    @ACTFibernet We are struggling from past 3 days and when asked for the service they are replying very rudely this is my sr no.10366601945154 kindly check and do solve the issue as early as possible but your customer executive is is keeping the fake commitment plz avoid the same.

    He called us from his mobile and asked him to contact him again in case of issues - appreciate it. But do you train your executives to ask customers not to raise a ticket incase the issue pops up again? cc: @TRAI @ACTFibernet getting worse day by day!

    @ActfiberC @ACTFibernet Its been nearly 10 days since I raised a request to resolve the issue internet is not working but no action is taken from your end, I called customer care many times and escalated the issue but still poor progress. Ticket no: SR10366602831933

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Lost internet connection from last 6 days and i have called customer service about 30 times but no response yet. No response from local team ..Team not sharing the Area manager number to escalate.

    So no action taken in 60 hrs?? Can't fix internet even in 60 hrs? @ACTFibernet. You really need 60 hrs to resolve a issue. You need word of mouth to establish your business remember that... You guys are gonna loose customers if you continue to give such pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet In what jamana are you guys still in? During FIFA final I had go n watch in someone's home. I had lost 2 days of service So pls extend my plan accordingly. If I calculate the data sent you via email you'll have to extend a month.

    @ACTFibernet I had written multiple times copying nodal officer as well. Internet is not working for 2 days in metro city and resolving the the same issue you needed more than 2 days? In rural area issue being resolved in hrs. #saikrupaharmonyannexe.

    @ACTFibernet Same answer.we are not happy with your services. During regular times your internet get disconnected. And you say issue related to power cut. You need to have alternate solution.

    Still no update received from your side, i called you customer service and again they are saying same thing, and also they are disconnecting call. Worst experience from @ACTFibernet, i think i should look for some other broadband.
