@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Your request SR10157360841382 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 5/31/2021 12:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). I was told the issue is at the junction box. ETA is 20 HRS to fix this? Can you please get this sorted out sooner?

@ACTFibernet Field guy says the whole area had this issue yday, why isn't it notified to users? Pl make sure your guy visits the site to check thoroughly instead of taking input from us, you guys are experts, not me. This has to be addressed today.

@ACTFibernet they are fraud. On website they are charging 685 per month if buy 6 month, but in reality they will charge u 808. Never buy act connection.

@ACTFibernet It's embarrassing for the social media team to keep saying "Regret The Inconvenience". @ACTFibernet has the worst customer care support. The real question is Mr.Malladi, do you have it in you to fix this? Or are you just another ACT Customer support agent who doesn't give a ****?
