Still waiting for my ACT Fibernet refund since disconnecting the service on 29 May 2025. Despite follow-ups, multiple tickets, endless conversations with customer care, no action yet. Extremely disappointing experience. @ACTFibernet - please process the request urgently.

@ACTFibernet The biggest mistake to switch from jio to act fiber. From day 1 , multiple issues . Technical just close tickets without any resolution. Internet slow from last few days and noe no Internet since mrn. SR10176292417544. Area technicaans are inefficient
