@ACTFibernet I paid for the 6 months and you people don't adjust the billing until there is a outage for 24 hours . Either increase the power backup or refund money.i was a customer of @airtelindia never had any issue. Any chance of @airtelindia brodband services in 560056?

@ACTFibernet Dear ACT, the issue is not fixed yet. Your service reps think the cords were unplugged from the hubs. I was wondering if your technicians were going to drop from the sky. Because y’all talk like you’re waiting on somebody to come from a different galaxy to fix the issue.
