  @ACTFibernet It’s been 15 days since my router was collected, and there’s still no refund. First I was told ₹3,100, now it’s ₹2,500, and no one even knows where it’s being processed. Why should customers chase you repeatedly? Fix your broken process and make refunds smooth

  I never realized how Inefficient and illiterate the technical support and customer care teams of @ACTFibernet are. Internet not working from 4pm ist yesterday. Still no resolution. I m wfh. Who is responsible for my revenue loss? I m unable to even escalate the issue.

  @ghanshyam_in @ACTFibernet Looks like all Bangalore there is some problem. Many websites are not working few (insta, YouTube etc) are working. Not sure why
