    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Very cheap service that been to a genuine customer. 2 members of CX team promised help in 2hrs and other hung up. The enginer just closed the ticket SR10349163171792 "3 times" without even calling. Cheap Service!!!

    @ACTFibernet Please stop spamming our mobiles with calls. I am getting two calls every day (IVRS) asking if I'm interested in reactivating my Bengaluru Fibernet connection. If this continues I will never look forward to buy act fibernet connection

    @ACTFibernet I hate using social platform to seek for a resolution. The Cyclone that impacted Chennai is gone for long and the projections are on for the next ones. But the connectivity that was lost on Nov 25 is still not restored. Can we expedite this?!

    @ACTFibernet Regarding SR10149128425562 - Hello, I would like to discontinue your service solely based on my conversation with your agent. She does not know how to handle the customer's requirement. Also without my approval, she made the decision to have my connection continued.

    @ACTFibernet December will be my last month with @ACTFibernet.I can't take this bad connection anymore. Everytime I raise a complaint,you keep blaming the company I work for. It has become extremely difficult for me to work from home. Have decided to move to Airtel. CheaperAndHopefully better
