    @ACTFibernet even after clearing my dues I have got charges added to my account for unknown reasons. And though the due date was showing 27th May my connection got disconnected yesterday and no one responding after continuous follow ups. I really disappointed with this service

    ACT service calls are getting disconnected automatically and instead of reaching out through any other means, @ACTFibernet is closing complaint tickets to maintain good TAT. This is unprofessional and unethical on their part. My sales guy is not responding my calls.. 2/3

    @ACTFibernet 12 customer service calls and 4 tweets. All I get is "We're sorry for inconvenience" as response. Lost internet connection 25hrs ago. Great service.

    @ACTFibernet 6366954829 - this guy was out of town during the weekend, returned today from hometown, assured to fix before end of day, spoke to me at 4pm, said one hour then I called at 5pm he said before end of day by 6pm. I called him at 6pm and he did not respond to my call
