I have called your team several times over the past few days and was able to connect only twice who assured quick resolution but nothing has been done. Ram Kumar (@RKSingh_Chauhan) reported@ACTFibernet @FiberAct is a worst internet service provider in India. Every month, mostly one or two days his internet is breakdown. After the complaint ticket raise,12-24 hours take to restore the internet service. Every year, 15-25 days are non-working but charges full payment.
