@ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 what a pathetic service to a 7-8 yrs old customer. Who just want the refund and everyday follow up with your team. I had two ac out of which 1 is closed act team has taken router. They said you will get refund in 7 business days.

@ACTFibernet You lot have become terrible in your services. Frequent disconnects, speed drop, taking forver to resolve etc... My internet is down for the past 24 hrs and it happens on every weekends. Frustrating. Ticket number: SR10363864610074.

@ACTFibernet really love your service. Every week your internet goes down and every time it takes a day to be restored. Been down for 7 hours today, just counting… Even my ADSL connection had better reliability then this 😤
