@ACTFibernet This is with regards to SR10377138193164. The technician called me some-time back and told that the issue will be resolved in an hour. But now the estimated time has changed to tomorrow. This has become a usual thing now days. Worst!

@ACTFibernet Unilaterally closed the ticket that was open since August 21 without resolving the issue. Also, suspended my internet connection for non-payment of dues....#JokeOf2025 Yes,one can cut internet connection that was never restored.@ACTFibernet You are amazing.

@ACTFibernet I did not receive the service I paid for over the past month. So I request that you extend my current service period by one month beyond the current due date of September 22nd. If this issue is not addressed, I will need to reconsider renewing my subscription moving forward.

@ACTFibernet I ws ur custmr 2 yrs bck, i disconnct ur connctn bcoz of ur issues n delay in resoltn I tried again n still same. I got a new connctn yes'day n wid in 24 hrs it stopped working n ur tat is mentind 12 hrs. My whole day gone. Ur ivr sends chat lnk bt nothng rcvd
