    @ACTFibernet There was ticket was raised on June 2nd . It was closed without any update. I called the team to reopen the ticket and within 5 mins the ticket was closed again without any help. So what you want to say that you will not help us? Or don't want to care our issues ?

    @ACTFibernet can someone please explain why does it take more than 12 hours to address the issue. 1) No contact numbers 2) No service 3) No status updates Very very disappointed service.

    @ACTFibernet One week bank only I got line act fibre internet last 3 days facing problems not working line I raised complaint My ticket no SR10357706698201 Two of then called 2 days said solved the issue with in 3 hours after that they did not attend my call I m keep on calling
