    @UberFacts @ACTFibernet is down at my place since 6days and the onsite tech was dispatched but looks like he's lost, cos he was supposed to turn up 6 days ago. He's not answering the calls either. I just hope he's safe.

    Hi @ACTFibernet - parents in Hyderabad are unable to connect to the internet for the past 2 days, although the router shows no connection issues and the network is available. Can you kindly send a technician to check and rectify? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
