@ACTFibernet Last 2 months , I am facing frequent disconnect and slow browsing issues . Multiple complaints raised , but no resolution yet. Field Enginner will check in physical connection level and says everything fine .Please check and resolve the issue.

@ACTFibernet Horrible service by your team. I didn't receive the refund even after 14 days and your team still says 7 more working days to refund. I should care to complaint directly on your CEO instead of ur worthless costumer team.

@ACTFibernet I think it’s more of a problem at server level in Tirupati town. Frequent disconnections will result in people moving away from your service. This is happening too frequently 😞

@ACTFibernet Very poor customer support from your end. BB co went down by morning around 11 till now issue isn't resolved. ETR is updated as tomo 10 am. If it takes 24 hrs for you to fix an issue, atleast have courtesy of calling and explaining that problem. SR10864061940824

@ACTFibernet I called 5-6 times in the past few weeks for a rewiring & tickets are getting opened by your support for diff purposes & getting closed by your staff with no action. Call back requests are also not honored. Are you taking the customer for granted? Can anyone help?

@ACTFibernet this is really pathetic service. I had reported there is no internet 2days ago but no resolution till now. You guys seriously have no interest in working. I am from mehdipatnam, hyderabad. I tweeted yesterday too but no resolution yet. Waste of my money and time!!
