    @ACTFibernet Absolutely rubbish service, it’s been 5 days and still no proper response. Everyday same lies that it will be fixed today, before 9 am, then 11 am or by 12 pm and then a message comes pushed back to another 24 hours. Ridiculous!

    @ACTFibernet your service sucks to an extent I can't even try to describe. 2 days and counting with no internet or update on what the status of the fix is. Your customer care sucks and cannot provide any solutions. Your app sucks it doesn't connect me to anyone useful. Eat shi

    @ACTFibernet dispute my current bill and request immediate disconnection of my service (User ID: 110788986781) ​I was sold this connection under a specific 3-month offer. The sales agent promised ( 3 months plan for ₹1500 price]
