    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Such a worst Broadband service in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The guy called Prem approached me to change the connectivity line and raised a shifting request on my behalf. Now they've disconnected my connection because I haven't payed the Shifting Charges.

    @ACTFibernet strongly disappointed with this act fiber. Raised shifting request 30 days ago ticket hs closed without fixing the issue and trying to reach out multiple times but no technicians available. I really don't know how the network is handling by them. #donotrecommend

    No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online.     @ACTFibernet since last three days my internet down raised ticket simply extending ticket and three time called back office after long que waiting 15 to 20 minutes no proper answer I am using act more than 13 years now forcing me to move another service provider
