@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

I am tweeting again. Constant problem. My internet is down again and I raised a ticket this morning. Till now no fix. It will be a small fix , but your guys are lazy to fix. I can't afford 24 hours in this WFH time. I am seriously considering Jio options. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet was the best now its the worst service provider. I had requested for a shifting of mu connection to a new locay. But every day 1 or the other person calls & says sorry its 20 km. I will not be coming. Its like #**** @HathwayBrdband kindly provide me a new connection.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet its been more than 20 days. you need so much time to arrange a call back. No doubt your service is going from better to worse. Even after paying 11k, you disconnected the net and had to pay again to keep the net working. Still waiting for the call back @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Don't take this connection. I stay in l b nagar , center of city. I get constantly disconnections. They will take atleast 24 hours to fix. After fixing they will dm you like nothing happened. Try JIO fiber.

@ACTFibernet helllo Act fiber net , I never thought your company such bad in customer handling , especillay once prepaid after disconnection request has been sent ,you keep harrasing the customer for dues. Pity to see that.
