  @Actfibernet from past 24 hrs my wifi is not working I had a complaint in customer care and they said It will process as soon As possible my complaint number is : SR10181407555464. Req. You kindly restore my wifi connection asap. every month I am facing disconnection problem.

  @Dharmic_Jana @Anjud84 @ACTFibernet I have Jio. Occasionally speed issues (have to restart router after that it’s fine). Overall it’s good. CS is on time.

  Hi @ACTFibernet, it's been over 24 hours since I raised my complaint (SR10181375653824), and my internet is still not restored. I'm a new customer, and this is the second time in just one week that I'm facing the same issue. This is extremly disappointing.

  Extremely pathetic service by @airtelindia I have raised a ticket on wifi shifting service on 24th July and they are yet to even visit my place once And I have been their premium airtel black customer If no one comes by tomorrow I am shifting to @tataplayfiber or @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet I requested a new Wi-Fi/broadband connection two days ago, but it still hasn't been installed. This delay is very disappointing. What kind of service is this? Please install now or I will cancel it.
