Whoever is handling the box installation is causing all the trouble Be a Lil more responsive, when 3 active connection holders are complaining about one issue with box.

Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.

Kannan (@saffronisgood) reported@ACTFibernet It’s done and resolved for now. Constant follow up 48 hours from customer, for after sales service call which is prepaid 6 months in advance? No customer service contact point,one app, that doesn’t help in resolving actual human problems. Internet is lifeline to survive. Pls.
