@ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

The worst has been @ACTFibernet and @airtelindia. Their sales reps will make promises about same day or next day installation. Call you at 11 pm to follow up on payments. Call you 3-4 times a day, till you pay. And poof, vanish!

@ACTFibernet Never seen such an useless customer service. You charge customers irrationally excess amount and never respond to their complaints. Better to avoid #ActFibernet.

@ACTFibernet Very horrible experience in getting a connection after making payments against ac no. 110594079181, sales guy just disappeared, not picking up phone, technical team have not come forward even after 4 days. Call center and nodal officer seems not able to help out.

You are left at their mercy and spend hours trying to reach their customer support. We finally had to ask for a refund from @ACTFibernet and then visit the @airtelindia store only to find out that our KYC is pending without which they cannot proceed.

@ACTFibernet Please disconnect my current broadband connection as ACT service is not available currently to the place where I am relocating. Please arrange a call back as there is no option for this in the app as well as customer care no.

@ACTFibernet No one had the courtesy to call me in this regard. I have complained 15 times to ur customer care. I doubt whether ur customer care department exists. Very poor show. If u can't provide customer service properly why do u guys get into new ventures such as CCTV. Its already 1 week
