    @ACTFibernet your service people are so keen to close a ticket, they just do the same thing over and over again everytime i raise the issue and when i tell them same resolution was done before, they just close the ticket. What's wrong with them! Complain no: SR1026647753674.

    @ACTFibernet, your support sucks, its been more than two weeks I have internet issues, I have raised my concern through App and the person who worked initial setup and plan. You’re team not even responding upgrade or renewals queries. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet absolutely atrocious management of customer complaints. I've been trying to get my internet to work since morning. Your representatives have raised multiple tickets saying the technical team will get in touch but they never do. Appalled by the state of affairs.

    In the last 7 days. @ACTFibernet Internet has been dead for 4 days. This is not the level of service we expect from you. The ETR is too high. Disappointed.
