    @ACTFibernet its been a while (6 months)complaining about multiple speed drop & fluctuations but seems there's no mechanism to check the repeat complaints from customers.technician just want to close the ticket rather closing customer issues.150 mbps plan suffering with 35 mbps.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider for internet services. Plan is for 150 mbps while speed achieves is less then 2 mbps even after using wifi extender

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issue since yesterday and it's still not resolved yet despite of getting message that it would be resolved by 8 pm. Have not received any further update. Very pathetic customer service.
