    @ACTFibernet It's 15:15. No signs of any engineer working on fixing the cable issue which was reported yesterday. It doesn't take more than 2 hours to fix the same. Guess what it is drizzling again. The entire day of sunshine was wasted and now excuses to be provided citing bad weather.

    @ACTFibernet Complaint no. SR10166557234844 is registered. Why Every month internet is not working for 1-2 days. Deduct these days from monthly billing also.

    @ACTFibernet SR10366545623194 - there is no connection for the past two days. Still the issue is not resolved. And none of your field engineer are bothered to respond.And you've been charging evry month 908 rs. Need to restore the connectivity asap.

    @ACTFibernet I have no internet for two days and I am living in a old washerman pet chennai.I am already compliant for this.Each time I called They said any one of 3 reasons 1. Issue will resolve by 9 pm 2. Due to Cyclone power outage 3. Technical person reach will you nxt day

    .@ACTFibernet When can we expect the internet services to be up & running ?? surprising that despite this storm @HathwayBrdband didnt go down ..really frustrating to be with your services which often goes down
