    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet I have a ACT SOHO Incredible plan which is supposed to give me 300mbps. But the connection seems unstable & its highly unreliable. Speed drops to less than 20mbps at least 10 times a week & it's exhausting to contact support everytime. Could you please look into it?

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24hrs since @ACTFibernet promised to resolve my internet issue, but no signs of help. Pathetic part is whenever we call customer care, new CC executive picks the call to inform false timelines. Already lost a day of work n today is day 2.

    Hello @ACTFibernet , Struggling with internet connectivity again. Ticket (SR10262831195772 ) has been raised which was supposed to be solved by 11 AM today. Well past 11 now, but no solution yet. Can you please help? This is my 4 th ticket this month. You asses yourself

    @ACTFibernet frequent disconnections. Every other day work and school online classes are getting impacted. In a month I have raised 7-8 service requests. This is the situation in Bangalore prime residentual locations. Service team will take their own sweet time to fix the issue
