@ACTFibernet can you address this incident promptly ? Incident number: SR10176147843858, we have paid money for the ott subscription which is not working as expected, despite repeated complaints, no one bothered to come and fix the issue. If you cannot fix it, cancel and refund.

@satya_13 @ACTFibernet i asked to disconnect act , customer care guys called me 5 times and assured this will never happen again , and i renewed 6 months 2 days back and today internet not working and service time is unknown i am from vizag @ACTFibernet shame on you

@ACTFibernet See, I am following up on my security deposit amount for more than 1 month, no is responding to my service requests, calls, etc.. this is not expected from @ACTFibernet simply they are closing the request without addressing it. When I reopen it and on same day they will close it.

@ACTFibernet the service have become from bad to worst in recent times. I renewed my plan last month and there were frequent disconnections in less than a month. Worst part, it takes more than 48 hours to fix the same. I’m with ACT for more than 10 years but it’s time to say bye.

After complaining again and again @ACTFibernet couldn't solve my issue of drop on the internet. Now I want to disconnect the act supervisor is saying you will have to pay for a whole month for the net. I have been facing issue of drop-down since starting of this month.
