    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your pathetic service. I raised a complaint at 1:30 PM regarding my internet outage and was assured that it would be resolved by 9:00 PM. I even contacted customer support and requested urgent action, yet as of 9:30 PM, the issue remains unresolved. What's worse, there has been zero communication or update from your team. I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable. What compensation do you intend to provide for the financial and professional loss caused by your failure to resolve the issue within the committed timeline?

    Hi @ACTFibernet The worst experience to get a connection from the internet, It"s been almost 5 days since I requested for reallocation but not one showed up for the installation to my new location. Worst customer support and no option to submit feedback also @ACT_Issues

It has been almost 24 hours since I reported the internet outage, and your team has failed to provide either a resolution or a meaningful update. Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for?     @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD if there is anything worst than **** then ur customer care is more worst than that. Your care rep mutes the call, cuts call. You should be ashamed of yourself for calling a service provider! what a **** company you are running

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, a waiver does not address the inconvenience caused by being without internet for over 24 hours. My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.
