@ACTFibernet Customer service and maintenance rating -1.Well it's hardly been 10 since I got the connection, and I have already raised more than 5 complaints regarding "no internet" and you guys have least concern to fix it. Cheers for great internet👍

@ACTFibernet fed up with multiple tickets yet no resolution, continuous calling the technician, yet none visiting the home to resolve the issue. SR10150210224902 , SR10150267909802, SR10150276710612 ,closing the old tckts and generating the new ones won't make any diff !

@ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD: Other than getting account details I didn't receive any other update. Everytime I call they say it will take 48 hours to resolve. If this is really a genuine ACT Fibernet account can you help resolve the issue if you really care for your customers.
