@ACTFibernet forcefully I had to come from office at 5.30 pm as the installation guy mentioned,then they came around 6.30 pm for installation and said that it is not possible for that day,today whole day I didn’t receive any call and when I called they just registered a complaint

@ACTFibernet Thank you for treating a 7 year old customer so carelessly. Your box is on my terrace and they have given multiple connections from my electricity and that box runs 24 hours 7 years continuously . I have to pay electricity bill along with your monthly bill.FeelingBad

@ACTFibernet Why the hell do pay for 30 days of internet when it's mostly work 20-25 days rest of the days your internet is not working. Either wire damage or switch issue. It's take 48 hours to fix it why can't you idiot have local technicians to fix it within few hours .

@ACTFibernet when asked for proper calculation of box electrical consumption they are giving unreasonable explanations and being rude. I have been your customer from 2015 this is how you guys treat a loyal customer. Wow Nice.
