@ACTFibernet I have raised the ticket for slow speed internet connectivity on friday(03/05/2021) SR10353366235842, The issue was not yet resolved by your technical team and Backend Team. However that ticket has been closed by your backend team without my knowledge.

Totally feeling the advantage with ACT as I cannot access their app and none of the customer care numbers work either. The internet is down on a Monday and there is no way to reach these guys. Worst internet connection ever @ACTFibernet @GoI_MeitY
