    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since yesterday evening. Despite raising a ticket immediately, it has been over 24 hours with no resolution . I've faced a similar 36+ hour delay before. Is this the level of service customers should expect? #ACTFibernet #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet Your handling of Complaint ID SR11080784930694 is unacceptable. Internet services remain unavailable, complaints are repeatedly delayed, and there is no accountability from support, technicians, or management. Repeated negligence . Do you have any shame?@ACT_Issues

    Dear Friends, I don’t know how wants to hear this and who is gonna benefit from it, but if you options, which you will for sure, then please do not opt for @ACTFibernet as your WiFi service provider. 20 days no Refund pending yet. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet Please help me upgrade my plan to a Mesh Router setup. I am currently using a 500Mbps plan at 1199+Tax but when I try to upgrade to Mesh router the same price gets updated to 1299+Tax and has to be paid for 6 months in advance. Please call me for discussion

    @ACTFibernet You and your technicians clearly don’t understand the issue. I called to report it, but no one answered. Around 4 PM, someone finally picked up and had no information because they were working at a different site. Do you only have 2–4 technicians to handle all these issues?
