    My internet is not working for the last 36 hours and I have already raised the ticket. The concerned guy is not receiving the phone and even blocked our multiple numbers. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet It has been almost 4 days, and the issue is still pending. We have checked your app, but there is no update available. I have also tried contacting your technician several times, but no one has answered the calls. This is not the right way to handle customer concern...

    @ACTFibernet None is responding to my calls.i stay in hyderabad qutbullapur area.if not able to deliver service in time why keep calling to get the installation why make us pay first and then do this kind of service!!! @reliancejio is better I feel regretting it

    @ACTFibernet Also please help me with the process to terminate the subscription, would like to switch to other vendor.. This will help me save my career… if it’s power outage and net going off makes sense, but Power was up and suddenly Internet goes in the middle of work, is annoying

    @ACTFibernet Have some shame .your service literally sucks..taking money and providing zero service.watingin from morning at home just for installation and now your service provider says half an hour more.if I won't be at home he will go back..such stupid service providers.

    @ACTFibernet After 12 hours i can’t track and check the ETR for the status. Can you tell me how we can interact with a human for this issue? I couldn’t find anything to connect with customer care that is also automated to create a ticket.

    @ACTFibernet SR10280515875104 - no one has called us so far. We are WFH. How long to resolve the issue? Why does a small 15min rain disrupt your service when a tier-two city with @airtelindia wifi doesn’t get affected even after heavy rains
