@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet we pay you time to time atleast make your service better I tried calling the customer care for my Internet issue and the phone isn't connecting after language selection and I wanted to change my phone number in the app I'm not having any access to my account.

@ACTFibernet I had taken ACT 4K connection and I discontinued the subscription from September 2020.I tried to contact all the help line and other contact modes to cancel my subscription but was unsuccessful.Finally I sent a email informing about the same.
