    @ACTFibernet Hi could you please justify your poor service and response for a new connection Ref Work Order WO101800795160. Payment was done 3 days back with assurance of getting installation done in 24 hrs. I just keep on chasing and no response at all neither the refund.

    @ACTFibernet Now they are saying again today the issue will not get fixed seriously are you guys playing here why can't you give one deadline when the issue will be fixed everyday we have to call and follow up. Why don't you escalate the issue if you are not able to fix it.

    @ACTFibernet worst service standards. Complained fr a small internet connectivity issue and even after 16 hours no one came. Is the entire city has only one technician? And ivr call centre is the worst and disastrous system. No way you people were customer service oriented

    @ACTFibernet Account no 102657127173 Complaint Ticket ID : SR10280081244234 Kindly resolve at the earliest. Your customer service executives have been absolutely useless to provide any timelines! No internet since the hailstorm 3 days back!!!!

    @ACTFibernet No internet from 3.30 pm yesterday, got a message that it will be resolved between 9am- 1 pm till now issue not resolved, disgusting customer support and service, you are forcing customers like us to port to some other service providers like @airtelindia, @HathwayBrdband etc

    Horrible service by @ACTFibernet. It is now the fourth day since internet is not working. This is in Malleswaram, Bengaluru. Nobody is responding to my calls.
