@ACTFibernet please stop giving canned answers and shut customer service desk…making false promises and wrong resolutions. When your engineers restored connection to my apartment t they ignored mine and been pushing resolutions time without answer.

@ACTFibernet when do you guys plan on resolving the issue? The CX support is getting terrible, they're hanging up calls and not giving appropriate response. Please be honest and tell us if you will fix the issue or not? I need refund as well as I pay the amount quarterly.

Dear @ACTFibernet, why are you ignoring my mails? Customer support disconnects calls midway. You are indirectly forcing me to disconnect. Charged ₹706 for shifting + ₹647 monthly, but no technicians visit. I’ll file a consumer complaint with proof if I don’t get a refund.
