@ACTFibernet @reliancejio I wud like to switch to Jio fibre frm this bulshit ACT network.The house where they fixed the switch had vacated house so they are not able to fix the switch in any house in this entire area. It’s 10hrs now without internet. Hope I will not face such issue with Jio.

@ACTFibernet This is the second time I am facing internet issue this month. The last time , there was no internet for around 30 hours .I am facing the same issue once again now , and customer care , rather than helping out, just provides an ETA OF 24 hours.

@ACTFibernet Worst Customer care experience, its been a year yet to get the refund of Rs. 1950. Multiple tickets raised, was assured of refund, shared account details multiple times, yet every time ticket gets closed within 72 hours saying its resolved.

@ACTFibernet pathetic customer service . Internet down since morning. Complaint raised against phone no: 8105064206. More than 12 hours passed and still problem persisting (ETA given was 9 PM today). Really hampering work. Can you guys resolve the issue ASAP??
