    @ACTFibernet Worst customer experience. I've been following up since Oct 2022 for a reconnection. Was approached by a new connection exec, paid for that on Sat. Still not done. Neither Sales person nor engineer answering our calls

    @ACTFibernet raised SR10267519447594 and it was tentatively expected to be resolved by 21:00 today. No update and your customer care is a joke, no one answers. Pls provide refund, better to go for @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet Fibernet disconnected twice in the same month and you guys didn't have an ETR till now. How would it be if one of your employees calls you on a Monday morning to tell you that he cannot work due to an internet issue. Check the SRs raised SR10167515383654
