Canute Angelo (@08aca24) reported@ACTFibernet I called sales 4 times. Spoke with 4 different people. The first lady's name i did not get. She was very rude. She did not understand the issue and kept saying it cannot be done today. Then came Merlin, who promised to get a supervisor online.

These problems have been pending since 23 June 2026, yet no technician has visited or addressed them.

After taking the initial payment for 3 months the service representative has stopped responding to calls. Just hope the refund comes on time.
