    @ACTFibernet : Dear ACT customer support, I paid my due bill on 13th Nov for the monthly bill cycle Oct15-Nov15 cycle . Amount is debited from bank account but transaction seems to have failed. Can you resolve this? I can provide my details in your inbox.

    @ACTFibernet I think we wrongly suggested ACT Fibernet.Till now no response. If we make bill payment delay will you accept?. Now past three days we don't have connection. Will this be deducted in our bill value no right? But we have to accept this. This what your service

    @ACTFibernet Sadly, we had another issue which got resolved few mins back directly by your engineer. So right now it was more than 24 hrs that my Internet was down.

    @ACTFibernet again internet not workin ..I think it's obvious that once or twice in a month internet will not work for 2 to 3 days ....yet you people take your own time for resolution

    @ACTFibernet I have raised an issue on Thursday and my ticket number is SR10363451851924. Till now no one contacted me to address the complaint. You guys have pushed to think about getting secondary internet connection from different service providers. @ACTFibernet
