    @ACTFibernet i have been facing constant packet loss since the past week and i cant stream nor can i play the game properly, its a issue from your end. And it is not only just me, even other ACT users who i asked around are also facing packet loss. Pleas e fix this.

    @ACTFibernet Advise : Never go for ACT. Pathetic service. Using it for last many years just because of inertia of changing the service providers. Always remain disconnected or poor speed, Calling customer care is like talking to wall. Plz return my money back at pro rata basis.

    @ACTFibernet i discontinued my fiber connection on 27 november i didn't get my security refund... I call many times customer care... Saalo next year doge kya security refund ya case filed krwau....???? ACT broadband account number 118511507664

    When u spoke to your support team before taking the connection as well, they also told that the amount will be refunded if you will like the service. So is ACT working on false promises. @ACTFibernet
