    @ACTFibernet of today = BSNL of the past by the looks of things. Had a more pleasant experience with BSNL back home than I’m having with ACT right now that’s for sure! Works great when it works. Goes down and you pray the ticket gets assigned to the right people. Poor service.

    Hey @ACTFibernet, if you can’t fix this for me today, just cancel my connection. Will give my business to another provider rather than deal with all this. No one has the patience nor the time these days for such follow ups.

    @ACTFibernet Still now not received any update from your team and doing same please initiate my refund it was opened since 20 days back how long I need to wait for my refund as technical support declared no connection will be install from your area as it was not in server area
