    @ACTFibernet 1 of the worst service. Irresponsible response when called to customer care. You are not monopoly and there are competitors. It seems we need to call daily and ask for resolution. Who will pay the bill without using the service.

    Worst Service @ACTFibernet, complaint has been placed 2 days before, no update on resolving the problem. Everyday I just get ticket number and message to reopen the ticket. Why don't you people take immediate action? Answer @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service! In Hyderabad Act network drops consistently throughout the day, also there is downtime of almost 2 hours from past 1 mth between 3-5 pm. Idk ACT have a Customer care when solution to every problem is We'll get back in 24h.

    @veggiediplomat @ACTFibernet It seems they are not ACTive to resolve the problem, they are ACTing to make you feel they are ACTing on the problem. Socila meadi approach is reACTive approach & will make them to ACT somehow, it's the fACT!

    @ACTFibernet Shared the details via DM. But, my question remains unanswered, do you compensate for lack of timely service? If customer doesn't pay bill before due, then service is cut or penalty may be levied, but if provider is at fault then why not compensate? @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet I applied for new connection in the name of jadam rajesh on 30 Jan 2022 and I paid the amount. It's already 2 days .Till now they didn't given the internet connection.They came yesterday and said port is not there.please slove the issue and give connection soon.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 78th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet The issue has been solved.. Although, not happy with the customer service but the technician was the best at his Job and outstanding as he resolved the issue as soon I called him, he came to me with no time and resolved it. I would also need the detailed bill and deductions
