  @ACTFibernet Worst service. For shifting in the same premises they charge rs. 650. The service person stands still and I have to do all the work. Says his work is only to crimp. A cable goes to another computer. He refused to connect it.

  Ok. So what’s the solution? He says to change router. I asked him to go ahead. And he says that’s not his job. So he will close the ticket. Weird @ACTFibernet You aren’t bothered about customers at all but just the bill payment.

  @ACTFibernet , how do you recruit your customer service reps? By knowledge/patience/how quickly they close ticket? I guess the third. Without resolution, the person who came tells he will close the ticket as its not fault in line. If he doesnt close request by EoD, will lose job

  @ACTFibernet Due to act fibernet first time my kids classes suffered, shameless team of act fibernet team, several calls to the person who installed the wifi but no response, complaint registered but no response. Shame on you, worst network service, worst support system.
