@ACTFibernet So again another 24 to 36 hrs without internet,Repeating same issue of NO internet every week, this is ur way of looking in to things,what kind of resolution your team provides ? Can u imagine how many days in the paid plan we r left without the promised services? @jagograhakjago

@ACTFibernet The service rep has informed that this is because battery needs to be replaced in the junction box places in the area by ACT. ACT has not provided this battery - overdue

@ACTFibernet are one of the worst service provider in bangalore.. I have raised ticket, there is no proper response and not have solved my issue even after calling 6 times! They always give u fake promises which can't be accomplished by them My Reg nu - 8553624850

@ACTFibernet ur pathetic service continues..I have my account renewed for 6 months but u have suspended it due to mistake at ur end..tried reaching customer service and they r not responding and the calls r getting cut..I want my money to be refunded asap..sick of your service

@ACTFibernet yet again, I’m here with unable to raise a complaint as the number is registered for a cancelled connection from Bengaluru. Isn’t it amazing that the database isn’t updated even after 2 years and still I promptly pay the bills for 6 months in a row
