    @ACTFibernet what a disappointing service you provide. 5th day and no internet. And in last month probably I have raised complains every day but it is same every next day. Emailed to higher authority but they are not responding. Called local reps, no one responded. Just wow!

    @ACTFibernet From the Last 4 to 5 Days .. Internet is not working. ..and Company Told us .today it will be done...Everyday they were Gave same answers...Many provider working ..And they told us that Fiber cut due to Uttrayan .. Still problem going on..Worst service...

    @ACTFibernet with reference to my earlier tweets,act didn't solved problem yet,my wifi is not working since 14 jan,they are useless and non responsive people.just verbal no 1 and best service by them but ground reality zero,they are looting people by taking money and no service

    @ACTFibernet Within 20 day ACT Fibernet suspended my connection though I have paid 3 moths amount in advance. Nobody picks up the call in ACT Fibernet. Their App say you have not paid the monthly amount. App does not take the complaint until you pay

    Things people say when they are frustrated with customer service. "Shut things down". @ACTFibernet took it literally and replaced customer service with a bot who closes your requests after 10 hours with no action. They closed my complaint 3 times with no action.
