    @ACTFibernet Please don’t attempt to resolve now—the time has passed. Disconnect my broadband effective 1 May 2026 due to service deficiency. Raise a disconnection ticket, process pro-rata refund, and stop billing from 2 May 2026. This is my official confirmation.

    @ACTFibernet , I was told a representative will call me in 48 hours, no one did Earlier they said it’s junction box issue, then main line issue, now they are claiming flooding Who is incharge ? All of my work has come to a halt and I am facing penalty

    @ACTFibernet Still no response it’s have been successfully 30 days No response, no update in app, no call, The worst Fibernet in India is @ACTFibernet I already told my friends and family members to cancel the subscription from @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet you'll keep on changing the resolution time. This is one of the worst services. In the 10 day gap there are 2 service disruptions of more than 24 hours. Faster service. FYI I will not renew further and will end the services by July 2026 as mine is a quarterly plan.
