@ACTFibernet I had raised a ticket (SR10260715747543) on 9th August for LAN cable extension and it's not been addressed yet. I have your customer care at least 15 times so far and I haven't a proper response.

@ACTFibernet Is this what an ACT Storm customer gets to experience everyday?! Either it is totally down or it is really slow. How do you expect us to rely on @ACTFibernet Services to do work from home? Not a single office call / con calls goes uninterrupted.

Wrost customer service from act fiber net agents are simply disonnecting the call while speaking this is totally bad .i have issue i call since 4 to 5 time happen the same no one respond correctly .@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet The internet is again pathetically slow today!! #UnresolvedIssue Someone from @ActFibernet visited last evening. Went to check on the junction box, but came back saying that there is no one at that residence where the junction box is so will have to visit again today.
