Hi @ACTFibernet I have purchased 150mbps as my requirement is seamless network connectivity for my work. But I experience network drops frequently and very slow speed comparing to what plan I have chose; its just 20 to 30mbps I get, but I the plan is 150mbps, pls send tech.

Pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet. Even after 7-day SLA to move the box seamlessly, there has been zero response from the ACT team. No internet. No box movement. No response from onfield support/customer support. Very disappointed.

@ACTFibernet everytime I make a call your customer service will say, it would be resolved in 24 hours.. This has been doing since past 2 months that means almost 1440 hours..till now my issue is not resolved.. I've requested for a name change of my account. Very dissappointed
