@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet It is really difficult for me to raise even a smallest of issue at social media why are you so irresponsible. I have paid for 300 mbps and getting only 60 mbps. Your executive just called me and said your router does not support and disconnect the call.

@ACTFibernet An agent called after I tweeted you and told an incorrect troubleshooting step and I told he was wrong and he hung up on me. I am having a 1 GBPs connection, can u expect some premium support please?
