    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet ridiculous service, I asked to change my plan from halfyear basis to monthly basis and you cc guys says wait for 72 hours, my net got disconnected and should I wait for 72 hours, to change a plan you take 3 days, isn't it slow pathetic service?

    @ACTFibernet i raised complaint for internet issue 8 hr back and the customer care informs issue with area junction box. he said issue will be assigned tomorrow to technician to fixed not today so today i sit and watch my router ?? how pathetic service #DigitalTransformation

    @ACTFibernet I am facing a lot of problems with your internet connection. Pls check my complaints in your case logs. I am being denied escalation to a superior. I recently moved back to @ACTFibernet from @airtelindia broadband and now regretting. Disappointed with the service

    @ACTFibernet Reference I'd SR10261346236522 I have requested for shifting my connection 2 days back. Till now I have not heard back from anyone from the ACT team. Your customer care number doesn't work for shifting cases.

    @ACTFibernet Here is my Sr no 10261462083402, do something or tell the procedure of disconnection, iam a very new customer of ACT but feels like opted a wrong internet connection hardly completed 4months and just check my complaints. If you guys can't serve it then let me know.
