    @SRahaven @ACTFibernet ACT is useless we-better switch to Hatway , ACT guys don’t solve the issue but close the complaint saying resolved and we have to open it again waste of time and money

    @ACTFibernet Its been 5 days since cyclone crossed but still your team is citing cyclone as an excuse for my internet unavailability. ETA keeps changing and customer care is promising timelines which they won't keep up.
