  @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

  @Chinmayi Between ACT and Hathway, I would suggest @ACTFibernet. Comparatively costly but the service is much much better. Rarely face any outages and have been fixed the same or the next day. I moved from hathway for this very reason.

  @ACTFibernet @TRAI Raised a complaint 3 days back as "Internet is not working", but no proper communication at all from you which made me reach your help desk multiple times (worst part waiting for long time in queue and getting a same answer as the field engineer will reach you)

  @suryanvu @ACTFibernet Who is accountable? daily they will raise a new ticket and give a useless response "tomorrow we will". Tomorrow never comes....I also faced most likely job loss due to network issue and they never resolved it. Still pending full refund
