    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet No Internet for the past 48 Hours. Customer care says "Server Problem, will be fixed in 2 Hours". No resolution yet! This is not for the first time, repeated in the past. Latest SR102779952664. Any plans to fix the issue?
