  @JioCare @JioCare I’m completely disappointed with JioFiber. 56+ hrs without internet and your useless support system still hasn’t restored my connection. Learn from @ACTFibernet they address failures within 24hrs, if unresolved, extend the plan for the outage period. That’s cust. service

  @RevanTalks @ACTFibernet For a office get 2 or more services from different vendor... There are devices to take all input from different data channels and provide uninterrupted network Coz no one is reliable ....

  Yet another issue. WiFi stays in red whenever there is a power cut and when it comes back. Manually have to remove the power cables from both the routers and reconnect them to fix it. Terrible experience yet again. Can you fix anything?? @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Internet suspended despite paying my monthly bills on time! support says it's because old Mesh routers weren't picked up, but your team never showed up to collect them. Why punish a paying customer for your logistics failure? Fix this and restore my connection now!

  Your internet has been down since 3 PM. I already contacted customer service multiple times but have not received any help. The ETA shows tomorrow 3–4 PM. For service down issue why are you taking 24HR ETA?? This is impacting my work. Please resolve this ASAP. @ACTFibernet
