    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    Worst customer service..just beating around the bush and no resolution. 1. No intimation about scheduled maintenance...got a response that @ACTFibernet assumed people don't work on weekends. 2. Field technicians are just irresponsible...closing service request tickets

    @ACTFibernet : Never seen such a fraud and liar ISP and how the technician talks to customers. Promised to be done in 24-48 hours and its more than that. CAF NO : 102546018888

    @ACTFibernet No callback still! 2656146 is the complaint number on national consumer helpline. You are asked to act within a week on this. (Unlike you behaved so far& that "act" stays only in the name nowhere else)

    @ACTFibernet Sir I know my account is inactive and the only reason I deactivated my account is that you created a bill of 755 rs for shifting the connection but in reality you didn't shift my connection. I don't want to reactivate my connection, I just want to resolve my billing issue.

    @ACTFibernet I raised this request on March 29th. You need 6 days to REACTIVATE a connection? This is just terrible service. I was told I will get a call within 4 hours in the morn to reactivate, yesterday it was within 2 hours - twice! Utterly poor response for a non issue.

    @ACTFibernet there is not any proper response from your end. Your telephone customer care services are too bad. My service request is still not solved. U guys r simply closing the complainant without any communication. #PoorACTSERVICE #worstexperience

    @ACTFibernet There are many other service providers who provide better service than you guys. Disconnect the connection if you can't resolve it by today
