    @ACTFibernet As expected the issue reported never get resolved on time, I have been complaining that my internet is not working from yesterday and the Turn around time is being extend every hour with out any proper explanation and I have left with no alternative

    This is the 3rd day in this week @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD was not working. And this has been happening frequently. Every-time ticket being raised and will take 1 day to resolve and within few days again internet going off,technicians will not answer calls. Poor from ACT.
