@ACTFibernet Internet was down from today afternoon & when we registered complaint they are saying it will take 24 hours to resolve the issue. I am really disapointed with the customer services. If this issue is not fixed immediately we'll have to look for new service provider

@ACTFibernet whenever I call the ivr goes till call position 3 and stops and the call is dead been waiting since past 2 hours you don't resolve the issue but you and don't lift calls also

@ACTFibernet Worst customer service I have been calling since 3 weeks to fix my generated bill so that I can make the payment but they didn't fix it and suspended my connection for non payment of the over charged bill I was assured by their team that suspension won't happen.

@ACTFibernet I paid my bill to avoid interuption in my connectivity as I'm dependent on ur services and you guys are not turned up.. Already raised around 4 cases no responses either... Worst ever service and no customer orientation seeing here... Making me to feel bad..
