@ACTFibernet Again I am facing issues with the internet. Every month we are facing the same issue, the internet is disconnected. Kindly refund our advance yearly payment we don't want to continue with ACT and your third class service. It's better we switch to other broadband.

Dear @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from yesterday . you are increasing only your etr again and again now after 24 hours you provided engineer name and there is no real number when i call through your app he just disconnect my number twice . Ticket SR11076132472614.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thanks for addressing the disconnection. Note the original ticket was SR10176124231314 for outage and refund. @mks200481, verify ETR on app and ensure prorata refund is included. If not resolved, escalate to TRAI.

@ACTFibernet has one of the worst redressal systems. I have not had wifi for the past 36 hours and every time I check on the raised ticket the ETR changes. I have now been told the technician was in the field all day but could not solve the problem. Very bad customer experience.
