@ACTFibernet : I could see still the account name has been not changed,? This is how you are treating your valuable customer? Just to change the name of the account holder it used to take 1month of time? Poor service.. really not happy with your service name shud change today

@ACTFibernet we hav been reporting for almost 3 mths abt internet going off wen power goes off. Everytime we open a tkt, ur agent closes it w/o fixing. Nw ur agent keeps saying, 1 hrs, 2 hrs excuse bt not fixed yet. Ur box itself is inside our house. Fix it NOW or good bye ACT!

Worst services from act, wont responds to the calls or tickets raised. For small reconnection also taking weeks to resolve. It will take few hours to reactivate but they taking days. @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD, @ActfiberC

@malikgarv Proof of residence inside a home needs to he decentralised lol. My previous flatmate had so much trouble once the flatmate who had ACT connection on her name moved to US. @ACTFibernet logs out other person if one is logged in. Ah. Joint ownership of these things should be there😝
