    @ACTFibernet my internet is down from 3days still no update. No response from engineer or escalation manager. Pathetic service and poorest customer experience I have seen till now.

    Aasmaan se gire khajoor me atke... Disconnected @ACTFibernet yesterday and opted for @airtelindia broadband due to frequent cuts and long resolution time... Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...     Hey @ACTFibernet, I’m stuck in a loop. I have an ongoing request (SR10279914201344) that’s stalled, so I raised a disconnection request (SR10279952569784) out of frustration. Still no resolution on either! Plenty of calls/texts from you, but zero action. Fix this.
