    @ACTFibernet is waste in resolving the query of a customer who is been loyal from past 4 years. Taking 2 months fir just name change of my account is completely disgusting. From now my opinion has been changed and posting the negative on this.. Waste customer service and time

    Dear @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday afternoon. No one bothered to look into this issue yet. Please don’t made me to think that I have taken wrong decision in choosing @ACTFibernet If you have any courtesy, kindly look into this asap. Very pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet My account no is 118514239663. Have paid Rs. 13006 for an annual plan (10606 internet services + 2400 for Static IP) on 28th Jan21 on the condition of static IP only.Static IP has not yet been provided ao far despite of several reminders.Take back ur service & refund

    @ACTFibernet What is the SLA to resolve this - the customer care IVR is also not working fine, it is not going behind the language selection option, it becomes silent

    Pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet. Even after 7-day SLA to move the box seamlessly, there has been zero response from the ACT team. No internet. No box movement. No response from onfield support/customer support. Very disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet Switching to different service like Airtel would be better than this Act.. I've been waiting for name change of account from past two months. I request everyone to this tweet and inform your friends to disconnect their service and switch to another one pls.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD how many months I have to wait to just name change.. How many calls I have to make to you. Is this the way you take care of customer queries. I'll not recommend this service to anyone. And I'll inform my friends to disconnect their service.
