    @ACTFibernet The issue was resolved about 25 hours after reporting the issue. I appreciate the support, however I would be more pleased if issue didn’t occur every week.

    @ACTFibernet : The internet speed is really slow from past few days in my locality, the speed test are indicating high speed but I strongly believe it is not at all true. I am working from home and i can do my work better and faster with a mobile hotspot compared to your WiFi.

    @ACTFibernet very poor service not able 2 resolve tickets within timelines as you promise . In digitalisation and IoT world your services required 24/7. Will you deduct day amount in billing cycle.

    @ACTFibernet I'm using ACT Fibernet for more than 5 years now. I raised a request for 'Name Change' in my account. Your support team is taking more than a week to process, despite giving all documents.
