    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Day 4 with No Wifi, blamed on 2 hrs of rain from a week ago. Complaint (SR10280081837574) raised, constant follow ups, but same empty reassurances & still no fix. At this point, it’s not a delay, it’s just being ignored. Clear deficiency in service.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, it's almost 4 days in our area ACT wifi not working. Event hough your representative coming and fixing the issue its not fixing permanently. Do you any resolution for this? This is how you give support to your customer?

    Extremely Disappointed with Customer Support for @ACTFibernet On 1st of May i had raised a request for connection shift to my new place which is just outside my old flat. I received SMS saying the technician was going to come on 2nd, but he didnt.

    Escalating to upper management of @ACTFibernet , poor customer service instead of replying they actually cancelled the request of new connection, please don’t go with @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10180085632531 has been registered.

    @ACTFibernet Is this the way of providing the Internet services. As a customer I have raise no of ticketand still I didnot have permanent solution. SR10179948467044 this is resolved without solution again I raise tckt#SR10180099838774 plz help me with resolution @Bhatti_Mallu sir

    @ACTFibernet No connection since 29th April. WFH is getting disrupted. No one picks up phone. Everyday we get a message the issue will be solved next day by 9pm and it does not happen.

    @ACTFibernet I stay in a place where mobile network connectivity is iffy. I rely heavily on act Wi-Fi. If this isn’t resolved by the weekend, it will have serious implications. I’ve already shared the ticket ID, please look into this.
