    @ACTFibernet Your 48 hours is also over. Still connection is not restored... I get an update my issue will be resolved by 17 Dec 4 pm . That's another 72 hours from now.. what is happening? No one is reachable to talk .. ACT you have lost all the credibility you had earned till date customers

    @ACTFibernet No sir, your ground staff is unable to resolve the issue even after 4 days (you may see the record of your standard template of replies). Another 48hrs is not acceptable. I ll be escalating to #BalaMalladi CEO-ACT as #ACT local staff failed. @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet can someone help me? I think I’ve got scammed by a person called Pandian from your team.. he charged me around 8000 rs but my account is yet to be activated!! No responses from him either!

    @ACTFibernet Not yet. Just got a feedback form. No information on the amount credited back to our account due to over charging . We have been following up vide mail and tweets as well. Very poor reaction no response
