@ACTFibernet Account Id : 103016281190 I have been informed from the customer service desk, that there will be no charge for shifting my connection. Today after shifting, I got a message from ACT that there will be a charge of Rs.650 will be added to the next bill.

@ACTFibernet I have been using their internet services for last one month and it has been shutting down every Monday for 48hours and their representative doesn't even reply to messages over whatsapp once we take the package their after sale service is just too bad.

@ACTFibernet The customer care & service is pathetic, tried for a reconnection(past 1 week with multiple tickets raised, unresolved) after moving back to bglr & you guys are as irresponsible as possible. I'll never ever switch to ACT at all.
