@ACTFibernet Your service Engineer Name Manish told me that he haven't receive any complaint from the company. Customer care is saying they are escalating the issue. Just can't understand . But this is very wrong.

Dear @ACTFibernet, Thanks for immediate response. Got a call from your executive after these many days and you know what its 0% resolution. She called me and kept the call for hold for about 7 minutes and the call got disconnection. Keep up your good work.

@ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service providing to me. None of the field executive were responsible for the issue. Simply they are saying that it will take 24 to 48 hrs of time. Y is this happening continuously. Please let me know whether U want to continue with it network or not

@ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issues since yesterday night. I raised SR10260167990072 in the morning. Still waiting to hear from ACT. In one month since joining, I have raised connectivity complaints many times. Let me raise police complaint.

@HDFCBank_Cares @ACTFibernet Hi I cane across this issue today - HDFC mobile banking app as well as webpage login is not working when connecting on ACTFibernet. I am in Bangalore. Receiving "request timeout error". Noticed a few days earlier as well.
