@ACTFibernet I do not want a canned response. Hopefully, you can resolve the issue; after 8 months since the initial complaint. You have successfully managed to erode all goodwill I had for @ACTFibernet I honestly dread speaking with your customer care or technical staff.

@ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 customer Id 117609346841 no refund processed even after 1 month of disconnection. Following up everyday, such a shame treating your 12 year old customer like this. Asking for help and more professionalism from your billing team.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic services been provided. I have been complaining about my internet issues for more than a month and every time I get a response stating its fine. Frequent disconnection, slow internet and low range even though I changed router as suggested by representative.

Hello @ACTFibernet - our area in Coimbatore has net down from morning. Complaint SR10865418741074 raised at 8am and resolution ETA is tomorrow 6pm. Isn’t 36 hours a tad too long for “always on internet” on working days? #notgoodenough

@ACTFibernet router has been collected on 22 June, its been almost a month I haven't received my refund. Are you bankrupt that you are keeping customer's money?? Would you be paying me interest on late refund?? U should be ashamed for taking salaries for such low quality work
