    @ACTFibernet @Yeshwanthiac same issue.... money paid... no further action taken... nobody called... no internet... a waste of my time....nobody is giving any concrete response..... if i cant get it done.... i have to ask for refund... plz process.

    @varshit97237545 @ACTFibernet ACT fibernet is waste bro. There sales after service is worst in the world. I disconnected there network and switched to jio fiber. You also do the same.

    @ACTFibernet I'm using ACT Fibernet for more than 5 years now. I raised a request for 'Name Change' in my account. Your support team is taking more than a week to process, despite giving all documents.

    @ACTFibernet As discussed over the call, if the issue is not resolved by 3pm today, I am lodging a consumer complaint and also getting my ACT disconnected and I will not pay the invoice for September as I have used it only for 2 days.

    @ACTFibernet from yesterday midnight onwards my internet is not working i raise the complaint SR10161807127982. bt I didn't get any call from service engineer till now this issue repeatedly facing on my connection plz adress issue on priority bcz I hve wrk frm home
