  @ACTFibernet SR10265716457490 - data usage discrepancy (flexybytes) had disconnection request, ACT retention team checked n offered 200gb credit as resolution and credit was confirmed on 26th Aug . But there is no credit so far, SR10265733881388 is follow up. Is this ethical ?

  @ACTFibernet The quality of service has gone down, in last 10 days the internet service was down twice and again today is the 3rd time same issue has occurred, this has become a recurring issue now. Need immediate attention.
