    If u raise a complaint @ACTFibernet,. They auto generates a msg of acknowledging it,.. And the same with resolving.. Hope @consumerforum_ will not overlook... How many days they will deduct.. Let's see.. No service since August 11th..

    @ACTFibernet would need your attention here, internet disconnects when power goes off (FYI modem is pluged to an inverter),I have raised a SR(SR10360806114347) it was closed saying the battery backup is fixed. Nowfacing the same issue Raised2nd SR (SR10361118270392). Kindly help

    @ACTFibernet nice going. Your people make promises to give the connection by the evening and take money and when you cancel the connection request because even after a week they have not given the connection, don't even refund the money.

    @ACTFibernet Clearly not much effort is being put to fix this. It's been 24 hours and I have called 3-4 times already. All of em give the same reply or act extremely nonchalant. This is not like a one time thing. This happens every month. The moment you get the money nobody cares anymore.
