    @ACTFibernet on 14th of july i requested for connection shifting. Payment done for whole month.... but nobody came to reinstall at new location... from 14th.... several tickets have been raised by me and closed by act team.. without actual closing issue...

    @ACTFibernet One of the worest service and no one is taking responsibility in solving service outage more over customer care is simply disconnecting calls if we ask about outage after waiting in call queue for 30 min to connect.

    @ACTFibernet Very poor customer service. My internet is down since Monday and there has been little effort taken by your staff to fix the issue. No one even bothered to call until yesterday when I decided to cancel the subscription. Ticket No SR10365403886424.
