    @arnob1 @ACTFibernet They have dumb electricians who messed up my house wiring for their junction box. It could have burnt my house down if I didn’t shut down the mains. Their services are shoddy and done by lazy men. Just switch to JIO Fibernet or Airtel or anything that’s famous in your area.

    @Debasish3412 @ACTFibernet Good luck with that. For them immediate is 24 hours to rapture. They will provide below par service but ask premium price. I got fed up of complaining and their false claim of speed. I surrendered my router. Big mistake. Now my deposit money and my router is with them. Frauds!

    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic response have reported the issue with junction box around 10days back and not resolved issue yet. Every time I call customer care they are saying five magical words " we are working on it". Need some quick resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Since Thursday 23rd Dec we are not getting internet and you people are still resolving it. This is absolutely ridiculous and shameless service. How can a business run without internet in this era? You should have a backup plan for the customers right?
