@ ACTFibernet it’s been since 15 hours the net went down. Since 2 months have lost more than 40 hours. Your technician are incompetent. My local cable operator gives more reliable service.ticket SR10263899210274

1/4 Dear @ACTFibernet , Acc No: 10935357 I am being charged for Static IP services which I never requested for. October 2021: Raised 1 ticket for removing service 1 for rectifying bill. Issue resolved. November 2021: No Issues.

@ACTFibernet worst service I have ever seen. U guys never address the issue permanently. Often I have try cry calling u saying internet not working. Especially on festival days where I think of spending tme watching movie. Very poor and worst service

@ACTFibernet What an experience from the customer team ..!! He says pay the latest bill and we will reverse it later .? What rubbish . U can charge double and still ask us to pay the incorrect bill .? Shame on you
