@ACTFibernet So you are going to make it round and round to resolve a refund of sub 1000 rupees. Write to u and then write to support email and answer your customer care calls in what ever time they call. Excellent resolution tactics from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet Guys are you so desperate in looting people's money just because you hold a monopoly in this stream in Hyderabad. I so fed up after using ur service for more than 8 years. I.lnow your doing this as you have a good customer base and some cx leaving you does no matter.

@ACTFibernet u people have no responsibility no value for coustomer no response on complaints every day saying same words we will solve ur issue in 24hrs from 17th on words this was happening simply saying wait for 24hrs problem will solve but 71hrs completed but issue not solved

@ACTFibernet today is 5th no internet, daily u people r saying will resolve in 24hrs, but issue was not solved, no response from coustomer care no response for calls and mails, how many days I have to wait for network how many days u will take for solving issue this is the worst.
