    @ACTFibernet one of the worst customer services. Trying to reach customer care, the person puts on hold and never returns. The next time I called, waited for 10 mins in the queue, when connects to the support person, nobody speaks up.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, there is no internet connection from yesterday morning. I have raised the ticket and your team informed me this will be solved today 16 oct by 7pm. But without resolving my issue ticket has been closed from your end. I see a worst service from your end.
