@ACTFibernet If u r not able to handle issues related to the addon services like Zee5 etc. Plz don't suggest buying these subscriptions from ur App. It is just a waste of time for the users. Also it is reducing the trust/value customers are having on ACT.

@ACTFibernet Multiple Issues with ACT internet is not resolved.Even after multiple tickets raised, worst service from ACT.If you don't resolve the issue, I will be taking this issue with all highest officials of ACT and your CEO Mr.Bala Malladi by End of Day.

@ACTFibernet Really have frustrating customer care team where they cannot even generate a simple monthly receipt and send even after following for 1 month with them. Only the best thing they can do is raise new ticket and disconnect the call.
