    @ACTFibernet Every time your team mates tell that "Building members are not giving permission to install box so please disconnect the service".If you have any internal problems resolve it by yourself. I've raised the ticket again atleast now resolve it without any excuses.

    @Airtel_Presence So your reply in DM was to hang in there? SR was raised on 1-May, it’s almost 5 days and still ur response is saying wait. This is not expected from Airtel.I understood that you don’t care about customers.I will wait till evening then will go to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet what the hell is it? What kind of service are you providing? This is what we customers expect from you? How is it possible to close a ticket without evidence? You people keep on closing the ticket without fixing the issue.

    @ACTFibernet very disappointed.I'm facing internet problem since few days.I've Raised the ticket for the same but your team told me to disconnect the service and closed my ticket. How can you tell customers to disconnect instead of resolving it?
