    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @Sufiyan39263103 @ACTFibernet Thanks for the offer but I am fine without it. Their equipment burnt my isolator switch (it should trip the MCB instead). Their associate re-wired it directly (poor practice). Now, they are simply waiting for my house to burn.

    @sitasaikrishnap @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Their associates are also utterly incompetent. Their wiring and equipment can burn your house and they won't care. Airtel gives 200 Mbps for Rs.999 with no FUP Limit (May differ in your area). And, yes you get full 200 Mbps. Make sure your device can support that speed.

    @masoodimran @ACTFibernet They won't compensate for any loss due to Internet issues on their side. Read their Terms and Condition. It's medieval in nature. They basically won't care even if your house burnt down with your family as well due to their faulty equipment.

    @kalik152530 @ACTFibernet These guys won't respond properly and they spend time for ceremonies but not for customer service. All show off only they don't show anything in support.

    @ACTFibernet I Am Adithya From Hyderabad, I Had a Bad Experience With Your Internet Connection. Since 24 Hours My Internet Connection Was Off. I Complained Dozen Times on Your Mobile App, And to Your Toll Number. But My Cry gets Worthless MY ticket number is SR10160991277482

    @Kc24813942 @ACTFibernet I too saw the utter insolence in their associates. They behaved pretty rude. Their faulty equipment and poor wiring has costed me well above Rs.2000. It's difficult but you should change your Internet Service Provider as soon as you can.

    @ACTFibernet every week we are reporting internet issues and reasons we are hearing are fiber cut issue or powerbox down? Wondering how come other service providers are providing uninterrupted internet? Hardly we are getting 25 days of internet in a month. Completely disappointed
