@ACTFibernet It's 24 hrs that the net has been down and no call from your team .. on the app the complaint says resolved .. without even checking with me. You guys call immediately for bill payments .. but for resolutions .. customer care and ACT app both don't work ..

@ACTFibernet all you give is a reasonable connection and a terrible service. It's been 3 months and you are still not able to get a wire through a drilled hole in a window pane. The window is still open and half my AC bill is on you.

@ACTFibernet #Bangalore Internet not working since 6-7 hours. What's the use of having a 300 Mbps connection if you don't give a service. Especially on a working day. #nosupport #ACT SR10267477071754. I think better to go for other network providers.

@ACTFibernet i made payment on 3rd for new connection and was told connection will be done same day.. It's 7 now still it's not done. customer servic is pathetic as they don't follow up or care. Also they dont puck up calls, if they do support guy will hesitate to even open ticke
