@ACTFibernet has scammed me of a lot of money and are unwilling to resolve it. I’ve never ranted on here, but this has been the single most frustrating and mentally taxing experience of my life as a customer. I’d never go with #ACTfibernet again. Not in a million years. Gn.

@ACTFibernet No it's not resolved and how without fixing the issue the tickets are closed and your are stating that the issue has been resolved. The internet is not working past few days and how do I work and each day i am loosing my pay for just opting your Internet services which i am paid

@ACTFibernet ur services are fraudulent, you have posted plans as monthly rentals but you are asking for 3 to 6 months advance payment, you are forcing customer to buy new services even though wiring and system already installed #indranagarbengaluru

@ACTFibernet My internet is not working since last night. I had raised a complaint, but the resolution time is showing for tomorrow. Is this the superfast resolution you people promise of? You should learn from @reliancejio and @airtelindia, they have much better service!
