@amruth005 @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

@ACTFibernet why is internet not working these days at night? I am working women and i have to work at night time and its literally 3 to 6 mbps internet when my plan is 75? What am I supposed to do? Last time i registered complaint an agent came after 3 days and did nothing.

@ACTFibernet We applied for a New connection on Dec12th with payment done and due to your issue of box we had to cancel the connection for which the payment has not be refunded back as of now even though it is more than a month. Every time the customer care say they will refund

Worst experience I am facing with @ACTFibernet I have registered 2-3 times regarding internet box replacement till now it is not resolved yet from last 3-4 months #balamalladi #SunderRaju I will goahead cut my internet connection.

@ACTFibernet Hi..raised ticket on ur app regarding internet disconnected issue, it says u will resolve my issue tomorrow by 1pm...what the heck ? So long one has to wait ?? Are we in 90's ?? Guys update
