  @ACTFibernet Oh is it. I think it is still not resolved. Refer acc no 101700559323 for more info. The due dates has reached and the service may got disconnected by EOD. once it happen, I will raise for permanent disconnection.

  @ACTFibernet I have raised for reconnection and paid bill on 30 Nov 2020 after activation. However no Internet and raised ticket on 2 Dec 2020.. since then raised 4 tickets but simply that are been closed without resolution... this is really poor customer service.

  @ACTFibernet - Your internet service is terrible these days in Ulsoor locality in Bangalore. Has been going down on alternate days and now daily. Do something quickly. Customers have options now.

  @ACTFibernet I haven't got any resolution for the last 5 days! And your customer care promises 4 hours everyday. When can I expect you to really care and stop cheating customers?
