@ACTFibernet I ma sorry to say. Call back will not help. Sent a detailed email after analysis of the issue. If & IF you have a technical team who read and understand customer emails, it wouldn't take this long to even take basic action. Worst service and customer focus is the least I can say.

@ACTFibernet Internet was not working 3 days ago, raised a ticket in ACT app. After 4 hours internet started working again. But after that day , internet stops working randomly even though there is no power cut. Can you please help? #Chennai #actfibernet

@ACTFibernet Very pathetic Customer Service. Complaint SR10363614140464 raised at 07:00am/03-Dec. Absolutely no response so far. Even after 2 calls and email to nodal, practically zero response. Don't know if you guys are even working for customers.
