    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    When flights are in the air I am still grappling with connectivity with the normal world. Thanks to internet connectivity from @ACTFibernet Have raised the issue and a technician is supposed to reach the place from morning, but no signs of him yet.

    @ACTFibernet @GoI_MeitY FYI This is absolutely pathetic. No one from ACT fibernet is taking responsibility to resolve my issue. Highly irresponsible behaviour from the team. Fully unsatisfied with the behaviour. Refund my money ASAP u cheaters.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have raised a complaint against net issue in Alwal,Secunderabad since morning.still no update regarding what actions the team is taking.This is improper way to treat the customers,we cannot work without internet and none is replying back#disapponited withACTFIBERNETservice#

    @ACTFibernet @IndianConsumerF It's been 10 days I am shuttled by customer care team of @ACTFibernet they took my payments for wrong account and they disconnect my account and they chare me for activating it I don't even a proper response so troubled with cs team

    @ACTFibernet Last month team said they have laid new cables so resolution time was more. Same issue today again. We need to raise complaint every month? act is very rude in handling, inspite of me having a cool conversation. Please listen to call records.

    @ACTFibernet so worst experience again with act fiber customer support team they don't even understand what customer is saying they just disconnected my account with out my concern pls some call me and give me solution it's been 10 days I am getting trouble
