    @ACTFibernet Its been 6 days I have raised complaint to change my plan and finally it was changed yesterday Meanwhile I have shifted to airtel xtream fiber,it was installed n started using it.They have done everything in a day No wonder ACT losing its market. Excellent service

    @ACTFibernet Your request SR10262243180822 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/14/2021 07:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). No proper response from Customer care and no one contacted me to update the status.#ACTFibernet #badservice

    @ACTFibernet Almost two years and have no internet service in my location? How it will be there if you take effor and give connection for one person and then other people will come and take your service, unless you start take action how we will have the connection.

    @ACTFibernet ticket SR10262293710732 I still do not have any response from ACT team. Still connectivity isn't restored. I've called Airtel Broadband and they are ready to install a new connection today. If ACT issue isn't resolved soon, I'll be switching.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since yesterday. I am not getting any solution. Request SR11062266002372 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/14/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. It's time to discontinue ACT.
