  @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

  @ACTFibernet Internet service in Chennai madambakkam is down for past two days and you keep postponing the resolution date. When it will get resolved. I was told your server is down but not sure if it’s been worked on priority.

  @ACTFibernet struggling with your service for 2 months. No Internet yday & today. Your technicians have the audacity to tell me to switch service to Airtel. Call centre folks only give assurances. Have to spend 1 hour daily to raise complaints & tickets get closed w/o resolution

  @ACTFibernet Act - 101690202292 isn't working since 5 Days,but Street/Colony/nearby area the Internet @ Act fiber is Working, except our colony Why ? Unable to Connect Customer Care Number also ? Blaming TGSPDCL is not Solution & Coordinate & Solve the problem on priority

  Hi @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I am facing issues in my internet connectivity, I have raised the ticket as well but SLA was crossed and still the issue is not resolved. Please take this into consideration and do the needful as soon as possible. Ticket number: SR10676926469893
