    @ACTFibernet I have been following up on this since last week of April and finally I got a call today that it cannot be done as I expected. But mind blowing answer from support executive. After this, I don’t think I can get any help on this. My plans on way to switch.

    @ACTFibernet Dear team, I was constantly facing internet issue from past 2 days, I've been continuously following up with your customer care. They doesn't bother to answer my concern. They are are disconnecting the calls on my face. No proper response from them.

    @ACTFibernet @RajivHolur the most pathetic service provider, takes them more then 10 days to solve a issue and their technicians just do not pickup customer calls. The only answer they give is "we have escalated your issue" "we will solve this in 1 hour". Also not willing to refund money @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet On top of it , Act need full payment for not working Internet . They clearly know my connection is not stable from start of May month to now and still they are looking for full payment. No waive off has been done till for now this issue on my current month
