    @ACTFibernet @rsprasad Sir from customer perspective its mental harassment 1 year for simple refund request..many calls many mails and no support , I am really frustrated and got mentally disturbed..isn't it question on actfiber net attitude towards customer

    Pathetic service @ACTFibernet. Link gets down frequently and the employee of yours comes after 24 hrs to service it. 3 times a week issue is faced. My job is at risk. Thank you. Will look for other internet provider.

    @ACTFibernet Closing the tickets and getting 24hours extension is like cheating the customer. Shanmugam is the field engineer who is form IndraNagar Bangalore. That is the only info I have after all the tickets. When will my internet connectivity resume. 3days no network. 5/5
