@ACTFibernet its been a while (6 months)complaining about multiple speed drop & fluctuations but seems there's no mechanism to check the repeat complaints from customers.technician just want to close the ticket rather closing customer issues.150 mbps plan suffering with 35 mbps.

@ACTFibernet Thank you for getting back to me @ACTFibernet Although, I was promised a callback within 4 hours after my complaint, and 11 hours have been passed. I have called your customer support again. I am really doubting if my faith can ever be restored in ACT. I hope to get answer soon.
