@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It's been 14 days since I raised this complain with ACT without any progress. This matter is now raised with Department of Consumer Affairs, India as a formal complaint. If I do not hear back in the next 5 days, I will have my layer take this up on behalf of me.

@Balamalladi13 @ACTFibernet i am facing an issue with my internet from past 3 days and raised a complaint and called 9 times to the customer support team. But no help and no action from the support team and technical team. Kindly fix the issue at the earliest.
