  @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

  @ACTFibernet no Internet since the last 21 hours no update provided by the team ticket is open or no action is being taken did not receive any call from the company worst service ever will never ever recommend ACT to anyone

  @ACTFibernet The issue is still not solved. How much longer will it take for you resolve the issue? Since our new connection, we have been having at least one issue every month. Why? We are seriously considering shifting to @airtelindia

  @ACTFibernet they can't even provide an ETA for no internet issue. That's their service, if you go by airtel Or jio you will receive an ETA, never spend your hard earned money on their internet and their false promise

  It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility

  @ACTFibernet I have cancelled my connection and the router has to be picked up it's been 17 days but no one has reached out and the complaint is open- sr10181610934041. Your chat bot doesn't allow to connect to an agent. Pathetic service
