@ACTFibernet Your support services are very slow even in the metro city like Bengaluru. I have booked the ticket and from last 4 hours no internet, your support said following: Ticket SR10264850397804 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 17-May between 13:00 to 16:00.

@ACTFibernet Your customer care agents are lying nonstop since morning 10 AM, my internet stopped working the previous local tech used to know the reason for frequent issues and he used to fix it in 10 min.. now I have no internet since 10AM .. can you help ?

@ACTFibernet I am really disappointed with your service. We are paying so much for fibre service and for last two it is not coming and you look least interested to solve it. I could not attend meeting because of your poor service. Your service is least reliable.
