@ACTFibernet Worst service ever. It's been 2 days that we raised ticket but no resolution since then. Whenever we call a new customer service takes the call and says am escalating. Field engineer is working since morning, still no resolution. For how long???

Internet is down again and no one is responding the calls tried calling the field engineer but they are not answering the calls from morning. I was promised a callback in 30 minutes from manager but I have not received. Pathetic service I will be disconnecting @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet my internet is not working no one is answering the calls very bad service I got the information that within 10 mins field engineers are coming but no more bother to take calls I have important deliverables to complete.

@ACTFibernet Because of this tweet your engineer came to my office yesterday evening and they resolved the issue . But within 1 hour internet gone again and now there no is switched off and no one is picking landline . Do i need to wait again for 2 months?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD pathetic service. First you send a useless router and then you don’t come to collect it back? This is literally extortion! I’ve called more than 15 times in the last 1 month! Every time I get a response “by eod we will have someone collect”.
