@ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

They asked me to disconnect ACT broadband service and promised,they'll give back my remaining subscription money It's been a month still I didn't receive my money.I created a complaint ticket regarding this,they are closing the ticket without giving back my money @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Internet not working again. Have been facing this issue from time to time again on every third day and it's getting pathetic now. My parents legit want me to cancel you and buy some other wifi but I'm trying to rescue you guys. And y'all are embarassing me now! :/
