  @ACTFibernet Our internet not working for 4 days now. For 3 days we complained on WhatsApp newACT , we get msg that complaint registered. No action taken till now and today when we again tried to register a complaint the msg says no account exists with the mobile no. Bad

  @ACTFibernet The support person checked and confirmed yesterday that the device needs to be replaced and he will replace it by this morning but till now no response. It's 24 hours without internet!! Why need more than 24 hours to resolve the issue when you already know how to fix the problem

  @ACTFibernet Frequent internet interruptions since last week at Patelguda, Ameenpur, Sangareddy. Complaint Ticket No. SR10180229931764 still unresolved. Kindly fix the issue and provide stable internet immediately.

  @ACTFibernet Trying to make a payment in your app and this full-screen Zippy ad pops up right in the middle, making it almost impossible to proceed This is during the critical payment step! Really poor design choice by your team. Kindly remove/block such popups during transact
