    @ACTFibernet renews tomorrow. I tried to cancel 2 days back but you team cancelled that request saying we will solve the issue but today they denied Hence cancel my plan effective today and refund the amount paid for the subscription

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet kindly have your customer support team stop giving blank calls, The latest one came from 91-1409321511, upon answering heard an agent breathing for a second and hanging up (usual practice from a long time)

    @ACTFibernet This is recurring and check the number of tickets raised in the past few weeks. Either cancel my subscription and refund me the amount paid else provide seamless service. Full stop. Take this issue on PRIORITY. @ACT_Issues @ActfiberC

    @ACTFibernet So any update in when i will be able to access my network? The "engineer" named Gurram Sai is not even bother to answer my calls and is instead declining my call great service the tracking shows by 12:00pm would you look at that it is 2pm already 👏🏻👏🏻 great work @ACTFibernet
