    @ACTFibernet Since 2 to Day the same reply 48 hours, you are not waiting for payment for an hour, but we have stop our office activities because of your cheap Service which is still not solved since 5 days @DoT_India kindly Take against this Company for not taking care of customers needs

    @ACTFibernet No one from the team is resolving my issue I am going to raise the disconnection request and recommend everyone don't use @ACTFibernet their service is very they are not listening to their old customer complaint

    @veeransg5 @ACTFibernet Crap.. they just not interested in fixing issues.. It’s just mentality of Indian service providers.. they will take full amount but can’t provide service .. they take power from your home n provide connection to others .. there will be around 10-20 connections from each box ..

    @ACTFibernet My Internet connection is not working since 30-Apr-26. A ticket was raised and the resolution date keeps changing, every 24 hours, but no sign of resolution by the Technical Team. The Call Centre has no clue whatsoever

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues - I'm really sorry to say this, but your customer service is severely lacking - I've been raising tickets continuously for the last two days, only to be met with delays and resolution of tickets when the issue was not yet seen to at all😠

    @ACTFibernet How many times you reply the same thing?? Not even once an agent from your side called me. Such a worst experience ever. How can a customer be with patience for such long. Even today I called the customer care and they wanted me to wait 7 more days. Pathetic service provider

    @ACTFibernet Internet down for 48+ hours and still no resolution. No response from technician, no customer support, nothing. You are telling “back online” — which is completely false. This is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP or escalate to someone who can actually resolve it.
