    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet is the worst I have even seen. Often they will have fibre cut issues and always their customer care pretends to say that it is happening for the 1st time. I am tired of raising the such issues every often. Also their customer care is kind of don't care Attitude.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Shared on DM. this is worst a company can do. Will personally make sure people in my society are moving out from ACT to some other operator. Your reps need to have decency on how to talk to people. Will also file formal complaint with consumer forum

    @ACTFibernet I raised naby tickets in last 3,4 months on issue with my inet. The guy called me today said he is going to send tech to my home. When I mentioned they come & don't fix the issue but insist on closing the tkt 1st , no follow up after he went silent & hung up the call

    @ACTFibernet Checked, but internet service is not restored so far. Other side, Your customer support executive #Rita is so over call, not expected at all. Pls arrange for call back from your technical team, else we will switch over to another internet service provider ☝🏻

    @ACTFibernet What a shameless service that you are providing? Resolution time is changed for tomorrow as your wish, but acceptable to me. There are several users of @actfiber facing internet issue , you don’t bother. Pls fix it by EOD today, dead line for you☝🏻

    @ACTFibernet worst ever company for Wi-Fi. Pathetic billing services. I don't want to continue the process to permanently disconnect.
