    Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet. Set-top box not available,and even Amazon Fire TV Stick is still not installed after many follow-ups. Service is very poor. No value for customers. If not resolved soon,I will cancel my connection. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet i have paid full amount. But received an email due amount rs.442.77 .. i spoke to finance team then only I paid. Why showing due amount pls nullify the amount.. account number: 101669416765 Please refer the phone call I had with finance team Customer care

    @ACTFibernet Case number:SR10179725132058 Current : gowlidoddy hyderabad 500075. Area to be shifted : FNF arena Janwada, hyderabad 500075. It's very sad to hear that the wire and box is not there at just 100 mts from the road. Urgent Please fix it . #hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet No action is taken from your side regarding the issue or cancellation with refund. If you cannot resolve the issue I will have to escalate and file a complaint against you in consumer forum @jagograhakjago Sharing false info and selling subscription is a kind of fraud.
