@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

overall the service of @ACTFibernet has always been good. but in the last 6-8 months the power backup of the local switch/router has been quite bad. if you have an hour of powercut it'll stop working. it was not the case earlier. also powercut scenario wasn't this bad.

@ACTFibernet All this sweet talk on SM is of no use if your engg on ground don't even bother to visit to explain the issue and nor does your call centre has any answer to my queries. I'm losing out on my billing to client due to your incompetence are you going to compensate?
