@ACTFibernet This is a standard template response. This is 3rd complaint this month, what steps are being taken to mitigate this? Area service engineer doesn't bother to pick our calls either.

@ACTFibernet Still now problem not resolved. Technical person said that problem is resolved go and check in the home now it’s not my problem this was his words. This proves what kind of service are you providing to the customer. Great @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet Account Id : 103016281190 I have been informed from the customer service desk, that there will be no charge for shifting my connection. Today after shifting, I got a message from ACT that there will be a charge of Rs.650 will be added to the next bill.
