    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Rude team. I am facing issues with connectivity, inspite of raising ticket from app and called customer service also it's not getting resolved. If you guys are saying 75mbps then provide it, today I had an urgent meeting but can't able to join thanks to ACT kudos

    @ACTFibernet I agreee but everytime your repsentative comes, even though i bought a new router, they seem to find problem always with it and obviously why not market act fiber router saying its better. Not a good marketing technique! 👏

    @ACTFibernet Your calls are nothing but a bunch of harassment, 4-5 different people call me each day for a week and ask me what my problem is from scratch, how many of your employees do you want me to explain the problem to? And at the end there's no resolution whatsoever. 3 months.

    @ACTFibernet one of your customer service associate put my call on mute yesterday and sat while stop giving answers to my questions! Very rude and unacceptable behaviour! I'm facing internet issues every 2nd week, its been more than 24 hours since internet is not working for me!

    Hi @ACTFibernet Since u didn't provide gud service I had to disconnect in the 1st month itself. But see I registered disconnect request on 29th March and app still shows I have active connection even my network gone 4 days ago. Didn't provide gud service nd 6 months refund.😠

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet My broadband account is 110621118147. Internet is not working since yester morning. Complaint raised vide Ticket No: SR11064535820824. Why no action being taken by ACT. ACT is Advised to resolve the issue without further delay.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 143rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???
