  @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 my experience - its better to go with some other brand like Airtel etc than ACT. ACT service was good 2 years back, but now it is basking in its past glory whereas customers are at the receiving end of a pathetic service. Their NODAL officer is sleeping

  After passing the account no and details, airtel service team has gone into slumber again. Stupidity escalating the issue. They take money n dont provide service. @ACTFibernet was better. @airtelindia @airtelnews - do u understand customer service?

  @ACTFibernet I raised a ticket for name correction. It has been a week and still I haven't received corrected bill. Tried calling but call gets automatically disconnected when my number comes in queue and tickets get closed without solution.

  Raised a complaint today morning 8.30am @ACTFibernet regarding no internet. Still service person is saying he is busy with other tickets. So only one service person is available for a area?, No alternative person available? Do you know meaning of customer service. #WorstISP
