    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC after connection is given, there is no proper response from your customer care Chennai. I have been raising tickets every month now atleast once for disconnectivity issue for the past one year. No proper resolution is given to us.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working again. I had complained on 9th Dec that internet is not working and after raising multiple complaints it is resolved on 12th Dec afternoon. And today again it is not working. Due to this frequent disconnections it is hampering my office work

    @ACTFibernet SR10263691760174, if internet stops working for once in every two week that shows the level of your service. If we delay our payment would you accept it? But, we need to bear this nonsense of yours for every two weeks. Worst service provider.

    @ACTFibernet I am raising a complaint again and again since a month but my problem is not getting solved. I raised the complaint about fluctuations in my speed. If you can't solve my problem then disconnect my wifi. I will go with some other broadband.

    I asked to cancel @ACTFibernet .Got a call asking the reason. I said that I switched to Excitel broadband. Guy came up unbelievable rebuttal : local provider hai, data hack kar lega. Lol. First business ethic is to not bad mouth your competitors. 🤦
