@ACTFibernet my internet is down since Friday. I raised a ticket no SR11763907061164 which was closed on Saturday without resolution. I reopened the ticket and since then there is no update.

There's @reliancejio that really provides best service at affordable rates and then there's @ACTFibernet that steals your money in the name of affordable. My bad that @reliancejio isn't yet available at my area!

ACT issue - Inspite of payments, they have suspended on account if an issue on their end on a working day during WFH, no less. Have been in touch with the call centre from 3 days with no resolution in sight. SR10263909150442. @ACTFibernet

This is 4th time in last 2month again my ACT broadband is not working as I already mentioned in my last tweet monthly twice it's not working and the service engineers don't have permanent solution @ACTFibernet @DoT_India
