I hope in future you can ans your customers queries and give them an update about the issue, rather than ignoring the calls(mr.sivaguru sivalingam) and making them fools.

Eng Tan (@EngTan7) reported@ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.
