@ACTFibernet They won't get back nor fix the issue and will not proceed for refund too. They will just extend the deadline for resolution. Last 2 weeks they have been doing the same via email and text messages. Even nodal team does the same gimmicks with out helping for Internet restoration

@ACTFibernet my Internet is not working for last two weeks and also I have requested for shifting of junction box before a month onwards. Nothing got addressed. Each day the deadline alone changes. #103162568024. Very bad service . Paid my bill 6+ months to go without Internet

Just a quick question @ACTFibernet . Why do you advertise to give 400/500mbps speed and not even give 150mbps? Also, you ensure the payment is made in advance and don’t fix it after repetitive requests!
