Better not to subscribe advance rental plans in @ACTFibernet!! They don’t support shifting across cities. If line has to be cancelled for shifting, residual amount of adv rental plan cannot be transferred to active account in new city/will be refunded!!

Hey @ACTFibernet, Your team is so dumb. They don't even acknowledge the issue. It's been 5 days I have raised a request for shifting the connection. None of the technician dialed me to acknowledge the ticket. 1/2

@ACTFibernet Raised multiple complaints from 20 days and SR are closing without solution and my connection was disconnected and they said there will be only 300 rs discount for 14 months my account I’d:115479849990 is this the solution ?
