    @ACTFibernet No internet from 3.30 pm yesterday, got a message that it will be resolved between 9am- 1 pm till now issue not resolved, disgusting customer support and service, you are forcing customers like us to port to some other service providers like @airtelindia, @HathwayBrdband etc

    @ACTFibernet I need permanent solution , always my fiber wire is lined up with next lane boxes with huge wire hanging from long distance, half of the month my Internet is out of service . If you can’t afford a junction box please let me know I will look for other service provide . Lost hope

    @ACTFibernet Internet issue resolved with changing new Modem, With changing new Modem All The System Network has lost The Connection, and Your Person Harish informed me that He will resolve this problem, and inform your IT department Team Resolve this , but Mr Harish not Responding.

    @ACTFibernet dispute my current bill and request immediate disconnection of my service (User ID: 110788986781) ​I was sold this connection under a specific 3-month offer. The sales agent promised ( 3 months plan for ₹1500 price].
