@ACTFibernet worst service it is. Disgusting, this is 4th time in this week. Facing internet not working issue from past one year. Facing it Weekly once, but now weekly thrice. We can't continue with this type of service you give.

Service of @ACTFibernet is not up to the mark....my Internet not working from today 5.30 pm. Customer service told they resolve in 2hrs but now they raised ticket and saying they will solve by tomorrow 6pm...🙁

@ACTFibernet I raised a connection shift from Chennai to Bangalore on the 22nd Oct. The Chennai connection was disconnected immediately but I've been trying to follow up for reconnection in Bangalore since 25th and have received no resolution.

@ACTFibernet Aug 2022 i called your customer care and asked to disconnect my line you didn't do,and now keep sending SMS threatening of action. Also calling from different numbers and say that your previous amount will be waived off. Hello i don't have any pending bill.Mind it.
