Still not resolved. They are saying another 24 hours. It's totally fraud. Get it done this evening or just refund the money back.

All calls go through the system and get dropped off. If someone picks up, they say this is not the correct department. OK, fine. If I ask them to transfer to the correct department, they say they can’t, wtf Your internet is good, but customer service is terrible. Please improve.

Irshad (@irshu2) reported@ACTFibernet IVR on customer care numbers disconnect as soon as I choose to speak to an agent. The chat bots do not have an option to connect to an agent. Email to customer care and Nodal officer has no response. What kind of non sense is this.

Krishna (@krishnalogslife) reported@ACTFibernet @airtelindia didn't resolve this for more than 2 weeks. I didn't want to give away my airtel wifi as that's what I had in my hometown and I use their simcard but they didn't left any choice with such terrible service. (n/n)
