@airtelindia The worst customer support with no proper action plan. The fibernet as been down for past 3 days and it's not been fixed. Better opt for @ACTFibernet I just switched to airtel for a better plan but I fell prey to them. I hope others do not.

No internet for over 30 hours! As a loyal @ACTFibernet customer for nearly 10 years (with yearly payments), this is the worst service ever. Constantly giving false ETRs and delaying the issue without resolution. Totally unacceptable. #ACTFibernet #InternetOutage #Frustrated

@ACTFibernet There was no internet for more than 6 days as the neighbour removed the connection from the box I have raised multiple complaints but there is no response from ur team. As a result I'm planning to remove @ACTFibernet n going for other network . Thank you
