@ACTFibernet Recently I got my connection internally shifted for which you guys are charging Rs 400 even when no new equipment was installed. Moreover the service team should inform the customer about the charges beforehand and not as a surprise in the next billing cycle.

Hi @ACTFibernet there is a connectivity issue. Your app too is not working (on mobile data, of course) to register a ticket. Whats happening? #Coimbatore.

@ACTFibernet still no bloody internet how long does it take to resolve the issue at least update on what’s happening why the hell is it taking so long it was supposed to be resolved yesterday 9pm and yet nothing has changed
