    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thanks to you, the issue is cleared. Since you took so long to clear the issue and I was the one to suffer for almost 60 hours without any internet even after paying for the whole month, I demand you to increase my validity by 60 more hours.

    @ACTFibernet WORST. A Zero value company ACT'S INTERESTS TOWARDS ITS CUSTOMERS WORST. I need my refund as we cannot go on loss of pays and I am responsible towards my customers and their I value their investments. Please avoid ACT Fibernet.

    @ACTFibernet This is in regards to close my connection with Act, I had an amount pending which was required to pay to reactivate the account and then raise a account closure request. The customer care executive told me the connection would be closed once paid, but didn't happen

    @MANEESHMUFC @ACTFibernet I think this their way of operation, I too. I am facing the same issue worst service and technicians. Calling them 5-6 times everyday everyone comes up with some answers

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT team literally no one is helping from past 24hrs. There is no connection and no one is helping to resolve. Only getting fake timelines of 4 hrs and 8pm tonight. Can you really help your customers? Lost entire day of yesterday???
