    @ACTFibernet With this kind of lethargic Customer Support and slow query resolutions, how do you expect the customer to go and recommend your Service to any of his networks. Rather I will strongly advise people to not avail your services due to the poor experience I have faced.

    I even have the recording where your customer care team has agreed to refund the amount into Bank account as you cannot resolve the issue @ACTFibernet, so you guys have closed and deleted all the service requests have some shame to resolve the matter @DoT_India @PIB_India

    @ACTFibernet poor support service in Chennai. SRs from 7 households in same apartments escalated in 2 days. No resolution in sight. Support engineer not picking calls. Work From Home impacted.
