    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10263637236334 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/7 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT. Keep getting assurances from IVR and personnel, but no resolution. I was so proud of consistent connectivity that didn't change, but it's time

    @ACTFibernet This is just routine everytime. Nothing concrete. We took the connection 45 days before. Out of this 20 days there was no internet. Are you people not really serious or inefficient to offer such service levels?. We have work from home, and our salaries getting deducted.1/2

    @ACTFibernet I took the connection for 3 months Swift plan with free router. At the time of booking,you guys promised the router will support 75Mbps.I raised a complaint,after facing poor speed now your engineer is saying router will support only 40Mbps. Cheated!
