    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet one of the best fraud fibernet service provider. They charged me additional charges 3 times and I complained but no resolution, again they sent bill of additional charges real frauds.

    @ACTFibernet It's 15:15. No signs of any engineer working on fixing the cable issue which was reported yesterday. It doesn't take more than 2 hours to fix the same. Guess what it is drizzling again. The entire day of sunshine was wasted and now excuses to be provided citing bad weather.

    @ACTFibernet I have no internet for two days and I am living in a old washerman pet chennai.I am already compliant for this.Each time I called They said any one of 3 reasons 1. Issue will resolve by 9 pm 2. Due to Cyclone power outage 3. Technical person reach will you nxt day

    @ACTFibernet Logged a compliant on 9 Dec that internet was not working. ETA 11 AM IST on 11Dec. Called today, as I see no engineer working, was update that issue will be resolved by 4 PM IST. New request is opened. It's 4 PM now and i have zero updates on it.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10366554229276 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 11-Dec (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT. Not sure if ACT will stick to this ETA or will send a new ETA. ACT never updates engineer details in a ticket nor their engineer calls you and keep you informed

    @ACTFibernet Why is your customer service so bad? I wanted to hold my connection for a month. Instead they changed the plan to basic and told me they will raise waiver for 15 days. Everytime they say they will look into it and close the tickets but nothing happens.

    @ACTFibernet SR10366548755304 how many decades more would you take to resolve the issue? No updates about the ongoing work. The best your service personnel could do is to call up and ask to close the ticket. Every other connection in nearby areas are working. #patheticservice
