@ACTFibernet This issue happens so frequently that now I’m really tired of this broadband. Every other day the internet stops working for 1-2 hours and then I have to repeat the same process of raising a ticket which gets automatically closed by you guys without resolving it. (1)

It is showing 19:00 but still till 19:30 its not at all working. @ACTFibernet Always under maintenance, don't know what they maintain or just and excuse to tell customer whenever they complaint.

@ACTFibernet Got a text message about a maintenance activity. Guess that's the reason for interruption in service. Would be better if these scheduled maintenance is informed to users in advance.

@ACTFibernet facing connection issues frequently now. Defeats the purpose of having Fibernet and you don’t expect this after paying 15k.

@ACTFibernet And boom just after 1-2 days the same thing happens again. You guys have a very good reputation so please don’t ruin it. Please fix this problem once and for all or deactivate the connection.
