    @ACTFibernet regarding complaint Ticket No SR10163890790864 no action has been taken... It's been 1 week since the wifi is gone. They're closing the ticket everyday saying the problem is solved. No response from call center people as well..very bad service.

    @ACTFibernet When will my network issue get resolved? I’m fed up after raising complaint everyday n the service person instructs not to re open the ticket n will repair later but never happens
