Raise a disconnection ticket, process pro-rata refund, and stop billing from 2 May 2026. This is my official confirmation.

You are telling “back online” — which is completely false. This is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP or escalate to someone who can actually resolve it.

Your customer care sucks and cannot provide any solutions. Your app sucks it doesn't connect me to anyone useful. Eat shi
