    In our apartment, it has become an everyday thing for @ACTFibernet Internet to be down. Every single day. For the entire apartment. Consciously weaning humanity off from the internet may not even be their motive; just plan incompetence.

    @ACTFibernet I applied for new connection in B Narayanpura Banglore. And it's been 5 days no one has come for connection. Sales guy Venkat 9731100224 is not picking my calls. Looks like all SCAM. What a pathetic service. I want my refund.

    @ACTFibernet got this wifi recently. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. In 1 months two times the wifi stopped working. Please don't make the mistake of getting this wifi. Have Airtel as well. Have never faced the same issue with Airtel.

    @ACTFibernet What is the use of app i tried nearly 10 times after entering aadhar OTP is not coming out ... What is the use of kyc you send your executive after installation you can take it right ... First time we already given when we installed first time ..worst app

    @ACTFibernet The sales executive team promised to get my new connection within 2 days of the payment. But, after making the payment no one is responding and the customer service is so pathetic. They're not providing any resolution within the call. Very horrible experience.

    @ACTFibernet Internet service is pathetic. Facing service issues frequently and hard to reach customer care. Since the last 3 hours internet service is down service engineer is not responding and his mobile is switched off.
