    @Airtel_Presence I want to know about the feasibility of a fiber connection in my address. Last time I checked it was only copper. Please open a DM to send my address. Tired of terrible experience from @ACTFibernet and their routing issues

    Other ISP pings are 8-15msms to chennai. Why is @ACTFibernet 28-30ms? And why don't you respond to issues? Other ISPs I've used atleast acknowledge the routing issue and give me an estimate to fix but @ACTFibernet is just ignoring the issue.

    @ACTFibernet SR10265589644254 For slow network speed, Your technician Ravi is asking us to check the speed for ourselves and suggests to discontinue ACT. Incompetence and inappropriate behaviour. What action will be taken on your technician?

    @ACTFibernet it's been a month now.i have made payment ,which also got debited but still not updated in ur database.. still I'm receiving invoice to make payment when I already paid 4 a year... extremely disappointing service. No value of customers time.
