Happened again repeatedly today - Actfibre connectivity disappeared while I was on DD India TV. Most embarrassing. This happens repeatedly, a technician comes over to check when one complains and then same thing is repeated. Pathetic service.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet That's not the feedback which is right and fair. I've incurred a loss in business due to my unavailability at work. You should compensate me with 1 and a half day as i could work during the outage. Until then, don't act smart and portray that issue is resolved. Bcoz it repeats

@ACTFibernet its been more than a month yet issue not resolved , new router has been taken away not working refurbished router has been given crippled with my daily work. Who can help me to get out of this nasty. Team act and be responsible
