    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hrs. Issue not fixed. As said you people are just sitting behind social media and call centre. Can't talk to customer at any point. You have the most ridiculous SLAs on issues. In the last 4 months I wasn't provided internet for ~40 days.

    @ViZzFans @ACTFibernet @TBearslayer The worst service provided by #youbroadband it's six days and ours isn't working. Nobody taking any responsibility. Pure mental harrassment in a wfh scenario.

    @ACTFibernet your bloody customer service associates hung up on me three times.. and this is the service that you ant to give .. guys stop using @ACTFibernet this is just of no use. Customer support just keep hanging up ...worst service ever . Airtel and Jio are better than you.

    @ACTFibernet - Internet down again since yesterday. Req SR10257051899352 not solved yet. Same issue happens every month since January - Chk my complaint history. Very difficult to work from home with such service. I have no options other than moving to different service provider
