@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD : no internet since yesterday morning. Issue was supposed to get resolved by 10 am today. No call or feedback from ACT team. Terrible service and customer values. Should I disconnect service and switch to another service provider? May have to.

@ACTFibernet very poor internet connection at Basavanagar,pathetic service. Bengaluru-560037 from the past one week. Despite calls and follow up with the support staff no action taken yet. They didn't even bother to answer our calls. Clear case of deficiency in service.

@ACTFibernet most unprofessional service ever, taking advantage of the monopoly in the locality where I reside, no scheduled appointment for new connection, and I see only the complaint tweets from the customer. No ethics , no respect and value for customers time

@ACTFibernet Your customer service guy is a real hero. When I requested to give a connection he told it is not feasible at this location. Next day after I took jio he was spamming me with phone calls to take a new connection. I had to shout at him & then he sent an SMS to refer my friends.
