@ACTFibernet I Contacted Your customer care and made payment for new connection of Rs 14146/- Now since then till now 29 Nov No response from Your Executive, They said not covered under permission so we will refund your payment but not yet refunded , is this the way ACT work.

@ACTFibernet Your customer care refused to give a proper resolution time. I was told that the matter is given priority however the technician is not even assigned to visit the area. I want this resolved ASAP.
