    @ACTFibernet i know this wiring issue is not gonna resolve soon and i can completely understand its not your fault, i only updates to your customers on timely basis, and we can't wait and run on mobile hotspots so will switch to available air fibre, all i ask is to speed up.

    @ACTFibernet everyone is almost complaining about your service. Atleast be transparent to your customer. Otherwise we have better ISP as @airtelindia and @reliancejio .

    @sikkireddy @ACTFibernet Same things happened with me as well they keep posting same msg again and again. And they extending date. Who is going to pay for our losses which is occured by service provider

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Pathetic service provider you are. My internet has been down since 3rd Sep ,i have raised multiple complaints including SR10176950332594, no response or resolution has been provided. Ur call centre agents are unresponsive.Take immediate action.

    @ACTFibernet internet not working from afternoon. I got a message it will be restored in 3 hours. But no resolution yet. Pathetic service from your side.

    @rajeshreddyega @ACTFibernet That's another issue going on. Based on feedback, I have applied for a Jio connection, I have paid for it. But they are not installing it now. I have been waiting for a week now. @JioCare customer care also sucks.

    @ACTFibernet your team starting automatic service request for upgrade without concerning customer and changing bill , if this happen without our concern i need think move to other broadband services in my area.
