    @ACTFibernet Repeated complaints and all they do is close without attending,#SR10365659840104 made one yesterday too. It’s the worst service ever team ACT. After my plan expiry not planning to renew as they are not serious about complaints or concerned.

    @ACTFibernet Madurai if you're facing issues in your end it's your responsibility to fix it. You're NOT offering services for free. Why should customer suffer especially with a long term plan with their money stuck with you? under 15 ms to Chennai is fine. 30 is NOT fine.
