    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Ask them to fix router problem by installing new one instead of old one. With in 20 days , am arising 8th complaint on internet connection slowness. Still how many days or years required to fix the issue. Need immediate and permanent solution on priority basis

    @ACTFibernet what kind of service is this I have raised complaint for 3 times stating there is no internet post Powe cut and you tech calls us says that the issue has been resolved and closes the ticket.... If the issue is not resolved within 24 hrs.... I will take legal action.

    @ACTFibernet Hi why my plan has changed to 50mbps from 100mbps without knowing me. I'm facing an issue with the speed. And you people are charging the same amount for 50mbps. What's going on?
