    @ACTFibernet you guys cheat in name of Sevice . I have been complaining on my router for the last two months. It was on warranty and now it’s 7 months and you say it’s not coVered in warranty. This is absolutely ridiculous. Worst experience

    @ACTFibernet What do you mean by priority?? 7days after making the payment and still counting?? Simply don’t send the replies with out checking the case history please. Nobody is caring from your side to resolve the issues instead extending. @ACTFibernetHYD #fakepromices

    Hello! I have been facing internet issues daily every morning and keep on raising tickets but the issue is getting resolved for time being.I don’t know why I am being charged monthly and on top of that late payment fee is added. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet Worst internet connection, worst customer service I have seen in my whole life. Always internet keep on disconnecting. My office work got hamperred lost my 7 days leave due to them. Not refunding money for disconnecting my connection.

    @ACTFibernet Simply changing the ETA to 9 pm doesnt help until some action is taken. I am yet to receive any call from service agent.Its already more than 36 hours to sort this simple issue.A mere pathetic and horrible experience.

    Worst E-Commerce Experiences imo, 1. @Flipkart (Products get very delayed and delivery time is too long) 2. @Cashify_ (Their technician never arrive on time, plus they don't know anything) 3. @ACTFibernet (Just plain pathetic customer service & internet service) (1/2)
