    I paid the full amount for the new connection on Wednesday (15/07/2026), but I still haven't received any update regarding the installation. This delay is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor service. please inform so that I can cancel my request. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hello, you are one of the WORST internet providers in Hyderabad. My connection is down for more than 2 days, still no body came to fix, even after multiple complaints. Never ever go for this provider again.

    The internet has been cut twice in the last five days. The complaint mechanism in the Act app is not working efficiently. However, the Twitter team is responding well. Please send your team immediately to rectify the issue. SR10381276165184 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet SR10281184908864, frequent disconnection and raising request takes ages to complete. From evening 5PM there is no internet and resolution is for the next day? I regret switching to Act from airtel. I thought airtel was bad with service request , act is worst.

    @ACTFibernet I paid amount on 9th Jul. Today is 16th. 7 plus days. Persom who made me paid from your marketing team not even lifting the call. Your X team providing genric response. I need this escalated on highest priority. Will you solve or cancel? And compensate me?

    @ACTFibernet your customer cares inability to help me shift my connection, has made me disconnect my act fibernet . A week passed since i raised a request yet no help provided only fake promises.

    It's better to get a new service provider.... @ACTFibernet is use less, i had two connection with them despite that they were not able to shift my connection in over 2weeks... @JM_Scindia @DoT_India do something there are 1000s of complaints
