  @ACTFibernet Unilaterally closed the ticket that was open since August 21 without resolving the issue. Also, suspended my internet connection for non-payment of dues....#JokeOf2025 Yes,one can cut internet connection that was never restored.@ACTFibernet You are amazing.

  @ACTFibernet lost internet on August 20th and since then everyday the resolution date is extending and till now not resolved. Not able to speak to customer care. I am your customer since 10 years. Least I am expecting is a month refund and quick resolution. SR10176754235444

  @ACTFibernet Called your customer support @ACTFibernet . No help. 12+ hours of outage. For an ISP that levies late fee 15 min post due date, this sure is a vibrant (and shameless) colour on you. Beyond angry.

  @ACTFibernet I have a back up plan to take care of my Internet service. So I’m least bothered about renewing my subscription with ACT. One call away to remove your cables from my home… it is as simple as it is. For now I can use that backup and handle the rest

  @ACTFibernet I have been facing problems with internet connectivity as soon as there a power disruption in my area. The technicians say they have provided battery back up and it is a lie coz if it is true when the power disrupts the internet should not be disrupted.
