@ACTFibernet No internet since 23 days. Reason is box permission issues from another building. Many SR tickets raised. Even sent an email asking to fix the box in our building. Still u reply saying box permission issue and no calls. No refund, no connection I am surprised!!!!

(1/4) - @ACTFibernet Facing net disconnection problem for 4th time in this month. The internet is disconnecting after power fluctuation which is mostly happened at night. Maybe the ups of Act Modem might be out of power or something. I'm facing this for 4th time this month.

@reliancejio and @airtelindia please improve the infrastructure in all the areas rapidly, most of the people like me are already suffering with lagging serviced @ACTFibernet by showing only connectivity but what about customer support and grievance redressal. We don't have choice
