@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service I’m receiving. The internet is not working properly, there is constant lag, and frequent speed fluctuations. On top of that, when a customer requests disconnection due to these issues, you simply deny the refund

@ACTFibernet One more reminder, a ticket has been created for disconnection since 4 days without an update,no response from your team. This is how you treat your customer with false promises. Forget about services at least bother to attend disconnection request
