  @ACTFibernet Hi ACT Team, As usual, i got a call for the escalation and they mentioned that within 24-48 hours it will be resolved but still i am waiting for that. I am totally unhappy with this service.

  @ACTFibernet I dont want callback,I want to deactivate the account now. I'm at outstation. so just deactivate the account, I will not pay a single penny till I return.After I return I will start the internet service and will make the payment for the internet usage from that day. @ACTFibernet
