    @ACTFibernet Taken 150mbps connection just a week back. Speed is just 10 to 20 Mbps. 2 tickets raised but closed with out proper fix. Technican only knows switch on and off of routers but no knowledge to troubleshoot and fix the issue

    This isn’t fair with ur network every week I need to keep on tweeting then they will try to resolve until then they won’t. What kind of service is this I suggest not take the new connection from @ACTFibernet because u need to keep on calling for there service. This gone worse

My internet is not working since afternoon and you guys offer resolution time of beyond 24hrs to an issue, what is the point you move places when your services are so poor? You guys are keen to grow new customer base and thats it. Very poor service
