@ACTFibernet Overall performance of ACT Broadband has been pretty bad for last few months. Webpages are getting downloaded very slowly and very difficult to watch OTT movies. Kindly investigate and fix the issue on priority.

And the technician who is supposed to come is missing for like 2 weeks now, he refuses to answer calls and messages. Not sure if this is the "service" you are providing. Will make sure to "recommend" this.
