@ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

@ACTFibernet Its high time you spend time on improving infrastructure rather blind marketing. Everytime there is rain, within 15mins the WAN is down and due to improper or No power surge protection at the junction box.. my router goes fried.

If someone's thinking to choose between @JioFiberVoice and @ACTFibernet. I'd strongly suggest to go with ACT. Jio technically doesn't have a customer support. They are not reachable. Contacting them via the app is all crappy and a lot time consuming.

@ACTFibernet Someone from your social media team called last evening and promised to expedite resolution within 24 hours. Waited for whole day: had no call from any technician. This proves ACT is great at acting; zero action.
