    @ACTFibernet Very irresponsible customer care department (vinay , pawan) who were very rude and unprofessional; mentioned me that there us no email for act company to register complaints. Uneducated staff who dont know to settle my issue instead disconnect my service. Kudos🙏

    @ACTFibernet I don't know why I am continuing with ACT. I have had no wifi for the past nearly 24 hrs. Customer service is the worst. Only auto msgs are sent. No one calls or responds. The engineers don't even know where to find the cables. No joy in retaining their service.

    @ACTFibernet been 5 days I logged a complaint. I was supposed to receive a call back.. Monger received so far and complaint has been closed with no resolution.. Called customer care and they say that they do not have an option to connect to a manager.. AWESOME!!!!
