    On an average i raise 1 ticket per week with @ACTFibernet . Its been that pathetic. Either its goes slow or goes shut completely.

    There seems to be no end to my misery of taking Broadband connection with @ACTFibernet which gives 40Mbps on a Plan of 75Mbps. Issue raised on 23Nov & the issue is still not resolved @ 29Nov, 5 diff ticket numbers for the same issue. :o

    @ACTFibernet I neither want your regret nor you getting in touch with me. I've already spoken to your helpless customer support representative. Please get your staff who work at ground level to do their job. I am not tolerating a single penny extra in my power bill from next month.
