@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

2 times this month that this has happened. There is internet outage for 24hrs+ and i want compensation for the same. When you can remind me of payment due date, then definitely you can compensate for the same as well. @ACTFibernet

ACT why are you not providing service in Kannada language. I am forced to talk to customer care in other languages. Please respect local language and culture if you are doing business in Karnataka. Shame on you people @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13

@ACTFibernet Account no - 101009654834 Need reactivation but no one will respond. When complaint is raised it will be closed without solving the problem. Customer care is really worst. Call will be disconnected automatically.

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I have been using Act internet a year. First 3 month internet is working awesome, but in middle of (after 6 month) month your network goes worst each month I am paying 1k for worst network each month I raised complaint.
