@ACTFibernet I have requested a new connection on Thursday morning, I paid and submitted the documents which also got verified and completed and I was told that the setup will be done on Friday, but I don't have any clue now. The customer care team is also not helping here.

From past 5 days the wifi is not working and I am trying to call @ACTFibernet toll-free number. I'm unable to contact anyone from @ACTFibernet u kept ur phone lines busy I hope you will solve the issue ASAP If we don't pay our bill in time u will charge extra Such a careless 🤷🏻

@ACTFibernet I logged a complaint at 4 PM and it’s 9 PM now with no update. Repeated follow-up calls go unanswered. This recurring issue disrupts my office work and is extremely frustrating. If this continues, I’ll be forced to discontinue my connection.

@ACTFibernet 7 days of no internet. 6 days after raising a ticket no one responds. The guy whose number your app gives won't even lift calls. Pathetic sevice. All other networks in my area restored service.

Since 5 days no response from @ACTFibernetHYD .There is no internet since 5 days and no one responded properly .This has bound me to shift to Airtel broadband . You are loosing customer in this way. @ACTFibernet very bad
