    @ACTFibernet I raised a complaint through ACT Fibernet app regarding internet speed. I was notified that the issue will be resolved in 24hrs. The next day I received a notification stating that the issue is resolved but the speed dropped to 0.7Mbps while my plan says 200Mbps.

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing network connectivity issue 4-5 times a month, it's horrible this month. Every time I raise a complaint it is taking 2 days to correct the problem, deeply disappointed with the support staff and connectivity - Act Hyderabad

    @Adi_Somayagi @ACTFibernet Actually I had the same issue and I am told the techs work only 9am to 6:30pm. So if you loose Internet connectivity after 6:30pm, you'll have to wait for another day.

    @ACTFibernet its been 24 hours since my internet stopped. Where is the service technician Request Number SR10256541976842. I took day off today as my mobile network is not enough to WFH. I'm not planning to take another day off just because of your incapability to attend issues.
