    @ACTFibernet we lodge the complaint 2 days before whereas online you're showing only today's complaint. we are basically self-employed and working from online because of failure on backups we totally not able to carry out our routine work. fix the target date to solve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT officers, While thanking you for your reply giving me 48 hrs of time frame to clear my dead internet connection, It is too bad that I depended wholly on ACT but now in problem as couldn't do office work from home.still the connection not restored

    @ACTFibernet my internet is restored.I thank all your team members who were working day and night to restore the connection for the last 5 days due to 🌀. Although I am unhappy with your customer service still there are ways to improve and keep your customers informed and happy

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down since cyclone hit saying cables are cut it's been 3 days and none fixed it. Are you gonna fix it or should I move to some other Isp.

    @ACTFibernet What is the process to disconnect the line and get a refund? Four days without internet and no fix in sight despite multiple updates on time of fix. And your team member called me and promised to provide regular updates, nothing post that. Pathetic!!

    @pkayt @ACTFibernet Yes I see this on my app as well. Not sure what is wrong with them. Unable to call @ACTFibernet . This reminds me of 80'90 EB where they will take down the phone if there is power failure. Now EB is much better in handling customer service
