@ACTFibernet stop calling yourself a leading service provider if you take over 10 days to resolve a simple network problem. Sending technicians & calling customers after 9p.m. is the worst service you could offer!! Closing tickets without resolving, lying about it and even worse.

@ACTFibernet Your repeated extension of the timeline for resolving the internet issue is not helping. The connection has been down since Saturday and the the engineers assigned are not responding to calls and just updating it online to extend timeline further.
