    @ACTFibernet, Pathetic service. It’s been 2 hours now since my internet stopped working. calls aren’t answered on customer service and you customer help on app won’t work. Wfh and students are suppose to wait for you to fix this while we keep paying 7-8k every 6 month?

    @ACTFibernet Still no one is taking charge on my issue. Firstly, u took the payment ny sweet talk its been a week now. No one is responding. I asked for refund and still no one is responding to me. Who gonnay pay for my company loss.. Never expected this type of service ACT,
