Paro (@MadebyParo) reported@ACTFibernet Do NOT make me go to the consumer court. 15 out of 30 days your WiFi is not working. Every other day your agent comes, he fixes it for 5 minutes, takes the OTP and leaves. Again NO WIFI! Pls anyone who is thinking - DO NOT CHOOSE ACT.

Should I just live without an internet connection because you need your sweet time to resolve a simple issue? Does anybody at ACT take ownership?
