    @ACTFibernet is pathetic. My plan upgraded but speed fluctuations is fhere now they are saying.. It's wirh router.. I don't like support

    @ACTFibernet Instead of resolving the issue ACT forced to take decision of closing connection. It is absolutely ridiculous customer service. Last one month I am not using my connection properly with poor internet.

    @ACTFibernet Wifi not working, blue light shows up since 36 hours Raised ticket, spoke 3 times on CC waited 30 min each time to connect to an agent, still no use Waited all day for technician to fix it Please help out, didn’t expect such pathetic service SR10180978587984

    @ACTFibernet There is an intermittent Internet disconnection from last week and this is the 4th SR I am raising to get it resolved. I am fed up of this worst CS. I dropped mail to the tech lead and escalation team but till not there is no response. Again internet is not working.

    @ACTFibernet - your customer service are using every trick in the book to get me to move from my current plan Blaze. Their fav line is it is not available anymore and customers have to choose the higher package. This is half truth as existing customers can continue on that plan

    @ACTFibernet no internet from the past 48 hrs ? No resolution ? When is it going to be resolved? Ticket resolution time keeps changing and your customer service is worst than a robot answering questions.

    @ACTFibernet Update: I received a callback from the ACT Broadband billing team, and they have adjusted my bill by crediting the charges for the outage period. Thanks for the prompt action and for resolving the issue. @ACTFibernet
