    @ACTFibernet has the shittiest customer service and service provider in India ...I am dealing with the issue for 14 days still now no resolution done ...such a waste of money to buy ACT

    @ACTFibernet I was explicitly told by ur back end team that an opt was required to close this ticket. I dint get one and I dint give them one. So when u can't figure out a solution, u unilaterally decide to screw what the customer wants and close the ticket?? Explain this like in 5.

    Hey @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I’ve lost 4 days of business waiting for an installation promised on Saturday. You took my payment but haven't delivered. No calls,no updates band now refusing an immediate refund. Is this how you treat new customers? ​Resolve this.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is down since 18th May, my ticket number is SR10180334855014. I have called your customer service more than 20 times in the past 4 days and still issue is not resolved. Everyday I'm told it would be resolved but it doesn't happen. Worst customer service.
