@ACTFibernet from past 3 week I'm facing internet issue on every Saturday 10-5 pm , I complained multiple time but no action is taken. I face challenges while working. Very unhappy with the service. Hope this will fix else out entire block will be shifting to jio as discussed.

Worst service by @ACTFibernet, the only thing they are good at is billing. I've requested for plan upgrade and even after 15 days of payment my upgrade request is still pending. I've tried all possible ways of contacting them but it seems they don't care.
