@ACTFibernet It has been 2 months l have complained multiple times regarding the shifting of switch box but no response from Act fibernet . I wish that it would be done in the next 24 hours. Please look into it and make sure your service is provided ASAP.

Currently @ACTFibernet is not working in my area and these fools had no courtesy to even send a message saying that there will be a disruption in service. #pathetic their customer service stinks .

Worst service possible. No internet for the past two days I almost lost my 2 days office with this reason that "MY INTERNET IS NOT WORKING" Ticket No: SR10761651138292 For Bill payment you are available 24/7, 365 days But if something goes wrong, No response👏 @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet It's been 4 days since we paid the money for a broadband connection.. the person in-charge for our area Nagarbhavi Bangalore one Karthik does not recieve the call. Customer care does not respond. Did not expect this.

Dear @ACTFibernet I know you guys only listen for new connections but there is a term called existing customer. 1 customer is calling you since last 7 days. 3 times per day SR10160937358264. See if you can do something.
