    @ACTFibernet @TRAI New business strategy of Act fiber net. Pay for 6months, get disconnected for 2days from each month, no option to extend the date of subscription. Calling to customer care is waste of time

    @ACTFibernet Such a disgusting customer support. If you are unfit to do an installation in act available area. How can be a reputed internet service provider. Forget about installation I haven't received a single call from you in these 3-4days.

    @ACTFibernet What testing team is doing? Won't you properly test the mobile app before release? In Payment History, I couldn't able to click one of the dropdowns under (Show Payment History From:) Useless crap app.

    @ACTFibernet Every day same issue slow network slow network slow network. Why don't you provide for what you are taking monthly charges from me. When the due date is near u people are keep on asking to pay bills then why don't you give proper internet.

    @ACTFibernet Since last 15 days I have been trying to contact ACT customer care for refund but I am neither getting refund not a call back from refund team. The refund team just closes the ticket without any reason.

    @ACTFibernet recently took ur connection.Within a short span of time this is my 6th complaint n yet no proper fix for internet issue.Every time the complaint is closed by ur team without even getting confirmation from the customer about the resolution. DM for my account details.

    @ACTFibernet hello team.. I asked for suspension of the connection on 5th of may and until 11th of may no action was taken and got a response I need to pay for 11days. When I have raised on 5th why I have to pay for 11 days? No response from your support team on this query..
