@MadrasMobile @ACTFibernet Yes, they do that. We have to keep hitting the reopen button in their app until it is resolved. Some times, just opening a second ticket quickly after the first one gets closed, will fetch you a better representative and faster resolution.

@ACTFibernet are you having upload speed issues since Facebook went down if you have changed anything yesterday go back to the old settings they’re great it must be ps4 server issue too because I can sign in from phone 4g but not for internet please fix something otherwise ignore

@ACTFibernet What is the expected resolution time? 1st ticket was created on Sunday 5.30PM which was closed without resolution. Then created another ticket which was expected to be resolved by 4PM today. And now your representative is asking for another 24 hours.

@ACTFibernet Complaint No: SR10263195266554. Another issue in 2 weeks. Now I have been told there is cable cut and it will take 24 hours for it be resolved. Is it fine if I pay bill after 24 hours of due date. I am paying 1.4k and it is critical for me to have network. Fix it ASAP!!!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD One of the worst service received from ACT. My connection got disconnected 3 months before and now they are asking me to pay for 3 months. I called to customer care and no one is least bother about this. Local cable operators are far better then act.
