@ACTFibernet I did the payment for new connection yesterday, One person came yesterday but he was not willing to do the proper wiring, and didn't given the connection. I spoken to customer care still no resolution. I need connection on urgent basis please look into it. @TRAI

Dear @ACTFibernet , Highly disappointed with your service, applied for new connection on 22/08/22 at 12:30 pm, they have been saying that connection will be made in 1 hr since then, still not received, last reply was it will be done tomorrow. Kindly procedure for refund asap.

@ACTFibernet The service of ACT Broadband is very poor. i have been raising complaints almost every alternative weeks. Every once in ten minutes, wifi is getting disconnected. Last week also faced the same issue. I don't know who else from ACT management takes this seriously.

@ACTFibernet probably is one of the worst internet service provider in India. I request my friends to retweet this. Most of the MNC are following Hybrid model, just imagine u have to tack a casual leave due to absence of internet this happened 4 to 5 times in last 2 months.
