@ACTFibernet Another reason why Airtel is better than ACT in customer service. Raised SR SR11054729079258 yesterday afternoon to stop Zee5 subscription and this morning got mail that Zee5 subscription has been renewed.

@ACTFibernet acting up again. No service for over 24 hours now and counting. Useless customer care as usual. But never seen any reduction in bill for denial of service for so many days. And prompt to cut connection if bill payment delayed by a single day.
