    Hi @ACTFibernet there is no internet since yesterday morning, I have raised a ticket for the same, it was mentioned that the issue will be fixed within 6.00PM yesterday, still, now no actions were taken not even a call from the field engineer. Please do the needful.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service from Act. This is the second time in two weeks, raised a request: SR10152955797592 but I'm asked to wait for 24hours. Now I have to manage without internet for 2days. I have already faced issues working from home last time becoz of this network.

    @ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday afternoon and and the ACT app is not working I cannot even raise a complaint. It's frustrating. So many problems started happening with you guys in last 2 months. Battery problem, Port change problem, low fiber power. Damn!!

    @HathwayBrdband Thanks to #Hathway for looking this matter and confirming that this does not belong to them. Not sure if this cable belongs to @ACTFibernet or @youbroadband - this must be fixed to avoid any interruption of service to customers.
