@ACTFibernet Internet is down from morning. Raised a ticket, but the problem still exists. Desperately in need of internet now. Ticket no : SR10265318784664. Please look into it, I've had issues with ACT but they've always resolved the issues, but not this one.

@ACTFibernet Services are horrible,guys please don't take act connection bcz they never resolve any issue if you have imergency.They won't understand your situation.also Connections plans are costly too. Their customer care executives don't have any access to assist and are nonsense.

@tparaval You can raise a complaint by just sending an SMS, unless a physical damage, all issues will be resolved by remote services. Download their app and use it for their services @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet My Regd Mobile No. with act fiber net is 9401252145. My refund of Rs.2903/- is pending since 14 Jun 22. The customer care is not resolving my case and giving me my refund. they keep opening the tickets and close it. but no refund resolutions. Request do needful
