    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket on 4th july till now nobody approached me. This is how it is and I frequently called customer care and every time they say have escalated. I believe you are not interested to improve customer experience in Hyderabad.

    These guys do these kind of things all the time, it's better to shift to a different ISP... @ACTFibernet offers the most pathetic service in south india right now

    It's better to get a new service provider.... @ACTFibernet is use less, i had two connection with them despite that they were not able to shift my connection in over 2weeks... @JM_Scindia @DoT_India do something there are 1000s of complaints

    @ACTFibernet Although the issue got resolved just now but, why you compensate me with 3 working days only? Internet was down for more days then that.

    why is it that we have to reach via social media to even get a decent ticket resolution and updates. @ACTFibernet like ETA resolution time just keep on expanding without comments. is there any technician man power shortage or operational challenges? No roper escalation paths

    @ACTFibernet Still it not fixed I belive your team was bussy figuring out what reasons they can tell to the customer to avoid working ! It's been 3 days my security cameras are not working who is responsible if any theft happens ?
