    @ACTFibernet I had requested for a disconnection last week because the internet was consistently unstable — a basic service you failed to deliver. Despite your team promising a refund for the unused period, I haven’t received a single update or resolution. It’s frustrating that after chasing for reliability, now I have to chase for accountability. Please process the refund immediately and confirm. It shouldn’t take this much effort to close things professionally.

    @ACTFibernet My fiber connection in Chennai has been down for 24 hours now, and your call center has no idea of when it will be restored. SR10375806904234. When will this be fixed? I asked for a callback, no one did.

    @ACTFibernet 48 hr no net! ACT is sleeping as always.. every week this happening n no net 2-3 day thet means half of month no net!! then some a hole tells have escalated the issue bear us but no a** hole is working on it all ACT is sleeping😡😡🤬

    @ACTFibernet Hi, This very pathetic and poor service, in continuous it's 3rd week again issue on the internet connectivity from yesterday night, till morning not resolved SR10375820254524, where for this ticket engineer has assigned for evening where he will not come at all.

    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Your service is becoming worse with each passing day and trust me there is hardly any effort being made to improve the QoS. The customers are just given an ETR and made to wait only to get next ETR. There is no transparency maintained.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My 5G Fibernet interrupting as speed drops suddenly & 4K streaming on TV mobile keeps buffering. I am paying for ultra fast uninterrupted service but this is completely disappointing & frustrating. Please restore reset & fix it immediately.
