@ACTFibernet Just now checked with service person he informed that only tomorrow 10:00 only he can able to rectify this. I am very much disappointed with act nowadays i will try to switch to Airtel since their service will be very good

@ACTFibernet never expected such a worst service from you, raised a complaint about my internet is not working.the timeline shared to resolve the issue is 24hrs. I do not understand y the company which provide superfast internet(as said) is taking 24hrs to solve the issue.

@ACTFibernet i had raised a ticket for changing plan on 2nd September, your customer support also assured me that plan will be changed by 5th of September and i have to pay for the new plan. Nothing hs changed so far and now your customer support says it shall change next month.

Worst internet provider @ACTFibernet A few days back I complaint to discontinue my subscription from #ACTfibernet and they called me to convince me that they will provide best service available.. Today again their WiFi is down..there's no internet and I'm unable to WFH..
