    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet Thank you sir ur support, this is now fixed and sorted after 14 days. Please drive accountability and ownership at your ground staff tech, this will reduce frustration for customers and escalations for u guys.

    @ACTFibernet Customer support is not helpful. Was told 5 pm then 8pm and still no sight of fix!!

    @ACTFibernet 6/n @ACTFibernet I made a complaint now through app and then the Ref no. has been generated. Made n-number of calls and not even a single intimation from your end. Not even a Ref no. for the complaint we made before. Now we have to wait fro 72 hours again.
