    @ACTFibernet ETA shows by 9 pm today however I am told they will see the issue and if not resolved today, they will come in the morning. What were you doing after I raised the ticket for 6 hours?

    I lost the patience here. Such a pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet . I lodged the complaint at 7:40 AM in the mrng and it's still WIP😑. Without any status of what is happening in the backend. It's not for the first time. But for the Nth time #Poorcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet It has been Pathetic experience from last 1 week using your ACT fibernet. I am not sure when it's going away and when it's working. And even after raising the ticket none of them are turning up to find the root cause of the issue. Highly disappointed with the service
