    @ACTFibernet I paid for activation of my internet plans almost 2 wks ago, but service is still not installed. Technician visited once, customer care has been unhelpful, and not responding despite assurances. This is unacceptable. Resolve immediately!

    Genuinely impressed by @ACTFibernet today. Left for the office, no internet. Raised a ticket, ETA end of day. Drove back home to attend my meetings, no internet there either. Second ticket. ETA end of day. 100% consist outage across all locations. 👏

    @ACTFibernet So your fibre has issue that's what was told, and resolution would take end of the day but you charge customer for full day

    @ACTFibernet complaint lodged at 1015 this morning, so far no rectification nor is there any response. Area is Dr PV Cherian Crescent Road, Egmore,chennai. Unfortunately we still have 4 months to go with you, else would have changed you long back.

    This has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I’m beginning to feel that I made the wrong choice by selecting your network. Please provide me with a clear update on the installation status and when I can actually expect the connection to be installed. @ACTFibernet 3/3

    Put in a request to shift connection 2 weeks ago. ETA on the ticket was 28th august. called support on 1st september. still havent got a call from agenst to shift the connection yet. @ACTFibernet @BandBajaateRaho

    @ACTFibernet Please see I have posted before 2 days and 5 days with the same issue. when it starts raining late at night, the Internet stops working. Pitty on the services you are providing
