    @veelesec @ACTFibernet It was just some low level dns probing, nothing remarkable worth writing about so I let AI document it but they were intercepting 1.1.1.1 queries and any other resolver, only solution was DoT and DoH to cloudflare or anyone else

    @ACTFibernet Even your customer support ivr takes 20 minutes to assign a customer support agent. But sales team contacts in less than a minute. This behaviour is unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet what stupidity is this when the due date is tomorrow. How can it be overdue when due date is tomorrow. Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @nithitsuki @ACTFibernet Bangalore, ACT layed out a fiber line, but it doesn’t terminate at my home, there’s a common box for connections in the area, so not true FTTH

    Got the new connection last Sunday & 2 days later on Tuesday evening the internet went down. Raised the ticket with you but till now there is no update. Customer support kept on saying to wait for 1 hour but i see no end to this. SR11081169000614 @ACTFibernet
