@thetanmay @ACTFibernet Been in BLR for 8yrs now. Never had this trouble from ACT. Looks like some major fault. Take some backup internet from. Jio or Airtel.

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 147th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

@ACTFibernet Ticket keeps saying issue is being resolved, but nobody is at the junction box, it hasn’t been touched since yesterday. The whole area is down. Multiple residents are getting together to figure out what the problem is while customer care is helpless.

@ACTFibernet You people are having the worst service I have ever seen. Not even responding properly. While talking on call making mute. Such a bad behaviour. Here is the receipt below of the recharge. And it is just 5 days of recharge and now it's suspended. Such a fraud company
