    @ACTFibernet If my credit card due date is crossed in a few days, you're liable to compensate that interest too because of this inexplicable delay. You can't tell me your process takes a fortnight to even initiate the refund. No other service provider takes money prior to service feasibility

    Please don't pay online for any ISPs (Internet service providers). There are fraud companies everywhere like @ACTFibernet who's hungry for money and will go to any extent to make you pay. All they care about is sales, Not service.

    @ACTFibernet A pole was erected right infront my house gate by ACT employee. I've been trying to get support from your customer support for relocating the pole. 6 emails, 34days - Not even a single improvement in the situation. Please look into this.

    @ACTFibernet , i had placed a cancellation of service and I understand that it will be cancelled, however why it's cancelled today, when i already paid for this month? Also during the cancellation i had clearly mentioned that cancellation has to be fulfilled on 3rd Dec 2022

    @ACTFibernet if you really don't want to resolve my issue then just let me know and I can go to the consumer court. But closing a ticket without any reason or call back as promised is not expected. SR10266379893174.

    @ACTFibernet , Congratulations on being the worst service provider in Bangalore. Your days long internet outages every weekend are forcing me to become social and frequent connection drops on weekdays helping me excuse myself out of day long meetings. @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet I am raising ticket and calling in customer support since 1 month to downgrade my plan to 50Mbps still no response and again my bill of 930 is generated either please downgrade the plan else I need my connection to be discontinued my A/C id : 119407789879 Atul
