    @ACTFibernet Everything is arranged and within a day the WiFi has stopped working. The most disgusting network connection. Bloody cheats!!

    @ACTFibernet The support person checked and confirmed yesterday that the device needs to be replaced and he will replace it by this morning but till now no response. It's 24 hours without internet!! Why need more than 24 hours to resolve the issue when you already know how to fix the problem

    @ACTFibernet, is a 35+ hour downtime the new standard for a premium 300 Mbps connection? My internet has ben down for over 30 hours now (Ticket SR12280373039054, Act:122770994917) Despite paying 6 months in advance, I keep getting generic template replies with an absurd 5 PM ETA

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down from morning all I get is automated response and there is no way to connect to your customer care . I don’t think i should renew your plan next month anymore. Day by day your service is turning pathetic.

    Absolutely pathetic onboarding from @ACTFibernet Was promised installation today by the sales guy and he doesn’t bother to attend to calls or reply for msgs. Not honouring commitment is one thing but not even caring to respond shows how a customer is taken for granted! Worst!

    Hello @ACTFibernet. This is to inform you that we are facing internet issues and the resolution time is showing till 7pm neither act team has informed us beforehand. This is causing huge inconvenience. Need speedy resolution in this matter. waiting for your response

    @ACTFibernet Your field level engineers have been excellent, prompt and unwaveringly decent and understanding. The back end however is being deliberately unhelpful. They have closed two tickets this month without my concent and any resolution
