@ACTFibernet Hi, I've received no resolution on this. They said high speed router is only available with 100Mbps or 6 Month plan. Nobody from your sales team communicated this to me before selling me the plan I subscribed to. Why would u provide a low speed router with a high speed plan?

@ACTFibernet Your customer care executive Rishi has resolved my issues on priority. I really appreciate his efforts. You should have such trustworthy employees in your sales team too. I am waiting for the router now .

@ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit First provide the services. I have requested on last Friday and till date no update on installation. Your sales person blocked my number after taking the payment. I called a 100 times on customer care no resolution. You wasted my day .
