    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet am still waiting for a call back from your billing department. This was requested on May 2nd, and marked as 'resolved' by the 4th. I was even sent a feedback link. I had requested both a billing dept call back, and a service dept call back.
