@ACTFibernet @balajisha06 Act people don’t have a proper technical team it self. Even I am also facing same issue but they will say only one thing switch off Wi-Fi and On. Issue will resolve and they will@close the ticket without our permission

@ACTFibernet hi my experience with your organisation points out flawed processes. For a deactivation, its pending for 3 months now - acc 102517156587. There is lot of cleaning work need to be done if ur targeting customer delight. The product is good but the dlvy n xp is bad :(

@ACTFibernet first of all my problem is not solved leave that they added static ip and charging me for that now called your customer care for that issue my usual bill is 1400 and now I got 1650 and your customer care opened a ticket and today it got closed without doing nothing!!

@ACTFibernet Worst service provider ever seen because in monthly 3 or 4 days internet is not working , If raise the ticket nobody will follow up and solve the issue,we need follow up and then only issue will be solved,

@ACTFibernet Sorry to say again that I have registered my service request yesterday afternoon but the engineer didn't get sr ticket yet shall I hope it will resolve by today because tomorrow and after tomorrow is weekend so please consider my service request ASAP
