  @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 23rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

  @ACTFibernet after sales service is pathetic. Lost internet for one whole day, even after repeated calls no resolution yet. Need to take leave in office as no internet. Please learn from Airtel and Jio after sales.

  @ACTFibernet Nobody is responding for high priority service tickets. That too raised and following up the ticket status hourly. Customer service is telling high priority tickets are resolved in 4 hours but no calls from technicians even after 24 hours. Facing very worst support

  @ACTFibernet @Bharat17159615 I will surely close my ACT Fibernet connection once any other competitor started providing Broadband in my locality. I have got fed up with ACT, they have worst services in the world.
