    @ACTFibernet You aren't working towards the resolution. I am the only one calling you since yesterday innumerable times. The technician hasn't called me yet and when I call the customer care, they put me on hold and disconnect the call. Refund my money and take your fibre back.

    @ACTFibernet @AditiG75682012 Had a word with Sachin..he said this shifting will happen within 48 hours! Why @ACTFibernet why? Why so ****** behaviour? Today's date of shifting was booked on 20th June. (Exactly a week before) Still no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD ACT ticket SR10175994917864. It's been 10 hours since this ticket is raised and no resolution till now. Facing many outages very frequently. No customer care person that I can connect. Please note moving to other operator is the only option now.

    @ACTFibernet facing regular disconnections and zero proactive support. Every time I have to raise a complaint before any action is taken. ETA is 14–18 hrs but often gets delayed beyond 26 hrs! This is extremely frustrating. Might be time to switch providers!

    @ACTFibernet It's been four days and I've got about 10 acknowledgements stating issue will be resolved shortly. Would you please rather cancel my connection and refund the six months rental in paid last week? I can get internet from different subscribers at a higher quality.

    @ACTFibernet Wow they say fastest network and don’t provide a service when customer face technical problem regarding wifi. We pay money for the technically failure of the wifi and make us wait for couple of days to fix it this i what we get when we pay for the internet.
