  @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi. Extremely disappointing service ,well it's not the first time getting so pathetic service from ACT. But this time it was hopeless, customer care agent was so disrespectful and not even bother to listen, it feels like speaking to machine.

  repeated calls from my end. But my account has been configured with the old router and they need another 3-4 days to configure it to my correct router. It's really shame from a reputed company like #ActFibernet to treat a customer or provide this kind of service to their (4)

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD : multiple complaints raised but no resolution. Your team always look in to the issues but never resolve it. One of the worst internet service provider company that I have ever came across which doesn't even resolve the customers internet issues.

  @ACTFibernet Yes, it has resolved however I would recommend immediate customer handling skills need to be given to people in the billing department. Resolving issues dosent fix the impact of customers. Thanks

  @ACTFibernet @balamalladi It's the 2nd time in month where I am chasing you people to get my internet service back.I raised complaint in morning and got commitment to get call back with in 2 hours .I waited for more than 5 hours nobody even bother to respond.
