@ACTFibernet When I applied for a connection, your agent was rocket fast to respond and get the payment done. It's been a week since I paid for the connection. Now, where is the connection? I raised many complaints through ACT customer care, what happened to them?

@ACTFibernet One of the worst Internet service provider have seen till now.. They brand themself like Incredibly fast & blah blah blah... but nothing is there in the service they provide.. Please don't go for these guys who does only marketing but zero in customer service..

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD (1/2) On 10-05-2022 my internet connection was interrupted at my location due to powerbox issue. So service executive said to disconnect the account, So i raised disconnecion request on 14-05-2022 and it disconnected on 19-05-2022.

@ACTFibernet No1 has solved d problem but thy r clsing a ticket on their own, even 2day a person came& confirmed he was unable to fix it, i'll send an email (he said), once he steps out got an email says ur ticket has been closed.Wat kind of service is this? last 1month am chasing 4 dis issue

@ACTFibernet Hi my internet is not working from yesterday. Your app given me tat timing till 8pm yesterday but net not worked now again tat given till 9pm today but till now net not working calling your executive ankur pandit from morning and he is not responding from morning 1/2
