PT2! I specifically pointed out the problem. It's about 72 hrs now and they still giving the same robotic responses! The field tech is so expert that he couldn't locate their own internet box in their assigned location! @ACTFibernet My wrk is getting impacted!WFH is no joke!😡

@ACTFibernet Disconnect my service on February 27th. No one from ACT called me to speak regarding disconnection. You can remove my phone number and email from Feb 27th as I don't want any further communication.
