@ACTFibernet Rather than giving fake responses, focus on genuine customer service. Everytime sending auto-generated replies, you worth nowhere!

Holy ****! @ACTFibernet 's service in Bangalore has been terrible over the past few months. Zero ***** given to customers. Their "CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE" is basically an IVR repeating bullshit pre-recorded statement unrelated to what you want. Not a single human helping out.

@ACTFibernet your service is excellent - as long as it works. But when it fails, your turn around time is pathetic. Service down since yesterday morning and all it needs is replacement of your last mile cable !
