    Hey @ACTFibernet I have raised an issue yesterday of misselling of the product to me I got a call yesterday rather than giving me a solution ur executive was trying to cover the mistake and today I have received the mail that it is resolved need your immediate attention to this

    @ACTFibernet No internet since 6 hours and still no resolution. Raised a ticket already but no progress yet. Pls resolve it asap

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet You don’t have any other engineer to resolve the issue the engineer my ticket is assigned to said won’t be able to come and fix today. Such a shame you give your on IRT and you guys can’t meet it. SR10181485835104 I want this resolved today asap

    @ACTFibernet The ETR was initially set for 10 AM today, but the ticket has not yet been assigned. Now ETR is revised to 9 PM. Request u to take immediate action, rather than advising patience. If resolution is not feasible, would appreciate the termination & refund of the associated charges.

    @ACTFibernet Technician called again telling me it’s not their responsibility to install the new cable. Should I go through this hassle if I have to just upgrade a plan? Terrible experience this is.

    @ACTFibernet Your team was not prepared to add the new connection. Instead, they were rude and asked me to wait until it was convenient for them. They also stated that they were not concerned about the ETA. This is not an acceptable approach. SR10381504165754

    @ACTFibernet The call centre based out of Blore, has no idea who the actual support staff is on ground. Total mismanagement of post sales service!
