    @ACTFibernet And it get worse!!! Mr. Ravi and Mr.Suresh Babu from ACT say it does not matter if they don’t provide the service ACT’s ‘policy’ has changed to increase the price of plan that was already sold and not comply with the agreement sold. And to also not provide a refund. #unethical

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for your response. Your representative called me around 9 am and mentioned she will expedite, but still the issue is not resolved and technician has not contacted.Request you to please prioritise & fix the issue as there is no Internet since yesterday and I cannot work

    @ACTFibernet The very annoying thing is the customer service which says something and does something as been a 5 years customee this is the worst thing i face ever to contact to your customer care
