@ACTFibernet I have got new connection stating that you have to pay 500 for the new connection and 1 month free. After taking connection and paying 500 I got due of Rs 615. I raised 2-3 complain but no response. Why are doing false commitment to the customer?

@ACTFibernet Hello, Got a new connection a couple of days ago. The installation was quick. But apart from that nothing has been good. The modem simply stops working. All LED’s go off for a few mins. And then reappear. The connection keeps dropping. Too many issues.

@ACTFibernet Today got call from act and it's the same resolution to restart wifi, since last 6 months I am restarting 10-15 times in a day but no use. When you call it works after 30-40 mins situation is same. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet
