  @ACTFibernet I requested a callback this morning at 11:00 AM regarding frequent internet issues. Your support executive told, i will receive a call within two hours. It has now been 17:53pm, and I still have not received a call. Still internet issue not resolved.

  @ACTFibernet Your app is a joke and your chat link is a joke it never connects to an agent just waste time by waiting in the queue via phone and gets silly answers working someone will call in 2hrs etc… all lies nothing else

  @ACTFibernet Your chatbot is of no use. It's a mere ticket registering gateway. No way to connect to you other than that. I am a customer for 15 years. I just have to rethink about continuing with you.

  @ACTFibernet is a pure scam, continues to disappoint with frequent service disruptions and poor support. Tickets get auto‑closed, callbacks never happen, and even basic service quality isn’t maintained. Customers deserve better, would not recommend this provider. #worstservice
