@ACTFibernet Raised a Refund request Month ago. Ticket No SR10265602305987. Cust Service people are telling Billing would call me & process refund, but no one is calling back & my ticket is being closed after few days. This is the 4th time ticket is closed. Pathetic service.

@ACTFibernet Is providing seamless internet connectivity too much of a problem for you people? Every 10 days your internet services stop working. Everytime I have to call the customer care to get it repaired. High time now, either get my issue resolved or I will switch it.

Cheating company @ACTFibernet- my money was taken on 2nd Aug. Today 14th August with no installation and no refund as well making customers fool. When your purpose is only to take the money don’t do like this. Put charity i will give.customer care is the worst part.

@ACTFibernet It's not a short period it's a longer issue basically your team not taking basic measures on wiring seems& those wires touch to electric wires and electricity departments cutting those wires and for fixing may taking longer time . Resolve the issue soon impacting our work.
