I have been using ACT fibre Net since 5 years it was working fine . But in recent times am facing lot of connectivity issues. And this has become frequent now .Sometimes the net connection doesn't work for the entire day .Am highly dissatisfied with the connectivity.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet SR10263549400844 I am not sure which world does ACT live in. They need 24hrs to resolve the issue. The internet is not working from yesterday evening and the engineer says he will fix as per their SLA of 24hrs. Worst service ever

@ACTFibernet Why is there a fiber disconnect every month & takes more than 24 hrs fix the same?It's wfh and no wifi since yesterday effects work big time.If you don't have manpower to fix let me know.Will pick a provider where connection doesn't go away every 1 month.

@ACTFibernet , I got a call from your customer care officer who had no answer for this default & committed me a waiver for my loss of 3 days. AFTER WASTING 5 DAYS U HAVE SEND ME THE BELOW MESSAGE. @TRAI ,it is like these companies can do anything & get away

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 8th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???
