@ACTFibernet is changing the accounts without customer intimation and wiping money. Because of #badservice and #badcustomersupport tickets are also not getting resolved. Need help @mygovindia & @TRAI to help further people from this fraud.

Currently @ACTFibernet is not working in my area and these fools had no courtesy to even send a message saying that there will be a disruption in service. #pathetic their customer service stinks .

@ACTFibernet customer care service is the worst one I ever faced. They are taking a ticket and transferring to billing department who are transferring to the reconnection department and no one responding and closing the SR. #badservice #nomoreACTFibernet
