    @ACTFibernet I am not sure what's going on, frequently facing intermittent disconnection issues today internet is fully out. Will be issue be resolved today? Nowadays very frequent issue with ACT. Complaint no # SR10380722108054

    @ACTFibernet But please resolve the issue and provide connection- your people are calling me when I am in flight but I still return the calls within 25 minutes but they are not picking- and DO NOT close the ticket with a remark “ issue resolved” when issue is NOT RESOLVED.

    are making deals with corporations and mandating to take connections through you only to **** service customers. Life had been so good with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD, then came this Airtel a**hole.

    @ACTFibernet I have been following up with ACT on an open case SR10380613665854.Have sent details & my location map in DM.ACT Engineer spoke promising to reconnect but it was not done despite repeated follow up.I have GX installation & have NO dues.Need HELP/connection URGENTLY.

    One fo the worst internet services @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I came home to not have the internet working for 4 days and still no resolution. It seems like I need to get them to respond and plead with them! ID: SR10180688521974 if you need a connection please don't choose act

    @ACTFibernet @ConsumerFF ACT service/field team is raising false information on ticket that customer needs reconnection and ticket is being close without informing the customer. And suddenly the refund or pickup is not getting done. And finally it’s done. And we are still waiting for our money
