    Hello @ACTFibernet I'have been your customer since the last one year. In the begining your service was really good and didn't face any internet connection issues but for the past few week's my internet is getting disconnected very frequently and this is very annoying.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Work from home employees please don’t use actfiber, there is no way to resolve the issue with 2 or 4 hrs, it takes 2 days to resolve, i am facing vpn connectivity issue which is created by act team and they are not ready to resolve in time.

    @ACTFibernet Need your urgent intervention...internet not connected from morning.. Your ticket SR10367130496804 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 22-Feb (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Turn around time is very very bad..

    Hey , @ACTFibernet Are you guys are cheating people's , I had made payment on 10th & my area is not feasible , so asked for refund , where is my money & what is status ? Your executives blocked me & not receiving the call , I don't have time for this , I will file complaint

    @ACTFibernet Get your lazy site engineers moving asap ! Arranging a callback is not a solution. Open the ticket, find the location, send someone asap. Whole apartment is affected. Over 20 households don't have the service. Office people, students are impacted. #actfibernet #Bangalore #ISP
