@ACTFibernet sir we in villivakkam hvg 3 connections. Our conncetions thro next house box. But tht cudtomer vacated house and act staff took tht, didconnected our line. Hw come he will do like tht without intimating us. Poor response frm customer care. My no. 9840211992

@ACTFibernet Do you even know that there has been an outage all around the South India. But I've seen no acknowledgement from your end and no apologies. Shameless service and No regard for customers is reason why no one cares for ACT anymore.

@ACTFibernet , i had a concern and reached out to customer care upfront, however, the employee from ACT called Bhaskar behavior was very rude, why you ACT has such as awkward employees when they cannot support the customer with issues, SHAME ON YOU GUYS

@ACTFibernet My internet is not working. My work is depend on it. It was down from this afternoon and same issues is happening second time. SR10265524909454 ETA was tomorrow 12PM. Not Acceptable.!!
