Maheshwaran R (@MahezwaranR) reported@ACTFibernet Consent and they charged a bulk amount for this. Then I called the helpdesk to cancel it and even after cancellation a partial amount needs to be paid from my end. Why are you doing like this and why are you asking us to follow up for n no of times. Worst worst worst service

veerarock (@tangelea) reported@ACTFibernet How long am I supposed to wait? It’s been nearly 22 hours since I reported the issue, and there’s still no resolution. Every time, the 1st and 2nd ETA are missed, and a new ETA is given. Technician Sravan is not responding to my calls. This is unacceptable.@ACTFibernet

Sanjay Singh (@sanjayrathore36) reported@ACTFibernet Worst services in Lucknow .

𝔖𝔴𝔞𝔭𝔫𝔦𝔩 𝔖𝔥𝔲𝔨𝔩𝔞 स्वप्निल शुक्ला (@unique_swapnil) reported@ACTFibernet I paid ₹700 for relocating my ACT Fibernet connection, but the relocation is still pending. I've been waiting without any proper update, despite paying the relocation charges in advance. This level of service is unacceptable.

veerarock (@tangelea) reported@ACTFibernet As usual, I’ve now received a second ETA. It’s been 24 hours since the issue started, and your team is still working on it. I’m still unable to contact technician Sravan(8712606419), as he isn’t responding to my calls. What kind of support is this? @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

{{ RP }} (@KossLeBoss) reportedAs a 10+ year #ACT customer, this is deeply disappointing. Please take ownership and resolve this urgently. As a customer, I have no direct way to reach the assigned technician, the only channels available to me are customer support and social media. @ACTFibernet

Karthic Iyyappa (@KarthicIyyappa) reported@ACTFibernet I ordered a 4K Set Top Box on 27 July with a promised delivery within 2 days. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer service, I have neither received the box nor been given a clear or convincing timeline. Ticket# SR10381355245705. Improve your customer service.

KALPANA (@kmkalpana2000) reported@ACTFibernet @nch1915 Extremely disappointed with ACT’s service. Raised a WiFi relocation request on 25–26 July and still no resolution. We’ve been calling customer care every day, morning and evening. Every time we’re promised a technician within 24 hours, but no one contacts us. We’re also promised callbacks, but NO ONE ever calls back. Now customer care says they’ll connect us to a manager/technician, then disconnects the call. How many more “24 hours” are we supposed to wait? @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately. This is unacceptable!
