@ACTFibernet Can you please get your staff to remove the cables and the equipment from our house? Your staff misbehaved and so we had to ask for disconnection. Now, your staff is obstructing us from chosin another service provider. Do you want us to take legal action?

@ACTFibernet Account # 103345013707. Plan upgraded to GIGA without checking feasibility, Gigabit capable router and Without laying fibre cable. Pathetic customer service and SmartFibre is only marketing Gimmick.
