@Malik10713990 @ACTFibernet I just wasted 30 mins being in "queue" when I called their helpline number. The app takes service requests but provides no updates. Was informed a technician will visit but no show. Extremely poor customer support and service.

@ACTFibernet Yes it was resolved after 6hrs. I hope simple issues like lack of connection in a home should be resolved through the greivience cell of company rather than approaching social media

@ACTFibernet The app does not move beyond the Home Screen and most importantly the Support icon is greyed out but all the offerings keep popping out -definitely NOT the support page And this is one of the most popular ISPs in the country
