  @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

  @ACTFibernet here we are again. There has been no internet for past 3 hours. I am working from home, and this is happening pretty frequently. Pretty disappointed with the service. Sharing the ticket number via dm. The whole apartment is planning to move away.

  @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10164636972934 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT - the problem has resurfaced. Its more than 12 hours with no net connection. Please look into this ASAP

  @ACTFibernet ..your service resolution and ground level technicians are pathetic..I am facing same issue every 10 days and from last day no internet at all and ground level technicians are not lifting call..is this your level of commitment..shame on you

  Pathetic service by @ACTFibernetHYD. Internet down multiple times in a month.. Also the speed is very less..won’t recommend anyone to use @ACTFibernet .. it’s all tall claims and worst service .. plz note .. complaint no is SR10164653706634..
