    @ACTFibernet the issue from yesterday still persists and you have closed the ticket. Why do have a customer support team if you want to close the ticket without talking to customers?

    @ACTFibernet it's been more than 3 days since there is no internet. What's the status? SR10457342661862 Account number 104540660625. Worst ACT. I sincerely request all not to opt for ACT for broadband.
