@ACTFibernet Why your service is so poor? Just want to take money from clients? Every week your internet don't work atleast for 4-5 times. This has became the part of ACT plans now. Sometimes it's ok, but regular now. Take care of your systems, don't just take money. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet Still not done. Man makes an appointment for 6pm then comes to say its too dark. What?? 8 hrs of our valuable time wasted. Quite useless at grassroots ACT customer care is bad b4 fixing, how will you undertake repairs. What is your refund procedure please?

@ACTFibernet Complain has been raised in the morning around 11 am and till now nothing has been done. That’s not what I paid for. Wire is cut in my area. How long does it takes to fix it? Worst service ever , I have paid 6 months in advance and now I am regretting.
