It has been almost 24 hours since I reported the internet outage, and your team has failed to provide either a resolution or a meaningful update. Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for?     @ACTFibernet My internet has gone down for the second time in the last 48 hours. I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot. Could someone look into this urgently and provide a permanent resolution?     @ACTFibernet Whenever a complaint about a disconnection arises, it takes you at least two to four days to fix it, whereas other Wi-Fi companies resolve the same issue within half an hour to an hour. Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, my internet has been down for 3 days. An engineer visited after 2 days but the issue returned within hours. I can't reopen the ticket, and despite repeated calls, no engineer has visited since yesterday. This is affecting my work.
