    @ACTFibernet such a bad service! Reviewing after paying n waiting for over 3 days now. Paid for the installation, documents submitted and they told me they would install the device by evening. And three days passed by. Now they don’t respond my calls and I can’t expect a refund.

    @ACTFibernet waste network, asks us to DM but doesn't check the DM, internet not working since 5 hours, no response from the team says "connected without Internet" have classes to attend, do something asap, nonsence

    @ACTFibernet, I login to work in 2 hours and the issue better be fixed by then. My neighbors use actfiber and they seem to be doing just fine. I pay my bills on time and I am stuck with mobile hotspot This is the Service Request number : 10154875070462 fix this

    @ACTFibernet My account was deactivated and I raised refund of balance amount to my friends ACT account. I been following up from February to process the refund, no one responds to the complaint instead they are closing with in a day or two without contacting me.
