  @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

  As a 10+ year #ACT customer, this is deeply disappointing. Please take ownership and resolve this urgently. As a customer, I have no direct way to reach the assigned technician, the only channels available to me are customer support and social media. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet you guys suck, was paying for 150 Mbps plan, got 80 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed consistent fluctuations around these for the last 2 months, no solutions from the local technicians or customer support. Asked to disconnect, I was assured I’ll get a refund prorated basis (customer service rep said this exact thing), but now they are saying you can’t get a refund. I have already moved to a new carrier. Don’t understand how you guys operate. Give **** speed, don’t resolve the issue and then not giving a refund just because. I am going to raise a complain to consumer court for this.

  @ACTFibernet Its been one full day you wont complete for today as well.. Such worst service your providing to your customers nowadays check all post here.. This is last month with your connection i wont pay and there 6 families same connection we all disconnect
