    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore There seems to be issues all the time with these guys and i m tired of this. Every 3)4 days the internet is dead and i don't know if the technicians are ola drivers or really skilled men. Your service sucks....

    @ACTFibernet The issue with my router is still not solved. 2 technicians visited my place and i don't know what settings they changed , now the internet problem has increased. Please look into this or else I'll switch to @reliancejio fiber after my subscription ends.

    @ACTFibernet I have requested for a new connection and paid money for 6 months but have not got new connection. Tried to reach customer care and no one is responding. The response is pathetic , you took the money from customer but don’t provide the service? Worst customer service

    I honestly expected @ACTFibernet to be more professional and sensational, but turns out that I was completely wrong. 3 days of my work is totally spoiled, and trust me I called your service engineer, sales person like more than twenty times, but very poor response. Very poor.
