    @ACTFibernet, Dear Mr CEO Bala Malladi need your help to get connection in our appartment your team has installed devices but not providing connection due to local threats. ACT team has bought time till 1st March but still not find any solution. This is the way u provide support.

    @ACTFibernet HELLO i raised a request to downgrade my internet plan but customer care executives are keep ignoring and doesn't have any option in app itself They said it would get downgraded in 48 hours after 96 hours also showing the same thing and my ticket is still in pending

    @ACTFibernet Ticket number SR10153281084992. Waited for full day. Neither the issue resolved nor I have received any call. Customer car executives are also not aware of the problem. What happen to your support.....Planning to change to Hathway.
