    @ACTFibernet Please arrange to send the technician to my premises to solved the issue as net is not working i am working from my relative's home as my parents not aware how to do if you people assisting they cant manage kindly arrange a technician please.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet a generic message is not enough to compensate for my lost time. Your customer care now mentions issue can only be resolved at 11 AM tomorrow. From 8 PM to 11 AM, it is quite a jump. Why wasn't I updated on the change in ETR until I contacted you guys?

    @ACTFibernet I’ve unsubscribed Netflix by calling your customer care 2 months ago but this month Netflix has been billed in my account I contacted customer care they told me they will change the bill amount but till now there is no update. Worst customer service @TRAI

    Did not expect such a pathetic service from @ACTFibernet Hyderabad. Raised a shifting request 5 days back. Nothing happened till now. They don't even care to give you proper status. Be careful if you are planning to purchase a broadband connection!!!

    @ACTFibernet your team says that (Customer care executive) none of the floor leader or manager is available during the working hours when I have requested to convey the issue as your executives are not taking any responsibility in resolving issues
