    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    It's been more than 4 days since I made the full payment for my new @ACTFibernet connection but unfortunately there's no response from anybody despite several followup calls. Horrible experience @ACTFibernet never expected this, pls refund my money @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet spent >5 yrs using ActFibernet. Recently relocated to a new home & finding difficulty to move fibernet connection.Customer support or advance shifting fees are unimportant to their engineers. Customer care & their app r significantly subpar. Time to switch to Airtel.
