    @ACTFibernet can I get a part time job. I can work for free. I may just call the customers and say "you are important your problem will be resolved". Why don't you give outgoing call privileges to your tech? Why is it so hard to call a customer? SR10163226435914

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I raised a request id SR10263200489859. The customer executive promised to get it resolved within 72 hours, but it's already 5 days still not resolved. It's a simple request to change plan duration from 6 month advance to monthly basis. Pls look into it. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet 5. Call again the customer care and shout and they shout back and ask you to WAIT 6. If you are lucky enough after two days the all-so-busy technician will bless you and ask you to WAIT Better option go for JIO or Airtel
