@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet. I have an Issue with my Internet and this happens every month. My internet is not working and when raised ticket number it is being closed without any resolution. Please fix this issue permanently. If not I will have to go to @consaff
