    @ACTFibernet From Jun 14th I’m having frequent disconnection. Internet works for a couple of hours in the day and stops working. I raise a complaint, it starts working, complaint gets closed and it stops working again. Same cycle daily since jun 14. No technician visit at all.

    @ACTFibernet complained multiple times regarding billing issue. Everytime ticket getting closed without having a word with me. No response to mail as well. When I called customer care and asked reason for not addressing, representative raised disconnection request. Is it the way?

    @ACTFibernet since yesterday I don't have internet. The app has no option to register a complaint. The agents I speak with are robotic, repeat the same sentence. I am paying to get 0mbps. Great service!!!!

    It's almost 48 hours of no internet, complaint raised , but provider ACT has not bothered to rectify or the engineers have called to check, the provider is not sensative about current situation of covid times where WFH and study from home are part of life @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet My internet stopped working on 1 July, and the complaint got resolved on 4 July. (That's after me calling multiple times, speaking with your engineer etc.) What feedback would you like?

    @ACTFibernet the most worst experience we are facing at Doyens Township, Hyderabad since 3 days. And it seems no one at Act is bothering about the issues instead raising multiple times the complaints thru given space. In addition, there is no scope to escalate to higher officials

    @ACTFibernet Do i need to raise complaints for every 2days? I am facing internet issues again. You take lot of time to resolve the issues just to re create it the next day. Pathetic
