    @ACTFibernet Your connection has been down since the 29th. Nobody is able to give an accurate time when it will be fixed. The ETR on the app is unreliable and elastic. @BangaloreTimes1 @DeccanHerald

    @ACTFibernet internet services are down for the 3rd time due to fiber cut in a week. Why can't you resolve it permanently? This is preposterous and horrendous!

    While availing @ACTFibernet it was mentioned all rooms will have good connectivity, actually it is not as ur technician confirmed. Are you following ethical practice of payment vs service by you? Since when report submitted by your technician, what action taken? @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet The wifi is not working from 29th April and still the issue is not resolved. Everyday they are pushing the resolution date to the next day. What sort of service is this

    @ACTFibernet My WiFi has been down since morning and on most days the speeds are way below what I'm paying for. This is completely unacceptable, paying for a service that isn't working. Please escalate and fix this ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised upgraded plan request almost 2 weeks ago and paid the required amount promptly. To this day it wasn't resolved and on top of that your support team were consistent in giving false promises. Yours has to be the worst downfall in customer care.

    @ACTFibernet extremely disappointed with your service. I cannot see my new connection in the list. Your support is useless and doesn't let me talk to a human agent. Resolve this issue ASAP otherwise I'm closing the connection ny tomorrow.
