.@ACTFibernet your exec promised we'd get wifi signal on all the tree floors without any repeaters if we go for the 6 month plan that gives us a powerful router and found out it isn't powerful enough. Now the same exec is not picking up the call

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet They didn't visit or call me. Every time i ask for a reason for closing ticket from customer care,they update stating its router issue. The same router is provided by act & is working perfectly fine when i connect to my neighbors act connection. Pls help

@ACTFibernet Have opened four tickets, and each ticket was reopened also. Worst experience That's how chennai Field Engineer closed the ticket even without solving. They just close it. SR10366987751177. Please help! Need to shift to @airtelindia or @JioCare

@KritagyaNayyar @ACTFibernet My 7k is stuck with them for the last year. Tried reaching out multiple times on support. They raised ticket. And nothing happened after that even after multiple follow ups

@ACTFibernet Every month facing problems with internet almost 4-5 times and it takes to to resolve atleast 24hour or more...why this type of problem happen from 2-3 month..r u doing some money saving or enforcing customer to change service provider?

@KritagyaNayyar @ACTFibernet Tip: when using ACT, don’t rely on their app, don’t even register there. Find a local representative for ACT, he’ll do all the job for you. Just stay connected with him over whatsapp. Directly text him if any issues in network, they’ll assign someone and send them over.
