Your customer support disconnects the call stating transferring to technical team. No response to emails sent. I don't think you have the power to fix it.

Vinod Anand (@VINODHANAND) reported@ACTFibernet Don’t know if so much efforts are needed from a customer to start the refund process? It can always take 2 weeks, but i was informed the process was never imitated after me calling thrice. Makes me think some fraud sales person took my money.
