@ACTFibernet A/c # 102016147724 It has been almost two months I have stopped the service and I have not been issued a refund of the balance amount. You keep sending me an invoice with credit balance but the amount never comes. Is this the way you treat your customers?

@ACTFibernet Rathere atleast Airtel service is better than ACT. ACT is just to catch new customers grab money and cheat and don't give response. The matter has to be escalatedvto ministry of communication also if innocent customers are cheated

@ACTFibernet I have done payment for new internet connection two days ago in kharadi pune. Installation person told me today local LCO problem and go with airtel. I am shifting to airtel now. Please refund my amount and explain me about LCO problem. Thank you for service.

@ACTFibernet your services are pathetic now. Every month internet goes down atleast 5-6 times that too not less than 2 days minimum. We can just raise the ticket and wait. The engineer is not assigned before next day.

One telephone call came from Bangalore & one msg from Delhi and said that your problem will be resolved but nothing has happened so far. I am very disappointed with the attitude of Company. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Ita 9:30 now and no responce no update, so if internet is going down, i should presume it will tk 2 days atleast, doesnt matter if the internet stopped working in the morning, it wont resume the same day. I think u guys r doing some kind of scam
