@ACTFibernet Tell me who's going to compensate this. This the 10th time I'm raising this concern and it counted as 10 days. So 10 days basically I was out of internet. If that's how your service is please let me know. I'll look for other providers #zerosupport

ACT Fibernet – Worst Customer Experience Ever! I applied for a 300 Mbps ACT plan but barely got 10-15 Mbps despite complaints for 20+ days. No technician showed up. I finally disconnected — but guess what? 4500 refund pending for WEEKS Dozens of calls, emails @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Recd another message that a new ticket is raised SR10376161067911-not sure why? Why every Rep is asking customer to repeat the issue from the beginning-Don't you have records or logs? (each time a different rep handles issue & provides different versions of status).

@ACTFibernet, Truly disappointed with your service.. The Internet is dropping every badly, since last 4-5 days. After your technician suggested upgrade, I upgraded to 100 mbps plan. But, we are facing the issue again. Not sure where's the problem. Please help
