@ACTFibernet There is a battery issue in the main hub of the building.. whenever the power goes off, my internet cuts off immediately.. i have a wofi router ups but still the same issue.. Your agent +918499955053 is requesting that he dont want to come today to fix it.. plz look into this!!

@ACTFibernet Every time your switch will be down can't you maintain quality switches i know act fibernet is using Chinese equipment. Dear act team try to use non Chinese products i know you will mainly concentrate on looting but if you want enough profits don't use chinese products

Evry technician visit goes in vain coz they just try to blame some other problem instead of this and its never rectified. The connection is lost if the adapter in the box is not supported with a brick like thing.. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet SR10160480269082 had been submitted of the same issue. the agent told me to submit another request SR10160510662292 regarding the battery change issue. We work in night shift & in a calling process. this is not expected from @ACTFibernet its a work impacting issue.. plz expedite

@ACTFibernet Probably the worst internet connection I have ever seen. We are facing the internet issues again and this is literally a second instance in last 1 week Last time it took you guys 5 days to being back the connection. Worst and idiotic service especially in our area.
