    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet You see, I lost the 16 days worth of money, and you not giving it back. I also give up on it,but your team is incredibly pitiful. Why should I foot the bill for your people's errors? I simply requested disconnection with your team, & why it is showing Current Due Amount 2840.38

    @ACTFibernet I have asked for disconnection from 1st November as I don’t want to renew the service. Even though I have paid the amount until 31st October, they have disconnected the internet service immediately after the call. It has disrupted my office work. Pls help.
