    @ACTFibernet What nonsense is happening with Act fiber. You think we dont any other work other than calling you daily and in return getting an answer that it will be resolved with 24 to 48 hours. I want the issue to be resolved by tomorrow without fail as the ticketes were raised on 14-sep-21

    @ACTFibernet It has been nightmare being ur customer, almost no proper service for last 1 month , no use of opening SR/tickets talking to your useless customer support representatives. Acc#102015407335 last opened SR10262994442682, this will be last follow up before i quit act.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet No internet connection since early morning. Ticket# SR10163079819342 is raised and is open for more than 24 hours. No technician bothered to at least see what is the problem. Quality went from pathetic to shameless…customer service now.
