    @vickyfan4arr @ACTFibernet Got stuck on this issues for the past one year then tried for relocation applied for the same they were lame as always switched to another service provider so far phenomenal experience.. @ACTFibernet not worth a penny spared .. very bad experience

    @CrAzYbIkEr_AJ @ACTFibernet Sure YEAH.. Seems like ACT is the only broadband that uses all substandard HW/ Materials. Always they say, cable cut, switch issue, etc..

    @ACTFibernet Regarding Complaint SR10262134300662 ... its been 3 days now!! You guys are least bothered to resolve an issue.. Atleast convey us what the issue is!! Your executives don't pick the call, customer call executives do no what the issue is! What is happening here?!

    @ACTFibernet You didn't even ask me my account number, how do you have my details being a social media bot? :). It's been a full 24 hours of outage & important productivity hours lost. A rebate required in the upcoming bill. Technician said a "junction box" power is out.

    @ACTFibernet Very rude and disgraceful service. Misrepresented by a customer executive about certain plan and later I was billed again. Getting harassed by customer executives for their misrepresentation.
