    @Moneypurseadv @ACTFibernet It happens very frequently. I used to raise minimum 2 complaints monthly. I still see they gave still not changed on customer service front. This is the only reason I swichted to jio.

    @ACTFibernet Please do not call the customer or send any team members. There is no problem at the customer site. Just now speed is back to normal. Pls sort the problem from your end.
