@ACTFibernet My connection is terminated but i didn't get any my refund amount, its been 1 month, pathetic service, taking money from customers and not responding @ACTFibernet No response from customer care when i called them they will rise a ticket and within 15 min i receive that resolved

@aseemtaneja @ACTFibernet Act service is very poor I paid 6 months renewal of Rs 7222. The broadband was not for more than 10 days and I surrendered the connection. Now ACT is not refunding the money I paid. Before taking ACT kindly note this poor service od ACT

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service at your end. The internet is down and when I called the customer care, it was being said that it will be resolved by 1 pm next day? How can you take so long to resolve an internet issue?

@ACTFibernet Kindly stop doing renewal of services without providing any option to stop services. We had tried to reach you thrice and sent 3 mails on time with all evidences. Even then getting wrong bills for the service which I don't want. Kindly correct your business strategy
