    @ACTFibernet I asked you people for downgrade request, It didn't happen. Internet won't work for continuous 3 days. I opted for 150 MBPS speed and I got 9 MBPS. Till date no one resolved the issue. Really pathetic service. No one is responding. I never choose or suggest beam.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet to be honest this is the 15th time I guess I'm hearing that same statement. But no one called me till now. I lost trust on you guys with your pathetic customer service team and your services. I am expecting a permanent solution... Plz do something...

    @harish2you @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet It's ACT, they take there own time, nothing works with them, in service airtel is good, they assign area wise service person, u can directly contact him and get things resolved, in ACT u have to follow long toll free number process, will never get resolved...

    @ACTFibernet Internet connect goes off during power failure and even if power is stable, connection goes on & off throught the day for the past 1 month or so... Raised countless tickets and recent one is SR10360941915121. Hopefully able to move to better service provider soon 😡

    @ACTFibernet Look now, not even 10 days, and again there's an issue. This is what I have been complaining. Soo unreliable ! Now how many days are you going to take to resolve? ( anyways you guys are doing only temporarily) @ACTFibernet
