    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 2 days already and no internet connection. Don’t know what kind of support you are providing. There is no progress updates just change the ETA for name sake is useless.

    @ACTFibernet @anandm92 @ACTFibernet I have been hearing this for quite sometime now, your brand name is ACT, can you please act fast and fix this issue. I am also facing the same issue. No proper response from customer service team. For this inconvenience you shouldn't bill any customer for Dec'22.

    I have raised my ticket on last saturday still now I didn't get any response from the customer care.... This is not the first time I am facing such issue... @ACTFibernet Can you please help on this.... Or tomorrow please remove the connection..3 days of work pending due to this.

    @ACTFibernet It's DAY 5 of no internet and every day @ACTFibernet just keeps LYING that the problem will get fixed but NO ACTION AND RESULT. They conveniently keep pushing there resolution date. Will any supervisor or manager take note
