    @ACTFibernet one of the worst costumer service for past 36 hours i dont have interest raised ticket no has called and in costumer car talking rudely this not the 1st time its the 5th time worst service it should have been resolved by yest 9pm now it sunday n9 calls no information

    @ACTFibernet every 2 days we are facing connectivity issues and the team is not able to resolve the queries. We have been using for last 2 years and this has become a problem. Ticket number (SR10377845130524)

    @ACTFibernet First you give respect to the customer.. Atleast phone should pickup rt?? Ticket was assigned to karunakar who was the local technician doesn't lift the phone.. Just I want to switch this network ASAP because of this worrest technician.. Please disconnect my connection..

    @ACTFibernet this is regarding ticket no SR10377845130524. This is the worst kind of customer service I’ve got. Within 2 days, wifi again got disconnected and no one is responding to my calls also. Can you pls help ASAP as my job depends on your connection?

    Frustrating frustrating frustrating irritated to the core @ACTFibernet before September it was 2 months once the connection issue, but now it's twice in a span of one month.. weekdays yu give irritation now on weekends also issue is pertaining.

    @ACTFibernet Please change the location of my router, because just in a different room it's not working at all, I have informed your field engineer same, please if you can change it by 12 afternoon tomorrow, i hope dont need to raise ticket for it.

    @ACTFibernet Sr: SR10177292161871 still not closed sent email also to them now last option to complaint on consumer court and claim refund and well as compensation for disturbing meal peace for 50+ days #cheaterACTFibernet #wasteACTFibernet I wish @CommissionrGHMC help me in this regard…

    @ACTFibernet very bad services in Lucknow I have taken mesh router plan but no body is able to resolve my problem. How many times I will raise ticket ? Please tell me . I called ur executive but there are not ready to pick the call .
