    I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.

    @ACTFibernet Your internet service is absolutely pathetic. The connection is down, and there’s no proper resolution despite being a paying customer. We pay for a reliable internet service, not constant outages and endless waiting. Fix your network and stop making customers chase.

    @ACTFibernet its been almost a day and no one has reached out or resolved the issue. Ticket id: SR10181648713014 Team confirmed that issue will be fixed by 5 PM. Please let me know if you are fixing the connection or If I have to permanently switch other ISP.
