  @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

  @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely unreliable. Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Please resolve this urgently.

  @ACTFibernet I have all the call recording and what's app chats which I can share if needed . You guys charge fine when there is a 10 minutes delay in payment now you guys make delay in resolving the issue but you still change me full

  @ACTFibernet I had used your service in chennai for 6 months. Till today on any random day, shifting request raises through my number and email id. Someone starts calling and then close it automatically. Close this issue on priority.

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet what’s wrong with your Hyderabad service? Facing internet blackout second time in one month. Customer care is worthless. No way to prioritise resolution. It takes 24 hours. Are we living in stone age? Or you are asking to switch to JioFibre or Airtel?
