    @ACTFibernet I don’t think you guys need to resolve anything, technician is assigned but not picking the call since morning now it’s more than 30 hours and I am following up but no clue whether is it resolve or not. And customer service is worst.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from last 30hrs, already raised case but still not resolved, even no one call me to solve that issue.@ACTFibernet services are poor. Even I advance pay always. Still struggling

    @ACTFibernet The rains got over on 29th April, today is 3rd May . Even after 4 days the internet is not restored. Pathetic service, time to change #ACT #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have raised this ticket SR10280042672874 for Internet not working yesterday. It’s been more than a day and no one has bothered to contact me. Tired of contacting customer care. ETA keeps changing every few hours. Provide me the exact time you will be able to fix it

    Is this ACT Fibernet or acting company? SR10280054823817 Router not turning on since yesterday. Still getting calls saying “fiber fixed” while actual issue remains. Promises like “technician in 20 mins,” then nobody comes. Calls unanswered. @ACTFibernet @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet I have raised upgraded plan request almost 2 weeks ago and paid the required amount promptly. To this day it wasn't resolved and on top of that your support team were consistent in giving false promises. Yours has to be the worst downfall in customer care.

    @ACTFibernet Account Number 103016866602. I am writing herel email as a final attempt to resolve a critical issue before I escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum and the Cyber Crime Cell. Despite multiple attempts to engage with your Customer Care, Billing, and Escalation departments over the past month, I have received no meaningful resolution. Case Background:I was a customer of ACT Fibernet until 2023, at which point I officially disconnected the service and moved away. However, in April 2026, I was shocked to receive billing notifications and SMS alerts for an active connection under my name. Points of Contention: Unauthorized Activation: This connection was activated without my consent, knowledge, or presence. ACT representatives have stated that a connection cannot be activated without customer consent; yet, I have provided none. Lack of Physical Infrastructure: I do not possess an ACT modem, there is no fiber cable running to my current residence, and I have had zero internet usage. Identity Theft Concerns: The fact that a connection is active in my name without my physical involvement strongly suggests that my identity has been compromised or misused to gain access to your services. Security Risk:I am deeply concerned that my identity is being used to facilitate internet access for unknown individuals. Should this connection be used for any illegal or anti-social activities, I will be held unfairly liable. I have requested the Escalation Team to provide details regarding how consent was allegedly verified and the specific installation address, but these requests have been ignored. Required Actions:I hereby request the following actions be taken immediately: Immediate Deactivation: Terminate the unauthorized account (103016866602) and cease all "defaulter" communications and billing. Also Block me from ACT Services so that in future even willingly I cannot get your serivices. Full Disclosure: Provide the documented proof of consent (e.g., call recordings, OTP logs, or signed installation reports) and the physical address where this service is currently being provided. Written Confirmation: Provide a formal letter stating that I am not liable for any charges or activities associated with this account since its unauthorized reactivation in April 2026. This is a clear case of Identity Theft. With the information you provide, I want to file an FIR for identity theft and move the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for professional negligence.
