    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC DONT TAKE INTERNET CONNECTIONS FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHEAT CUSTOMERS WITH PLANS. AFTER PAYING MONEY THEY DONT RESPOND. ACT TIRUPATI BRANCH IS WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC Tirupati office technicians close customer complaints with out solving them. ACT Tirupati office is No.1 waste service provider of all broadband providers.

    @ACTFibernet @RajivHolur the most pathetic service provider, takes them more then 10 days to solve a issue and their technicians just do not pickup customer calls. The only answer they give is "we have escalated your issue" "we will solve this in 1 hour". Also not willing to refund money @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC I have Slow speed & Internet Disconnection problem from 15 days. These people know how to add additional amount to bill but don't know to resolve the issue. 2G Mobile data Providers are far better than them.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 3 days chasing you. I have already paid you for the service? What is taking so long? Why aren’t you able to start my Netflix subscription even after getting a payment? #Shame I have called you 10 times, then also couldn’t able to reach to your Netflix Team. #harrasment
