    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since my internet connection went down. I raised a complaint, but there's no response yet. The ETR keeps getting extended repeatedly. When can I expect the restoration? This is severely impacting my daily business ops. SR10381716733674

    @ACTFibernet SR10381639652454 this is the TICKET and there is Frequent network issue with your service and team. Tbh it's poor every week. Already been affected more than 12 hrs none of your employees showed up.

    Today is the second day in a row with Internet down. Moved to act from Airtel as I was tired of their outages, it is the same with you. 2 days Internet goes down at 4 or 5 in the morning. Shame on you if you cannot provide service, today's ticket SR12381682223624 @ACTFibernet

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. Paid ₹3,432 on 18 Aug for a new connection in Bangalore. It’s 24 Aug and installation is still pending. No urgency or updates. A week for installation is unacceptable. A/c: 102816504701. Please resolve immediately.
