@ACTFibernet i have been trying to put in a relocation request since morning bur your third class app opens up a weblink and then after filling in all the details , it always says Something went wrong. This has happened atleast 20 times since morning. Care to help ??

This stupid service @ACTFibernet doesn't even reply or solve the issues from the customers. They simply force customers with continuous calls to take a new connection

@ACTFibernet My internet has not been working since Sunday and no resolution yet. No way to contact your local tech. Pathetic service. Every time I call customer support I'm assured of resolution within 2 hrs. This is happening a second time in 2 weeks. Worst experience.

@JAI86COOL @ACTFibernet @BandBajaateRaho when you complain, they raise a ticket and then marked it 'resolved' without any resolution or contact 2 customer. If you call them they will say someone will call U after 2 hrs and never do! They just let you run around from pillar to post. Users let us unite and file a case.
