    @ACTFibernet fixed a box and using my electricity, promised 100₹ per month which will be deducted in next plan but now offering 50₹ only that too for last 6 months, why can’t you add discount for next 6 months as well for upcoming bill . So unfair, pathetic customer service.

    @ACTFibernet I applied for a new connection with 110531810353. Paid an advance of 5657. Installation was never done, asked for refund and now the sales person does not answer my call. So pathetic and unprofessional. If not rectified soon, legal team will file a formal complaint
