@ACTFibernet very worst service you are giving , facing no internet issues week on week aand now it's repeated for every 3day once . Very irresponsive customer facility for raising service request . Given complaint for No Internet issue but they raised as shifting complaint again

@ACTFibernet Just 10 days ago, I was out of internet for 4 days. And again today, the connectivity is down. How do you expect people to WFH if ur connections are down 5 days a month?! Im paying the same monthly bill to my mobile network provider because of this. Whats wrong ACT ?

@ACTFibernet Hopeless service by your team. For reactivating connection which was in safe custody, struggling from 01-Oct-2021. Your team closed the ticket without providing resolution. Are you really working on to fix the connection, or should I choose other providers?

@ACTFibernet What is the expected resolution time? 1st ticket was created on Sunday 5.30PM which was closed without resolution. Then created another ticket which was expected to be resolved by 4PM today. And now your representative is asking for another 24 hours.

@ACTFibernet frequently getting no internet issues. Terrible to raise complaint and it takes 30hrs to get it resolved . Loosing my 5days of service for every month and getting irritated till service been resolved. Very worst service
