@ACTFibernet Kindly look at the issue on SR10161275063331, my friend is irate and needs the internet installed by today. He has commitments and WFH starting off from Monday. He has regrets now on taking up ACT connection, getting vague replies from everyone.

@VijayGopal_ @ACTFibernet In my case, I had no internet for almost a month. They're always sending someone to fix it but in reality, they did not. In that period they charged full amount of the bill and refused to pay power bill for their switch which had like 8 or 9 connection.
