    @manutoms @ACTFibernet Even I'm facing the issue. What is happening with their service. Even their customer service is unable to recognise my registered mobile number and I'm facing this issue in my Act app too.

    @anshika16_ @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet is one of the worst broadband services I've ever experienced. Over 20 days post-disconnection, and still, no one has shown up for router pickup or refund processing. When I disconnected due to no internet issue, no technician visited for a week to resolve the problem

    @ACTFibernet - I'm unable to access your internet and at the same time your app isn't accepting my phone number for login- the same phone number I have been using for years! Please look into it, this is very irritating to loose your connection in the middle of a workday

    @ACTFibernet I reactivated my connection on June 16 with the ₹799 plan. I'm being shown ₹1500 due till July 15, but I want to disconnect today (July 2). Please confirm the pro-rata amount I actually need to pay till today and help with immediate disconnection. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I had paid for the Mesh Router on 24.6.2025 & was told that it would be installed in 2 working days, made 3 to 4 follow up calls but in vain. 8 days & yet no one has called & nor has the Mesh router been installed. Pathetic customer service & absolutely annoying.
