@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

Requested for a relocation at @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet on March 26th and the resolution date was 2nd April. Even after breaching the SLA for 48 hours now they are least bothered to address it as a priority. Pathetic service.

@ACTFibernet I had requested to shift location and was scheduled to be done by 3rd, Technician had informed that he will be coming this Saturday, but nobody has turned up yet, I had to follow up 5 times with CS, they also disconnected my call.. WORST EXPERIENCE

@ACTFibernet As usual am waiting.... No call from any service engineer either. Have some courtesy to the inform about service disconnection because of your maintenance works or any other failures but inform so that we can make alternative arrangements. You take even 1week but inform.
