    Act Fibernet has the worst customer service possible in Broadband services. No resolution whatsoever on whatever complaints you raise. Do not opt for Act Fibernet ever. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_

    @ACTFibernet Requested an internet transfer on June 2 and it's still unresolved. Your representative keeps promising visits but never shows up. Enough excuses. Either complete the transfer immediately or refund my money. Who is responsible for the lost days and poor service?

    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet account 101003959349 of Sai AE Broadband is not working for the past 2 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Bill paid three days ago via Order ID: 407-2704380-0659516. Poor service... 👎👎👎

    @ACTFibernet I have been following up with ACT on an open case SR10380613665854.Have sent details & my location map in DM.ACT Engineer spoke promising to reconnect but it was not done despite repeated follow up.I have GX installation & have NO dues.Need HELP/connection URGENTLY.
