@dp_satish @ACTFibernet I switched from ACT to One Broadband FTTH from last 2 years and I pay around 7k per year for 300Mbps with unlimited usage. Excellent service with 100% uptime. Their customer service is really excellent. ACT is THE worst and EXPENSIVE looting people.

.@ACTFibernet you find ways to lower your service levels - repeated disconnects for a while, raised multiple tickets, and though couple of folks came and worked on, not resolved, no updates, no response to calls, Just pathetic service; expecting a banal response as usual

I have not subscribed to any plan for Zee but @ACTFibernet generated a bill. And not getting help.
