@ACTFibernet Already paid due , still not resolved. Your customer support calls and says referral is confirmed and will be resolved .I asked for a mail. Now in a mail saying account itself is not with ACT and closing this when I know they are still. #worstsupport

@ACTFibernet Will the call back change the Call Center process or your correct backend issue . I am sorry you have lost cust confidence. Better refund the charges taken. It has not been activated but you sending msg it has been activated is of no use. What is your TAT for advance refund ?
