    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet The support team cannot connect to the escalation department which is truly annoying. Even the emails are responded nor the grievance department. I don't know whom should we reach out to make the team understand the problem. #Act#worstresponse

    @ACTFibernet No you dont understand the issue it was committed to reslove by 8pm and now when i call it was moved to tomorrow 11 am. Do not commit jnless you able to fix it. If you would have told me it will resloved by tomorrow i wouldhave looked for alternatives but now iam on unplan leave

    @ACTFibernet I hv been cheated by ACT Fibernet by giving false promise to activate my connection if I pay today. After payment.Employee no: 28430. Arranged to book my application is now not taking the call. Pathetic. Unprofessional and too bad

    @ACTFibernet Evrytim surprise for customer, are you give me job if I loose it.itself if we delay the payment for one daynow what strategy in fixing the issue. what preventive measures were taken for the outage, need with all the timelines folks say "app complaint math karo hum aake deklete.."

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet your ground staff and service is pathetic. Name change has been submitted 9 days back and was asked to take new connection which was done and the issue is yet to be fixed.

    @ACTFibernet Regarding ticket raised on 17-Oct-21 morning- SR10163276961854. Been 1.5 days, net is still down(eta keeps on extending). Called cust care now, executive put himself on mute and stopped responding abruptly. Utterly disappointed!
