    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet, When can I expect my issue to be resolved? how many days do you need? Your Customer service is the worst, Simply they will cut the service and when we will ask for a disconnection they won't refund our money. Paid 7681/- (6 + 1), i need refund.

    @ACTFibernet such an irresponsible company you are. No internet for more than 12 hours. Have raised a complaint and called up the customer care multiple times. No one is still looking into the issue. Shame on you. #broadband #ACT

    @ACTFibernet Sir/ Madam,  The WIFI connection ID : 102015787009 has not been working since 21/08/2021. A complaint was raised and the above complaint number was given. It was assured that the complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. Till date the complaint is not resolved.
