    @tinucherian @ACTFibernet Looks like a planned scam. I’ve also used them for years (almost since their beginning). They won’t automatically cancel at end of term and continue to rack up invoices. Then they say we’ll waive the amount due if you renew 😳😱!! BTW, none of their execs are on Twitter!!

    @tinucherian @ACTFibernet I have faced a similar issue with reliance postpaid connection many years earlier. What they do is a scam! They claim that when the Retention team spoke to you, they give you an offer of free service for few months and you agreed. Then, after those months we start getting a bill!

    @ACTFibernet I have applied for new connection and waiting for more than week to get a new connection . But I didn’t get proper response from customer care, site engineers and their team leads. Worst experience.. # SR10354634428566

    @RaviKapoor @ACTFibernet I was using since 2014 or 15. It used to be good back then. Last many years - service is bad. They kept 'upgrading' the speed plan but no difference it made. Even when it say 300Mbps, I was getting max 100 mbps on direct line.

    @ACTFibernet my wifi has not been working since about 4 days. And the company technicians have been postponing their guarantees to fix it. Nearest ISP is Janakpuri. I don't know how much more time I will have to postpone my meetings.

    @tinucherian @ACTFibernet I live in a T3 city (in Uttara Kannada) where BSNL is the only Broadband/Fibre ISP. Never faced any issues with them. All my minor issues (which occur rarely) gets solved with a phone call.
