    @ACTFibernet @aakashkumarpur1 No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.

    Extremely Disappointed with Customer Support for @ACTFibernet On 1st of May i had raised a request for connection shift to my new place which is just outside my old flat. I received SMS saying the technician was going to come on 2nd, but he didnt.

    @ACTFibernet I'm hearing this since yesterday. My entire weekend was ruined thanks to you guys. I had to recharge my mobile plan for my work. Extra cost and no solution in hand.

    @ACTFibernet @exploreIMC Worst service never go for act fiber , they Torcher users cutting the Internet on long holidays and weekdays and they never give the permanent solutions they juts fix the problem only for a day and month

    @ACTFibernet Still the problem is not solved, you guys seriously taking care of your customer. It's been almost 48 hours but still there is no solution. With due all @ACTFibernet customers should move to another telecom service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I am writing to escalate my concerns regarding the poor service experience with your customer support team. Despite raising a complaint (SR10180045079924) for connectivity issues, the case is being closed without proper verification.

    @ACTFibernet I have requested for shift connection 5days back and your ETA as per ticket is May 02. Till now no technician contacted me. Your customer care support is pathetic and always say we will address in 24hrs. You guys have very frustrated process.
