Very unprofessional and Rude behaviour from @actfibernet Ive raised a complaint on 26th June regarding the internet connectivity ( which is non existent despite of paying the monthly bill from time to time) The issue was never fixed till date. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet SR10159306469285 raised on 9th July and Had called your customer care more than 10 times for billing team call.. there was no call back from billing team till now but today it was closed without any resolution..?? Had to get it re opened..! Such a Pathetic service
