@ACTFibernet Hi Team the issue has been resolved but I strongly recommend you to consider ownership transfer option in middle of the plan to reduce unnecessary chaos.Also the support ticket was raised on 5th but I received after I highlighted the issue here that was on 20th Please do consider

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet one of the coolest customer experiences you guys are giving it's 2 days now and there's no resolution yet. No one has bothering to call. Only the TAT is getting increased. Now I got why others are using @airtelindia fiber in this building.

@ACTFibernet again received from number +914067500900 promising that need to wait 3-7 working days for refund. I already waited 30 days same commitment giving whenever I'm reaching them. Worst experience with entire Act Team @TRAI you should look in to these how these treatment
