    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet your not so customer support team and customer serivce team closed my ticket sr10253270772642 without a resolution again. This is the 6th time in 6months there is been a service disruption which lasts for more than 24 hours is any one in act checking?

    @ACTFibernet Your call back is not helping to solve the issue from past 20days boss. Make your people have some sense & talk bcz you give a faulty device nd now say we cannot replace the device, but you say the device is the cause of issue. What the heck is this.

    @ACTFibernet Frm the last 6mnths u are unable to solve the slow speed problem. Am fed up complaining every alternate week regrding the same. Ystrday ur executive called me and didn't talk for 1min and then disconnect the call. Later rec'd msg that ur query has been resolved

    @ACTFibernet So I faced a service outage last month for 1 full day, which was more than 24 hrs. I had to call the helpline numerous times to have the status checked. After the issue was resolved, I raised for a waiver request for the day I did not use the internet
