    @ACTFibernet worst service ever faced by ACT.. no proper service, customer care people are so rude to even listen and resolve the issue. Why do you provide internet service when you cannot resolve the issue within 24hours?? Annoying🤬🤬

    @ACTFibernet Just to inform you, as you are clueless. Half of my colony has outage since last midnight, or rather 18+ hours, as there is a cable cut. Your team said 2PM and it is not done yet. 16:48 is the current time. Account number 101012181208

    @ACTFibernet I think this is an auto generated message. I receive this everytime after a tweet but as usual no response. Its been more than 24 hours since I raised the complaint but the action taken is zero.
