    Hi @HiHyderabad and @HiBangalore, Dont request for @ACTFibernet internet service. They only followup for paying bill. They take days of time to resolve any issue. Go with a local service provider.

    @ACTFibernet please let's me know you are unable to provide a proper service to customers that they can switch to some other services provided. I have be registered my complain for last 3 months no action has been take and today the it many be resolved by not yet what should I do

    @ACTFibernet Hello Team, You will be very prompt in sending messages related to Billing-related, whereas you will not be available for service\ whenever there is an issue. Your ACT network is down for the past 2 days and I am using JIO service. Really Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since Monday. I raised a request but still not fixed. Your local technician neither understand Hindi nor English. I don't want to continue with such awful service better you disconnect and close my account permanently. Awful experience!!
