@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet whey you auto renewing your customer internet services without customer consent . Have observed multiple instances in my case you tend to do advance payment schemes .... you should give communication before renewal .

@ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10252458294751 is expected to be resolved by 2/15/2021 04:00:00 PM. Today is 7/3/2021 - No response / resolution but complaint was closed 2 times without doing anything. The worst customer care award goes to @ACTFibernet
