Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end. After 7 support calls, the issue is still unresolvedโand calls keep getting disconnected mid-conversation. @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately.
