    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct How do I talk to agents on Help? I get only automated responses and i responses? @AshwiniVaishnaw Ji there shud be an option for all contact centers to allow customers to chat with humans. Even after paying money, we are forced for this #bullshit

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @ACTFibernet to Airtel CC, I've raised mutliple times to disconnect the connection but no support. FYI, I won't pay any bill from the date of this post and will take legal against if any bills is issue to me.

    @ACTFibernet [2] I is beyond acceptable now. He told as you can’t close the ticket we are cutting your connection and removing the cable, this is after me paying for the connection and being a paid customer. At this point refund me and cancel my plan wil shift to another provider

    @ACTFibernet Just to let you know I got a call from your technician today from (+91 91540 95438) he was insisting in closing a ticket and his team lead spoke with me and told we can’t give the router and said to close the currently open tickets, he was rude and speaking in harassing tone [1]

    @ACTFibernet Broadband connection down since yesterday. After raising complaint I received SMS saying it would be fixed by 9 PM but it was not resolved. This morning I received another SMS extending the ETA to 1 PM. Really disappointed and no communication from the engineer.
