    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet SR11066075935354, SR11066057660814, SR11065999155824 - 3 tickets for same issue and yet to see a final resolution. If you cannot provide the service then let me know and I would chose a new service provider.. this is really pathetic service

    The disconnection team came in June, took the router away and promised that the security deposit will be credited, that did not happen. They never completed the service request and kept billing for the same account that i haven't used in 4 months @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet is possible the worst service provider in Bangalore. Paid the amount Sept 27th and didn't receive the connection for more than 10 days. When asked for refund, they are taking more than 3-4 days to approve the refund

    @ACTFibernet Lol. As mentioned, ETR given tomorrow's date for today's complaint: Your ticket SR10366071208144 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 11-Oct (DD/MM) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT @DoT_India pls take necessary action!

    @ACTFibernet ITS BEEN 4 DAYS AFTER COMPLAINT. THE PROBLEM HAS NOT SOLVED YET. KINDLY CLOSE MY INTERNET CONNECTION IF YOU GUYS CANT SOLVE A SIMPLE PROBLEM OF CONNECTIVITY. 9958044404
