  @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

  @ACTFibernet After calling the customer service they are giving excuses that technician will resolve it by tomorrow but I can’t see any of them in my location for fixing the issue. It will take 48 hrs to resolve this issue? Seriously?? I have been facing this issue every month

  @ACTFibernet what happened to your commitment of fixing the issue at earliest?? If u can’t fix it earlier then don’t give the commitment to customers at least.Anyways I need to change the connection itself coz can’t tolerate this every time

  @ACTFibernet from last 10 days I am facing Internet problem and there is no solution even after raising disconnection, you all said not to get it disconnected and you will solve the issues on priority basis and that also being 5 days till now nothing. Why are you wasting time

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Please@explain why do you 2 days to resolve network downtime? My production is significantly impacted. I cannot wait till tomorrow!! Your ticket SR10165188581544 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 24-Jun (DD/MM) between 13:00 to 16:00.
