Don't trust internet providers in India like Ecxitel (@excitel_rocks ). Just waste of money. Their support just poor. They are just fooling around. Instead go for @ACTFibernet or @airtelindia xTream fibrenet. #Scam

@ACTFibernet There is a battery issue in the main hub of the building.. whenever the power goes off, my internet cuts off immediately.. i have a wofi router ups but still the same issue.. Your agent +918499955053 is requesting that he dont want to come today to fix it.. plz look into this!!

@ACTFibernet My issue is still there network enginner guy came and told that its a old router and it should get changed but they dont have any other router and went back. So i need a new router or else i want my money return and cancel my subscription

@ACTFibernet Poor customer service from ACT. Raised a request for shifting on Friday - SR10160325364715, received SMS on Friday itself. Customer care executive says ticket registered on Sunday and status says unassigned since 3 days. Already called 3 times
