@ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD One of the worst service received from ACT. My connection got disconnected 3 months before and now they are asking me to pay for 3 months. I called to customer care and no one is least bother about this. Local cable operators are far better then act.

@ACTFibernet -- After using services for 8 years when I want to close the connection, not paying me what I owe.... trying to get away as I can't reach out to the team. Why am I not allowed to reach out to concerned team if you customer care people doesn't have the answers.

Pathetic service by ACT fiber net.. highly disappointed. Requested for relocation of the connection 5 days before but no response from operator so far. It's affecting my WFH badly. #ACTFibernet #ACTFibernetHYD
