    @ACTFibernet your service is pathetic. I’ve been troubled by you on billing issues. I’ve paid full amount for an year in Feb 21 and your team is asking me to pay extra 5k. I hate to tell you your call centre people disconnected my call twice by saying they are putting me on hold.

    @ACTFibernet extremely poor experience with trying to get connection installed. Have paid advance rental for six months as required but still nobody has come to fix it! Been three days. And the workmen have not stuck to the designated day and time

    @ACTFibernet I paid for a new fibernet installation three days back and still struggling to get it installed in South Bangalore. Your executives are rude, untrained and unprofessional. Very bad customer experience.

    @ACTFibernet Hello, I have used ACT fibrenet for 7 years and got it disconnected 10 months back due to frequent issues. Got it reconnected 2 months back as a customer executive assured better service and said things have improved. But the ground reality is different.

    @ACTFibernet Please arrange the call as quick as possible . I had to stop my work because of this issue
