    @ACTFibernet But vijay didn't recived my call and he did not called me back. Someone from technical team gave false update to customer care that he visited customer but customer requested installation on 5 Oct.

    @ACTFibernet wow took 7 days to confirm the area serviceability for shifting. That too you found out after many escalations, otherwise it would have taken months. Pathetic service ever. Refund my money and close the issue.

    @ACTFibernet I am getting the same comment from last 3days. No one contacted. Even who came for the installation that guy also not received the call. So don't fool the customer. @jagograhakjago please note this kind of situation.
