    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet The issue got resolved only late in the evening, we are facing the same issue again today since morning.! since we pay for a 24/7 service, why shud we pay up for the days you guys are down . If you can't give us reliable service then please let us know & issue is a refund

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The sales executive team promised to get my new connection within 2 days of the payment. But, after making the payment no one is responding and the customer service is so pathetic. They're not providing any resolution within the call. Very horrible experience.

    @ACTFibernet got this wifi recently. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. In 1 months two times the wifi stopped working. Please don't make the mistake of getting this wifi. Have Airtel as well. Have never faced the same issue with Airtel.

    @ACTFibernet .. Hi i m not at all satisfied with ur connectivity no response from technician proper no updates ...internet in completely very frequently whenever rain starts it will go down .. please have a check and resolve it permanently or else will shift the connection ...
