Again a disappointment by the act team. I have asked for a complete refund but nothing yet. This is an extreme case of negligence and customer disregard. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet internet outage again, twice in two days. And you know the best thing, you don’t even send any intimation regarding anything. And if you’re wondering how I’m tweeting: I’m using my @airtelindia wifi, which works without fault.

@ACTFibernet we raised a new connection request a week back, update was that it will be installed in 2 days but it has been 1 week and despite escalating it with customer care multiple times, every day they give a further delayed ETA on resolution. Really bad service.

@ACTFibernet internet not working since 18 morning; had to travel to office driving 2 hours one way for two days due to act issue. SR10365400590554 was closed without resolution. Pathetic support, act look at it on priority. I cant drive again for 4 hours on 20/july.
