  @ACTFibernet Due to emergency for WFH I had raised request via wts app to have ACT internet connection done the same day. The agent urged to make the payment and promised that she will deliver the services same day and as said a person came enquiring the same.

  @ACTFibernet Experiencing worst services from you. Yesterday subscribed your service. In the morning there was no service. Complained for the same resolved after 4hours. Then again the same problem. What's going on??? Is this your sevice in chennai???

  @ACTFibernet My Internet connectivity is down since yesterday, stereo type response from customer support that issue will resolve in 24 hours. In this day wfh is new normal. ACT respond immediately and restore my connectivity immediately and also refund amount for downtime
