    @ACTFibernet please check on SR10366546553214 on priority. Its the 2nd time ticket is being re opened due to recurring issues after the cyclone in Chennai. At this rate we will have to move to another service provider !

    @ACTFibernet @GouthamU14 What a joke!. Customer is suffering for the past one week and you say 2 more days. You can get a new connection in a few hours from other service providers. It's time that ACT knows it's value here

    @ACTFibernet Worst service by @ACTFibernet they closed the ticket without resolving the issue. The issue occurred last Saturday. Field engineers doesn't respond to calls.

    @ramsri_1207 @ACTFibernet Act customer service is faster and the issues only come once in 5 or 6 months or during monsoon.
