    @ACTFibernet pathetic service started again… your service guy made me buy a new router and still no assistance to set it up. Aravind R is not taking my call as well. You guys close the case promising that the issue will be resolved but it keeps coming back

    @ACTFibernet SR10265589644254 For slow network speed, Your technician Ravi is asking us to check the speed for ourselves and suggests to discontinue ACT. Incompetence and inappropriate behaviour. What action will be taken on your technician?

    @ACTFibernet the internet has not yet been restored , its been 20 hours now, its really a pathetic company, raised issue but no one has called yet, i guess its time to move to other provider

    @ACTFibernet I got this same response, ffs just fix it, it's been going on for 3 months now, if this continues I will complain to the police for harassment, you have one week to do this, if i get anymore calls after that, i will take legal action.

    @ACTFibernet I have been raising request for relocation but ur customer service is awful. They didn't shift my connection but charged me ₹650. Very disappointed with ur customer service!!!
