  @ACTFibernet I called sales 4 times. Spoke with 4 different people. The first lady's name i did not get. She was very rude. She did not understand the issue and kept saying it cannot be done today. Then came Merlin, who promised to get a supervisor online.

  @ACTFibernet router ticket SR10180951795073 and internet issue ticket SR10181008706246 were closed without my permission and without resolving or attending to the issues. These problems have been pending since 23 June 2026, yet no technician has visited or addressed them.

  @ACTFibernet Internet is down at my flat since last two days. The technician seems to be "chalta hai" type if he doesn't even know what the issue is and that he couldn't fix. Your customer care team is there to simply apologise and do nothing😕 Ticket no: SR10281007414784

  No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online. This is 4 times in last few months, If this isn't resolved in the next 2 hours, I’m switching to an alternative provider. DM me to get my ticket details. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

  Have applied for new connection on 3rd July. Full advance payment taken but its been 72 hours completed nobody has come to install the wifi. Very poor service. @ACTFibernet

  10+ days since I got ACTFiber Ultra. Paid in full, job is still half done. No Ethernet setup, no Fire TV Stick as promised. Sales agent stopped answering calls/messages. VERY POOR after-sales service. @ACTFibernet Please resolve this. @ACTFibernetHYD #ACTFibernet #CustomerService

  @ACTFibernet I wanted to move from airtel to ACT hoping that service will be better. But the experience has been worse/pathetic. After taking the initial payment for 3 months the service representative has stopped responding to calls. Just hope the refund comes on time.
