    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore FYI, do not go for ACT wifi! You will regret the decision. SR10280004058854 once more same issue, no power for hub. They said they will pay 59inr per month to a person and they did not, so that guys asked them to take it somewhere else. Same problem.

    Never ever from the time we have got WiFi at home have we face outage this long . It’s been like 24 hours and tickets raised are ignored . Is #Jio better than #ACTFibernet ?

    @ACTFibernet Very pathetic service from act my internet no 103323011887 has not been working since 3 days inspite of making multiple complaints there is no resolution

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    My internet is again not working not even able to raise a ticket. @ACTFibernet - can you do something or should I switch the connection to some other operator

    So, the @ACTFibernet people came and disconnected the hub but went back home without fixing it. I mean why to even remove it in the first place if not in the mood to do it? @ACTFibernet customer care know about the progress on tickets as much as my cook knows about Rocket Science
