@ACTFibernet I called back the person who had called me. However no response. I called again this morning he said he will fix the issue within an hour. To my dismay he is not answering the phone and it's getting frustrating. Can't keep skipping office calls. Can this be resolved

@ACTFibernet I have been trying to make a shifting request through the ACT fiber app and it's not working, i recently got shifted. Your app is garbage. It has been 10days now since I got shifted and your employees are just harassing me at this point. I even have an active plan.

@ACTFibernet It is being 2 months I have disconnected your service and raised a ticket for refund amount. Till today your team have not come to take the router. I raised multiple reminders still there is no response. Is it the way you provide services to your clients?

@ACTFibernet very bad customer care experience infact it's the worst I've ever witnessed. They have been ignoring my request from past few days now. Act fiber has the worst customer care service I'm convinced and the worst mobile app EVER.
