@ACTFibernet Earlier, your tech support team used to close tickets after resolving the issue. It is a different matter that the issue would occur again after a few hours/days. But what they did today is completely unacceptable. They closed my ticket without a resolution.

@ACTFibernet y are guys looting money from customers? Who ever using their service, pleas be aware!! You guys added relocation charges unnecessarily to my bill and I have been following up since 10 guys and no one bothers to resolve. Pls go for other broadbands!

@ACTFibernet why you people are behaving so cheap, my internet is suspended since 3 days and no response from your customer support, paid Rs1499/- on 27Mar2021 for 3 months validity but service suspended. Always trying to escape from issues shame less ACT have some ethics.
