@ACTFibernet I have finally decided to switch from ACT after almost 8 years, whose service has become pathetic in the last 1 year. Technical team has been so bad recently and multiple escalations also dint help. Poor service provider now. Thank u for excellent service till 2020.

@ACTFibernet I just found that you closed an old ticket without resolving the problem. Your super powerful executive Pavitra (ph no 88923 21703) earlier threatened that she will ensure my defective router will not be replaced. Was it due to her threat or her SLA compliance ?
