    I could see @ACTFibernet ppl are now working in Alkapoor Township, Hyderabad. Spoke to on ground engineers. They have laid 90% of the main cables. God knows how much time they need to fix the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, Last month, my internet went down about three times, and each time it wasn’t fixed within the promised timeframe. On one occasion, my download and upload speeds dropped to around 100 Mbps, even though I am on a 400 Mbps plan. These issues keep happening !

    @ACTFibernet now again this **** company has got serious issues in connecting with customer care as it used to happen 5 yrs back not able to connect with a single rep. seems now time to change to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pls provide me the best budget wifi plan need to swtch

    @ACTFibernet never disappoints… in disappointing! Every time I complain, they “fix” the speed, and two weeks later I’m back to buffering with 50 Mbps on my “400 Mbps” plan—even while hugging the router. Can’t wait for my subscription to end so I can switch to @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Facing intermittent network issues for months. Raised multiple complaints but no proper fix. ACT cable is dangerously entangled with my house electric wire, damaging it, pending for 3+ months. this negligence needs urgent action.
