@ACTFibernet -Complaint(SRN10165097016981) raised on Monday 13th June . As per SLA it should be resolved by 10 am Monday but not done Im following up continuously but no resolution provided by the ACT fiber side. This issue happened previously also now again same issue happening.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD don't say false commitments with customers like it won't repeat such issues again and we will escalate your ticket to next level as it does nothing. You can check existing ticket how greatly (worst) your organization is giving best ISP in India.
