    The ACTFibernet seems to enjoy connecting with the subscriber and the moment the subscriber raises a query about the bill, the internet service provider disconnects the call. They do a lot of "Appearing & Disappearing ACT" (pun intended) but never sits to resolves queries.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised issue with nodal officer and still no respons we willgo to Appellate Authority and post trai department. It's will cost you a lot. Because customer suffered because of your in competence

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service from ACT. No body takes ACTion and are very irresponsible. My internet is down for the last 8 hours, till now no response even though I spoke to n number of people in this organisation
