Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , the internet has not been working for the last 40+ hours and there is nothing being done by your team to get that fixed. If this is the kind of support that is being provided. Request SR10158930113132 has been raised but nothing happened since.

@ACTFibernet I raised a complaint today for slow connectivity. I received a call during office hrs & the lady had to call me post 5PM. I didn’t receive a call but the ticket was closed. I reopened it and in no time it was closed again w/o resolution. CAN YOU FIX OR NOT?

@ACTFibernet Existing customer facing horrible service continuously dropping to 6-7Mpbs. No proper technical staff. Same W/L modem working at 60-70Mbps after escalation for 5days and again same problem. Its clear they are selling to large clients base with limited bandwidth. Mr. Bala help.

@ACTFibernet down for me since 1pm yesterday (1-Jul). It's been more than 24 hrs and no resolution in sight despite multiple calls to customer care & raising a ticket through the app (SR10158928277412). This is the last time I'm following up - next would be to cancel the service.
