@ACTFibernet Unable to use internet since morning, every month 2 days I have same concern waiting after for hours I called act and they're asking me to wait for 24hrs, I have to login before 7:30. Service engnr can visit my location within 30min.

@ACTFibernet complained multiple times regarding billing issue. Everytime ticket getting closed without having a word with me. No response to mail as well. When I called customer care and asked reason for not addressing, representative raised disconnection request. Is it the way?

On every weekend your internet service also takes rest or what... Every weekend plan is ruined. Call centre simply says network down.customer service solves on Monday afternoon..hire folks and work on Sundays also man.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Whenever I'm calling ACT fibernet it's showing i have multiple accounts linked. I'm using only one I requested multiple times to remove those accounts. NO RESOLUTION!!! I always have to type that 12 digits number. Can anyone help in removing it?
