    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD what's the update. It's been more than 3 days. The CS team said back end team will call in 4 hours and it's 4 days now without any call or update. U ppl have been playing with like a football. Absolutely pathetic, ridiculous, annoying n torturing service. Hate it

    @ACTFibernet @ankurvarun12 Seriously this is not acceptable. Terrible service by ACT, we should switch to different service provider. I was told issue will be resolved today by 2 pm but yet no update. Also customer care dumb and rude.

    I have paid for 300Mbps and @ACTFibernet is giving me 11mbps since last 2 hrs. Their customer service doesnt work, most of the times and their App has a weird feature of filing complaints, which is not even filing a ticket, now a days! What to do?!

    @ACTFibernet , @ACTFibernetHYD had asked for refund & its been pending since April 6th , no proper response from customer care & email responses r pretty generic without providing any details despite repeated reminders. No accountability.
