    @ACTFibernet Another day has passed, ACT should seriously take a look into the issue. The customer care staff wants to close the ticket without resolution and Twitter Team is unable to make the correct team respond. Can the issue be escalated ?

    @ACTBangalore @ACTFibernet Do you guys have any Kannada speaking agents who can support when we reach out to your customer care ? I've always opted for IVR for Kannada speaking agents. Today my call was upfront disconnected thrice for asking Kannada agent.
