    @ACTFibernet @chennaiactfiber Waited for 15 minutes on their customer support number and when I got connected, it just went blank and ended with a SMS asking for feedback on the last interaction! Unable to reach one person in @ACTFibernet since Saturday 4 pm! #patheticservice #pathetic

    @ACTFibernet I have switched to a different ISP and I want to deactivate my account with ACT. Also kindly request you to remove the junction box in my house ASAP. Also pls don't expect me to pay for the days when internet is down.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet As issue is not resolved and ETR is revised again today. Please send my money back ASAP as I need to pay for another ISP. Trusting you and paying 6 months bill in advance is my mistake.

    @ACTFibernet I got a call yesterday from the technician. I did tell him the issue is not resolved yet the ticket has been closed without resolving the issue. This is really pathetic act from @ACTFibernet. The technician's name is Giri who claimed that he is not responsible for this area.
