Requested for a relocation at @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet on March 26th and the resolution date was 2nd April. Even after breaching the SLA for 48 hours now they are least bothered to address it as a priority. Pathetic service.

@ACTFibernet As usual am waiting.... No call from any service engineer either. Have some courtesy to the inform about service disconnection because of your maintenance works or any other failures but inform so that we can make alternative arrangements. You take even 1week but inform.
