    @ACTFibernet Absolutely appalling experience with ACT Fibernet! Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unresponsive. Despite multiple follow-ups, issues with refunds and router pickup remain unresolved. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Avoid this company at all costs!

    @ACTFibernet There's an issue almost every week. Lost my internet today early in the morning, but the app does not work properly to raise a complaint. Please resolve this by today. Ticket is SR10176060566474.

    @ACTFibernet I’ve been experiencing frequent internet disruptions lately, and today there’s been no connection for over 5 hours. The support ticket states resolution between 19:30–21:00, which is quite delayed. As someone working from home, this severely impacts my work.

    @ACTFibernet , How long I need to wait for the issu SR10376058302434 to be fixed. The switch is being set off from the Location as they are not being paid for the box from their premises. Again and again the issue seems to be arising and your team is not taking it seriously.
