    @ACTFibernet in the last 2 months I have raised 20+ complaints only for INTERNET NOT WORKING. Everytime they resolve it the issue again persists. And when enquired the issue is with the junction box majorly. Why can't you guys fix this permanently. It's a havoc to ppl WFH

    @ACTFibernet After a week time again call back the customer service team.. First person transfer the call to escalation team & second person promise for same day shifting and waiver of shifting charge , but he disconnect the call before raising the incident .. Again....

    @ACTFibernet it took me 3 days and one super-friendly and smart ACT Service guy who helped me remotely for close to one hour to get my router and get it to work. A big shout out to Mr Chandra Gouda for being so patient. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet @prasad totally ignored my request, he's not even answering my calls now. How do we work if your service is like this

    @ACTFibernet App is showing always error in shifting request and IVR is route the customer to App. :) . Finally I call the customer service team and raised the request week back & waiting for the call back from the shifting team... But.....

    @ACTFibernet Still you cannot tell the progress on refund. Same standard ****** answer. Check your rating on PlayStore.. everyone is complaining about Refund. If my issue is not fixed, I will make sure to amplify this issue to as many people as I can. Also recorded your customer service call.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for providing the worst service. It will work only 5 days a week, I guess you'll take rest the other 2 days. It won't work when there is a power cut inspite of several complaints. It's affecting my work schedule and it's very frustrating.

    And irresponsible @ACTFibernet ..and there is no support option or live chat just we can raise a ticket and dont know what happens once the ticket is raised SR10163850348084 …very bad experience within just within couple of days after getting new connection..

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet are you not ashamed of the support provided by you? It's more than 1 month still the team is processing the refund. Don't know when it will complete. May be by year end???
