@ACTFibernet Over 5 hrs....still trying to resolve issues...wat a ntw which cud nit find wat happen..hv engg who give such resolution tht working becomes worst. Hats off to such company having so good engg who makes customer life unoleasent.

@ACTFibernet @ankurvarun12 Seriously this is not acceptable. Terrible service by ACT, we should switch to different service provider. I was told issue will be resolved today by 2 pm but yet no update. Also customer care dumb and rude.

@balamalladi @ACTFibernet. WAT a service...let customer suffer from internet..no care...seems like customer satisfaction not your cards...over 6 hrs bt no resolution..wat a ntw team u hv...salute to ur hardworking team who make such cases...thks for starting no internet
