    @ACTFibernet Never seen any company with such a bad service .. even most of the small company do serve their customers better than you. Value your customers most of your customer support cut the call without resolving the issue .

    @ACTFibernet it’s been 10 hours and I have no idea when internet will be back and your helpline is conveniently not connecting me to anyone. Please let me know when I can expect connectivity and escalate this. Poor service!

    @ACTFibernet Yes issue is resolved but it took 10 hours to fix it , it means if there is an issue middle@or night we do not have any support or escalation model?
