@ACTFibernet told me that I will get a callback from the team. No callback. I then call at 1 pm, 1 30 on, 2 pm and finally at 2 48 the guy calls me and tells me that connection has been enabled. I believe that if I hadn't called these many times , my complaint wouldn't have been resolved.

@ACTFibernet For New Connection, executive visited the same day for collecting money in rain but waiting for router installation since 7 days.. pathetic service in Hyderabad by your executive( picking 1 out of 20 calls per day) and instructing me to collect router from shop.

@ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your customer services. Moved to ACT from Airtel last month in anticipation of better internet experience. Your connection speed is bad with irregular low speeds and disconnections. Worse, no one attends to multiple complaints.

@ACTFibernet one of your representative gave his number and told me call if there is any issue. I am not able to connect to internet since mrng and I raised the issue, still nt resolved and ur reprsnttive doesn't even respond to calls. It's like I pay money and I beg you. Grt!

@ACTFibernet Internet is down, logged a ticket no issue of resolution yet. Considering most of us are working from home it a pathetic experience to see internet goes down and also I am experiencing slowness and intermittent disconnection issue. SR10359620413342
