@ACTFibernet If downtime is 2-3 days minimum every month, you need to get to the bottom of it and resolve, not send customer service template messages as it doesn't do you any good. Or is it time to move to other ISP?

@ACTFibernet There was no internet since 7pm yesterday, ticket: SR10165624848184. This has happned before too which caused lot of complications as I am working from home. Your quality of service a an absolute **** show, complete garbage.
