@ACTFibernet Once again proving that your customer service is pathetic. I am an ACT user for close to 5 years now and the Sales and Service reps are least bothered about my relocation request. Because of these people, you are losing out on loyal customers like me.

@ACTFibernet I raised this request on March 29th. You need 6 days to REACTIVATE a connection? This is just terrible service. I was told I will get a call within 4 hours in the morn to reactivate, yesterday it was within 2 hours - twice! Utterly poor response for a non issue.

@ACTFibernet I never gave any disconnection request... I have asked for name change.. gave tge details as well..now your company says they have taken a request for disconnect (SR10154672614558). I never requested for disconnect. Does your ppl understand ?

@suryanvu @ACTFibernet Who is accountable? daily they will raise a new ticket and give a useless response "tomorrow we will". Tomorrow never comes....I also faced most likely job loss due to network issue and they never resolved it. Still pending full refund

@ACTFibernet Sir I know my account is inactive and the only reason I deactivated my account is that you created a bill of 755 rs for shifting the connection but in reality you didn't shift my connection. I don't want to reactivate my connection, I just want to resolve my billing issue.

@ACTFibernet Every time you people say this however irresponsible and unprofessional staff you have. Never thought Act fiber will become like this. Having ample of opportunity to switch to jio fiber and airtel still we were loyal to you people. In return very bad service we are getting.
