    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet Most pathetic ISP, no response to complaint raised. No internet for more than 24 hrs thanks to the network and support team of ACT who are least bothered! Never go for this pathetic service provider. @airtelindia do you provide fiber connection at Horamavu Bangalore?

    @ACTFibernet This is the second time I am facing internet issue this month. The last time , there was no internet for around 30 hours .I am facing the same issue once again now , and customer care , rather than helping out, just provides an ETA OF 24 hours.

    @ACTFibernet Where is the resolution? It has been almost 20 hours since the lodging of my complaint. Seems like you people are not interested vin resolving the issue . If you cant resolve it, can you tell me straight away. Would be more than happy to switch to other providers.

    @ACTFibernet my registered mobile number 9704578793. Issue with reconnecting the internet and i paid my bill but Your agents are not responding properly. Uppal service agents are completely irresponsible They don't even understand the customers emergency.
