    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to reach you on the customer care number. Multiple calls no answer. Raised a complaint on the app ages ago regarding extremely patchy network & a pathetic router. No response. Absolutely ****** service which is only getting shittier by the day.

    Hey @ACTFibernet, why your technical team is saying it’s not feasible to extend service to new society (consisting of 100 houses) which is ~200 meters away from the existing serviceable area.

    @ACTFibernet The service which you offer in Bangalore, BEML layout is not at all good. I tried reaching the ACT Fibernet executive who installed the connection at our home didn't even resolve the issue till now from the past 19 days.

    @ACTFibernet Your Customer support is Abysmal. I have been using ACT for the past 5 years and with the service I received, I will be moving out soon.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD If we raise ticket for issue, they are in hurry to close tkt without solving the issue. @ACTFibernet - Lemme know if this is hw ur service continues to work, will proceed with other providers

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from yesterday 19th feb morning onwards. Issue not resolved even after 24hours. SR10164173383444 raised and told it will solved by 10 am today again told 1:30pm now saying 9PM. Does customer look joke for you. #WFH #worstservice

    @ACTFibernet poor service by ACT. 1. Cannot downgrade plan 2. If request for disconnection, no refunds 3. And no one wants to fix the connectivity issue prolonged from 3 months. I am being forced to pay and unable to use. @tataplayfiber connection with same speed works like charm
