    Very bad service by @ACTFibernet They disconnected my free internet service without any info. I itself asked about it & paid for the connection immediately but they yet to install & provide service. Internet not working in #DrNairRd & they taking time to fix it. No updates.

    @ACTFibernet (1/2) Absolutely horrible customer service. No internet for 4days now. The said box needs to moved and asked if it could placed in my house and after giving the permission there have been no updates for 3days.

    @ACTFibernet Still the issue was not resolved ! Luckily my rental period is getting expired today and I have changed to another service provider !! Such a pathetic service ! It's been a week after cyclone !!

    @ACTFibernet I've been out of connection for more than 7 hours and it's still not resolved, when I called the customer they simply say resolution will be given in 24hours on further questioning they are telling customers even face issue for 5 days, it's really a pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet I am hearing the same answer that it will take 48 hours for past 8 days.Very poor restoration process compared to other service providers like Airtel Hathway or Jio. I have paid for 6 months and regretting now. So I assume you don’t care for restoring it on time.

    @narayanannmohan @ACTFibernet Seriously bro! All the reply they have is it will be resolved today. We need to wait hours together in the customer care number just to listen to this useless answer! I GUESS IT IS TIME TO SWITCH TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
