My sleepy technician only made me do a router restart and wasn't helpful. There is a huge routing problem from your end which causing me packet loss and ping issues.

Today I was informed abouyt issue near high-tension wire, but no clear timeline given. This is impacting my work. Kindly resolve ASAP or I’ll switch @jio_fiber
