    I think all are scammers even the @ACTFibernet guys are also scammers and fraudsters. They took money but from day 1 internet is not working. Hyderabad Patancheru people are pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet prospect ID 102803434394, it's been more than 24 hours of the payment for new installation but no one called and helped, contacted 6-7 times customer support but no resolution provided. Why do you promise same day installation? Disappointed

    @ACTFibernet gigabit network down for 4 hours with no response in Chennai. ETA on automated ticket is 24 hours. Brilliant

    I paid ₹3182 for ACT Fiber connection on 18/05/26 .Even after 4 days, it has not been installed and I am not receiving proper updates from your representative. I contacted customer care multiple times and tickets were raised, but the issue is still unresolved @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Had a pathetic customer onboarding experience. Applied for new fibernet conection. Made 3 months advance payment as per policy. More than 24 hrs passed and no one contacted for installation. Regretting my decision to go with @ACTFibernet Bangalore

    @ACTFibernet, is a 35+ hour downtime the new standard for a premium 300 Mbps connection? My internet has ben down for over 30 hours now (Ticket SR12280373039054, Act:122770994917) Despite paying 6 months in advance, I keep getting generic template replies with an absurd 5 PM ETA
