    @ACTFibernet major scam happening from your end. I got my connection on 3rd of March and was told it is for a month. I left the city on 22nd of March and as any other service I expected it to stop on 3rd of April. Now I'm getting calls from yur CC saying I have to pay 850 1/2

    @ACTFibernet been 3 days. Still no fix. I have already lost 3 days of my salary. Ticket#SR10349313382672. Customer service keep telling, 24 hours, 48 hours, before today eve.. But no serious effort.

    @ACTFibernet Very shocked... Even no response in social media. I have registered complaint getting sms on 1700 hrs issue will be resolved but now is 1900 . There is a no response. Very poor customer care service as well. Not getting any resolution. I am facing same issue .

    @ACTFibernet : Customer service seems to be least priority. Have been following up with hyd folks to come and fix the issue, but not luck yet. Neither they pick up customer call, nor they call back. ACTFibernet REFUND MY MONEY!!!

    @ACTFibernet Took connection 15 days back proposed speed is up to 300Mbps, never got speed beyond 30Mbps sometime even worst getting speed in kbps even not able to open mails, In central areas of Bengaluru.. Could you please look in to it..

    @ACTFibernet do u understand ur network is used by IT professionals as well ? And a downtime of 6hrs+ is not acceptable ? My renewal is due this month, seems like I should reconsider.

    @ACTFibernet - internet connection is forever breaking down. Support option on the app doesn't register requests anymore - it simply goes to track on a browser, with no solution. There is no number to speak to a support executive. Are you hinting I should move to @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet When will u resolve it ? Its been 7 hours almost, a whole working day. Your team is not picking up calls from my number although I can see them “online” on whatsapp. Its not 100 gud days that make a happy customer, its fast resolution on 1 bad day that matters and u fail in that

    @ACTFibernet what a useless services of actfirbernet. It never resolves client's complaints with in an hour. Whenever I called on the act fibernet customer care. I just get to hear their ******* standard sentence. Our technical team will visit at your location in24 hours.
