    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet No internet since 3 Days. Gave a call to customer service more than 30 Times. Every time they keep on on saying " Issue will be solved with in two hous'. No person visited since 3 Days. Frustrated with the service. I need my money back.

    @ACTFibernet your services and #Support have been very poor. 24hrs after raising ticket for internet not working, I have not received any response from your team. Every month I am facing same issue .

    @ACTFibernet Offlate the Internet services has been very poor and there has been frequent disconnection and disruption in internet connection which is hampering the WFH arrangement a lot. I have connection issues atleast for 2 days a week from past couple of months. Please help
