    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet Do you even know that there has been an outage all around the South India. But I've seen no acknowledgement from your end and no apologies. Shameless service and No regard for customers is reason why no one cares for ACT anymore.

    @ACTFibernet , i had a concern and reached out to customer care upfront, however, the employee from ACT called Bhaskar behavior was very rude, why you ACT has such as awkward employees when they cannot support the customer with issues, SHAME ON YOU GUYS

    @ACTFibernet This is for ACT fibernet Account 102010997595. The internet has not been working now for close to 4 days and i have raised a complaint on Sunday Afternoon, 31st July'22, (Complaint No: SR10265507044444) and it is still not resolved. Please check & restore connection

    @ACTFibernet is raised a shifting request on 25th july 2022 but still it is not been resolved the team said by 2nd aug 2022 it would be done but no response. If u can't provide a basic shifting thing by today then I don't need ur service.'SR10165454298834'

    @ACTFibernet @ACT once again NO INTERNET CONNECTION. u guys are gttng worst day by day. So for all these crap service and no service can i deduct the amount and pay the bil next. Every week there is a problem with u r connection and this is my 2nd complain in last 1 week
