    @ACTFibernet after a frustrating wait of 10 days for my internet to be restored and many follow up calls, I’m exiting your service today. Pls disconnect as already instructed to your Customer Service yesterday.

    @ACTFibernet I am paying around Rs1600 per month after taking 300mbps package . But most of the time u get less than 100 mbps speed so why should I pay this money every month when I never get this speed ??!!! ACT is very efficient in cutting ur connection No10567115

    @ACTFibernet if you can charge 150rs for 1 day late payment. I believe we as a customer are entitled to get 150 discount per day for interrupted service due to your problems. Ideally we will have 2 days a Interupttion per month spanning kore than 24 hrs. #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet ur customer care executives dnt know how to talk to customers, i was never informed that the service will be charged 206rs per month, they just activated it without proper communications, and now u are bounding me to pay the outstanding amount,
