    After sale service of @ACTFibernet shows their myopic vision. The company has beome so complacent that it never care for its clients. The speed of their customer care is just less than 30 mbps, whereas they claim 150mbps. ○ Uncouth backend support. ○ Utterly Disappointed

    @HathwayBrdband horrible service from Hathway HYDERABAD. Paid for renewal on 5-OCT-2022 and still not activated 9-OCT. Every time I call they say will be activated in “2 hours definitely”, but nothing happens. So careless. Better switch to @ACTFibernet or @airtelindia broadband.

    @ACTFibernet my Internet is not working since 9am yesterday and I’ve raised a complaint @11.40am yesterday. Still it’s not resolved and I don’t have Internet even after the ETR which was 10am today! Is this the kind of service you provide?

    @ACTFibernet Lol. As mentioned, ETR given tomorrow's date for today's complaint: Your ticket SR10366071208144 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 11-Oct (DD/MM) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT @DoT_India pls take necessary action!
