    @ACTFibernet A day has passed and no call back. If this isn’t bad customer service I don’t know what is. We have people attending classes and office from home and without good internet the quality of work and output is severely but you just don’t seem to care. AVOID ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Successfully 4 days gone without resolution for ticket SR10358464857062 .. Indian peeps . Never ever choose ACT for your broadband needs .. I completely regret choosing ACT .. no resolution .. no status update and 4 days of no net .. irresponsible

    @ACTFibernet I paid 6 months fee for my 300mbps ACT Fibrenet .. now after two weeks it's not working .. for the past 4 days there is no resolution taken and no status update .. completely frustrated .. is this even being noticed by any higher management ticket# SR10358464857062

    @ACTFibernet Disgusting and pathetic service. SR10358551215242 has not been addressed for over 24 hours. No call backs from escalation team as promised, rude and unprofessional customer support staff. This is the service that ACT provides. Leaving people without internet for days

    @ACTFibernet Are you going to respond my ticket and fix the issue or shall I file a consumer complaint against you? I have been very patient since Monday, but still issue is not addressed and no proper response at all after multiple calls and mails.. 5 days gone SR10358464857062
