    @ACTFibernet I've contacted customer support multiple times. Every time, I hear the same response: "We've escalated your complaint to the concerned team." But no one has taken any action.

    @ACTFibernet we have raised yesterday that internet is not working !! Daily you guys changing the eta !! This is not fair !! You guys should have faster track system . If some issue it should why that happened and which area ? Changing eta alone will not resolve the issue team :(

    @ACTFibernet I need to have with engineer in your common network line also . I want to request him to realign the wire from box to our home !! Since it is in very low height lorry and van pass over will definitely hit . Hence requesting to share or tell him to call me asap please

    @ACTFibernet Hi. I also have a mesh pod request pending for weeks now. Your service folks say there is a short supply. Can u fix it? How is the company installing new connections if it is so cropped by device shortage

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for the response. However, there is a huge demand for reliable internet like ACT in our locality (Hawas Ji ka Rasta, 302002). Many residents are unhappy with the current options and want to switch. Please flag this to your network expansion team for feasibility."
