    @ACTFibernet, being on 'Basic plan' doesn't mean that you should avoid people. When I was on 'Swift plan' every connectivity problem were resolved in a span of 4 - 5hours. But now, it's been 2 whole days and none of your employees are picking the call either. 1/2

    @ACTFibernet I have an urgent now, Please who ever is seeing this tweet pls don't use Act services their customer support is worthless and frustrating. you will not be able to call to the helpline number you have to wait for 15-20 minutes on that boring call.

    @ACTFibernet - Worst ever connection. Internet not working since morning. You guys sent someone to fix it. It got fixed and it's not working again now. Need to change my broadband to other providers. Worst network Act broadband.

    @ACTFibernet - Our flat router should be used only by our flat owners. dont find any options in the mobile app/service chat in your website related to this. so raising complaint here.. Request you to consider and provide an acknowledge with ticket id for reference
