    It has been approximately 24 hrs now,I have made the payment towars 6 months subscription @ACTFibernet but still no technician arrived to resolve the issue. This is the lowest standards of customer support.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing extremely bad service last week from your network team who disturbed my uninterrupted connection for many years with false promises for the sake of their work to be completed. I am suffering now even after reporting issue twice.

    @thakurayush0497 @ACTFibernet Ikr. I raised atleast 4 tickets and they just close it without resolving. And the technicians that come here do not understand 'packet loss'. This act fibernet twitter handle only talks about taking the complaint ,yet received no reply from them whatsoever.sigh.
