    @ACTFibernet Very Very bad customer response. Only promises but no service from the technical team. Not sure what the seniors are doing .. One complaint and such a pathetic feedback. I think other service providers are much better and quicker .

    @ACTFibernet dear team we complained several times for re allocation for connection but no one responded till now it is almost 20days we complained they are closing ticket with out completing job and your service is very poor no response from anyone kindly take the action

    @ACTFibernet It's not about experience what I tweeted. Putting the bot on job to tweet unrelated messages is once again putting you in bad light on public forum. It's all about pricing strategy where ACT is lagging behind.

    No internet in Ulsoor, Bangalore. No response on ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10258086009822 in 4 days. Entire work week is gone, surviving without internet in these times @ACTFibernet. Very bad service, can someone help please?

    @ACTFibernet Disgusting will be a very sober word to explain your services. Had there been an option of All of the above in your complaint section, I would have pressed that. Either you guys are still living in Stone Age or are least bothered because of lack of competition

    @ACTFibernet , 3 times disconnection in 20 days. 5 working days loss for 4 members. No reply on complaint. Customer suffering.... after advance payment. Is this way you want a customer to suffer?
