    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet And again @ACTFibernet has gone since yesterday. @ACTFibernetHYD resolved issue 2 weeks back and yet again it’s not working since 2 days.

    @ACTFibernet : Am I a fool???don't I know how 5G works and why am I complaining because ofcourse I have systems that have 5G network,which used to work at 1 point of time but isnt working now Also,in past ppl 4m act hav come & argued with us,as to why do we register complaints?

    @ACTFibernet Yes. Your team is just looking the ticket number and kept quiet. There is no action at all. Seven days completed but still your are looking at the issue.

    @ACTFibernet If anyone is planning to take Actfiber's internet, please drop that idea from your mind, because it's been 2 months I am facing issues with the internet and no one is resolving it, when I call to their customer service they are disconnecting my call in between the conversations.
