@ACTFibernet I don't understand one thing, what sort of service do u provide. Unable to understand. Ur person says first do the booking and that is mandatory. I have my interior work going on and way to the tech from your place to visit and say if things can be done.

@ACTFibernet have paid for new connection on 5 th of this month. I have been assured with next day installation. But till now installltion not happened. When we approached to customer care, they just asked for 24 hour and talking non sense. Help me.

@ACTFibernet I noticed the issue is with CAT 5 cable. Because to get the better speed CAT 6 cable is necessary. Area office people are not responding properly.

@ACTFibernet it will be great if you can tie up with @NammaBESCOM for your junction box power issue. The amount that you wave off in customer bill who is allowing to put junction box at their premise can be paid by you guys, as now there are lot of people using your services

@ACTFibernet we have been having extremely slow internet issues since the month of February. We have been registering complaints every week since then and everytime we are told the problem is solved and within an hour we face the same issues again.
