No response from customer service. Evrytym i call, they ask for 4hrs tym but no call back even from team. Such world class poor negligence for customers. Nvr again #ACTFIBERNET

@ACTFibernet you haven't repaired our WiFi connection since four days! Your service technicians are playing hide and seek.. in total we haven't had internet for a whole week now... Are you going to reimburse our forced leaves we had to take because we didn't have internet?!

@ACTFibernet An 8 year old subscriber like me received 25 Calls in last 4 days to pay my bills that too after suspending my connection . But when u call them back they will never connect and is always busy . The worst APP and Website not at all user friendly . Want to switch

@ACTFibernet This you guys told last week as well, and came up with temp solution, please work for permanent now. 1st mistake is ok, but there seems no improvement, even I warned that this is temp solution, please fix ASAP, but no one take it seriously, damn carelessness @jagograhakjago

@ACTFibernet got call from ACT for reactivation. I asked, if u provide free relocation then I reactivate my acc. They said YES, then I accepted to reactivate. After activating I got Rs660 relocation charges msg. I contact support they said no free relocation option. Poor Service.
