Left stranded after paying for new @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence broadband connection. It has been over 72hrs, sales team is irresponsive & installation personnel doesn't even answer. Really poor service. Watchout before paying in advance. Time to @ACTFibernet.

@ACTFibernet i have been added yuppscope service without informing at the time of installation. Once i realise I have spoken with customer service for reversal but i was still billed 200 /- for something i haven’t subscribed.
