    @ACTFibernet For a issue to get resolved you take more than 18 hours.I should leave my job aside for 18hours and wait for your service.18 HOURS.Who will compensate this.Not at all acceptable.That too living in prime area in the city it is taking 18 hours to get it resolved.👎

    @ACTFibernet my Internet connection has been down for more than 24 hours now. I raised a complaint last morning and there seems to be no resolution or update on the issue. Please resolve this issue. My work is getting impacted due to the outage. @soundarya_b

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet We have been facing issues due to your network and irresponsible executives/techs. 2 to 3 times down in a week. As we are working from home, these network issues cause lots of issues.

    Customer service is very pathetic with @ACTFibernet CHENNAI. Their engineers are not answering on the ticket status and they keep changing the resolution for the ticket raised. Above all there is no customer care number provided in the app to call and report this.

    @ACTFibernet SR10365789068804-Its been two days since i raised this ticket and no action has been taken.We are facing downtime twice in a month and there has been no permanent solution for this.When you penalise a customer even for a day's delay in payment,why can't you adhere
