  @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since morning in Vijayawada. Complaint (SR10579698940114) raised hours ago with no response, update, or intimation. Customer care is also unreachable. This level of service is unacceptable. Resolve this immediately.

  @ACTFibernet What does your 'earliest' mean? You took my money which you are not refunding. You promised a connection which you failed to provide. Should I just live without an internet connection because you need your sweet time to resolve a simple issue? Does anybody at ACT take ownership?

  @ACTFibernet But what is the use of this? They said they cannot process any refund . If you are happy to keep my money, which I needed the most, then keep it. I already explained why I wanted to cancel this connection..

  @ACTFibernet I emailed your Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority and got no acknowledgement at all. Is everyone sleeping at ACT? What kind of customer facing company does not acknowledge emails? What a joke!

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD What pathetic service are you guys providing ??? Not even getting 50mbps speed for a 200 mbps plan. No customer care contact number. Multiple tickets raised but closed without checking with customer. Should I cancel my subscription ?

  @ACTFibernetHYD earlier. This is completely misleading and unprofessional. I’ve now requested a refund, and customer support says they will update in 2 days. Very disappointed with the service and false commitments. @ACTFibernet please resolve this ASAP.

  @ACTFibernet I hv 2 submit my project tom. The outage ws not planned. All of a sudden I got an outage message today and it will gt resolvd by tom 7:30 PM evening. The outage 4 more thn 24 hours is nt at all acceptable. Who is responsible 4 my project delay becoz of ur unreliable service?

  @ACTFibernet Just to let you know I got a call from your technician today from (+91 91540 95438) he was insisting in closing a ticket and his team lead spoke with me and told we can’t give the router and said to close the currently open tickets, he was rude and speaking in harassing tone [1]

  @ACTFibernet Wi-Fi keeps getting disconnected frequently. Although I have raised multiple tickets SR10579692477064 to address this, the issue remains unresolved, and the connection continues to be unstable
