    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet worest connection this is the 3rd time internet issue facing, I think u people close ur fiber net and sit at home ,every time due to your internet issue my office is deducting my rs 2000 salary per day ru going to give me ? Worest connection

    @ACTFibernet I raised a complaint this morning (SR11076102254541) about my internet not working. The entire day has passed and the issue is still unresolved. My office work has been badly affected since morning because of this delay. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @Rafi_mohammed1 @ACTFibernet Act services always take min. 24hrs to solve the issue. We have shifted to airtel fibernet it's good at the same price.
