@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer care. Raised a request of internet not working since a day and no one cares. Have made several calls to the local guy and he just hangs up like I'm no customer. Tired of these dolts.

@ACTFibernet YOUR SERVICE IS SO DAMN PATHETIC. 3 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS FROM ACT VISITED US ON SAME DAY BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. CUSTOMER CARE HAD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY FOR ME. I THINK I WILL HAVE TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER. WORST SERVICE BY ACT

@ACTFibernet You take 18+ hours to fix service disruptions during weekdays!? Is this really a reliable internet service provider?? Billing is very prompt at ACT. Why does issue resolution take more than a day?? Making fools of customers. 😡

@ACTFibernet after so many requests finally got the net connection thank you.. But the net never works I try calling ur CC it takes hrs to connect but someone picks and disconnects the call. How do I get it fixed???
