    @ACTFibernet Still not resolution. The guy just calls me to confirm if i handed over the router which i did on 22 November. Guy keep coming up with weird things like give me the phone number of the person who took the router. Please have a look into it.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised multiple service requests to resolve the frequent network interruption and very disgusting with support team, closing the ticket without proper explanation for the issue. Take this has high priority and provide the solution , Ticket : SR10163721105614

    @ACTFibernet the credits accrued in my earlier fibernet account is not transferred to my new fibernet account! Not asking for transfer money, only to transfer credits! No proper response given. @TRAI help us! Such a poor customer satisfaction once we stop an active connection!!

    @ACTFibernet fed up with your complaint redressal system the are not able to resolve extra charge complaint and deactivated my account due to non payment of wrongly charged bill shame on you
