    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Don't take this connection. I stay in l b nagar , center of city. I get constantly disconnections. They will take atleast 24 hours to fix. After fixing they will dm you like nothing happened. Try JIO fiber.

    @ACTFibernet I made complaint & support prsn from escalation team told it will be rectified by EOD but just now received msg that it will get resolved by 20 Aug fake promises to customers, no proper response after taking paymnt SR-10261028554426. Worst and very very pathetic srvc

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet They are shameless people every time there fiber line comeout of the junction box on its own , everymonth in the beginning I don't see the service ,they are not even bothered to connect calls with manager or escalation teams

    Sick of @Airtel broadband plans: -Reduction in costs not notified -AirtelApp plan change doesn't work -grievances stuck in bureaucracy -no coordination among Airtel staff -QoS questionable Solution: 1.Loadbalance 2.Migrate @ACTFibernet is so mch better. listening @airtelindia?

    I am tweeting again. Constant problem. My internet is down again and I raised a ticket this morning. Till now no fix. It will be a small fix , but your guys are lazy to fix. I can't afford 24 hours in this WFH time. I am seriously considering Jio options. @ACTFibernet
