@ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

@ACTFibernet is the worst I have even seen. Often they will have fibre cut issues and always their customer care pretends to say that it is happening for the 1st time. I am tired of raising the such issues every often. Also their customer care is kind of don't care Attitude.

@ACTFibernet I raised naby tickets in last 3,4 months on issue with my inet. The guy called me today said he is going to send tech to my home. When I mentioned they come & don't fix the issue but insist on closing the tkt 1st , no follow up after he went silent & hung up the call
