After multiple complaints, I’m disconnecting @ACTFibernet. I asked for waiver of bill for the days service was not given and they agreed to waive it for 8 days. But for that i have to continue with ACT. why?You are charging for services that you didn’t provide.

@ACTFibernet From Morning Onwards No internet connection. I Repetadly Call customer Care But no one coming to Resolve the issue And when one person who is local technician of act picked my phone ,said i will not come do whatever you want to do,this is horrible service .
