  @ACTFibernet @nch1915 Extremely disappointed with ACT’s service. Raised a WiFi relocation request on 25–26 July and still no resolution. We’ve been calling customer care every day, morning and evening. Every time we’re promised a technician within 24 hours, but no one contacts us. We’re also promised callbacks, but NO ONE ever calls back. Now customer care says they’ll connect us to a manager/technician, then disconnects the call. How many more “24 hours” are we supposed to wait? @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately. This is unacceptable!

  .ACT, your customer service IVR is lousy. I have tried lodging a complaint about wifi at home and the recorded voice says it is working. Internet down for nearly four hours. No response yet. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed. My internet has been down again since yesterday & this has become a recurring issue for many months now. Latest Ticket no: SR11781485598614. I've no option but to switch to another broadband provider. #ACTFibernet #Broadband #CustomerService

  @ACTFibernet I got this message, which is false - "We regret to inform you that your ACT Fibernet service has been disconnected due to Leaving City." I am not leaving city, I got fed up with frequent disruptions in service. Further mail says Current Due Amount: 8488.92, due for what??

  @ACTFibernet Your chatbot is of no use. It's a mere ticket registering gateway. No way to connect to you other than that. I am a customer for 15 years. I just have to rethink about continuing with you.
