    @ACTFibernet how many times should I complain about not having power backup box at your box junctions???? Pathetic service, have raised 4 tickets in a month on the same issue, nobody gives a ****.

    @ACTFibernet I had paid for the Mesh Router on 24.6.2025 & was told that it would be installed in 2 working days, made 3 to 4 follow up calls but in vain. 8 days & yet no one has called & nor has the Mesh router been installed. Pathetic customer service & absolutely annoying.

    @rnyayapati @ACTFibernet @TRAI on top, the email states, they are keeping my money safe in the event that I come back as a customer - so basically, keep money in the name of NO REFUND

    @ACTFibernet How do I get to talk to one of your customer care reps? The Chatbot has taken me 3 days now to not get anywhere near one or close to what I want. My ticket was auto closed without even serving the purpose

    @ACTFibernet The issue was resolved the following day after several escalations. I sincerely hope such subpar service is not repeated in the future.
