Hence I have cancelled my plan effective 10-04-26 with act fibernet and will require the entire payment refunded as the plan

Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet

You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant .
