@ACTFibernet Hello, I have used ACT fibrenet for 7 years and got it disconnected 10 months back due to frequent issues. Got it reconnected 2 months back as a customer executive assured better service and said things have improved. But the ground reality is different.

@ACTFibernet Getting repeated calls for payment ,after disconnection.Your staff refuses to tell me what my initial deposit was, and speak very rudely to make the payment. Is this how you treat customers? Have told them to let me know final amount after deducting my deposit
