@ACTFibernet I was a loyal ACT Fibernet user but in September I disconnected my connection and after that its been three months and still I haven’t received my refund of the security money. Even after calling everyday the team doesn’t responds. Its a very bad experience

@ACTFibernet First u deny refund of advance despite not having service at my new location. Then u say that u can transfer money to any other ACT account, and now that also u are not honouring. Its been a yr already wit no resolution. Have any sense of shame or lost it completely?

@ACTFibernet what is the procedure to downgrade the plan.. last time when I asked, you said it can be done only after paying the due. And when asked after paying, you said the amount is paid so downgrade can't be done..I have got a simple process., Disconnect, change service.

@ACTFibernet I have sent a complaint earlier also but my problem is still not resolved and i get the same response. Would definitely not recommend this. High time of calling and getting no response or resolution

@ACTFibernet received msg saying my RMN has been changed to some X no by ACT. I haven't placed any request for it and changed number is not mine. Hackers play at ACT or internal systems rogue act? Compromised customer info?

SR10163640573824 - Ticket number raised at arnd 11p.m. on 6th dec. They promised to resolve the issue in max 24hrs. Issue not resolved yet. No call back from the supervisor too. My work is at halt, as i work from home. @ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ @BandBajaateRaho
