  @ACTFibernet Worst service. For shifting in the same premises they charge rs. 650. The service person stands still and I have to do all the work. Says his work is only to crimp. A cable goes to another computer. He refused to connect it.

  He also said because of loud thunder yesterday morning, there are many complaints and that should be the issue with mine also. But my connection isn’t working only since evening, almost 10 hours later @ACTFibernet

  Hey @ACTFibernet having very bad experience in #Warangal and nobody is responding and 24hr policy of resolving an issue is the worst that I have ever heard... So tried all the options and thinking of moving out to other network. Act fastly else u are gng to loss all #actfibernet

  Ok. So what’s the solution? He says to change router. I asked him to go ahead. And he says that’s not his job. So he will close the ticket. Weird @ACTFibernet You aren’t bothered about customers at all but just the bill payment.
