    @ACTFibernet Your customer service keeps closing the service request again and again. Looks like they are not even interested in installing the router and just wanted to sell a more expensive plan. Very disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Earlier, issues were resolved within minutes after a call—now there’s no way to even speak to a support executive.I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and only received repeated apologies. “Sorry” isn’t a solution.

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet, I’ve waited for several days with no resolution, and the inconvenience has caused significant loss to my work. It’s disappointing that a leading ISP struggles to handle technical issues promptly.

    @ACTFibernet it has been 5 days without internet, service provider not even responding. Your product is good but the customer service the worst. I will change to other providers in couple of month bye. My ticket SR10876153218464. Resolve it quickly as possible @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet I raised a request on 30-Jun-2025 to upgrade my plan from Smart Max 799 Monthly plan to Smart Mesh 6 Months plan and I also made a payment on same day. But i do not see any progress in this regard. Also app doesn’t show the service request for tracking.

    @ACTFibernet I hold 2 accounts. At first I have decided to disconnect 1 account and called your call center informed about that. But later decided to not to disconnect the account and called to cancel the request and your rep told he has cancelled the deactivation request.
