    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet This is not a free service I'm using. I'm paying the stipulated monthly price for it. I've made it clear that connection speed is of utmost importance to me as I'm required to use a VPN to connect to my office's network and I'm on a 400 MbPS plan.

    @singilela359 @ACTFibernet This has been the same issue with me. No response from the Act team. I tried on their CC number & dropped multiple emails to their Appellant authorities & Nodal Officer yet no response. Looks like they took customers for granted.

    @ACTFibernet what the hell act is the worst services ever.. where is my refund.. been 2monrgs and yet no response from you guys at all ..every time I call r post just reply saying we will slove the issue soon but no refund at all never trust these guys

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet You say that but you never do. I am not seeing anyone working near my place for adjusting the wiring. It's been more than 4 days now and you don't provide any updates properly. You keep updating the resolution time every day. You are taking the customers for granted

    @ACTFibernet 10+ days, no internet. Every time I call @ACTFibernet, I only hear “48–72 hours expected.” Today, customer care told me: 👉 “If you want, disconnect. We’ll refund.” Seriously? That’s the level of service? Arrogant replies + zero resolution = Worst experience ever
