@actinternet @ACTFibernet is the worst broadband service provider I ever came across. Every month it is the same issue persisting for around 3-5 days and it is a complete internet blackout. No proper technician, no proper service still charging so much amount, not sure for what!

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the horrendous behaviour of these people. Nobody has reached out to fix our problem. Extremely disappointing service from your end.The biggest mistake I did was switching from @ACTFibernet to @JioCare.I am so upset with this behaviour.

@ACTFibernet How can you close an issue that is raised by a customer without the customer's consent? I raised an issue this Friday and It was closed on Saturday without my consent. And how come users don't have an option to reopen an issue? at least for the next 24hrs!!

In this trend of WFH, can anyone bear an internet blackout? @ACTFibernet Your service is almost as keen as any other service, acknowledge that fact before you act. It's been the same for the past 3 months and I am on the verge of shifting to a better service provider.
