    @ACTFibernet We r nt getting any hlp 4m ur technicns. Evn thy r nt bothring for cust pain. Hw we will continue office without intrnt access? It is hppning evry couple of days but no permnt solns provided yet. Intead of drgging d issue. Ur technicns r also g8 they r alwys giving new reasns.

    Are field technicians completely working in night shifts or avoiding work during customer care hours? Why is there no update for 3 days? Why is the service always scheduled after 7 30 PM and customer care hours close at 7 PM @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Okay, so for a month it worked and now again since yesterday no internet in my area, not just me but few of other people as well who uses act. Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.
