    @ACTFibernet your Ahmedabad team is disgusting. Have paid for new connection on 15th Jan but still no body followed up for the installation. Your AMD sales rep Mr Nilesh kant only gives hollow promises. Worst experience ever. Plz refund my money. I don't require your service.

    @ACTFibernet is it holiday for act fibernet? I have raised ticket for internet issue at 9AM, till now no one contacted and didn't get resolution. It's better shift to @reliancejio if your service continues like this.

    @ACTFibernet Same issue started with ur technican facing internet issue & tried to reach ur technician from registered num my calls are block by him, when i call through diff number he says he blocked my num as instructed by manager & says tweet what you want this this service act provides 😡

    @ACTFibernet this issue was never resolved. Both you and your team conveniently closed this issue as resolved. Today is Day 6 of ko Internet. This is terrible customer experience.

    Absolutely frustrated with @ACTFibernet application. Wasted an hour to submit a connection shift through app. Didn’t go through. Can’t even talk to anyone from customer care. Just Pathetic
