@ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

@ACTFibernet this is height of ignorance. Every month my internet goes down due to your fiber passing through an active construction zone. I have to complain every month and I'm assured that the problem won't happen again but the fiber gets damaged and my internet goes down (1/n)

@princessanky @ACTFibernet Even we r facing the net issue since five days. But no response from act technical team. Worst experience. Request SR10158313460752 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 6/19/2021 07:00pm. Got this reply....but not resolve yet :(
