    @ACTFibernet Funny that you're the third entity who has highlighted my issue to the "respective team". Is this some mythological team? Seeing how no one has even bothered to give me a call with an update about the situation or why it's taking so long, I am convinced that it doen't exist.

    @ACTFibernet you guys have the audacity to write that my account is prone to late payments. Show me one payment that was late in the last 6 years. This shows your arrogance. When i write back you guys tell me that you are sending reminder for payment even without understanding the issue. Not a single working customer care number. What kind of services are you clowns running. If i donโ€™t receive a proper response or apology, i will be forced to move out and also influence 30 other connections in my flat to move out of ACT. Get ready

    @ACTFibernet Hi, another 24hrs crossed but still no solution. I havenโ€™t received my refund even after 20 days of discontinuation and 10 days of asset return. You people will charge late fee, deactivation fee and other charges if we failed to pay on time.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI please note this violation of customer promise by @ACTFibernet where they haven't done the installation after taking full advance payment and harassing customer by not fulfilling their promise to install within 24 hours of the payment.

    Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Before payment, I received continuous calls. After payment, no proper response. Internet installation was delayed, ACT StreamTV4K setup is still pending, and every day I hear "today"or "tomorrow."Please cancel myconnection and refund my money
