  @ACTFibernet I m overwhelmed to praise you for your extremely poor internet service as well as cstmr support. It would be great if you could ask ur engineers to visit my place and get the connection removed. I would switch to some other better ISP. #actfibrenet #poorinternet

  @ACTFibernet Having internet connectivity issues from this morning. This is probably the 4th or 5th time this month. Got this new connection on May 9th. The customer care support is just a patience tester by saying connecting your call, but just ends the call abruptly.

  @ACTFibernet my complaint number SR10158683626892 . I have been complaining every week from two months about same connectivity issue. The technician dayanand incharge of the area has failed to rectify it.

  @ACTFibernet Since ours is the only house in the colony where the problem is, a technician should have been arranged first thing, it’s extremely poor service on your part to keep the customer running from pillar to post to get an update, and a whole day passes by without resolution!!Shameful

  @bhatnaturally @ACTFibernet Something that I didn’t know about, my router was a problem. I could only get the high speeds of 50mbps+ on a 5Ghz frequency but not across 2 walls, while the 2.4 GHz gave decent speed but across two rooms (like 3 walls).

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I am following up since yesterday for my shifting request. Neither any technician is contacting me nor support team is of any help. All I am getting is 24 hours and that it has been escalated 15 times. I raised request in 14 June but no action.
