@ACTFibernet will you pls look into the internet issue that I am facing and I have raised the complaint many times but after an hour it says your issue has been resolved without even follow up with any technician. I think the customer care is pathetic and there is no response.

@ACTFibernet @prasoonpsn Every time I called it was different May 13 - 8pm May 14 - By 3pm May 14 eve - they can't status, so no resolution time. May 15 - Even they have no idea. It's all chaos and pathetic experience.
