    @ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     Hi @ACTFibernet raised a shifting request its been 3 days and i only got call once and after that i can not track no support from customer care . SR10281594328104 Its always you just wait for few hours. My work is affected heavily and there is ZERO accountability. Disconnecting

    Hi Team, I have been facing significant signal problem with ACT internet since few months just when I decided to discontinue ACT subscription I came across your promotion campaign of smart wifi and I then raised a request for mesh router. @ACTFibernet
