  @ACTFibernet @DoT_India The internet went off at 10am before announcing outage and it should be up by 2pm and no response, customer service or engineers responding. One of the worst behaviors when it comes to customer support. SR10365951988884. Please fix things

  @ACTFibernet Better I go with a service that resolves issues within a day. Maybe I'll stop using ACT and start using JIO or Airtel. Maybe they are good at their work.
