@AgnyathaHindu @ACTFibernet On of the worst service providers in the world. They did the same to me and I was charged money for shifting. I called them to disconnect and they did. They took away my router and after 3 months I called them and they gave me a connection and they charged me for shifting. Wtf

@ACTFibernet Here is my Sr no 10261462083402, do something or tell the procedure of disconnection, iam a very new customer of ACT but feels like opted a wrong internet connection hardly completed 4months and just check my complaints. If you guys can't serve it then let me know.

@Actfibernet it's been more than 24 hours and only response from your customer care executives are that it is being looked at. Is this how proper service is supposed to be? All your marketing campaigns are the most fake ones out there. Thank you for the worst service ever.

@ACTFibernet Sorry but internet connection( 102015899580) has been disconnected 3 rd time in a month.We are working from home and the impact due to this outage can not explained .It takes 2 days to get it fixed.We are ACT customers from last 6 years and now we are loosing trust.

@ACTFibernet is the worst when it comes to customer service. It is all great until you hit that moment. 14d to say they can't resolve the issue, 10d to process disconnection, 30d+ with no resolution on refund, with varying canned responses. Pathetic - won't recommend them ever!

@ACTFibernet SR10761430268372 yet be resolved. There is no connectivity since morning. Tentative time was 9 PM. Called your customer support, the executive didn't respond properly. Without providing any service he disconnected the call. Refund my amt if you can't handle
