    @ACTFibernet ref# SR10253800837832, unable to get proper resolution for the extra bill amount. Connection outage for 6 days not at all considered, provided facility to host the junction box, that too not considered.

    @ACTFibernet Spamming continuous calls for days asking for bill payment from the start of the month (due date is 15th) , but they don't even have the common courtesy to call for actual support tickets. They just close them without any contact or user confirmation. Sad
