    @ManjeetTweets @JioCare Same here. They are the worst service provider in industry. My internet is down for last 3 days and nobody cares. If you miss your payment by 1 minute they will immediately stop your subscription,but to resolve query they will take their sweet time. I m switching to @ACTFibernet

    @sayedsaz @ACTFibernet Bro, change your internet connection. Others are not very good but there is intent and will power in other companies. Act has simply taken their customers for granted. Even after slapping a customer, technicians retain their jobs. Also they are not paid by the company properly.

    @ACTFibernet Very bad experience with your services multiple time follow up for installation but your team did not get it now chasing for refund let me know when I get why I need to wait 15 days make it till tomorrow otherwise I will go consumar court to wait long time for refund

    @ACTFibernet . Ticket SR10166401098894 is not resolved yet. There is no internet since morning. Today should be free service & deduct this amount from monthly billing.

    @ACTFibernet All complaint nos. given earlier. Contacting user is useless as its a backend issue which needs a permanent fix. Informed this several times. Pls go thru earlier communications shared via email.

    @ACTFibernet If my credit card due date is crossed in a few days, you're liable to compensate that interest too because of this inexplicable delay. You can't tell me your process takes a fortnight to even initiate the refund. No other service provider takes money prior to service feasibility
