    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your service! Internet has been disconnected since 5 AM today (22/10/2025) and still not resolved. The app shows an expected resolve time of 9 PM, almost an entire day without internet! Totally unaccept. and worst service. SR10377639643194

    @ACTFibernet Appreciate the response, but this is the fourth day I’ve been hearing the same assurance “issue highlighted, resolution soon.” Your team already knows this is due to cable removal and won’t be restored till Friday. Please stop giving generic replies and start giving honest updates. Transparency isn’t too much to ask, @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Shocking, to say the least! In an era of Technological explosion where everything is being addressed remotely, I am hearing the same response for the last 7 days without resolving the issue. I may have to consider shifting to some other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet your service quality has been poor for months — repeated outages and unresolved tickets. When I asked for a refund for my yearly plan, your team refused to pay me back the amount. This is unacceptable customer service. Such a downfall.
