@ACTFibernet has the worst customer service ever. I asked about my charges and the representative kept repeating about the plan I've took and didn't actually told me why they debited 2000+ Rs. from my account. It's like she was on loop kept repeating the same thing.

@ACTFibernet I got a new installation on 14-Nov. I paid the full amount for 3 months internet and router as pitched by sales, now after just 45 days my connection has been suspended stating unpaid dues, raised multiple complaints over the past 15 days but no help.acc 101663469479

When I asked @ACTFibernet to connect with me with a senior representative, she told me that she isn't free on Sunday. I was like what? Is this a joke or something? I'm really fed up of the customer service. Uninstalling @ACTFibernet as soon as my credit ends.

@ACTFibernet My internet not working since yesterday evening. I have raised service request regarding the same. At first, i have been given ETR at 03:00 Pm today then ETR was revised to 09:00 Pm today. ETR crossed but issue still unresolved.

when you reject any service the service provide @ACTFibernet ask the reason, Ok we are supposed to explain. But continuously daily who ever represent @ACTFibernet calling and are we there to explain? who ever calling from @ACTFibernet. Worst marketing technique.
