    Is this the way to handle the complain of customer. And if yes so why you are giving the option to talk to customer care services representative. I called act fibernet twice and launched complaint about internet is not working. (1/3) @ACTFibernet

    If I select option to talk to customer care services representative by press on 9 than system tells me it is wrong option you pressed. So why that system guide me to do it if it is wrong. (2/3) @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet tag line is ‘feel the difference’. IMHO as a 2 year old customer the tag line ‘feel the pain’ is more apt.
