On May 29th, I paid you for a plan change to convert to a 6-month plan, which comes with mesh routers. No updates yet! The service request you logged doesn’t even show up in my account. 🤔

I’ve called customer support more than 15 times with no resolution, and the ground team hasn’t acted on the request.

Yesterday yiur helpline asked me to pay pro-rata for 400mbps upto yesterday and 1100/- which and paid. After payment of over RS.7500/- today you suspended my internet. You are total frauds. I am filing a police complaint
