    @ACTFibernet Are you guys idiots or what at this time in night you disconnect the service for no reason even after so much of follow up and resolution. Either your system is crap or you play with customers. I need the connection to be activated as soon as possible.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Wrost service I never seen Wen I applied for disconnnection due to some false invoices ur guys called me asked to not to disconnect and waved the bill Again u raise the invoice again I sent a mail so u waived off and the bill was zero now again u raised

    @ACTFibernet I spoke with the Customer Relations Team the same day and requested for a disconnection. A request was raised and then someone called to inform that they would be escalating this and placing a request for an audit of the route ( the cable route check ) to provide a soln. Waiting.
