@ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet a generic message is not enough to compensate for my lost time. Your customer care now mentions issue can only be resolved at 11 AM tomorrow. From 8 PM to 11 AM, it is quite a jump. Why wasn't I updated on the change in ETR until I contacted you guys?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Why is internet problem every week..One or the other issue comes up Every week and you take 24 hours to resolve it...each time.. Hope you are aware people are working from home and what would they answer in ofc each time.

Did not expect such a pathetic service from @ACTFibernet Hyderabad. Raised a shifting request 5 days back. Nothing happened till now. They don't even care to give you proper status. Be careful if you are planning to purchase a broadband connection!!!

@ACTFibernet I sent you all details. Got two reminders to pay up for the next 6 months, today the last day - or will be disconnected. This is terrible customer service from you guys. I am NOT paying up for 6 months and want to switch to monthly payment plan. Please make this happen today.

@ACTFibernet its annoying that your support team mentions that they provided basic router which can't cover the signal strength to the next room itself. I have paid 6 for months already and enough of your service. Can you cancel my account and refund remaining amount?.

@ACTFibernet what an awful customer service. When my call was transferred to concerned department. They just hung up my call for no reason. This happened 4 times in 30 mins. Stop harassing your customers!! Why would you treat your customers like this??
