@ACTFibernet your speeds have been going down, SLAs of 24 hours, no trouble shooting if an issue keeps repeating for a customer. Clearly shows you are getting complacent and are not bothered about every customer anymore.

@ACTFibernet I'm reaching out to your service agents for the past 2 days. No response from them. They don't have courtesy to attend the call. Extremely disappointed. Conidering to change the fibernet with Airtel or Jio

@ACTFibernet After 2-3 days only, again got the same issue. New SR: SR10276317650764 Please fix it properly this time and change the old router with a new one ELSE I will not be able to continue using ACT for sure.
