    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet , #actfibernet It's been a week since i raised a complaint and all i could see is fake commitments from customer care service, technicians and nodalofficer. Anyway i've raised a disconnection request. So sit back and relax since you've lost one of your customers.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10366571235274 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 13-Dec (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Above ticket has been pending with no service since 12th Decemeber
