@ACTFibernet raised a ticket on Aug 19th SR10176713254304 still not resolved, my entire apartment has the issue no cctv working, I lost all the hopes, I don’t think you are capable of resolve this near soon, getting more frustration . I’m looking for new ISP than fixing this

@ACTFibernet Stuck with ACT internet! Every 3-4 days it stops, complaints raised, works for 1-2 days & again same issue. Engineers are rude, refund takes forever. Worst ISP experience. **** of service Last Complaint no: SR11776809453584.
