    @ACTFibernet your customer support is absolutely pathetic! I raised a ticket 3 days ago and it’s still unresolved. Even after escalating to customer care, nothing is moving forward. Worst service experience ever!

    @ACTFibernet The internet is down from last 5 days. And everyday you keep on messaging that it shall be operational from Evng and nothing happens... If you want to shift my connection, please refund me my balance amount and say me so.....

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointing from ACT HYD. They don’t even acknowledge or reply tweet. Last few days our internet is not working but and it is being postponed , no details of delay. Better we move to other service provider, if ACT is careless in solving issues

    @ACTFibernet 8.5 days without internet in the Manikonda area. But I'm receiving an SMS saying it's a city wide issue while I know friends of mine in other parts of the city have the internet working fine. Your engineers never pick the calls. Incompetence or arrogance?
