@ACTFibernet @HathwayBrdband Raising complaint for slow speed from last six months, no resolution provided yet. SR10363784876124 created a ticket yesterday as well, technician called me for closing the complaint. I said no and now he’s completely disconnected the connection.

@ACTFibernet I have received a refund of ₹1000 to my account. I believe that is the deposit amount I paid. With this I hope all transactions between us is over. Thanks for refund and the poor service that made me find a better ISP.

I have been waiting 3 months to get my refund after closing my connection with @ACTFibernet. Still no update about it. The service is completely different when you are a customer. Very disappointed with the service !

@reliancejio I applied for a new JIO fiber connection and when I am calling the assigned SPOC, he is not picking my call. My apartment already have Jio Fiber connection. Can anyone help me out? I need to he connection urgent as @ACTFibernet is no longer a stable connection!
