    .@ACTFibernet : Abhijit from Bangalore. I had raised request for Plan upgrade on May 17. Despite many calls and getting assurances of escalation and it will be fixed within 24 hours 4-5 times, issue has not been resolved yet. This is really bad service off late.

    @ACTFibernet you have an absolutely deplorable customer support. I raised a request to shift my connection and received no response for 2 days. After getting exhausted trying to get an update, I decided to forfeit the remaining two months on my plan and requested cancellation

    No internet since day before yesterday at 10 AM The Resolution time on the @ACTFibernet is still showing of 10 AM yesterday - and has not been updated. On the call centre number, nobody has a clue and they are only asking me to wait Very poor service in Dwarka

    @ACTFibernet It’s beyond frustrating. I have had the same issue twice in the first month of coming onboard. I am using @airtelindia wifi back home the last 3-4 years and such instances have rarely occurred. What are you doing wrong? @ACTFibernet
