    @ACTFibernet As discussed i'm not received the refund yet stii after raising the service request,I need immediate action on this I had done payment 25st may requestd refund on 3rd June it's 6th June still there is no progress and also i'm not able to track it as your app is showing no user

    are making deals with corporations and mandating to take connections through you only to **** service customers. Life had been so good with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD, then came this Airtel a**hole.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket ID SR11980618121084 Not resolved till now, now a days ACT service is getting more poor. I think now it's time to switch another service provider.

    @ACTFibernet Chennai. A small drizzle for 10 minutes has taken away the joy of cooled weather. My connection got lost. Is your network so weak??? Can you look in to this

    Very poor experience with @ACTFibernet. I've had no internet for the last 3–4 days due to a router/Wi-Fi issue. Ticket SR11880636732714 was raised days ago, but there has been no response or resolution. Please prioritize and resolve this issue urgently.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet as I'm waiting since 13 days,for the service or the refund you guys not understanding the seriousness of customer time,i'll raise it to consumer form if not get the exact ETA to solve this issue

    @ACTFibernet I registered a complaint this morning (Ticket SR11780598482514) but have not received any solution. The responsible person is not answering calls. This delay has wasted my time and money. Please resolve the issue immediately. @FiberAct
