    @ACTFibernet One of the worst internet provider. 0 Customer Support (Automatic response daal dia soch lia customer service AI driven ho ***. Who is the founder of this company. I think he/she needs to learn how to run customer centric business. Or this is fraud company?

    @ACTFibernet kindly refund the relocation fee, it’s been only 1 month since I shifted here. There is outage and no customer support is able to help or provide an RCA of the cause and proper ETA. Better I shift to Jio or Airtel for reliability. Ticket no.: SR10280576863644

    On contacting customer support, we were informed that our complaint has been registered and the service will be resumed within the next 72 hours. Why should customers be left without internet for several days due to an internal account transfer process #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet SR10280515875104 - no one has called us so far. We are WFH. How long to resolve the issue? Why does a small 15min rain disrupt your service when a tier-two city with @airtelindia wifi doesn’t get affected even after heavy rains

    Dear @ACTFibernet your internet has become rank bad. Last 3 months have been terrible. Numerous complaints raised. No respite. It keeps getting disconnected. Worst is after restarting router your internet takes 15 mins to connect. Dear @JioCare please tel me how can I move to you
