    @ACTFibernet worst service. haven’t been contacted by any support after 24 hours of complaint. Please don’t ever use this **** companies broadband. It’ll make your life hell. Just go with jio or airtel Reference number SR10263693190944 do something about it retards

    @ACTFibernet @PSudugu Issue reappears again today. Still same response from team(wait for 24hrs) This is really not good feedback from customer you receive every-time. Isn’t there a permanent fix for it??

    Worst service by @ACTFibernet. By the next I have to think twice before I recommend them to someone. I raised a shifting request on 11th nov. Till today has been resolved the only thing that I am getting is fake concerns and promises I don’t know how you gonna fix it.

    @ACTFibernet i had a very unpleasant and frightening conversation with your customer care representative Aravind. They are not offering me the said waiver and now when I complaint about it, they have already disconnected my account even though my due date is today

    @Airtel_Presence @rahul_ykk When in #Bangalore trust @ACTFibernet You can still cancel and join then. Airtel sucks. Only ARPU matters for them not customer.

    Dear @ACTFibernet please tell me how the hell am I suppose to use my internet without a ROUTER. Your team came to install a new connection but never got a router. 2 days have already passed and have got no router but a HANGING WIRE. 2 days wasted from my subscription also.
