    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet How long am I supposed to wait? It’s been nearly 22 hours since I reported the issue, and there’s still no resolution. Every time, the 1st and 2nd ETA are missed, and a new ETA is given. Technician Sravan is not responding to my calls. This is unacceptable.@ACTFibernet

    @GulbamSai @ACTFibernet I do have similar issues with @ACTFibernet their customer support team is trained to ensure fake promises are delivered to customers

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia
