  @ACTFibernet My internet outage started on 18th of august at Hyderabad Nagole area. Today is 1st Sep. no person from Act team contacted, no calls attended, no resolution except receiving msgs that by today 2100 hrs ticket will be closed. Bullshit, how irresponsible this org.

  @JioCare @ACTFibernet has been a customer since 2015 but service is downgraded to a different level now it's been 7 days with no resolution till now.. just refund the amount if you can't provide the service.

  @ACTFibernet Worst customer service ever seen (103724520495). Continues complaints regarding speed is done from May25. Nothing fixed, just creating SRs & closing them. Really fedup with the connection. All happened after moving to Mesh service. PLZ DON'T GO FOR THEIR MESH SERVICE

  @ACTFibernet Its the same issue again, on Saturday act personnel removed the already working connection and told me to raise an sr for service resumption,and it is not resolved yet,not sure why a working connection is disrupted and it is day 4 without service SR10176876319394 @ACTFibernet
