    @ACTFibernet I have sent details yesterday and have not heard back from you. A ticket was opened for internet not working when i had not seen an issue. Please resolve the issue. I see the amount added to main bill.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, Many websites are not opening and It's impacting our work. Confirmed with my colleagues who are using ACT broadband and they are also facing the same issue. Works fine If I connect with my mobile data. Please refer SR10453550113703 for more details.

    @ACTFibernet Any update? One of the related ticket was closed without any notice. Also, I was told that field engineer visit the site with demo router within first half, but no one did till now. Seems like tickets are getting closed without resolving the issue. And my issue remains same.
