@ACTFibernet so I wanted a new connection in Vizag, and put a request on the app , the gentleman who came to help me mr. Srinivas with phone number ( +91 91 00 94823 2) , came and collected my documents on Saturday 8th of jan 2022, there hasn’t been a call or messaged till now.

@ACTFibernet SR10163888011624 even i tried to call other technicians ahmed even he is just giving excuses what ******* hell problem with the net every time it goes of since a week. If it is not resolved within 30 mins please removed the connection or i will cut all wires right nw

@ACTFibernet They are saying the tentative date is tomorrow to check? We feel its better to get a local broadband operator connection since they fix the issue much faster and proper response is provided. Till now no one has reached from ACT?
