@ACTFibernet again same thing happened today service engineer called me and told me he is coming and after 20 min he is saying his Boss denied him for my connection. Team please help me or else give my refund on urgent basis so that I can take other connection.

@azm18191 @ACTFibernet My internet is also not working, I sent a private DM to this handle, three weeks back as when we had faced issues, guess what since it's private DM , they still are yet to respond. So making this public need AcT to act ,. Or refund my 6 months pre paid payment

My internet is down since yesterday, not update yet. Ticket SR10165327421434 shows work in progress since yesterday but i see no progress being done. My work is being affected due to this. ACT Fiber is proving to be unreliable. Very disappointed @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
