    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet You can’t ask us to do what you want , please do coach you employees how to deal with customers . If you can’t rectify our internet connection problem refund it , which u won’t do because u run behind the doors .

    @ACTFibernet one of the most fake and fraudulent company. Local team is not less than robbers and providing fake information. Selling fake plans on behalf of knwing dat the bandwidth is less.Paid 3 months in advance bt services are just pathetic & wish to file consumer complaint

    @ACTFibernet The most irresponsible support ever! I had called your team to ask why my network was in suspended state today. The agent seems to bluff around and upon asking the question again, she disconnected my call! I am seriously looking for alternate internet options!

    @ACTFibernet NICE broadband and service guys. Apart from the technician not providing me the router password after setting it, I'm facing so much packet loss and ping issues. Customer care is doing an amazing job by not caring. Thank you. Good job guys. 👍 #thebestbroadband

    @ACTFibernet Disgusting service I have never 😤 seen. What is the use of giving 50 mbps where your Internet connection won't work 4 days a week and atlesst 20 times a month. If you can't solve permanently the issue, close service permanently in our area.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet you guys are not customer centric. before availing your service you guys are acting smart enough to get the deal after availing your service you guys showing true faces such bad service so far I need proper resolution today EOD if you not adhere I'm done with it.

    @ACTFibernet following it from a month, moses(senior manager) closed the ticket without acknowledgement. Naveen from escalation team is following up from month... Many customer care executives updated, I will get call within 4 hrs. But no manager has called till now..
