    @ACTFibernet I stay in a place where mobile network connectivity is iffy. I rely heavily on act Wi-Fi. If this isnโ€™t resolved by the weekend, it will have serious implications. Iโ€™ve already shared the ticket ID, please look into this.

    @ACTFibernet Please donโ€™t attempt to resolve nowโ€”the time has passed. Disconnect my broadband effective 1 May 2026 due to service deficiency. Raise a disconnection ticket, process pro-rata refund, and stop billing from 2 May 2026. This is my official confirmation.

    @ACTFibernet Still no response itโ€™s have been successfully 30 days No response, no update in app, no call, The worst Fibernet in India is @ACTFibernet I already told my friends and family members to cancel the subscription from @ACTFibernet

    Itโ€™s been over a day since the @ACTFibernet internet went down and ticket SR10180055765264 has yet to be addressedโ€ฆ. I appreciate the consistency of their network. However, the occasional issues are frustrating to handle as their support is incredibly slow to respond & resolve.
