    @ACTFibernet i have registered complaint on Saturday 30 October but that is not yet resolve. Every week we are facing same issue. I will not suggest anyone to take Act fibernet connection.

    @theprodigalram @ACTFibernet I agree with you I am current act customer (5 year). You cant trust them. I took broadband for 1 year . So after year I will come out of that hell

    @ACTFibernet Secondly,you guys agreed to wave of shifting charges & asked me to pay 3 months bill,I agreed & paid shifting charges now I'm billed monthly I seriously have no words to express my my anger! I was about to take service from Hathway but because u guys convinced me I took it

    @ACTFibernet very rude response from the installation guy, using vulgar language, took my personal details and money and just no response after that. Very bad service. It this how you treat you customers at the initial stages?

    Such a pathetic service @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD We have asked for shifting of connection on Friday & till now none of your executive has called us & when we call your call Center executives, they are disconnecting the calls. #worst #internet #actfiber

    @ACTFibernet Bad service experience! To reactivate temp disabled connection technicians were sent without fiber to ethernet switch and more 1-7 days to resolve it. -Req was put 3 days in advance. -The switch was removed by ACT. -Atleast carry it based on type of request.

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed . Very worst customer service . Again second ticket closed .. how can you ppl close the ticket without even resolution ? Thai so how you respond to customer service
