@Malik10713990 @ACTFibernet I just wasted 30 mins being in "queue" when I called their helpline number. The app takes service requests but provides no updates. Was informed a technician will visit but no show. Extremely poor customer support and service.

@ACTFibernet I had taken a temp broadband connection in Blr, called your customer service 3-4 times to get the connection terminated as I no longer need it, was assured it will be done, but keeping getting the bills - is this the best you guys can do??
