    @ACTFibernet I have raised number of service requests for providing power back up to act junction box in Prashanth Nagar, Vanasthalipuram area. We are facing connectivity issues due to power loss or issue with power connectivity to junction box. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernetHYD: @ACTFibernet #balamalladi worst service from act.. requested for reconnection.. first they charged me the amount but didn't provided the connection.. requested for refund multiple times. It's been 2months but my amount was not settled.. Don't go for ACT fibernet

    Awful service by @ACTFibernet i requested for disconnect connection,u disconnected it after 15days and now charging for port keeping charge amounting 1600 of loot . I dnt opt for it nor it my mistake that you disabled it with delay.

    @ACTFibernet These days again & again ur ppl playing with customers like comedians. On complaint of connection issues, after 24hrs of wait, your ppl responded like bellow... If it takes 24hrs respond and 48hrs to react, is it be called as a No.1 service?

    One of the worst experience I had with @ACTFibernet They will create a service request if we request customer care, but engineers will close service tickets without resolving the issues. We don't need them in future.😡

    @ACTFibernet This is definitely not an issue with my router. Please dont send a technician to do basic troubleshooting. I have done it already.
