    @atthiashish @ACTFibernet worst internet provider I’ve seen in past 10 years. Bad connectivity, horrible customer experience. They recommend to take 6 months plan which i took. In one month there were not a single day internet was working properly. Every alternate days have to raise a complaint.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, payment made for new connection on 2nd May, no response from local team or call center hangs up every time midway. The speed at which your sales team finished kyc & application process is hardly seen in installation. Caf no 101647301084.

    @ACTFibernet Every time your team mates tell that "Building members are not giving permission to install box so please disconnect the service".If you have any internal problems resolve it by yourself. I've raised the ticket again atleast now resolve it without any excuses.

    @ACTFibernet what the hell is it? What kind of service are you providing? This is what we customers expect from you? How is it possible to close a ticket without evidence? You people keep on closing the ticket without fixing the issue.
