    Hey @ACTFibernet - Internet is down on 23rd Oct 2022 at 12pm and it's been 48hours it didn't get restored.I learnt that technician deliberately removed near by hub station and didn't restore it anywhere. There is no proper response from your tech support team and this is absurd

    @ACTFibernet Just receving assurances. Not able to see any result. It's more than 12hours now without internet. When you are charging me monthly for 28days. In that a whole day I am not using your internet? Why should we even pay for the days when internet is down. Poor turnaround.

    @ACTFibernet What is the correct process to get monthly bills: 1.Login to portal to find nothing & raise tickets, which get closed w/o solution 2. Call up field engineers, their seniors for a month asking for bills multiple times and get 0. Innovative way to annoy customers

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have raised a refund request as a new connection was not possible in my area. It's been more than 12 days still there's no progress on my issue. Workorder is not closed, refund is not initiated. Spoke to customer care multiple times, but no use 1/1
