    Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet! Complaint #SR10276509724354 raised 2 days ago—still unresolved. 3 technicians contacted, all refused to come with excuses. Am I, the customer, supposed to chase them? Internet outage is affecting my work. Do I switch providers now?

    @ACTFibernet Without visiting the site technincian has given his own statement stating in spr not possible to get coverage in 4 bhk then why service request number was provided when he don't want to visit the site and explain. He himself has given his statement and has told sales person

    Please avoid taking a connection with ACT Fibernet in Coimbatore. Their customer service is extremely poor. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups to disconnect my connection as I’m shifting to a new city, they have not taken any action. @ACTFibernet #india #actfiber #consumer

    @ACTFibernet SR11076506168444 Please look into the issue. Internet has been down since yesterday and it's taken 1.5 days without resolution. The issue keeps coming again after every 10 days. This is a painful experience. Not able to each the engineer or customer care person.

    @ACTFibernet You people are escalating it since yesterday but nothing is working. No one is coming to install the internet. I have my office now. I will take other Internet connection from other provider of you are not able to fix this today.
