    @ACTFibernet NO. it’s still not resolved but the THIRD ticket has been closed without even verifyinh with me. I called the service guy now and he’s not reachable. Your service is beyond pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service in Lucknow. Per their policy if you forget to recharge or don’t want to recharge they will deduct the amount from the advance payment. Raised multiple requests for refund. Every time they open ticket and forget. Act acc. 119560695076

    @ACTFibernet I paid for a new fibernet installation three days back and still struggling to get it installed in South Bangalore. Your executives are rude, untrained and unprofessional. Very bad customer experience.
