I am pooling ppl affected by Act fibernet to file a grievance for their negligence in not responding over calls, emails, social media and for not giving any date for resolution.

@ACTFibernet Guess What , I got my internet activated today but guess how many minutes ? 15 Minutes that's it. It took 15 minutes from this bloody company to have another issue and cut my internet again. Absolute Pathetic. I am dumb that I chose this company.

@RKRadhakrishn @ACTFibernet Sir, Target to solve ticket is very short; top management doesn't know the real issues faced to resolve ticket in ground; if ticket is not closed within specified hrs, it will escalate n affect service engineer's appraisal, so he closes ticket n ask us to opens a new one.
