@ACTFibernet I have disconnected the services and I have returned the router. Your Customer Care confirmed verbally on call that the router has been received but refusing to confirm the same on mail. May I know why you guys do this.. is this something to harass customers later?

Ticket: SR10166819989924 has been raised today for internet connection issue. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. The ticket was closed earlier and internet was working for some time. Now again the internet has stopped working. Please work on a permanent solution, issues are frequent!!

@ACTFibernet purchased the 6 month act plan to get the netflix subscription. Was told in the advertisement that I will get the activation mail in 24hrs. It's been over 24 hrs and still haven't got the netflix activation mail. Customer support is not responding.
