    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet I am trying to get refund for my father to whom I had got a act connection , as I was using same for last 10 years . He misplaced the slip the service tech gave when he took back the modem. Now act is insisting that only if I give some number on slip they will refund .

    @ACTFibernet I constantly have a problem of loosing my internet connectivity after a powercut, I should raise a complaint and wait for 24 hours, this happened several times, and is the second time in this month, worst part is ACT app says that I am not registered uuser now
