Dear @ACTFibernet it’s Reg your service at Nellore, we requested to convert 3 month plan to one month for the April, followed by disengage the service as we are moving. Many times I called to customer representative non of them given any confirmation yet (1/2).

@ACTFibernet All those who are facing issue with customer service....Please note that this company is impotent in resolving your issues so better move your connection to Jio/Airtel. You can check the issues by just reading the complaints from various people on Twitter.

@ACTFibernet Will I be able to use my ACT Storm plan this month or do you guys plan to charge me for non usage due to no connection too? I have called up customer care numbers times and have been hearing all sorts lf reasoning. Disconnection is the only way out it seems
