    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to change my plan this entire month but your phone app wouldn't allow me. Now it has suspended my account over non-payment app and I cannot even access customer service.

    @ACTFibernet how much hours of backup you have when there is no light? I guess it's less than 2 hours. It's horrible. Do something about it.

    @ACTFibernet Dear team you need to train well your customer care executive, they should know how to talk to customer, i have discontinuation only coz of your customer care executive behaviour over call for a simple request, It may not be Big loss for you but you would lose many.

    @ACTFibernet You had the chance to get it right enough times. Your customer care executive had called earlier last week and I explained the problem. I thought you were just taking time to revert. Didn't expect to have my connection cut. You ruined a whole day's work.
