    Guys, if you are Working From Home, do not choose @ACTFibernet at all. They don't provide uninterrupted connection and they don't resolve the issues on time. I've been having internet issue for about 24 hours, more than 12hours since reported, NOT RESOLVED YET.

    @ACTFibernet every time my power goes off internet is disconnected.I have ups for my router.Doesn't ACT have a ups for your junction box?This is very pathetic. I had raised this same complaint some time back and it had got resolved but now, am facing same issues.SR10262211072302

    @ACTFibernet I did share the details through DM, yet no response from you. Wondering why did you ask those details. The junction box is connected in our building and powered up from our EB box. Please take that crap away from our building, before I remove the box and throw it away.

    @ACTFibernet Very rude and disgraceful service. Misrepresented by a customer executive about certain plan and later I was billed again. Getting harassed by customer executives for their misrepresentation.

    @vickyfan4arr @ACTFibernet Got stuck on this issues for the past one year then tried for relocation applied for the same they were lame as always switched to another service provider so far phenomenal experience.. @ACTFibernet not worth a penny spared .. very bad experience

    @ACTFibernet I have not yet received a call back. It's been close to 12 hours. You people are just proving it time to time that you're customer service is the worst in the broadband scense and not helping any of it's users. Period!
