this is the last time I have to wait and services will be restored but nothing happened also when call just sometime ago your customer care people says me to wait till tomorrow morning and I asked them on what basis should I wait? How much more work is pending ? @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Don’t you have ppl to ensure internet connectivity 24/7..? Internet not working and your person says, he left field and will look into it tomorrow? Then why do I need to pay for 24/7 when there’s no internet and ppl to restore?? Disappointing! AC # 103653505075

@ACTFibernet every time Power goes off in our Apartment the Internet connection is disrupted. This has been going on for 4 days and your technicians have no solution. Pls do the needful Ticket no: SR10265850563774. Very disappointed with the level of response
