  @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

  @ACTFibernet Bravo @ACTFibernet , 24 hours on and still no resolution. What gives? Seriously you cannot be this incompetent? It’s a simple matter of fixing whatever is broken, no rocket science here. It’s a waste of time and money taking you to consumer court. Just have to suffer you’ll!

  @ACTFibernet Ypu did nothing. Had it been highlighted to the engineers, the issue would have been fixed by now as the problem is only at my place not at nearby area. My problem is you did not do anything on this ticket

You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.   @ACTFibernet Guys what is the way to have a conversation with a human agent at your end, Internet has been down for days now and all I get is your bloody bot telling me the ticket has been raised without allowing me to escalate.

  @TRAI Does TRAI have control over ACTFibernet providing wifi ? There is frequent outage and it takes 8-12 hours for restoration. Does the client have any remedy ? Problem is due to ACT providing broadband through cables hung from EB poles, Trees enroute and Likes . They get snapped
