@ACTFibernet After 100 hours of waiting (past the scheduled slot) for relocation service and 8 customer calls with multiple revised commitments, I have now initiated cancellation of the subscription. Hope you'll at least make the disconnection seamless. Appreciate your support.

@ACTFibernet I have been facing issue with my internet from 24 April morning 8.30 am. Its been nearly 30 hrs and no person from the team has contacted me and the issue is not yet resolved. The customer service is of no use . They are simply replying sir we are escalating.
