    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet a suggestion to anybody looking for a new broadband setup, avoid act fibernet go with jio or even airtel. There is a reason why companies like act do not grow and shut down overtime its bc of non existent customer service. And third rate support. JUST AVOID.

    I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.

    @Alpha_4242 @quandalebro @ACTFibernet Honestly act has been pretty good for me. Maybe because we’re Bangalore based or something. They resolved my issue within a day.

    @ACTFibernet is a pure scam, continues to disappoint with frequent service disruptions and poor support. Tickets get auto‑closed, callbacks never happen, and even basic service quality isn’t maintained. Customers deserve better, would not recommend this provider. #worstservice
