    HI @ACTFibernet my internet has not been working since 1 am and I already logged a complaint but it is not fixed yet. What services r you providing to customers . If it is not fixed within 1 hrs I will generate a disconnection request and switch to other service providers.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Resolution time for any issue is very slow Its more than 24 hours.This has been repeating continuously.For Internet issues the time frame taken by ACT technicians is not at all acceptable. 2 to 4 hours agreed Loc: Vijayanagar Colony Pincode: 500057

    @ACTFibernet We are not able to escalate in the Mobile app ticket. That is not a good customer experience for us.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The service has been extremely disappointing. I paid for a new connection four days ago, but it still hasn't been installed. I've been repeatedly calling to follow up, yet there has been no progress. Is this how new customers are treated?

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for response, I got a stating issue with junction box. All other folks in my apartment has Internet. How come only one flat has junction box issue? Please fix the issue rather than giving lame excuses. I will be moving otherwise

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Still, the internet is NOT restored. pathetic service and not at all acceptable resolution time.Its high time that we residents of Vijayanagar colony need to shift to another service provider ASAP.

    Hi @ACTFibernet After two month of closing connection,my port activated raised bill, then revert it after complaint,Now after 3 months of router handover, agents reaching from various numbers. May i know what you expect from customers, when you stop them reaching? #actfibernet
