  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct is a worst internet service provider in India. Every month, mostly one or two days his internet is breakdown. After the complaint ticket raise,12-24 hours take to restore the internet service. Every year, 15-25 days are non-working but charges full payment.

  @ACTFibernet If your techs stop around 7 to 8 PM, why hasn't my issue been touched yet? Giving me an ETR for tomorrow (Apr 10) is unacceptable service. @TRAI @DoT_India, this is a total service failure. I shouldn't have to beg for a repair. Complaint No: SR11079728116674

  @ACTFibernet We had applied for an account transfer which was supposed to be resolved by the 4th of April and it's 8th today with no signs of resolution until now. I have called your team several times over the past few days and was able to connect only twice who assured quick resolution but nothing has been done.   Hi! @ACTFibernet My net is down for last 24 Hrs. Will you able to resolve it , or just continue to make customers fool. Neither your area mgrs are listening nor customer service is resolving the issues. They are working like post office. Simply disgusting.

  @ACTFibernet ACT Broadband is unreliable. Suddenly got an outage message saying it would be fixed in 3 hours-but it’s been longer and there’s still no internet. This is disrupting daily activities that depend on a stable connection. #ACTBroadbandDown #ACTBroadbandSuddenOutage
