@ACTFibernet Yes, problem is resolved but I faced 18 hours of outage. I had to call my friends to figure out contacts of the technician to ask them repeatedly to come visit. I think that is not a good customer experience. Would like the resolution to be promt from next time.

@ACTFibernet Hlo, I have requested home security camera on 23 Feb, I got camera on courier but I'm trying to activate its shows like the device was locked please reach customer care. I'm calling may time it was hold 30 min after that automatic the call was end. Please help.

@ACTFibernet is insane. Took bb connection & power 2 main board is taken frm d building. Ur salesperson Nagesh +918499994398 in Hyderabad told me dat I wld gt Rs 100 every month on power usage frm ACT. Earlier I contacted support bt no money 4 power consumption ws given 2 me. 1/n
