    @ACTFibernet Earlier, your tech support team used to close tickets after resolving the issue. It is a different matter that the issue would occur again after a few hours/days. But what they did today is completely unacceptable. They closed my ticket without a resolution.

    @ACTFibernet The complaint number SR10156475473792 has been re-opened. Please provide the internet service as soon as possible. The internet service got disconnected 3rd time in a week. Very bad internet service. Internet off for 28 hours.

    @ACTFibernet hi guys your sales team is one of the worst . I have paid for 6 months of connection. They just came for checking and they said no boxes are available for connection and they just left I mean is this even a way to treat? If you don't have interest in doing business
