    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia

    Hey @ACTFibernet I have raised an issue yesterday of misselling of the product to me I got a call yesterday rather than giving me a solution ur executive was trying to cover the mistake and today I have received the mail that it is resolved need your immediate attention to this

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I raised a request for relocation with ticket number: SR10381244929734. I raised it around July 20 and we had no support with the reinstallation. I called support and tried chat, but to no avail. If this the support I'll get, I'd better switch to Jio-Fiber.
