  @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

  @ACTFibernet There are more technicians are here but no response its a cable problem in stright to my street end nonone visited and one day went today is sunday today also you wont clear can I claim these days an extra? Because you wasted and i used my mobile internet

  @ACTFibernet The ETR was initially set for 10 AM today, but the ticket has not yet been assigned. Now ETR is revised to 9 PM. Request u to take immediate action, rather than advising patience. If resolution is not feasible, would appreciate the termination & refund of the associated charges.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet installed defective product Your executive assured me the defective product would be fixed the very next day. It's been a week, there's still no resolution, and I'm still being charged. Is filing another grievance the only way to get this resolved? #broadband

  My ACT connection have constant connectivity issues and this has been ongoing for some time now, they lure you basis fake promises and leave you stranded,when you call out for help, thier staff are impolite and hurl abuses @ACTFibernet @TRAI @Suhelseth

  @ACTFibernet Your "Business Broadband" is a scam. 3rd outage in a month. Promised SLA: 2 hours. Actual downtime: 2+ days. Zero accountability, zero comm, zero recovery. Businesses pay for reliability, not excuses. Stop selling business connections if you can't deliver them.
