    @ACTFibernet Worst Customer Service Ever. Been 5 days since I registered a Shifting request, not been addressed. There's no one to talk to, the links they send don't work. Ticket Number: SR10154608703612. Also, How can I choose to discontinue your services? Where is an option?

    @ACTFibernet I raised many complaints about the network issue. tickets are getting closed but issue is not getting resolved .And twice network engineer visited and dint resolve the issue and they aren't even responding to calls.

    @ACTFibernet @VKakkireni Another reason why Airtel is better than ACT in customer service. Raised SR SR11054729079258 yesterday afternoon to stop Zee5 subscription and this morning got mail that Zee5 subscription has been renewed.

    @Airtel_Presence Your team now tells me that 40 mbps service isn't available in our pincode but yet charged us for 3 months plan and the technician didn't say a word about it. Give us our money back. Pathetic service! @ACTFibernet we need your connection. Can you help?

    @ACTFibernet My issue has not been resolved by your team. Your engineer visited our residence and said that there is no power connection for the box. He advised me to give power or else suspend the connection and choose alternative service. Very poor performance from your staff.
