@ACTFibernet i raised a request to terminate my account, your representative said that router will be collected and amount will be returned to original mode of payment in 24 hrs. It's been 10 days, no resolution yet. I just keep on calling. Everytime the answer is to wait 24 hrs.

@ACTFibernet We are expecting fast and accurate solutions on immediate basis. We required router to be provided by ACT as we can upgrade my plan if required also. Person mis-guided is vamshi- 9154802250. Don't want any one to face this type of issue.

@ACTFibernet Not yet.They just restored the connection which is unstable.Currently am getting 90-120mbps speed but I have opted for 150mbps.Sometimes it is even going till 45mbps
