Customer care can we expect a final ETA when the issue will resolve? Issue still not resolved. There were 2 ETA given, both were passed. Uday not giving response or picking call.

I dnt know what understanding or troubleshootng is being done by disabling the internet as I'm constantly getting no internet so far Hope u understnd criticality

Why do u charge money whn u don't provide even basic service.

Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.

I had to cancel the connection because they tried to install a commercial 8-port hub in my private house for just ₹50! Ticket is raised, but ACT team, please process this with finance TODAY and give me the UTR number.
