    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet you call us multiple times to reconnect. But activate random plans and then your customer care personnel says they cannot change plan!! So are your promotional calls just to fool customer and lure them to reconnect?? Your customer care is worse than your bot!

    @ACTFibernet What's the status of the reported issue? There is no update yet from your end. I ask your reps to not close the ticket without resolving the issue. Today I again mentioned to the filthy bastard - Dinesh who interacted with me for name sake. But that's closed and i have re-opened

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 87th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet hey team, the bill for the cable TV is already paid, but the connection is disconnected, tried calling customer service, they inform they'll transfer the call and disconnect. Please help
