  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet earlier your local guy closed SR10167563262974 and when I reopened it, he scolded me despite solving the issue. Now the nodal officer forcibly closed it, so I can't open it again frm the mobile app. U think u guys can play with customer's money

  @ACTFibernet Most hopeless connection i have ever seen. We have taken four connections of @ACTFibernetHYD in a week twice the connection gets disconnect and not less than 24hrs person comes to resolve. This issue we are facing since last six months but company is least bothered

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD SR10167563262974 ws closed by ur local guy earlier & when I reopened it, he reprimanded me w/o resolving d prob. Now that the nodal officer forcibly shut it down,I can't reopen it from d mobile app. U guys believe U can fiddle wid customers' money?

  @ACTFibernet Internet stops every 5 minutes , Can you fix it or should i switch to another broadband ? I am always facing one issue or other since i connected to act. Please fix it asap

  @ACTFibernet Hyderabad: No broadband internet service for over 30 hours. No service updates either from the customer care or area technicians. Nonchalant responses. Pathetic service. Regret choosing ACT Fibernet.
