    @ACTFibernet I have upgraded my plan from 100mbps to 200mbps 6m + Mesh Router. I paid the amount on 4th Aug. Still the installation is pending. Area manager and technician are not picking up calls. Customer service is clueless. Whitefield, Bangalore. Pathetic Service!!

    @ACTFibernet Yes but Given ETA has been completed but the issue is not fixed yet. Please fix it on priority other wise I will switch to other service providers @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet I just got a call from one of their team members after posting here, instead of providing solutions to wifi coverage of the mentioned area, she was just arguing. They don't have a solution to provide the coverage except forcing us to go with a mesh router with 200 mbps plan

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet My internet has not been working for 2 days. I’ve raised a complaint but received no response. Tried calling multiple times, but no one answers. It’s extremely frustrating to keep paying for a service that I’m not getting.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service by Act Fibrenet in Mohan Garden Delhi area. Since two days my internet was not working. I have made complaints in their app as well as called customer care 2-3 times. Whenever I call them they gave me excuses that it will be resolved soon.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The service has been extremely disappointing. I paid for a new connection four days ago, but it still hasn't been installed. I've been repeatedly calling to follow up, yet there has been no progress. Is this how new customers are treated?
