@ACTFibernet there was internet connection issue from Saturday evening, it is not resolved yet. The initial ETA given was Sunday 6pm but again it is moved to Monday 6pm.

@ACTFibernet Your team respond only if there is a disconnection request or will follow with 100 calls for any delayed payment but your team sleeps when customer needs support, does not bother to call customer even after two weeks of repeated emails

@ACTFibernet Service levels have gone down; repeated outages every 2 months and helpdesk person says resolution time is 24 hours. In this day and age, is that acceptable? #FAIL
