    @ACTFibernet I registered for a new fiber net connection 3weeks ago, next day Technicians visited and told we unable to provide connection to your area. They told that money will be refunded. But till today, I didn't receive my money. And no Answer from Customer support.

    @ACTFibernet - I still feel your customer care executives needs to be more professional when they speak to customers.Even in today's resolution call,I didn't feel that Actfibernet really felt sorry for the inconvenience caused to me. It was like routine call,"can you explain..."

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 118th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???
