    @ACTFibernet My internet has gone down for the second time in the last 48 hours. I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot. Could someone look into this urgently and provide a permanent resolution?     @ACTFibernet I am not sure what's going on, frequently facing intermittent disconnection issues today internet is fully out. Will be issue be resolved today? Nowadays very frequent issue with ACT. Complaint no # SR10380722108054

    @ACTFibernet SR10280654172624: You might as well escalate this to gods because this is hanging on prayers. Your customer care numbers are now auto disconnecting calls from my registered number but connect fine from another number. I am assuming this is your way of shooing me away
