    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet Ask them to fix router problem by installing new one instead of old one. With in 20 days , am arising 8th complaint on internet connection slowness. Still how many days or years required to fix the issue. Need immediate and permanent solution on priority basis

    @ACTFibernet hi I am a customer in Delhi (customer ID - 110000185550) I am trying to disconnect your service however the system is closing my disconnection request. The customer care team is not willing to cancel my subscription and disconnect . Pathetic customer care at ACT

    @ACTFibernet warning people do not use these idiots connection , go for jio much more reliable. ACT u will see so many disconnection issues it's not even a joke whenever they want they bring down there servers and same excuse everytime : fibre cut fibre cut fibre cut all the time

    It's been 3 weeks but there is no internet connection i have paid the amount for internet When we tried to reach customer care there are saying it will take 48hrs , i have been listening the same reason since 3 weeks @ACTFibernet Location:- narapally, Hyderabad, 500088

    @ACTFibernet I have already diagnosed the problem like I mentioned in my first tweet. The connection between the power cord and your battery is loose. No agent came to resolve the first ticket, it resolved itself because the power cord worked by chance.

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT, I have been using your Internet and lately my Wi-Fi going off if there is a power outage. I have a powerback (Inverter-Battery) at my home. My computer which is connected using Ethernet cable just works fine with the inverter. But the Wi-FI isn't. Pls help.
