    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from past 2 days, there is no action from the team. Cam somebody help pls, if not pls proceed with disconnection for such a pathetic service.

    As I said, this wifi service is pathetic and goes down every week! Punctuality at its best, never misses a week, my ticket - SR11080611760224 for today’s struggle with ACT wifi. Can’t you guys work on it and fix it in my area for good? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @MIB_India Hello Act team, I have taken a wifi connection and installed router today but the internet was still not working. Your tech. said he will not be able to resolve & come along with a senior technician. Totally disappointed with the service.

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet , 24+ hours of internet outage and counting. @ACTFibernet promised resolution by 9 AM, then silently moved it to 9 PM. Customers deserve better communication and accountability. Extremely disappointed with the service.

    @ACTFibernet what a shame! Disgusting and so frustrating experience. It's been 12 hours I raised a ticket, TAT was 7:30 pm and still not resolved. No way I can contact customer care. Definitely not renewing this ****** connection next time

    Hello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct I had requested for a connection shift in bangalore. It has been more than 8 days. No update from ACT. The guy who was about to shift is not picking up the call. Customer support gives a new deadline every time you call. It is frustrating, bad service

    @ACTFibernet just a day after getting a new connection, it’s down and it has been 3 hours since. Zero accountability and boilerplate responses. Wouldn’t recommend anyone
