    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. It's been 2 days since my internet got disconnected but still no resolution has been provided. Their AD says "Forget Buffering", but right now I'm forgetting the internet itself in IT capital.

    @ACTFibernet disgusting service being charged at a high costs compared to other broadbands. No proper response, no proper resolution times, no proper fibre cables

    @Asif_Shaiks1998 @ACTFibernet I think it all depends on the area. In my case, I was using ACT for over a year and never faced any problems. Every provider has some issues, but in my location ACT worked well for me.

    Bought a brand new @ACTFibernet connection in Dwarka, New Delhi on 18th July. Made to buy mandatory 6 month plan for 10k. 1) No service for the next 3 days 2) Fixed on 4th day followed by another 2 days of no service Opted for cancellation, Now they wont refund my money.
