    Well I’ve today decided to discontinue my service from ISP, would like to know how are other ISP’s is it only @ACTFibernet that is so pathetic?

    @ACTFibernet Even though I paid my bill You have suspended my service. I mailed to your customer care but there is no response. I am your long time customer, but you are treating your customer in a way it should not. Very bad .. need to switch over
