@ACTFibernet My A/C number is 101372201707. Every month billing amount is 1268.5 but this time it is showing as 4067.46. I had not subscribed any new service. No proper response from customer support. Please check and correct it.

@ACTFibernet is down since morning. Ever since launched "smart fiber" your service has become unreliable. SR10363805728304 not yet addressed. Not getting proper response from call center. Please let me know the process of disconnecting the connection would be happy to move out

@ACTFibernet Service is now restored. What is your SLA for such outages. Is it >30 hrs. Seems ridiculous isn’t it? I seek a refund with the amount of pain and torture you have put me thru. This month has seen >5 days of outage (>110hrs of outage per month)! Sickening.
