. My next door neighbour,and people around me ,having act fiber are not facing this problem. To rectify one person's issue why such long time is being taken???
