    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @Venk_SA @ACTFibernet Same here but it's more than 2 months and they troll for your life but never refund the money and top of that they don't have any such policy that they will refund in your bank account but they have policy to refund the amount in your disconnected account's wallet. Funny.

    @ACTFibernet Hello act fiber internet is not working from yesterday 8PM. Please help me. I have to do my office work. If it won't resolve please refund my amount I'll shift to another network. Even I have raised ticket but no response!

    @ACTFibernet (2/2) a huge area. So in our city the service of @ACTFibernet is not that great as it's facing accute shortage of staff and we're unable to meet the public demand. So please solve these issues and at the same time requesting you to speed up my new connection.
