@ACTFibernet Internet outage has now become a regular instance with ACT, since today afternoon it's down and no resolution,the message I receive " Your ticket SR10366617200624 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 17-Dec (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT".

@ACTFibernet whenever I call and try to connect to you guys, despite selecting Kannada language you guys transfer the call to Non Kannada language representatives. Any particular reason or you think that the kannada language customer aren't important to you. @KannadaGrahaka
