    @ACTFibernet In this pandemic we need support from broadband providers also but it looks like everyone is running behind to make money only I am Act user since last 3-4 years but these days getting very pathetic service lots of connection issues. I have raised concerns many times

    45 hours without internet + no call back from @ACTFibernet. You are the laziest, most indifferent internet service I have ever had to deal with

    @ACTFibernet I have not seen such a worst service in last 6-7 years using act. I have recharged Rs.490 for digital TV,1 month back and called customer care 7 times in these duration. Worst part is reg.complaint get close automatically without solution last ticket was 21011643.
