    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service and probably the most idiotic ISp I have ever encountered. Lost internet connectivity due to server issues for the 3rd time in this week. To resolve this issue, it takes 24 hours and the technician arrives later than 24 hrs to make matter worse

    @ACTFibernet subscription existed till 31 st August and why you didn't take my disconnection request initially. Legally this is cheating customers by giving wrong information. Please provide solution on this incident

    @ACTFibernet Your representative came for servicing my issue. But, he started demanding taking parts from the disputed junction box in my home. This is unprecedented. Instead of giving me a solution to my burnt MCB, he is just trying to take the junction box part by part. (Part 1)
