@ACTFibernet Dear Team, I really had a very bad experience with the ACT service provider. They were not able to Install the Internet connect to my location neither to my friend location. Very bad service. I have also requested to process the refund in High priority.

@ACTFibernet your customer care(less) told that they cannot refund. Now I am forced to pay and still not able to use internet when I want. You people will decide when to use. As last hope i have written to nodal and apellette as my last try. Feels like cheated. Wil Never use ACT.

@JioCare Presently I hv ActFibernet plan bt their service is the WORST (no correction made after 1 month in bill start date,which starts before the date of giving physical connection & configuring router). I want to shift to yours. Need to know process. @ACTFibernet not note.
