    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet As per Act its clearly stated in FAQs that in case we cannot give services you will get a refund on pro rata basis which is a just a theory but we cannot get a refund at any cost clearly stated by customer care of Act but where as other Internet services gives refund

    @ACTFibernet , It's disheartening to witness that your technicians prioritize closing tickets over resolving customer issues. Despite having an ongoing issue over a week, every time an engineer visits, they fail to address the problem but are eager to close ticket. #badculture
