    @ACTFibernet what I service..!!!! I just spoke to lady called Monisha from Act fibernet. I continued to speak in Kannada and she directly disconnected the call. This is your customer service @ACTFibernet . Respect the local language first..!!!!

    @ACTFibernet Still now problem not resolved. Technical person said that problem is resolved go and check in the home now it’s not my problem this was his words. This proves what kind of service are you providing to the customer. Great @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Facing internet connection issues frequently and adviced us permanent resolution will be undergone but still no use. SR10363549176434 incident logged for the same. Kindly check the history of complaints. Looking for immediate action.

    @ACTFibernet is truly acting up. No internet for two days. And their app doesn't work...Just after I paid up for the next 3 months..

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet - Its been 168 hours and i am still awaiting someone to get in touch with me. I have been relentlessly calling but no one from customer service team is really bothered to resolve the issue. What i hear is that we need another 24 hours.

    @ACTFibernet The customer care & service is pathetic, tried for a reconnection(past 1 week with multiple tickets raised, unresolved) after moving back to bglr & you guys are as irresponsible as possible. I'll never ever switch to ACT at all.

    @ACTFibernet This is a standard template response. This is 3rd complaint this month, what steps are being taken to mitigate this? Area service engineer doesn't bother to pick our calls either.
