@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Even your customer care people are disconnecting the call in between. I have been using less than 100 GB out of 1000GB you provide coz your internet is not working. I feel embarrassed complaining everyweek but you people have crossed that limit too.

@ACTFibernet Please stop calling for reinstating back the fibernet connection. Inspite of having clearly communicated, that I have already migrated to a different service provider and don't want the connection to be reinstated, I keep getting automated calls every single day.

@ACTFibernet , I am trying to submit a request to shift my internet connection but the app doesn’t work after e-kyc. I had raised a service request SR10163780509695 but I have not heard on that yet. I need to have this connection moved asap. How can I get this expedited?
