    @ACTFibernet 1/2 @ACTFibernet Ticket #SR10780641795744 was raised because my internet has been constantly dropping throughout the day, severely impacting my work. A technician assured me the issue would be fixed, but the experience has only become more frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet I have been following up with ACT on an open case SR10380613665854.Have sent details & my location map in DM.ACT Engineer spoke promising to reconnect but it was not done despite repeated follow up.I have GX installation & have NO dues.Need HELP/connection URGENTLY.

    @ACTFibernet I've been a customer for 12+ years, paying ₹12k+ yearly for a 200 Mbps plan and ₹62k+ over the last 5 years. I'm told free router upgrades and better wiring are only for new customers paying same amount.Why are loyal customers treated differently? Clarity.

    @ACTFibernet u disconnected the phone while I was raising complain abt your internet. Every week your internet doesn't work. @jagograhakjago terms and conditions take money for 6 months but we face issue for weeks and no help. Is this how consumers are dealt with ? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet What is the ETA? I have been using ACT for more than 10 years and looks like support has degraded to lowest these days. Let me know if you can fix it or will go for @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare. You need 8 days to fix the issue?

    @ACTFibernet is the worst service provider ever, week back itself I bought there fiber network since then I'm facing issues yet no-one is responding service & engineering are so arrogant they don't reply nor takes your calls.. I'm regretting now

    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet account 101003959349 of Sai AE Broadband is not working for the past 2 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Bill paid three days ago via Order ID: 407-2704380-0659516. Poor service... 👎👎👎

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet My Account still reflecting the same Rs. 800 overdue? You teams are just busy closing the tickets but not solving the issues? Can anyone take responsibility and close it completely? Or I will close the issue by closing the account i think then we would completely close the issue
