@ACTFibernet Internet down on both the days of the weekend. When I raise the ticket your employees ask me not to do the same as they will lose their jobs apparently. Not sure if I am to help myself and get the connection or save the job of your employee. Two days wasted!

@ACTFibernet Day2 : Issue is not yet resolved! What a hopeless service ! Funny thing is that, I can't even go for cancelation . customer care is asking me to wait for another 2 months ! Can someone from ACT team come and take this stupid modem pls ?

@ACTFibernet Fed-up calling the customer care and listening to their voice that issue is in priority list. If you can't provide better service than @reliancejio and @airtelindia, then you will lose the customer soon. My mistake I believed opinions that Actfiber is best among all.
