@ACTFibernet I paid ₹9551 for a plan upgrade on July 3, 2025. The router was supposed to be delivered by July 9, but it's now 3 days late. Despite calling customer care over 100 times, there’s been no update. If this is how the service is, I might switch to another provider.

@ACTFibernet @consaff Got a call. But, no one spoke on the other side. Just a ploy to mention as such here. No real intention to give the refund. Don't you have shame in withholding Customer's money? DON'T TAKE Act connection and SUFFER. They won't give refund if you close the Acc. #CheatingACTFiber

@ACTFibernet Earliest means ? FROM 9am to 10 am , and 2 pm to 5pm and now 9pm resolution time .They don't answer calls and will cut the calls. If the issue comes once in a while that's ok. If it is repeated mean ? Are you hiring technical people or day drinkers @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet
