    @ACTFibernet It is third time this month that we are facing an issue with the internet connection. It takes more than 24 hours to resolve the connection. It is frustrating for people working from home. After 7 hours of raising the ticket, there is no reply from support team.

    @ACTFibernet The speed is becoming worse by the minute and it’s appalling that no one has bothered to rectify the problem in spite of your tweet saying that we will get this sorted! I think it’s time to disconnect all my connections with ACT and move to another operator.

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working. Service Requests closed without resolution just to show the dashboard green. Faced this multiple times. Currently, ACT Fibernet ticket SR10265430269524 has been reopened for same reason. Highly unethical/unacceptable l behaviour from ACT!

    @ACTFibernet Very poor customer service. My internet is down since Monday and there has been little effort taken by your staff to fix the issue. No one even bothered to call until yesterday when I decided to cancel the subscription. Ticket No SR10365403886424.

    @ACTFibernet Again your system went down within a week, can't you guys provide a stable service. Your service support is pathetic You mislead people with 24*7 service, the only 24*7 support is your automated mobile app which just generates tickets that's it. No process,No support,No followups

    @ACTFibernet I am facing problem with internet connection. For installation it took more than 7 days. within 3 days i got issue. to resolve it, took 3 days. again within 3 days got issue. customer service people disconnecting my call. Now i dont want your service.

    Hey @ACTFibernet... Is the wifi down today in Secunderabad area due to the rains.. It's been nearly 21 hours since the wifi has been down... Kindly tell when the wifi services will be active again
