    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket a month back. The ticket got closed twice without resolving the issue. I reached out to ACT support about 6-7 times, all they replied was that they will escalate the issue but didn't get any update till date. But the ticket got closed again

    @ACTFibernet Just because of lockdown you might not see disconnections and customer are begging for service. Any issue takes 3-4 days to resolve in these quantum computing days. It is 3rd time in the row act is out of service.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI My user ID 102418330969 from Bengaluru. Your the great service doesn't work twice a month, as a normal routine I got same issue now. But you want us to pay full subscription amount. Idiotic service you fools resolve my issue

    Absolute pathetic service one can expect from @ACTFibernet. Whatever good things they provide they balance it with their pathetic service. Registered complaint yesterday and today ACT guy keeps on promising me to come to my place in next 20 minutes and he is doing this since 2hrs
