@ACTFibernet The technician called me at 12 saying he is gonna come at my location and fix it He never came and I kept on Calling this guy (+916366954832)this guy blocked me Please take necessary actions This is what these guys does Please initiate the refund to me I'm done!

@ACTFibernet They told that they will fix it morning Guys never buy this ISP Please 🙏 Better buy any other local operator better than this Even if the internet is slow that's ok The main thing we need is service (which these peeps never provided) Service sucks to the core

@ACTFibernet we should raise a corporate complaint on this company They will never fix the connectivity issue The local operator turns off the connection and when we call their worst customer support ,the only thing they tell is fiber wire has been cut to 2 pieces. Worst company

@ACTFibernet I downgrade speed by 50mbps all devices are working fine but laptop on which we rely most due to covid is not working. Gives a feeling that I am being cheated
