    @ACTFibernet 7 days without internet You guys should stop your service altogether A week of outage is seriously unacceptable. I am expecting extension of my plan duration or compensation for this as I still have a few months left Before i finally switch

    @ACTFibernet Hi, one thing you did very fast is service Disconnection ticket raised and it Disconnected with in same day, thanks for that, along with me and 2 other who has connections from same CP box has switched to Airtel. Can you look in to the CP box shifting ticket which is pending

    @ACTFibernet India's leading isp struggling to establish a connection in Bengaluru for a new customer. Struggling technician faulty device fluctuating connection and even after 48 hours no internet. Pathetic
