@ACTFibernet I spoke to customer care representative and he has mentioned how your so call customer care agents get rid of their customer by falsely updating the details on customer tickets. I have the entire call recording. I wish I could upload it here

@ACTFibernet FYI BoB kR Puram, internet services is pathetic it’s running dead slow. Many ppl are in Queue waiting their services are done. Due to internet many sr. Citizens suffering. Can you do something there ??

@ACTFibernet my internet has not been working since yesterday morning. I called your customer care service 4 times yesterday. It's not resolved till now. Everytime I am told it will be resolved in another 30 mins. How much more patience do you expect from your customers?
