    @ACTFibernet my Internet is down since 6 days. I raised a ticket 3 days back and still Internet is down. Really really really poor service from ACT. My ticket number is SR10366582808434 . This is a recurring issue, happens every month

    @ACTFibernet Almost 1 week over.again you have send us the message for resolution: 18 December 2022. If you have so much concerned about customer then why can't you provide alternate internet connection for chennai customers with your expenses

    @ACTFibernet I am hearing the same answer that it will take 48 hours for past 8 days.Very poor restoration process compared to other service providers like Airtel Hathway or Jio. I have paid for 6 months and regretting now. So I assume you don’t care for restoring it on time.

    @ACTFibernet hello ACT recently i have raised a request for reconnection of my existing ACT account and your executives are behaving unprofessional manner and they are not providing proper service. I will not recommend ACT network to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet For the first time since we are ACT customers, the monthly issue of Broadband downtime was fixed within 24 hours. Please ensure the infrastructure supports continuous uptime at least for 3 months. Thanks much for this quick support. Please keep this up!
