I would like to share my experience on @ACTFibernet Recently i have been subscribed to thier zee5 subscription for free 1 month trail but they cheated me and charged for free subscription 1 month trail this kind of service is pathetic worst than any fibernet service

@ACTFibernet Since last 15 days I have been trying to contact ACT customer care for refund but I am neither getting refund not a call back from refund team. The refund team just closes the ticket without any reason.

@ACTFibernet I had issue with WiFi and your great customer care service says within 24hrs it will be resolved but I'm yet to get call or any communication from your end..... I have already paid for 6months and will you extend date of subscription???? What a strategy 👏👏👏

@ACTFibernet My user ID 102418330969 from Bengaluru. It's been more than a day after complaining about no connectivity. Your the great service says it will be resolved within 24hrs but nothing as happened till now. Do get it resolved within 12PM or else refund my subscription amount

@ACTFibernet My user ID 102418330969 from Bengaluru. When we loose connectivity due to your fault why don't you automatically extend the date of subscription, is your rules not allowing for it. Soon after the subscription ends you know to disconnect, but don't know to fix any issues.👏👏👏👏
