@ACTFibernet Ur cust service is pathetic. I tuk a connxn 2 week back. The neighbor asked me redo cable route as it affects his house elevation. I raised this in App, but complaint is closed as resolved without information. I reopen it, you close again. I call telecaling, no luck

@ACTFibernet your service people are so keen to close a ticket, they just do the same thing over and over again everytime i raise the issue and when i tell them same resolution was done before, they just close the ticket. What's wrong with them! Complain no: SR1026647753674.
