    @ACTFibernet Hi ACT, I need my refund since your service has stopped in Delhi. I have been following up from last 28 days but no one is resolving this issue. Just received a call from your customer care but the person was so rude and didn’t solve the problem again.

    @ACTFibernet I don't know the account details properly but Government city college hyderabad is facing this issue and we work in this college account details are with other employee but internet issue is regular atleast resolve this issue by tomorrow morning @ACTFibernet

    Hey @ACTFibernet, worst service ever. Internet’s been down for 4 days. Techs come, do nothing, call to ask if it's working, and 2 hours later it's dead again. Same ticket reopened 3 times. I’m done. Come and take your device back. I don’t need this connection anymore. #JioFiber

    @ACTFibernet suffering from disconnection of internet from past 4 days, resgister complaint through app about this but nor solution till date, refund my money as i don't want to continue with your services anymore.

    @ACTFibernet we have Act internet for the complete building of Government City College Nayapul Hyderabad but we regular internet cuts for whole day we didnt receive internet today completely though we complained pls solve the issue within hour or less after receiving complaint
