    @ACTFibernet Hi no internet from last Sunday evening..raised ticket no response..worst customer care center they take all information and don't talk for and disconnect the call..worst service I am ever having..please act on the service else you days are not far I move to

    @ACTFibernet called 5 times customer care in 5 1 hours no-one ha infromtaion ..can you dedcut 2days billing amount in the bill..if delayed for 1 day payment u charge interset..you are the worst service provider

    @ACTFibernet and worst part is #ballamaladi is not in tweeter and fb...wat does it mean..it mean this whole co is a thief took money with no services and then generate a bill..pathetic he should shut his co..their fb pages and tweeter handle are fake..raised consumer forum

    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic service. The service ticket is closed automatically without any resolution. I guess new connections are important than keeping the existing ones up. I've been following up for the last 3 days and no resolution. How to raise a disconnection request?
