    @ACTFibernet I had paid 4195 for 3 month plan but had to close the connection because of delay in activation. Router and ONT decide have been returned. Refund ticket has been closed without resolution. Care to help?

    @ACTFibernet you guys are just pathetic at treating customers the right way! I took a new ACT connection in HSR, Bangalore just two weeks ago and ever since I have been struggling with frequent internet disconnection and slow speed. I raised 3 requests and been still struggling.
