@Airtel_Presence Ok guys. Let me give you a solution. Just connect the always cut Airtel wire to the @ACTFibernet wire that is hanging on the lower branch of the same tree. Thats it. Problem solved. Save your engineers time and send him to fix connections where @ACTFibernet not next to it.

@ACTFibernet It's already late and no resolution provided yet. I didn't had any issues using ACT in Chennai whereas the service is pathetic in Bangalore. Facing frequent disconnection and the internet isn't consistent. Complaint No: SR10265215525334

@ACTFibernet 9811862288 and city name - New Delhi request you to take strict action against the fraudiest person in your company who kept money from people and do fraud that kimd of person should be sent to Jail or suspended immediately. I have file an police complaint also against him.
