    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet This is to 4th time iam contacting you through twitter. Till now issue not resolved . Router not delivered ,how many days you will take for single connection. My service is activated on Aug 9, 10days completed without use. What the hell is and no one is responding.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet at last you ended up doing nothing. Thank you so much for you ignorance. I’m never again using ACT. Pathetic service not able to access internet for a day had to take leave coz of internet. I used to use @HathwayBrdband never had such issues.

    @ACTFibernet Can you please let me know how to start disconnection procedure.. Not really any issue. I needed landline connection along with fibernet due to poor cellular network in my area. So I had to switch to another provider.

    @ACTFibernet Since renewing my ACT connection, every bill is fraught with issues. As prompt as you are in reducing bandwidth for late payment of bill and affecting my son's studies, why aren't you that prompt in resolving my issue? And please integrate your systems!
