    @ACTFibernet After 100 hours of waiting (past the scheduled slot) for relocation service and 8 customer calls with multiple revised commitments, I have now initiated cancellation of the subscription. Hope you'll at least make the disconnection seamless. Appreciate your support.

    @ACTFibernet Why are you scheduling maintenance during peak business hour. Why can't this be done after midnight as others ISPs do. I received this note. Dear Patron, Due to Scheduled Maintenance Activity on 26/04 from 10:00 to 15:00,you may experience service interruption.
