    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet I think I'll make a switch from my 20 Yr old patronage to ACT. Will ensure all our Apartment people switch too as the hub lies here. This is such lukewarm technical support and assistance. My subscription ends this September.

    .@ACTFibernet raised a ticket ; supposed to be resolved by 9pm yesterday. today called service centre. after 2.30min of promotions, spoke to someone and they said it will be resolved. no means to connect with the technician - no means to escalate / chat with a human - FANTASTIC

    @ACTFibernet Order Req: WO102756915362. Requested connection on Monday and informed by your sales executive that we give time 48 hours for installation however it will be done before that but it’s 5th day still no calls for installation. How poor services from ACT.
