    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet your poor customer service is a serious problem!! I need my service to be paused. You ask me to pay my dues and don’t pause the service. By then another bill is due and you ask me to pay again and don’t pause my service. Can anyone actually help?#poorcustomerservice

    @AvilashMohanty @ACTFibernet @GoI_MeitY Dont trust them. They won't keep up with their words & time. They arent one of the leading ISPs as they claim, instead the worst ISPs. Imagine a leak in drainage pipe, and covering the leak with cellophane tape.This is how their technicians work to close ticket. Shameful you, ACT

No resolution for a complaint which is raised two days back and when we follow up, we got to know they updated a false statement as if they contacted us.. in reality they didn't contact any of us in our apartment..

Am filing a common petition to Consumer court for compensations they must provide for their service issues. DM to discuss this in private.
