    @ACTFibernet I've raised a compliant of internet issue & asked your customer service to provide me exact time of resolution. But instead everytime they are giving me false hope.. & assured I will receive a call back from concerned team but I haven't received so far.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYDACT account number: 101013441965,I have been requested for cable change on 13th of June & still now I have not received any update on this. Due to the multiple break down in the  cable speed getting drop. I am waiting since 67 days.

    Literally one of the worst internet services providers in the area @ACTFibernet they have the highest rates w the worst service providers.

    @ACTFibernet Dear act what an irresponsible team you have. Since yesterday evening they promised me more than 4 times to resume my account but no resolution. Looks like they don't care anymore about customer satisfaction. They are closing the SR also without resolving the issue.
