    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet This is your generic response. I'm working from home, my work is getting impacted coz of this. Along with speed I expect better service from my internet provider. If this issue isn't fixed by 1pm I'm changing my provider.

    @ACTFibernet why you people are behaving so cheap, my internet is suspended since 3 days and no response from your customer support, paid Rs1499/- on 27Mar2021 for 3 months validity but service suspended. Always trying to escape from issues shame less ACT have some ethics.

    @RahulChinnappa @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet they have the worst service and can’t trust them at all.. better you move on to Jio.. now, you’ll get a bot message saying they regret and that’s about it.. nobody will bother to look at the issue for weeks.. #actfibernetistheworst #actgetyouracttogether

    @ACTFibernet Hii I have disconnected your connection in the September 2020 and wiring has been removed but still your bill is coming and your executive is calling us and asking for the modem which I have purchased from you in 2500Rs. I request you to kindly resolve my issue asap.
