  @ACTFibernet 4 days without internet. Complaint raised on 13 June SR10180711454564 No technician visit.Every day your customer support says,"It will be resolved soon." Hearing the same excuse for 4 days, it's hard to believe anything ACT says.Absolutely unacceptable service.

  @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.   @ACTFibernet If you’re giving 24hrs to resolve it then how do I work ? You add delayed fees if payment is delayed by a day now how you gonna compensate customer for no internet for 2 working days ?

  One more issue which I identified with @ACTFibernet is that they do not automatically provide the benefits of the revised plans with added benefits to existing customers; this is unethical practice from them;

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i an facing internet connectivity issues from last 2 weeks. Your executives are not able to understand a simple problem that “internet drops frequently” 4 technicians has already visited, every day one or other person is calling.

  @ACTFibernet Why do I have to make over 10 calls and wait for hours on call to get a Wifi installed (despite after making a payment)? Absolutely terrible service No one from backend or escalations team even calling back after several escalations!

  That's the reason I'm using @ACTFibernet It's one of the best in terms of Service in Hyderabad. But even I did face some downtime here and there but I beleive it's base plans should increase the speeds.

  @ACTFibernet what's going on? Is there anyone to look into the issue? More than 48hrs no update, just keep on sending revised resolution date n time. Very bad service never expected this.
