    Hi @ACTFibernet I have taken a new connection today, installation was finished by 11 AM. I haven't got my account activated, whenever I call the respective person who installed it they are saying there is a backend problem in activating my account.

    @ACTFibernet is so unprofessional. I raised tickets twice for disconnection. Both the time it is closed without resolution. On re-opening ticket, executive told that connection will stop automatically and it is auto closed by system. Again raised the ticket yesterday.

    @ACTFibernet Other than regretting the inconvenience caused, can the issue be solved @ACTFibernet ? Giving our registered contact number also seems useless. It's more than 24hrs. How much longer to 'resolve' the problem??
