    @ACTFibernet why Twitter is the last option i had to take to get my issue resolve, raised ticket twice and it got closed without any resolution where the only thing i wanted was copy of the monthly invoices for the amount I have paid. Seriously the worst experience i am getting.

    @ACTFibernet There is no internet since last 4days. Customer service in Hyd responding to calls and try to convince and saying we are forwarding ur concern that’s it. But till now there no response I don’t to mention there names. SR10167352722824,SR10167366884719

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection was disconnected) User ID - 102475330875) Even after explaining to revise my bill for netflix charges 7 times to your customer care, you still disconnected my connection. If you need to extort money from me, please say so in the bill clearly.

    @ACTFibernet Incorrect Sale without rectification. Your team made me buy a 75 mbps plan for 6 months with router for 5,000. Charged 4,000 and then additional 1100 Approx. Started my services with 40mbps with no 5G. There is no support to get through. Please help. No way to reach

    @ACTFibernet This is second time in 2 weeks. Internet has been down for over 5 hours now. Last week it took 25 hours to resolve. This time no idea at all. Your customer care agents keep telling lies as if they have identified the issue. But I'm sure it is not.

    @ACTFibernet disgusting service. Inspite of staying in center of the city at Panjagutta Hyderabad , we dont get internet for whole 2 -3 days every week . So there is no internet for whole of 8-12 days in a month. Is there anyone else whom ACT is troubling this way? @HiHyderabad

    @ACTFibernet tkt ref; SR10167376061574. we work from home and are an old subscriber to ACT family. Of late we have connectivity issues which is effecting our productivity? Can we afford this? NO WAY SIR? NET CONNECTIVITY IS BINDING US PLSS TAKE CARE AND FAST. BST RGDS
