    @ACTFibernet Simply seeing ETR in app and changing automatically without any proper status doesnt make any sense. Is it maintainence? Line issues? I need proper update so that I plan and look for alternatives to manage. Expecting proactive customer service communication. #frustatingACT

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down from morning all I get is automated response and there is no way to connect to your customer care . I don’t think i should renew your plan next month anymore. Day by day your service is turning pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet Seens past 10 days I was unable to connect with an actfiber agent regarding act fiber box at resident my electric wave off 600 need to be reduce from plan amount but now there are saying from now onward it will update you need to wait for next 6 month for bill worst service
