@ACTFibernet one of the bad internet service ever i have faced I thought act is best but it is not the best if i get Internet for 30mins then another 30mins no Internet what is this type of service i did not experience with Hathway,jio,local network also .

@ACTFibernet disgusting customer care service! He was sarcastic and rude because I insisted that I need the internet to be fixed as soon as possible. This is not done. I have taken new connection past week only #ActHyderabad

@ACTFibernet internet service stops abruptly now and while raising a complaint on the app, it asks for user name and mobile no. Firstly you shut down unexpectedly and next u ask a user name which erstwhile was the mobile no., which doesn’t work now. ACT, do get your act together!

@ACTFibernet My Internet is not working since 1 hr. No one is there to respond properly for Customer Service. The App and Website is not working. Disappointed with this service. Kindly Fix this issue as soon as possible.

@ACTFibernet reg my shifting request SR10166900303624, engineers have not placed my router in center of house,i was not even advised of same. It placed in a room & other rooms are not getting signal. SR is closed,pls reopen it & resolve issue by placing wifi router in center

How I survived the ACT challenge: I took the ACT connection in September. 5 requests against internet being down in last 4 months. Out of frustration I decided to terminate the connection today. #ACTFibernet #ACTBengaluru
