@ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Shame on you ACT for such a pathetic service. Atleast my previous vendor was good to talk to me when I call them and resolve issue much faster. YOU ARE THE WORST. If you people have any shame, try reducing your SLAs and resolve issues faster. SHAME SHAME.

@ACTFibernet Every time I connect with customer service they are disconnecting my call in the middle of conversation they don't even know how to behave with a client. Is this the way you treat your customers and if it is then it's disgusting and pathetic

@ACTFibernet Yesterday some tech calls and says only advise over phone. After 10 minutes, phone gets disconnected and no one calls . today mr shravan from tech desk calls and informs that mobile advise is given and if not interested can call customer care to get Act disconnected

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD no one got back to me. Neither my internet is back. It's like 24 hours I am without internet. These are the days we need internet at fullest to work from home and the worst thing is I had no option other than to take a leave fot a day. Thanks for worst exp ACT.

@ACTFibernet again I'm facing the same issue.. technician did visit my place on Sunday internet was up only for 2 days again same issue. No proper solution is provided by the @ACTFibernet they are only do fake advisement for leading ISP,Everyday I'm facing connectivity issues..
