Been 2 days since have raised a complaint about a connectivity issue but no one is willing to listen. Horrible support team, would simply put the call on hold and never pick up again... Time to close the JioFiber connection once and for all. @JioCare @reliancejio @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet If I know you will charge for ROUTER I would have returned it while disconnection or I would have never taken it from you as I have my own new ROUTER. At the time of installation UR executive insisted nd installed the free router at my place. REFUND my money ASAP.

@ACTFibernet Hey ACT, Don't understand your problem in addresing the Internet issues wehave due to your poor Service and worst Routers. Requested for a router change as the one of you technical person said the slow in speed Is due to Routers fault.
