    @ACTFibernet I would again raise another issue, I booked new connection via mobile no. 9972204292, based on the ACT area incharge who told new line has need added to my apartment block, who promised me to do the connection by 15th May. I paid 6month advance on 13th May. Till now no response.

    @ACTFibernet No internet for last two days, despite complaint(SR10280317634844) Akshay Nagar, Ram Murthy nagar. Its not professional here despite paying costly packages. There is no proper customer service to reach out..

    @ACTFibernet it is simply not acceptable to wait for 24 hours to set right the broken connection in this age. You should be able to do it remote or atleast send some one to check if not immediately then within 1-2 hours. Raised last evening 7pm and still waiting

    @ACTFibernet last 5 days internet not working… each day technician comes, fixes and by evening it stops working…very frustrating

    @ACTFibernet It still says "Awaiting for ETR". We don't have any visibility to the resolution time. This is really inconvenient for us.
