    @ACTFibernet Is there any point in doing WFH when you have ACT fibernet? Every week, my wifi goes down and it doesn’t matter what time it goes down, its never fixed that same day!! Raised this ticket 5 hours back, no resolution despite promised to sort by 9 PM. SR11080445550744

    @ACTFibernet worst Internet provider. Their ppl call promise to come n change routers but never come. You ppl close the ticket also. Ur call centre number doesn’t work. I am facing issues n act doesn’t help.

    @ACTFibernet ****** CUSTOMER SERVICE. WiFi is not working for over 20 hours and no technician has been assigned. Multiple calls and everyone disconnects and no one has fixed this yet. Very close to switching. RESOLVE ASAP TICKET SR10280475714804
