    So my @ACTFibernet connection is working very slow and realised that they have changed the support chat flow and now there is no option to complain for slow Internet speeds. Why do these guys do this!!

    @ACTFibernet absolutely ****** service in Chennai. Raised ticket for shifting connection and no response from your customer service though service shifting was promised and was delayed by more than a week.
