  @ACTFibernet I requested a relocation of my connection on 21st May, and the query resolution date provided was 23rd May. However, the request was only closed on 29th May with the update that service could not be provided at my new location.

  @ACTFibernet u disconnected the phone while I was raising complain abt your internet. Every week your internet doesn't work. @jagograhakjago terms and conditions take money for 6 months but we face issue for weeks and no help. Is this how consumers are dealt with ? @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet being useless as usual. SR10180583021694 raised 4 days ago, no resolution, no courtesy to call back, no technician assigned, won't even let me give up the connection. Ridiculous service.

  Ticket SR10180698824674 - this is my 20 plus complaint. Issue keeps on repeating. Act is not able to identify the issue. They just call and say they have fixed it. Which means there was some issue but it repeats. @ACTFibernet getting worse. Noticing it from past 2-3 months.

  @ACTFibernet It's still not resolved and it's been two days, and what about all the money I've spent on getting extra data from my phone connection everytime! I'm just wasting money for really bad service

  @ACTFibernet shameless service by ACT. ACT promised to provide internal wiring for their MESH devices and took 499 for that service too. It’s been 3 months now and I’m still chasing ACT to lay the internal cable. No responsible people working there.
