  @ACTFibernet 2.5 days. Multiple follow-ups. An unresolved complaint. And instead of a proper resolution, I have had to deal with abusive behaviour from representatives over the phone. A broadband provider can have a technical failure.

  @ACTFibernet How long am I supposed to wait? It’s been nearly 22 hours since I reported the issue, and there’s still no resolution. Every time, the 1st and 2nd ETA are missed, and a new ETA is given. Technician Sravan is not responding to my calls. This is unacceptable.@ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet @nch1915 Extremely disappointed with ACT’s service. Raised a WiFi relocation request on 25–26 July and still no resolution. We’ve been calling customer care every day, morning and evening. Every time we’re promised a technician within 24 hours, but no one contacts us. We’re also promised callbacks, but NO ONE ever calls back. Now customer care says they’ll connect us to a manager/technician, then disconnects the call. How many more “24 hours” are we supposed to wait? @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately. This is unacceptable!

  Dear @ACTFibernet, It's been 3 days without internet. I've called your customer support nearly 10 times, and every time I was promised the issue would be resolved "within the next 4 hours." Not a single technician has visited or even attempted to diagnose the problem.

  @ACTFibernet Irs been morethan a week now. Still there is no resolution. It seems you only give the resolution for public grievances. Let me open another grievance.
