    @ACTFibernet I am trying to connect customer care service but response is very poor.Trying to retrieve password... voice call telling that UserId and password sent to your registered mobile number but I haven't received any..I tried several times but same response and no action

    @ACTFibernet Yes, it has been resolved, Thank you ! However, the ETR was around 22 hours & that too I had to call the support team back to back & also visit the local service team which has no clue abt my issue until I showed them my ticket Id. You need better communication & also reduce ETR
