    @ACTFibernet please stop giving canned answers and shut customer service desk…making false promises and wrong resolutions. When your engineers restored connection to my apartment t they ignored mine and been pushing resolutions time without answer.

    @ACTFibernet internet down from 2 days, cannot contact the field engineer to know more. The customer support call never connects. Being a loyal customer from 8 years time to switch away from ACTFibernet and move to some other better internet service provider. Absolute failure ACT

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is your service is working or not. No one responding about my internet issue. Ticket raised on 19-08-2025.. still unresolved issue

    @ACTFibernet Give proper training to customer care executives. Teach them how to speak politely to customers..? I have not been able to access the internet for the last 3 days. Whenever I call customer care, they speak very rudely. My AcNo.101009029022 SR10176706650754

    @ACTFibernet My internet is still down, despite ETR of 9:00 PM IST (Ticket ID: SR11076745808204). This is the 2nd outage in 4 days, and previous fixes took longer than promised ETR. Poor service is causing me losses. Fix it on time or let me know to switch ISP! #ACTFibernet
