    @ACTFibernet Forget all those things. You charge a flat fee at the start of the month and then you disconnect in the month when the money is paid. You provide no resolution. Is the customer a fool. What kind of business ethics you have.

    @ACTFibernet this is not the first time u are looking it to the issue, you keep on cheating in the name of plans. and purposefully slowing the net speed to save money. its a big cheating game from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet This is so pathetic to see your service to yhe customers. Charging unnessesary amount with the bill. And your customer care agents put our calls on silent while talking pretending it a network issue just to avoid our question. DISGUSTING

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You need to create actfibernet box /actfibernet junction box that runs on solar panels and not on customer's/consumer's power unit... You will go out of business if you don't take this issue seriously...
