    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet Service Request SR11763902897234 was tentatively said to be resolved by 8pm today, no response from any of your teams regarding the issue, internet has been down since morning and I keep receiving sms for recharge? Recharge for what? No internet? Beggars.

    @ACTFibernet I've been using a 6 month plan for over 2 years, but now i want to change my plan to a lower plan and pay for a month only instead of 6 months, but there's no option for these things, please help me how can i pay for a lower plan and for just a month
