Just checked other reviews on Play Store for @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. About 16 people reviewed ACT as 1* in May, 2021 - for Service and App related issues and all got same template replies. Should have known better about ACT Services and Support.

@ACTFibernet I have been not receiving internet since yesterday and it’s been more than 24 hours i made the complaint.. still there is no action has been taken .. upon calling the customer care .. the associated replies SORRY we cannot repair in one single day ..
