@ACTFibernet ticket # sr10150490979452 Act doesn't take customer complaints seriously. they will provide rude answers. internet will stop workin 4 times a week. now internet is not working from last 24 hours and I don't think they are working towards resolution of problem.

@ACTFibernet I hv shared the details via DM, for new connection you promise 48 hours, to fix technical issue you promise 48 hours, issue is pending from 3 days & to retain an existing customer, who is with you since 2016, you are least bothered. I hv called your field execs 15 to 20 times.
