    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a week since I’ve been trying to register a complaint to cancel my subscription as I’m moving to a new location where ACT Fibernet is not available. I still have around 2 months left in my current plan. Kindly refund the proportionate amount along with my remaining cashback balance at the earliest. Requesting your urgent support.     I request you to change allot for a change of router for my connection. Im not satisfied with the speeds of 150mbps when im paying 1400rs for 350mbps. this is absolutely waffling to advice me to change the plan to 6months when i requested. Kindly help with the change @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Why can't you guys solve a customer's issue instead of just closing the ticket? Such a disappointing experience. When are you guys actually going to address a customer's issue properly? And most importantly, when can I get my internet back?
