@ACTFibernet Everytime I raise a SR, something is done from the backend and I'm able to manage for a few hours but it gets back to the same every damn time. I can't be raising a SR daily for the connection which might not even be resolved on the same day.

He said, Connection will be given in 2 days. Now it’s been 4 days we don’t have wifi in our home. We paid 6 months plan and this such a worst service we expect. Kindly consider and resolve the issue as earliest. Thank you @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet You say that but you never do. I am not seeing anyone working near my place for adjusting the wiring. It's been more than 4 days now and you don't provide any updates properly. You keep updating the resolution time every day. You are taking the customers for granted
