You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.

I have called your team several times over the past few days and was able to connect only twice who assured quick resolution but nothing has been done. Even with LAN testing, the performance is all over the place. False promises and zero compensation for downtime — totally unacceptable service. #ACTFibernet
