  @ACTFibernet every month there is a problem with ACT. The internet will not work but using @HathwayBrdband for cctv and never faced any issues. Hathway is much more reliable. SR10381470365184 Will cancel @ACTFibernet. Worst Provider

  @ACTFibernet The issue is still open. Kindly connect with the technician and let me know the current status honestly. Either you guys have not planned for this rainy season properly and are shortage of man power or just straight incompetent. Kindly take a look into this urgently!

  @ACTFibernet I requested a callback this morning at 11:00 AM regarding frequent internet issues. Your support executive told, i will receive a call within two hours. It has now been 17:53pm, and I still have not received a call. Still internet issue not resolved.

  I never realized how Inefficient and illiterate the technical support and customer care teams of @ACTFibernet are. Internet not working from 4pm ist yesterday. Still no resolution. I m wfh. Who is responsible for my revenue loss? I m unable to even escalate the issue.

  @ACTFibernet @nch1915 Extremely disappointed with ACT’s service. Raised a WiFi relocation request on 25–26 July and still no resolution. We’ve been calling customer care every day, morning and evening. Every time we’re promised a technician within 24 hours, but no one contacts us. We’re also promised callbacks, but NO ONE ever calls back. Now customer care says they’ll connect us to a manager/technician, then disconnects the call. How many more “24 hours” are we supposed to wait? @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately. This is unacceptable!

  Your @ACTFibernet customer support is extremely disappointing. Your call centre numbers are not working, and your technician is not responding to our calls. Please contact Saranya Carmel Building, Jayanagar immediately and resolve the issue at the earliest. Regards, Deepak
