    For Acct No. 10879986, there was no internet for 5 days after the cyclone in Chennai. It took so many complaints for getting back internet. You've not bothered to reduce the bill for the lost days in December. Horrible stuff this js @ACTFibernet. Previously you used to #horrible

    @ACTFibernet , I received a legal notice to pay my dues. I reached out to customer service to discontinue the service due to poor experience but they took long time to disconnect and now I am being charged because of them. Please assist as my queries are not being answered.

    @ACTFibernet This is too much of incompetence of ACT, it feels like ACT is cheating customers and DONT WANT TO GIVE THE RIGHT RESOLUTION, this integrity issue and absence of professional ethics is what is being followed by ACT or it’s EMPLOYEES???

    @ACTFibernet #ACTBroadband is pretty unstable since this morning. Connections seem to disconnect frequently every 2-3 hours. Pls fix it. Unable to lodge a complaint via act app.. just times out every time
