    @ACTFibernet it's regret to inform you that I have raised service request in the morning, as of now nobody has turned to resolve the issue. Request you to advise the concern team at RAJAHMUNDRY (AP) to resolve network issue immediately.

    @ACTFibernet, one of the leading ISP's in India, managed to close 10+ tickets raised by me regarding same packet loss issue since Jan 9th without contacting me, assigned support not responding to calls, even no follow up even after 6 complaint calls in a single day. Amazing!

    @ACTFibernet this is second time this week the broadband is completely down.. I'm in a region where I don't have a proper 4G and very much dependent on broadband.. I had to sit in my car and travel to a place where I have a good 4G network and login for an entire 8hr..

    @ACTFibernet Hi, This is the 1st time I'm facing this issue after very long time. I love act fibernet but this time it's really disappointing after smart network technology. From past 1 month it got network issue for almost 4-5 times and that's unacceptable in WFH days.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 72nd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst service provider. I have raised a complaint 27 days back still my issue not resolved.I am reaching CX care but There is no use at all.if nothing can do from your end ,kindly disconnect my connection .So I can choose other provider.101676773035
