    @ACTFibernet As an NRI who trusted ACT to be the most reliable ISP in Hyderabad, this experience is shocking. Frequent disconnections, 3–4 hrs outages earlier, now a 2-day blackout! Zero transparency & customer care just keeps changing resolution deadlines.

    @ACTFibernet No resolution yet. It's been weeks that the wires are hanging in my lane unattended. I received a call from Airtel and the local internet to offer internet setup and services within 3 hours of time and there you are that haven't fixed it for weeks. Disappointed!

    @ACTFibernet ticket id SR11076954918954. Your internet stops working twice a week and you take 2 days to restore it. Pathetic service. Pls cancel my subscription and refund the money.

    Internet has been down for over a week despite repeated complaints. What exactly am I paying for @ACTFibernet Will I be compensated with extra days of subscription? Legally, I believe I should be. Account no: 101003500804. I need a proper response ASAP.

    May I know what is the problem for you to install modem and required setup for internet? Account No : 101769429054 Multiple times I’m facing this issue with @ACTFibernet . But a small hope, that these guys will not repeat next time. But you guys are habitually doing these things. Day before yesterday I have paid for the connection, after that I keep on doing follow ups, and customer support team keep on saying “Today the installation will be done”. I still wondered, how you guy’s surviving in this competitive world with this poor services. Wake up man & improve your services. You are loosing customers Trust finally. Fedup with all these, looking aggressively for @Starlink services
