    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet is the worst ever! It’s been 3 weeks since I subscribed to them and I already had issues 5 times! My internet wasn’t working from morning, after complaining service guy calls me to tell its fixed, but it ain’t and then he promises to check it bt phone is switchd off

    @ACTFibernet respected sir all the internet service provider is providing the fiber to home but why act is using copper wire and also please provide the ott service

    @ACTFibernet It has been a week since I have raised a complaint and no one seems to care to resolve it. Is this the kind of service Act has started to provide the customers? I have been raising tickets & calling customer care - to no avail. Will someone help?

    @ACTFibernet Its really a Worst service ever; the connection is getting disrupted every now & then; due to Work from Home, we completely dependent on Internet; we at loss now; I would request either to disconnect & reimburse the amt we have recharged or get the issue sorted now.

    @ACTFibernet A Very bad experience in therms of service and support form you... I urge everyone to look for the alternatives of ACT as they do not value your complaints when you are getting any issue related to their service.
