    @ACTFibernet Yes, the issue has been resolved for now. But please take a look at the number of tickets that we have opened since we got the connection a month ago. It's almost once every few days. :( Could you please ensure this doesn't happen again at least for a few weeks? Thanks.

    @ACTFibernet it’s very frustrating to complain N no of times. No body is bothered and box is not maintained well . All the wires and everything is in bad condition. No one cares or responds well . They are busy jus closing tickets . Very bad experience with you guys

    No solution yet. No one from the @ACTFibernet bothered to even give a call and listen to the complaint. That's how their service is. Bye-Bye. #ActFibernet. Switching to another provider & advise people to never trust ACT. THEY ARE THE WORST. Every other day connection goes off.

    Very disappointed with this Act Fibernet last time case has been registered for internet not working and they took 2days to resolve, Now after 1 day same issue. My work is getting spoiled due to this Act. My A/C 102605456272 You all are first in collecting payments @ACTFibernet
