    @ACTFibernet well, it has been more than two days my net isn’t working. Filed complain two days back, no resolution yet. Called at customer service, they have learned only one line what they say- “we are escalating this issue’. Such pathetic service. Pls disconnect my connection

    @AnkitAKW @ACTFibernet Worst service provider u have chosen.... Ab aadat dal lo, similar expericne again and again.. If Network down 2+ days for resolution, that to tentative.

    @ACTFibernet need immediate attention to ticket SR10259880207342, whole apartment is impacted due to not replacing battery, again I see you focus more on ticketing SLA rather than customer, it's closed and opened multiple times
