I have called your customer service more than 20 times in the past 4 days and still issue is not resolved. Everyday I'm told it would be resolved but it doesn't happen. Worst customer service.

Abhishek Kumar Singh (@travelgeekabhi) reported@ACTFibernet Internet down for 2 days due to ACT infrastructure issue. Now being asked to host ACT box with 24x7 power support in rented premises for just ₹59/month. I pay ₹9/unit electricity. Compensation not justified. Active prepaid plan till July but no resolution yet.

You guys can send numerous emails msgs to remind for renewal of ur pathetic serviced. My fault to have done the renewal. Cancel my subscription n refund the money. Chor company
