@ACTFibernet It is still not resolved. High time for ACT now customer start switching to other service providers. No stable connection and ETA also goes for 2-3 days for every ticket and issues

@ACTFibernet always gives preference and importance to new customers only, they don't have space for the existing customer who is using their services for almost seven years. Their router doesn't cover an area of 500sqft, they force us to upgrade to 200 mbps plan for mesh router

@ACTFibernet My plan was included with the router and your customer care agents are rejecting that. 400+ live channels are promised but they say ott names again when asked. Why do fake promotions? Your customer service is worst.

@ACTFibernet I just got a call from one of their team members after posting here, instead of providing solutions to wifi coverage of the mentioned area, she was just arguing. They don't have a solution to provide the coverage except forcing us to go with a mesh router with 200 mbps plan
