    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Not sure why only my internet will not work everytime in my building. Every month once or twice I am facing internet disconnection issue. Have informed technicians to fix it for permanent resolution but till now no response.

    @ACTFibernet Hi monthly I am facing the same issue of the internet being disconnected and no one responds from your side , be it the engineer or the service people. Is this the kind of service a customer gets

    @ACTFibernet I made 6 months payment for new connection on 25June but the devices are not installed yet. Before payment I was promised 1 day installation. No resolution from cstmr support even after daily calls. registered no- 7483679700 pls reply & help
