    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Any update ? It’s been more then 10 hours but still there is no response from your side. If it’s possible please do refund my 6 months plan advance amount, I will go with some other service provider. It is really difficult to manage with your Act service at this WFH situation.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. My Ticket SR10259539725782 has been closed without resolving the issue. I have been calling & writing mails regarding my relocation request. Absolutely no response from your end. And the service request is closed without resolving it. #ACTsucks

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI so still my issue is not resolved by you. In the last six months Act fibernet has tortured me in terms of service. So many complaints registered. It is so embarrassing to ude your service. Its time to throw you on road.Govt pls help. Case is filed .

    @ACTFibernet There has been no internet from last night 8 but no resolution for almost 12hrs and your customer service executive is saying it will take more time to resolve and field executive will only work after 9.30. No proper response, worst customer service
